I order adjoining room we didn’t get the put us across the hall from each other my room had king size bed. Bed was all lumpy and hard. Their was no continental breakfast. The coffee maker in my room didn’t work I called front desk and they did bring me a new one at 9:40 pm. Took the grand babies swimming it was great for about half hour then about 10-13 kids came in and took over the pool so we left to go get something to eat. Got back to room to settle down for the night. Got up in morning had to leave by noon for checkout. After getting home I see there are two charges for 269.59 on my charge card will investigate that. Definitely won’t stay there again. Although the babies did have fun
All of the front desk attendants were nice and usually helpful but before I arrived I called and reserved a pet friendly room when got to the hotel and started checking in I was told I would have to pay an additional pet fee that was never mentioned. At first glance the room looked nice it was updated hardwood floors sliding glass door but after turning on the lights and taking a look around I saw what Im assuming was animal urine on literally almost every surface. I got a bit curious and moved the sleeper sofa out away from the wall and underneath it was more urine spots, hardened feces and and dead bugs. If it hadnt been so late in the night I probably would have went to a different hotel but I went to the front desk explained the situation and switched rooms. Now looking back I think I should have been given some kind of refund or discount on my stay but the room looked the same only difference was carpet instead of the hardwood and it was a little bit cleaner I didnt see any stains (not right away anyways) and I immediately pulled out the couch in this room and it was clean underneath so I felt a lot better and for a pet friendly room I wasnt expecting it to be spotless but because it is a pet friendly room I think house keeping should pay extra attention to these rooms and make more effort to keep them clean. If I would return for another stay here I dont think Id ever request a pet friendly room again.
Positive: The location of the facility. Negative: There was a used towel in the bathroom,hair on my sheets,the elevator was uncleaned my entire stay! Overall,the hotel needs to be updated as the entire hotel appeared dreary,to me. I was EXTREMELY unhappy and disappointed. I would have left if able.
It was not clean, dirty carpets in common areas like hallways and elevators. Rugs need a good shampoo! Room decor is okay, but they have sleep number beds. Ours did not work and were last set at extremely hard.... it was like sleeping on a rock ledge and we were not able to fix it! I would not stay here again. It felt like a hotel that has seen better days!In response to the owners reply: Since staying here, I read your reviews. You say the same thing but it is obvious that nothing changes. Going back at least one year guests complain of cleanliness and your response is always, we will take action and do better for the future. Several guests said they had to change rooms 3 and 4 times! Im sorry, but you are not responding or making changes to improve your business. The future is here and you have not improved!
Positive: Location. Negative: I got this hotel because of the pool and hot tub. The pool was fine, but the hot tub did not work or was cold or several occasions. The bed in our room was terrible and very hard. Causing back issues. There was no room service. Very bad experience.

Absolutely horrible!!! I made a reservation for two rooms and was clear it was for my daughters birthday a 9 year old I had no issues up until Kara the front desk assistant stated that she would call the police if anymore of my family came to the hotel. She targeted and watched my family on the cameras the entire time we were there. When I asked for the management info she wrote down her number instead because I called it right in front of her . I never had any problems with this hotel until this particular staff targeted my family .

