Terrible service. Received free wash coupon in mail with awful instructions. Arrived to get wash, coupon wouldn’t work. Instead of helping me he told me to backup and get out of the way of others.

Took advantage of their free car wash offer got the top of the line car wash. They do a nice job of cleaning your vehicle. And during these dirty and salty winter months and unlimited car wash monthly deal is not a bad idea.

I absolutely loved it. We went for the haunted. It was so much fun and not to scary for the younger kids either. But I definitely want to go back first carwash to ever get my van clean all the way and not have to do it myself. My kids loved the haunted carwash will definitely do that again. An for only $20 is a great price.

I wasnt impressed with this car wash, it was $16.99 and my car was still dirty. You could see spots that were completely missed. I dont normally go here but it was a nice day and figured I would give it a try. Dont waste your money

The most expensive wash is sub par! And the new vacuums are a horrible design. The vacuums only reach one side of your vehicle and if someone is next to you then you cannot use the other side.
Best car wash around, nothing else is even close. Weve got two ultimate memberships and use them 3-4 times a week. The wash does a great job and the staff is very courteous. Id highly recommend giving them a try.
I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe I ordered the $16 package. I still had dirt all over my back door and on both sides of the truck( passenger and driver doors) I dont know where the Wheel shine was sprayed. I could have saved 12 of the 16 dollars and went next door and sprayed it myself. Definitely wont be back...I got all excited for nothing

This place makes my dog go nuts. Like, CRAZY. Love the wash and I love my dog but they DONT MIX! Great wash full of great people. I was having a bad day, then I got a wash, and the employee smiled at me and made me realize that life is worth it. The ultimate wash is worth the price. Definitely get an unlimited membership! I love this car wash it does the best job especially on the tires. Its not too expensive either I come about once or twice a month and its the best car wash. The employees are super nice also and they always have a smile.
This Car wash is the best! My children ask me just to come to this specific car wash, because they love all of the amazing animal & rain forest displays! The employees are always very professional,friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business to any one who wants a thorough car wash; and may have young children to be entertained as well!!!!
Have gone through the car wash before with my factory roof rack - the guy said it was ok since I have gone through before. Ripped part of my roof rack right off the car AND bent up my front license plate. Asked for the owners name and was told that I could not be given that information. Were not unreasonable people - but to be completely locked out and shut down after our vehicle was damaged by this car wash is unacceptable.update: 04/09/2021I was looking over past reviews for some reason and finally saw that the carwash did respond to me. I had finally gotten hold of the (new at the time) owner - and he was super friendly. He offered to take care of the damage - I wound up never following through on it. Changing my review to 4 stars because of the pleasant response from the owner.
Staff member came out to my car while I was about to purchase a wash and informed me about a discounted monthly rate. Basically thanks to him, I paid what I would pay for one premium wash for an entire months worth of premium washes. I also really appreciate the free vacuums.
Always the best place for a quick wash for a great price. They have free vacuums. The vehicle always looks great when complete.
As far washes go, its good. However it never gets my wheel covers as good as Id like. A little pricey too.
Although the process is quite interesting, the quality of the wash was quite poor, I thought. I paid $17 for the supermax wash, or whatever it was called, and I had a LOT of spots on my windows after it was done. Not water spots, like soap or wax spots. It didnt seem like my car ever got rinsed very well. I should have got the cheap wash, I guess. Maybe my experience would have been worth $6.

Scratches, scratches, scratches. I had originally used their drive they wash, but after seeing the swirl marks and seeing how much it missed, I decided I wouldn’t go back again. I did decide to use the manual wash bays though after that. First, if you can get the dial to the right switch you want, congratulations! Most of the markings for what wash you’d like are missing, or written to paper taped to the dial.I’ve learned to wash out the soap brush with the water spray as well, in using other services like this. After washing my car during an evening, I got to work the next morning and noticed there were pockets of scratches all through my car. Nothing overly deep, but on a black car, they were overly noticeable.I do NOT recommend this car wash, as it will cause you nothing but frustration once you have used ANY of the services there.
Now if I was rating the car washing system itself I would give it 5 stars but the problem is that when the attendant is guiding you thru half the time they are barely paying attention to your car or like what happened today (again) they are chatting with their coworker and I feel my car ride up the guide bar. I pay good money to have my car washed the least you could do is pay attention.
Really enjoy this place. Its conveniently located and the service is super fast. I love the feel when riding through the wash.A small complaint is that the drying service doesnt do that stellar of a job on larger trucks like ours and often leaves soap in the bed.

