Seen the comment that corporate replied. Nobody wanted to shop where they return bodysuits which are considered A PANTY!!!! If you don’t return panties why return bodysuits ? Disgusting , I feel bad for the workers
So Many Clothes But Staff Isnt Very Attentive, Friendly Or Helpful. My Experience Here Wasnt Good And Even When I Stopped TO ask For Something They Didnt Even Care To Try To Help Look Or Search The Back For Inventory. The Babies Area Needs To Be Restocked At Least Every Week. Please Hire Better, Customer Friendly, Ready To Work Staff~
I love all the different styles and the colors and the new things for every season that you can find here and the prices are really good due to the pandemic of course things are a little tighter and shopping is not as easy but a rainbow also has an online experience that is awesome check it out your love what you find!
Cute store. Didnt have what I was looking for or wanted but still quite a bit of selection there. Not busy & staff was behind counter assisting customers.
Very spacious, nice variety of clothing thats not at other Rainbow locations, the ladies are nice and helpful who works there. However, the Steelyard location has a better variety of jewelry but the Lorain location is now my favorite for clothing!!!
Honestly, its confusing how 1. The store doesnt answer when you call and 2. You see three girls exiting the store only to discover its locked and nobody will answer EVEN THOUGH it says the store is OPEN. What the heck? The other day, a girl was standing by the door and opening it for people, because theyre concerned about rioting, which is understandable, but that doesnt mean you lock your customers outside. Another girl JUST tried to enter and couldnt either. This store is going to go out of business. We were about to pay a lot of money here. AND THESE LAUGHING TEENAGE GIRLS HAD A FLIPPING KEY. They just watched people struggle to get in and the group of girls opened the door with a key after everyone left. Never again will I go here. Ever.
Love this store. Bras two for $10. Clothes have great prices and a lot of different styles. Plus size aldo. And military discount everyday.
Doors were being locked due to limiting number of customers inside the store for pandemic not rioting....current hours Mon thru Sat 11am-7pm and Sunday 12pm-5pm.
I had to return the same item 3 times.Super poor customer service. The manager left the ink tags on the clothes.Run dont walk away from shopping at this store.
My first experience shopping was nice But only one register was open at closing time with a long line. Also bring cash because they will not help you when using their debt card machine.😵
I love this location awesome prices and clothes. I can get several outfits at rainbow and accessories at a low price. For $100 in here you can get a lot of stuff even for kids and shoes.

2022-05-22The employees here are amazing and hard working. They all need a raise. They go above and beyond to help their customers. I saw an act of heroism today. I am terrified to go to this location after the juveniles who carjacked an innocent young woman today. The manager saved her life. The owners of the plaza need to protect us citizens from crime at this location. Their are homeless people sleeping outside the stores. Their have been over dose deaths at this plaza. People hiding behind the back of building injecting themselves. I will not return to rainbow until safety is a priority.

2022-06-09The store is impeccable. The customer service was excellent on this visit. Every staff member greeted us while we shopped. I noticed how a cashier handled a customer with signs of mental illness (ie..talking to oneself) she was polite and patience with the woman. This type of service is what I look for in a store. She treated the woman with the upmost respect. Excellent job Rainbow! 👏🏿..I will be back again to shop.#newcustomer

2022-04-22Customer Service skills not appropriate to be working with the public. Whomever the manager was today 4/22/22 at 3:48 pm needs to go back through training. First, she was yelling throughout the store. When I questioned where was the policy thats supposed to be posted at the register indicating full price body suits and pajamas are non returnable because they are identified as final sale items (as if the customers are supposed to know this) she indicated it was somewhere in the back. Then she was further discussing the situation another customer about non posted policy information instead of finding out how she could assist me from feeling like I should have been compensated for something. At least a return for the pajamas. I ended up repurchasing both items at a bigger size. However, store workers need to remember to treat people the way you want to be treated in that situation of unawareness. By law if its not posted I could have requested a refund.

2019-04-28I dont shop at rainbows however Im not from this state and didnt pack appropriately i can honestly say this store was put together, the staff there very friendly, helpful and had knowledge of sales etc...