My stay was pleasant. Rooms were clean and the building itself had a nice decor. The towels were a bit on the worn out side but I gave it 5 stars because the lady who checked me in and the manager helped me get a refund for an accident I made. To me customer service always wins me over. They excelled in that department. The pool was upon request and they had time slots. I have family in the area so just will book with them in the future.
Positive: The pool was heated Negative: Shower curtains need washed. They had black mold on the bottom of them. Pillows are like not having a pillow at all. No fridge in the room. The pull out couch had a piece of metal dangling from it when you opened it. Everything else ok
Positive: I liked the way the staff was able to ignore overall filthiness of the hotel. If you particularly like sitting on filth, I highly recommend choosing the ¿mechanic¿ chairs on the opposite side of the elevators. They are caked with dirt and grime. Negative: Did I mention the dirt and filth? Three stars for this hotel?? Are you kidding me? I¿ve stayed in cleaner and nicer facilities in 3rd world countries. 3 stars is an insult to stars. Stay at the motel6 before you stay at this Radison location.
We were there from a Monday to a Saturday. We were notified on check in, that there was NO HOUSEKEEPING. We had made the reservation months ago, so at this point it would have been a wrestling match to get our money back, so we stayed. Everything we needed or wanted, we had to go to the front desk, towels, toilet paper, trash bags...everything. Front desk people then acted like we were putting them out asking for clean towels! This place is a terrible excuse for a Radisson. Weve stayed at Radissons in the past and have always enjoyed them. This one has us wondering if we ever stay at another. It just seems like management does the bare minimum to keep the place running at not a bit more. STAY FAR AWAY from this place!
This place was very dirty in my opinion. There was no daily housekeeping. The first room they gave us looked ok but it smelled like cigarettes badly so we changed to a new room. The new room smelled much better but there was no phone and real dirty around the beds. The comforter had a yellow stain on it. The TV remote didnt work and we had to have a repair man come and fix the sleep number beds. The swimming pool walls have not been cleaned in years it looks like. One scary thing they had a serious water leak by the vending machine coming out of a light socket. The one good thing I can say is the people working there were friendly and were helpful and tried to help us whenever we asked for help or needed something.
Pretty nice spot, big room, a bit uncomfortable bed and couch sitting space. But over all a pretty nice place and the price is very affordable for the quality of the room. Enjoyed my one night stay where I needed to spend more than a usual amount of time in my room for a night.

Positive: Staff was very nice. Except for a stain on one of the pillowcases, room was clean and very comfortable. Made good use of the exercise facility, but there should have been wipes to disinfect the apparatus. Negative: The deadbolt for the door didn¿t match up, so it didn¿t lock properly. I stay here quite often and have yet to be disappointed, if there is a issue I just call the front desk and within a couple of minutes there is a response usually with a plan of action! I always get my rest with no issues, the workers are always friendly and quickly get me to my room where I I can get my rest and ready for the next day
Positive: Location. Close to the highway and a good location to get to the Cleveland Clinic without having to be in the middle of Cleveland traffic. Negative: Im a regular, staying here at least twice a year. Dont know what has changed, but the last 2 trips staying I have been disappointed. Sleep Number beds are gone. Mattress was GOD-awful! Mattress that felt like a 20 yr old flat worn out pancake.
Just checked in tonight to the “discount room” which was only about 35$ less then normal, so my boyfriend and I didn’t really think about it. The room is dirty, the sheets are worn and stained, between the bed frame and side tables I found loose change, hair, rubber bands and a build up of dust and debris. Absolutely gross for paying 120$ a night. Going on a road trip and being pregnant, then paying to stay somewhere this dirty? Wow. Guess I should have read the reviews. Sad..

The staff was nice and professional, but that was the only good thing about this hotel. The first room we got had a broken sofa bed, which we needed. We ended up moving to four different rooms and every sofa bed except the last one was broken and all of them were dirty. All four rooms were dusty and smelled weird. They have Because we had gotten there at 12am, we stayed one night and checked out the next morning. They did issue us a full refund.
Cleanliness issues that cannot be blamed on COVID. Gross sheets (a readily visible bodily fluid stain - apparent bodily fluid, to be fair), unvacuumed floors and a dirty shower. If you like dirty rooms and hallways that reek of marijuana smoke, then this place is definitely for you.The staff was reasonably friendly though.
Beds are very uncomfortable you can adjust them but they don’t work staff was rude no free breakfast or breakfast at all I shouldn’t have even pay $10 to sleep hereI’ve noticed in past reviews all the management is doing on these posts are apologizing they’re not fixing the problemsAlso they want $100 cash deposit you can only get the cash back between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM so if you leave early you don’t get it back$50 on a credit card which is normal but as far as the cash goes it’s ridiculous