Got a free wash for Veterans Day. The heavy man with glasses was nice to my wife and I and thanked me for my service. Very respectful. Wash was also good. My car looks clean. Never forget those who died for our freedom. Nice when a business shows that they care.
Was a good experience originally. Recently bought top car wash, half the drying side was broke. I politely asked for a credit and was dismissed by the lady working there and never got a call from the manager.I typically could care less and dont complain. Out of principle however when you pay top dollar for a wash you expect complete results. Those results dont involve having to bust out a towel and dry off car after you donated 16.00 to a car wash. I could care less about monkeys and elephants in the car wash. Im a bigger fan of the car being washed and dried.Disappointing but out of principle wont return there.
The “haunted carwash” was a total ripoff, i waited in a two hour line for not a single person to pop out during the carwash. Don’t waste your time and money! It was just like any regular car wash

Rainforest car wash dose an prodigious job with their washes. Car comes out clean every time, no matter the size. Staff is exceedingly nice and they help me with all of my car-cleaning needs. I would highly reccomend getting the tire cleaner as it leaves your cars tires looking like new.
Drive down to Brunswick to take in the Haunted Carwash. Didnt expect to receive a bag of goodies before getting the car cleaned. Was a nice treat. Enjoyed all of the staff dressed up in costumes entertaining the cars with small kids. Made me laugh and left with a clean car. 👍👍🎃👻
I noticed some side damage to my vehicle right after getting a car wash. I called and informed Rainforest of this and requested to see video footage of my vehicle prior to entering the wash, thinking that the damage was a result of the car wash. Russ and Alyssa were very accommodating and allowed me to watch this footage, even after assuring me that it could not have been caused by the car wash machines. They were both very patient and took the time to make sure I felt my concern was being validated. While it was a bummer to see for myself that the damage was there prior to entering the wash, I was very pleased at the level of customer service I received.
Horrible service. Had the trim on the roof of my car ripped off. When I came to discuss the issue, I was treated disrespectfully. I asked to speak to the owner, and the manager had the nerve to tell me the owner isnt really involved in the business, and wont call you back. Your welcome to leave your name and number, but he wont call you. This is how you treat your customers? Last time I ever go there. Update.... Estimate to repair damage is $ 325.00 ( including parts and labor). Manager did not deny that my car was damaged just that they were not responsible. They will check for my trim piece when they clean the parts and debris out of the track of the car wash and if they find it will give us a call.
Nice, modern car wash. Reasonable prices. Only reason for 4 stars is there is no one at the end to hand dry and check your car for detail. Not a huge deal, just that some places do this. I do like the place and go there frequently so I do highly recommend.
Decent Car wash but it feels like 17$ is way too much and your paying more for the decorations that they put on the wash than the wash itself. I do like that they are using a lot safer material to wash since its not a touchless wash but I still would be worried about this car wash leaving scratches on paint.

We always get our cars washed here. Then we heard about the car detail service so I thought Id give them a try. We needed the upholstery cleaned (horrid condition) and engine detail. Brandon did an aweseome job. Seats and engine compartment look like the day we bought the car. Reasonably priced and awesome service!!! Ill be back.
Was a horrible experience! My car RAN INTO THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME!! It’s supposed to pull you thru the car wash while in neutral but somehow the car in front was too close! Two girls working were clueless! I advised them they need to get the mechanics checked bc could’ve done BIG damage. Luckily only broke my plate cover. Asked if I wanted another wash and I said HELL NO and I was never coming back!
Use to bring all of my vehicles here, 2 of them got damaged. My tauruss mirror was damaged prior and the wash fully knocked it off. The second time one of my antennas got snapped. Ive taken the car with the antenna through multiple times, even asked staff it would be okay and had no problem. Was told it would be replaced, to just bring in a reciept and when i came back with a reciept i was asked to leave. Every time something gets damaged they blame it on new sensors I would strongly advise finding a better wash in the area.

I have had the monthly pass since it’s been available and have no plans on changing. The “laser wash” places or self-serve washes can’t compare. Try one and then take a towel and dry your car. The towel is filthy. Now try that at Rainforest, you’ll see the difference because it’s a different system. It works. Thanks for the great service and friendly staff. You add value to our community.
Was just at this location using self-service vacs. Attendent came over and noticed some left over salt/soap from previous wash at another establishment and comped me on a free deluxe wash. Normally just get my washes at the dealership, but Ill surely be back so my daughter can have the experience. A+

I purchased a monthly wash pass, and what a waste of money that was. The wash scratched up the back of my Mercedes-Benz. I filled out and incident report right away, and Adam the manager refuses to call me back regarding the incident! These people don’t care about you or your car. They don’t mantain the equipment, and in cold weather ice forms on the brushes and scratches you car. If you car about the appearance of you vehicle DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! Touch free laser washes are the best way to go!

