Good food but they make me back up in the drive through every time I go (roughly 10 times) so their timer resets then they wave me forward when my food is ready. Smart way to beat the system but sort of annoying. Probably also makes it look twice as busy as what it actually is.
Food was hot and delicious. The were busy and brought the food out to us. Will definitely visit again when in Cleveland.
Customer service here is the worst I’ve seen in a long time… the girl didn’t even care to speak full sentences, “k” at the end of an order? Wow. Very unprofessional sounding and speaking, spoke in a very condescending manner with no care in the world. Definitely seems like they need some new employees here that actually care about the work they’re doing and will atleast pay respect to the customers. That shouldn’t be much to expect.. would not recommend.

Today around 240pm I legit waited almost 30 minutes for a regular burger and mozzarella sticks. No one was there when I pulled up and I waited so long there were at least 5 cars behind me. The one worker was outside smoking and the other girl at the window was rude and burnt the food. Train your workers better. Sheesh
20 min wait time everytime I go. I. Always asked to pull around and wait or back up from the window in my car so I cant see in. And the food is thrown together like slop. That was the last straw. Not that Ralleys ever again. Oh and she didnt give me all of my order and looked at me crazy and then the receipt when I asked for it

I tried to get a delivery yesterday through the app and they said no delivery possible so I called them and was told no delivery so I didnt send my order through and they still charged my credit card for it. And customer service said oh well. You cant stop an order. Be very careful ordering with them unless youre rich.
I ordered two mother cruncher sandwiches that is crispy chicken with lettuce and tomato and pickles and a saucy sauce on top of the chicken on a scale of 1-10 I give the sandwiches a 5

Good for convenience, but not the best tasting food. They have gotten faster but please expect a WAIT, whether its to place your order or receive it if your walking up. It gets pretty crowded in the drive thru. The staff isnt too bad. Give respect and thats what youll get .
Ordered food from them off door dash got the food and it is November 5 of 2021 and got ranch that expired back in February 2021 will not eat at rally’s again because who knows what other foods are expired that’s nasty as hell
AT 3PM 7/28/21 MY BOYFRIEND WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRUGH HE ASKED FOR A FISH AND A RALLY BURGER EXTRA TARTER WELL DONE ON THE FISH. HE GETS THE FOOD IT WAS COLD AND THE FISH WASNT WELL DONE. I tried to use a coupon that I received through my email for a free big buford. Coupon stated no purchase was necessary. I attempted to use my phone with the coupon ready and was told at 6:59 pm that I had to make a purchase in order to use my coupon for free food. I explained that I had used these type of coupons before without an issue .i asked her to please try and scan my coupon. She replied no I not.You buy something and then I will scan it. I was not able to catch her name because she walked away from me.She was wearing glasses and was the one that was preparing the food. I am in total shock over how rude this individual was. Definitely not planning a return trip there.
The girl was very sweet! Looked as if she was the ONLY one working and my food was cold and way too much cheese on top of food.

Absolutely the worst. I’m trying to order my food she’s tawking and laugh with co-worker, I repeated myself then she tells me pull to the window and I wasn’t done with my order!!! Once I got to the window she asks me “what else I want” and Never tells me my total. I watch her pick up the mozzarella sticks with no gloves then gives me a busted marinara sauce I’m just done... I threw it all away and also no receipt.

Just came from there. We had to wait for the order and when we finally got the food it was messed up. My fish sandwich was set as sand and my friends order wasnt prepared as asked. We just wanted to hurry up and get out the area. Had a bunch of people hanging out around the picnic area/tables..
Ive only had this issue with the night staff, but they were rude and the wait time was terrible. I really hope this was a one off thing because every other visit has been beyond pleasurable but this times the exception

My family and I went to rallys on Belmont ave. After sitting in the drive thru for about an hour, and after spending around $30.00 our burgers was tasteless and soggy from the cooking oil and the fries where just horrible the only items that where of any good to us where your apple pies.We where very disappointed and came to the conclusion that this will be the first and last time we ever patronize this particular establishment.
This is the worst Rallys in the city. I had a 25 minute wait because they were short staffed. Once the manager arrived, she was very rude to the customers. They got my order wrong 3 times. The workers were apologetic, but manager was belligerent.

Unfortunately it was TERRIBLE service...the employees do not wear name tags if not I would name the specific employee names instead of hindering the whole establishment but everything was very slow 50 minutes for a a rally burger and a nasty attitude from the employees will definitely not go here again. Horrible! Got my order wrong then They asked me to back up and then pull back up like I was another car in order to trick the drive-thru timer. Then asked me to pull around to the other window, gave my bag of food to the people in front of me in that line then gave me my food in a disgusting dirty bag.
Only eat here in a crunch. If you ask for your food to be cooked to order they will still give you precooked and tell you it just came up. Fries are best thing on menu.

I like the fries. Up keep of place leaves a lot to be desired. The workers are curtious. Which says a lot considering the majority of the clientele they are dealing with.

Its better then the one down on Broadway the fries didnt taste greasy and my kids had ice cream and milkshake it was pretty good and miraculously they had chocolate ice cream which for some reason is so hard to find here in Cleveland many fast food restaurant barely ever have chocolate ice cream
Used to work for this rally’s, all the good workers left or transferred to another location. Mornings is your best bet at this location, food will be fresher and cooked “not reheated”
I paid for my order, didnt receive it and they also wouldnt give me money back cursed at threatened me as well, they are very unsanitary and have terrible waiting times and also never get the order correct. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!

We have had some problems with the service at this location in the past and actually stopped going there for about 6 months ago, had to go to the Rallys on Carnegie or Buckeye but we took a chance today on the 55th location and the food and the service was excellent.Thank You
This place is terrible, has terrible customer service....all I wanted was a cherry coke the lady gave me some nasty strawberry soda . then ask for a cherry coke still didnt give it to me. And they werent even busy. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
As far as the workers they were a bit slow and I received what I believe to be a medium fry when I ordered a large.but the worst part of my experience was that a crackhead tried to stab me while I was in line.

2022-07-11Cashier spilled juice on my arm and got an attitude when I asked for a napkin. Also the current price, quality, and service aren’t worth the headache. Drive wherever you need to and find a better option.

2022-08-17I went there at about 10:20am, and the lady was working by herself, she had a very pleasant attitude, it took a while for my food but it was well worth it, i just hope other customers realize how hard it is to work by yourself and still have good energy..... be kind to those who serve you food and other products and service, you never know what it takes for them to make your experience a good one, and remember they didnt have to show up for work...

2022-03-26The order was incorrect twice. The person in the window pants were sagging so low I could see the crack of the a**, they were on their phone waiting on the food to come up, then we had to pull around to the other side because we were hold up the line while they fixed the rest of our food.