The pool and hot tub were closed, there was no breakfast, no bar/restaurant (all things that were advertised when booking). The comforter on the bed had stains and holes all over. Pillows were horrible, the list goes on and on. There also was no daily housekeeping, I stayed 3 nights/4 days and nothing. Then the snow came and they didnt even bother to get the lot plowed, people were getting stuck (including myself)
Positive: The rooms are very clean, large tv, and have balconies. Negative: Our bed was weird, not overly comfortable to sleep in, when my s/o would get in bed I would suddenly be popped up, almost like it had air in it. Also, you are required to leave a $150 dollar deposit in credit or cash.
Would not stay here again if you paid me...room was dirty, beds were hard, nobody came with clean linens or towels our entire stay. Was told continental breakfast was suspended due to Covid, but only during the week. On Saturday, our continental breakfast consisted of a pot of coffee in the lobby. Found old food and dead bugs in the room, and it looked like it hadnt been occupied for years. Couldnt find staff half the time when I went to the front desk, and when I called nobody would answer. Please people, save your money and sleep in your car, itll be a better stay, guaranteed.

We arrived 1 hour early for check-in and were told to come back but the couple behind us were let into the room with no problem? When I asked why they told me that I didnt call ahead to tell them I wanted early check-in but I made the reservation 3 days ago? I would try another location for future stays in this area.
Positive: Pretty hard to pick anything besides the location that was good. Negative: The room was extremely dirty. I hardly wanted to lay in the bed because the sheets had stains all over them. The carpets were disgusting. I stayed by myself and was put in a room that had the roof conjoined to another room, and discovered my window open.
The beds were the hardest, most uncomfortable beds Ive ever slept on. No food available like the website stated, coffee in the lobby was horrible, and there were people yelling and running around the halls in the early hours. The room above us had a party and were banging and moving furniture around till 3am. Just save your money because this place was way overpriced.
This hotel sucked. It was filthy and the pillows were dirty. Who knows if they even changed the bed sheets. The hot tub didn’t even have water in it and the pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. They only put 1 towel in a 2 bed room and weren’t cleaning rooms “because of covid”, which was a clear excuse for them to be lazy. The restaurant was also closed because of it. They had trash just sitting out in the hallways. Almost EVERY piece of fitness equipment at their gym was broken. It seemed like they bought already broken equipment to save money. To top it off, the coffee pot in the room had dirty water sitting in it, and the coffee in the lobby was empty. When brought to their attention, the staff did not change it. Beware, these people are CHEAP! They will reply to this saying “thanks, your experience is important and we’ll fix this”, but they won’t. Otherwise it would’ve been fixed by the time we stayed there after all these negative reviews. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We left early so we didn’t have to be in that nasty place anymore.
I would not stay here or recommend. It is dated and the hairs!!I checked into my room, it looked clean, then I pulled back the sheets and there were atleast 10-15 hairs! I checked into my second room, clean at first appearance. Hair in shower and in walls, stains on carpets, heat smells. Maybe it’s the pet friendly but I cannot say I slept well or comfortable. No restaurant open because of covid.
Checked into hotel, room was on the 2nd floor myself, sister, nephew 11 years old and 80 year mother stuck in the elevator for 30mins, they had to call fire department to help us, received no type of apology or compensation. i will never recommend or stay at a Radisson Hotel, asked for manager he was not there, was told he will give you a discount tomorrow go to your room, things got heated and police were called. staff was horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.. had to find another hotel last min and fought to get monies refunded because i paid in advance, i was here for a funeral
We were in town for the night for a wedding and we were part of a fairly large block of rooms. As soon as we got in our room there was a faint odor, like maybe old smoke. The bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned at all. The bath mat was hanging over the side of the tub and wet, there was a big blob of what would possibly toothpaste on the side of the bathtub, the base of the toilet was dirty, the wall across from the toilet was dirty and the sink area was not clean either. The mirrors in the room also appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. I didnt want to call right away as we were running short on time to get to our function but my husband wanted to so he did. They came right away and looked and cleaned again while we were out. If we had more time or had planned on staying more than one night we definitely would have left and found another place to stay. Between worrying that our bed sheets were not clean and the noise in the hallways at 1 a.m. I could not sleep well at all. After speaking with many others that were in our party we were not the only ones with dirty room issues. I am nowhere near a neat freak but the issues we had were pretty disgusting. Especially in days of Covid they should make sure the cleaning staff is doing their job properly. We wont be back and would never recommend this hotel to anyone else. It is really a shame because Radisson used to be such a nice hotel. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the front desk was nice and apologetic.