So they moved to a new automated system; however it comes with a much larger and very colorful branded sticker that is to go onto the front windshield of your new $50k vehicle. When I saw that i decided to opt out. I figured I would just finish off the month that I have paid for already on my old tag, and then pay as I go. However they informed me their is no way for them to let me finish off the month that I paid for without me signing back up and putting their advertisement in my wind shield. Unbelievable, they are now just going to steal money from everyone that doesnt conform to their ridiculous looking tag. Awful. Shame on them. I really hope they fail with that kind of business ethic. They are crooks. Too bad the owner is some out of state guy that doesnt care. This is what the employees and mangers have stated. Run this business back to Florida and support locally owned.
Upset that there is no change for wash bays and credit cards dont work and the office refuses to give change. Its a shame that we have 3 different cars with monthly membership in our family. Now regular car wash drier is broken and dont know when will be fixed. I See a new car wash if going in down on center road. Better step it up Rainforest ...
This is one of the old fashion car washes, where it actually touches your car. I like these better because I think they clean your car better. Rainforest also has a cheap option for like $6. And they have a military discount for active duty and vets!
They have a fantastic monthly package rate of you are so inclined. This car wash does a great job, and is very quick even when the lines are long.

Have the top of the line wash at the first week ro so my rims were clean as of now is like if i am not going to the car wash thay need to fix this or i will pull all my 3 cars out of there.
This car wash totally washed away any fears my kids had about going into car washes! Yeah, its pricey, but if you have any little kids who are scared of a car wash like mine were, this is the trick. Theres waterfalls, a little light show, rainbow soap, and animals. Totally worth it.
Got someone elses wash. Paid for the storm and did not get it, Again! Vehicles are kept very close to lessen the wait and hopes you dont notice your not getting what you pay for.
Their Medina location scratched and micromarred my brand new car after just 3 washes. I called them and asked to speak to a manager and they had There district manager call my on monday I let him know about the damages caused and He admited their car wash should not micromar or scratch my car and if it did there is something wrong with the car wash. He told me a medina manager would reach out to me. No medina manager ever called me i had to call Eli again to let him know but no one will return my calls or voicemails. These people are willing to damage my 40k car to make a couple dollars off a $45 pass.😡 terrible company

Katie Gilder should be not be anywhere near customers. I waited this morning with two cars behind me and nobody in sight. I blew my horn. Still nobody. After awhile I blew my horn two more times before she appeared. Instead of apologizing for keeping us waiting, she said want to blow on your horn some more? I dont need attitude from an attendant. Maybe I should take my business somewhere else. Im not recommending your car wash any more. I have a monthly contact and go out of my way to use your car wash. You might want to consider giving Katie some lessons in diplomacy. Also, three out of four times your equipment never gives me a receipt to hand in.
Great experience at our Brunswick Rainforest location. Went in this last weekend during a stretch of nicer weather and our Caravan came out looking brand new. Great experience and the staff was super friendly!! Recommend this place to everyone!! Awesome support of the community as well.

100% put tons of scratches all over my truck but truth be told I can buff them out so the monthly pass is worth it just so I can wash every day during the winter. May thru October I wash at home but come November Ill be back.

Does not rise soap off well. There is streaking and they flip back and forth my passenger mirrors evey time, haaaard. Loud noise in the middle if the wash makes my younger kid cry. We only go when we have to. My family has 4 memberships I believe. I am excited about the new car wash being built down the road by the USPS and another one in Strongsville on Pearl by the Metroparks.
Great experiences, could use some tlc and better communication but otherwise the employees are polite and MOST vacuums work.

I used this wash for the first time yesterday on my 2017 GMC Sierra and I have scratch all over my truck. I will never use this place again. Now I have to pay someone to see if they can but these out.

I paid for the second most expensive wash... not only was my car still soaked when it was done, but it was COVERED in soap spots and it was dripping suds off the back, and from the under carriage. My car looks terrible. I will not be returning.

I sure do love to get my car cleaned at the Rainforest Car Wash. You drive your car through the building and you get to see plenty of thematic decorations. THEY EVEN HAVE A RADIO STATION!!!

Only thing worse than the bad car wash, which attendant admitted does not clean the back of your vehicle, is poor customer service. When my car was still covered in bird dropping the manager on duty told me to go to the gas station next door for paper towels to finish the job that a $13 car wash didnt do. 1st and last visit.

Very bad experience. I got the best wash but when I went home and got out of my car I seen that there was still mud all over the bottom of my car NOT HAPPY.

Horrible, I brought my new car there and it scratched my car!! And on top of me being upset at that, it didnt even clean my car, somehow there was still dirt I had I get off by hand. Skip the trouble of devaluing your car and just hand wash it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Wheel bumped the rail on the way in loosened up my hubcap. Noticed it was gone and called within the hour. Since it was still attached when I left its not thier responsibility. $15 hubcap. Priceless review.

Caused $1069 damage to my car and refuses to accept responsibility. I was told that I was not permitted to look at the video, when my car bumped up in the air I may have bumped my brake, or possibly when the car hit me. I would like to see the video, when can I do so. Thank you!

The first time was good. Car was nice and clean. The second the car was clean but it put 2 big gouges in my frunt driver side rim. So not so happy about that.
$10 at self car wash and no brush. And no soap from spray .whats the point of a car wash if all you can do is rinse and wax .

Its expensive enough to where they should be taking care of their majestical rain forest creatures a little better... While driving in, the elephants trunk does not move like its supposed to & no longer spritzs your windshield - and the giraffe at the exit is supposed to bob his head up & down to say goodbye but lately hes so lackedaisical he doesnt even look at you any more. IM CALLING PETA! 😁 We bring both our cars here all the time 😁

Haunted car wash fun for kids $20 got a bag of candy and airfreshner...guys walking around parking lot were fun which was nice bc we were in line for 2hours, kept us entertained.....get there early

I like the car wash bought a monthly pass I have been through the wash about s half dozen times I realize it is very cold out but every time I went there was always at least one thing that did not work would have ask for a refund but never received a call back and I dont think that they rinse off the cloth strip or even check them periodically my perfect paint job is now scratched in a few spots.what would you do.if this happened to you

2021-08-12Loved this as always. This was the first time I visited this specific location.The employees were great and the area was well staffed. The loader was friendly and the tunnel itself was so cool looking. I loved the theme and it was truly a great wash. The car came out really clean and the tunnel itself was super clean. Love this car wash was great. I highly recommend that everyone give it a try.

2022-06-20I ran my car thru the Rainforest Car Wash of Brunswick and found that there was still bugs and dirt on and in my cars grill and front bumper. I immediately returned and spoke to an attendant who informed me the machines do not do a great job on the front of the vehicle. I asked if it was a reasonable expectation to have a clean car after running it thru their wash and his reply was no, it doesnt get the bugs off.. He did offer to run it thru again but stated it probably will not remove the bugs. I took him up on his offer and he was right - the bugs and dirt were still present after a second run-thru (photo).I think Ill have to go with a different location that offers the touchless type that 360° pressure washes to get a clean car going forward.

2022-01-27I love this car wash, they even have free high suctions vacuums. Too bad they have clueless teenagers working there that don’t pay attention when you’re pulling in. I just had my car washed and heard my tire scratching against the track the entire time. I’ve been coming here for a few years and ironically my left tires always have a “low air” reading. Think I may have found the culprit.

2022-06-06Unless you have 3 people don’t do the self serve, spent 1 minute just turning on. It’s impossible to switch it fast enough you need at least 2 minutes per whatever you’re doing. I spent $6 with the 1st minute the machine wasn’t working, then cords were getting stuck in my wipers. I didnt have time to dry my car within that time and I barely got the back washed. Had to rinse off with my water bottle. I was running around like a crazy person trying to clean my car off. Never again will go to the self serve unless I have a team of people or if they actually give you enough time like at least 10 minutes for $5 sounds reasonable (50 cents per minute since YOU’RE DOING IT YOURSELF lol)

2021-06-26A highly recommended automatic carwash. This is the first time I have experienced automatic car wash and bought an unlimited monthly pass for $35. The decoration style and service attitude of this shop are very good, I highly recommend it.

2020-10-29The haunted car wash was pretty cool. Idk about the $20 fee for a 3 minute trip through the car wash but still the characters were awesome and very interactive. Great for ppl with kids that want a scary experience and cant do a haunted house or hayride

2022-04-26The brushes only get the main parts of the car. Any indents (ie the license plate area) are still nasty. And its not strong enough to get the gas overspill off the side. Ill have to wash that off myself I guess. Why do I keep wasting my money here??

2022-01-11Used the free vacuums today.Was doing really good and they work really great until two of them seem to lose power/suction (these two were on the end towards the car wash in lanes)