The room was dusty, one pillow had dirt spots, another pillow smelled like perfume, sleep number bed kept deflating and inflating all night long, bathroom walls were dirty with drips of possibly urine, only one towel in room, pool was cloudy and cold, hot tub was empty, kids had blocked the entrance to the courtyard with a table, restaurant closed, no breakfast, coffee pot empty. Best thing about this hotel was the entertainment I had reading the poor reviews! The lobby and halls looked nice, but I do not recommend!
Staff was very complacent, did not receive a welcome or hello. The entry was very dirty visible spots in carpet leading to elevator.The rooms were unclean had to clean the bathroom and furniture ourselves,The bed was very unsanitary, there were stains(appeared to be blood) on thebedding which led us to look at the mattress. There were several, very large stains in the mattress. We had to resort to using Lysol to sanitize the mattress then used towels to cover the stains. Thankfully we brought bedding which we used to sleep on.Until the management changes we will never used this hotel again, this was not the first bad experience weve had with this hotel.We travel to Akron frequently do to family.
Our first room was pretty gross. Pull out mattress was starting to fall apart. Bathroom had a musty smell. Shower didnt feel clean. The couch cushions were nasty. The flooring has creases that are coming up. They have outdated rooms. For what I paid, I expect more. Ive never had this issue with comparable competitors.
The up keep of this establishment was poor. The first room that we were in was unclean the tub, carpet and the mirror that was mildew in the ceiling. We came in so early in the morning the people were excellent the building itself was not. The the bed was clean but the carpet the furniture the tubs the drawers were dusty, underneath the microwave was dusty and dirty the carpet needed to be shampooed the furniture needed to be shampoo. The pool was cloudy. The common bathroom in the lobby was clean. I was very disappointed based off the review of us reading before we made the reservations. This was not a four star hotel.
Positive: The staff did try to accommodate our complaints and were polite. Negative: The outside&lobby look nice, but the rooms are terribly dirty. We complained about our first room and they were willing to change it. My husband walked with the manager to two other rooms before finding one that was average but still dirty.
We needed a hotel last minute and they were able to accommodate us and our dog with no issues. The room was great and they even have a large and convenient area to let your dog do their business out back. Only complaint was all doors except the front was disabled for re-entry so after you walked your pet, you have to walk around to the front to get back in.
Dont be fooled by the name or the entrance/ lobby. We have stayed at many Radisson hotels but this one has got to be the worst. This has nothing to do with low staff, though every time we came through the lobby there was only one person in site in a very large room with a bar that was closed. Everything looked ok until we got off the elevator on the 3rd floor. Immediately you can see the floors are probably original and they smell like they were. We enter our room to find old smelly carpet, Sleep number beds that were hooked up but didnt work, no fan in the shower/toilet room and just a odd smell. My wife called down to find a better room and they basically showed her the same thing on a different floor. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows were small and useless and the rain was literally dripping behind the wall near the ac unit. Would not recommend.
Positive: Good location Negative: Very disappointing room quality. Radisson used to be a luxury brand. This hotel did not represent that. The desk had a huge gouge in it. There were no cups in the bathroom. I went down to the front desk at 7 a.m. to get some more towels. No one on duty.
Do not stay here! Dirty I would have uploaded pictures but I only stayed a few hours. I arrived later Oct 9th got in the room realized it was nasty Slept in my clothes on top of towels and got the hell out of there first thing in morning! I booked Oct9 th to to Oct 11th booked through a website so couldn’t get a refund but I didn’t care! Hallways not clean, room not clean, rust in mold in bathroom! Just nasty 🤢
Stayed for a wedding. The room is a good size but the room is dirty. There are stains all over the walls and not sure what else. The TV remote wasn’t in the room so I asked for one. They brought it to me and the tv and cable cord are all unplugged. My TV wouldn’t work every after plugging in. Bathroom is dirty. And I had the AC set to 63 and the room won’t get any colder than 68.

Room was not clean...Mold on caulk around shower area, candy wrapper on window sill. Only one of the sleep number beds was functional. This day in age with cleanliness being a key factor is why we chose Hampton Inn as our halfway return hotel. And my son works at a Radisson.
Positive: Rooms were dated, not super clean but ok for the price. Not what I was expecting from a Radisson. First room not clean at all, got another room which was stated as a upgrade, it was not an upgrade at all, just a clean dated room. Negative: Cleanliness, especially with the covid pandemic. Not reassured that rooms have been sanitized. We took our chances...
Positive: it was in a convienent location. thats the only thing. Negative: The controls for the bed did not work. the clock radio did not work. the lights attached to the bed did not work. When i brought this up to the clerk at check out, she didnt even say she was sorry. this room should never have been rented to me.
I read mixed reviews regarding this hotel but I have stayed at several nice Raddison hotels before. However, when we got in our room, we had found food in the bed and heavily stained sheets that didn’t look washed. The very nice lady at the front desk quickly moved us so we thought we would be good. However, the pool area was absolutely disgusting and after staying for multiple days, we were told they were out of bath towels and we would have to wait a few hours for a towel to shower. The front desk customer service has been great but it seems that house keeping is non existent. Pretty disappointing considering we booked a “premium” room and can’t even get a bath towel. Also, all the reviews have very similar replies. Maybe someone should learn how to do their job in house keeping.
Positive: The good thing about this hotel is that check out is by noon. Negative: The room was smaller than I expected. The pool was dirty filled with towels and down for maintenance for two hours. The pictures are misleading the hot tub ,bar and restaurants are all closed at this establishment.
Man, let me begin. The outside has curb appeal. The lobby is half decent. The staff are okay. The price for the room was astronomically high for a room with the worlds most uncomfortable bed. I dont understand why you would put the smallest pillows on a king size bed. The sheets had hair in them. Brightside to this was there were no bedbugs. And yes. I checked. For the price I paid, they do not provide breakfast. Which is kind of a rip off if you ask me. The lady in the morning was rude when I wanted a recept. Im not sure why they charge you a security deposit if youre not paying in cash. Covid or not, I now have a hold on my account for God only knows how long. Cool. For a person who enjoys traveling, this place is not recommended at all. I recommend staying somewhere else and avoid this place at all cost! Thanks for reading.
Positive: I liked how close it was to my job. Negative: The front desk staff was somewhat rude. The deposit for local travelers is $150 and for out of state is $50. The room was a bit out dated and had discoloration in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress topper didn¿t help.

The only reason this hotel is even getting two stars is because they accommodated me when I booked an extra two nights and let me stay in my room. I’ve stayed in motel 6s better than this. This hotel gives the Radisson franchise a bad name. It’s dirty, housekeeping comes at checkout. The gym equipment is worn out and dated and can barely be used. The trash is asked to be placed outside with no replacement bags and the towels and wash cloths aren’t replaced the whole stay. It’s extremely noisy and I can honestly say it’s one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The only thing positive about it is the location.

Positive: Hotel is right of the highway and close to restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly. Negative: Room was outdated with uneven carpet. The hallway smelled like marijuana. We asked to be moved but management simply told us they would find the people responsible and ask them to leave. While this helps, it still does not get rid of the smell.
This hotel is sooooo filthy... definitely one of the most run-down and dirty hotel ive ever been to.. the room was dimly lit, curtain had lot of stains, even missing the sheer curtain (in the morning its either letting the whole world see what you do behind door or sit in complete darkness with no sunlight coming through). I am also pretty sure they didnt change the bed sheets as they were poorly made and tugged in. And bathroom was dark with rusted tub.. etc. I am pretty sure there are other scary points i forgot to mention. Overall a horrifying experience.

I rebooked to stay at the Radisson, as when I stayed 2 years ago, I would have rated it 4/5 stars (maybe we had an updated room? The lobby looks so nice!); however, this stay, the room was uncleanly - stains on the walls and carpet, many cobwebs, handprints on the windows, and peanuts left on the floor (I have a severe peanut allergy). The pillows smelled like smoke and we could hear the foot steps above us all night long. I was extremely disappointed.
Very nice people, particularly the evening desk clerk.But property itself is very shabby with dated decor and in need of obvious repair and rehab.Price was significantly lower than any other property in the area - but for a reason.Am a bit surprised that Radisson brand standards have come down this far.
Positive: Very quiet and private Negative: The room was a suite but had lights that didn¿t work and the furniture was extremely outdated and worn and it wasn¿t dirty in the room but it could have been cleaner..needed more supplies ( toilet paper, coffee, sugar, cream)
Overall I enjoyed my stay but the bed were hard and uncomfortable . The pool however was nice and clean and warm so we enjoyed that part. The staff was also nice and friendly. Unfortunately they tried to overcharge us because we had already paid with our card but they said we didnt and it would of costed 200 for one night because if you pay with cash they charge you for a $100 deposit wich in my opinion is a bit over priced in my opinion.
My visit was a bit disappointing. There was old used soap left in the shower..strange stains on wall and a stained shower curtain. Also, no bath mat or hair dryer. When I called front desk she asked me to come down to get it. I explained I had just gotten out of the shower so she did bring it up to me. All in all not a bad place they just need to pay attention to details.
Rooms a/c was off when I arrived, so the room was about 80° and took about 3 hours to bring down the temperture... although everything was clean, it was very cheap... Did not have very good experience with front desk and they were not accommodating at all...Told them that I needed a room with refrigerator and freezer because of medicines that I needed to keep cool and freezer packs that I needed to keep frozen...The best they could do was provide me with a tiny little College room sized refrigerator that had no freezer on it... Needless to say I had to throw out all of my medicine when I get home and get all new medicine from the pharmacy...Which is not cheap!!!Its 2020, a refrigerator and a freezer in a hotel room is not that much to ask... And also, I dont think its too much to ask have the room at a reasonable temperature when you arrive... Not only did my medicine spoil in the summer heat, so did my temper and mood!And.... On top of all that.....My room had a sleep number bed...THAT DIDNT WORK!!!WHY HAVE A SLEEP NUMBER BED IF ITS NOT GOING TO BE USED???One thing after the other!!!Its the little things, guys!!!!Youre killing me smalls!!!
Probably the WORST hotel Ive ever had the displeasure of staying in. The room was not very clean, several dead insects (even a few live ones), the bathroom door would not open all the way because it hit the toilet, almost no amenities due to Covid. This includes no comp breakfast, no housekeeping, no room service, no bar, and limited spa time, but the pool was opened. I was offered a room with a balcony so I accepted, turned out to be a ground level floor and it had a very small concrete pad outside the sliding glass door behind the heavily stained and smelly curtains. I could rant on for much longer but I feel its unnecessary to ramble on.Would never stay again, especially for $179 a night with a mandatory $150 security deposit.
Was traveling. Booked a room from my phone app. Because it was just past midnight, the app changed the date from 3rd to 4th while I was processing. I reserved three rooms. So, about an hour later when I arrived at about 1am on the 4th, the rooms were not available and Check-in was not allowed until 3pm. So I kindly asked for a refund so that I could rebook. I was told we would have to wait for the manager to see if I could get a refund. I was not granted a refund. I never even got to the room. Paid for three rooms and never even entered the doorway. I have tried to contact the manager, but they will not return my calls.

Mostly the stay was pleasant. We stayed for 2 days. But at the end when it was time to go and check out the front the front desk attendant a caucasian older women yelled at me. Apparently she heard me say a certain room number and proceeded to say snarky. You left that room in a disgusting state you shouldnt be allowed to stay at the radisson again. As i am asking what is she talking about as i am confused i only had a few chip crumbs on the floor. She says, ugh theres no excuse for what youve done. I shouldnt give you your deposit back but this time I will. I say, hold on i never gave you cash for deposit i used a debit card. Then i said maam you maybe confusing me with another room... which she was after she stopped over talking me. She said sorry but her attitude was distasteful and very rude upfront.
It was kids running in the hallway at night . the toilet seat in the bathroom broke off. the shower curtain smelled like it has not been washed in weeks. And they have a sleep number bed was awful. it was hard and then when i tried to make it soft i couldnt move around the other said because the other side was so hard. no continental breakfast. but the pool was open only for people for one hr. i payed 100.00 a night for this the my friend got her purse took when she was putting her baby in the car. im done with this hotel. wouldnt recommend this to no one. ppl was checking out around 7am . this just didnt make no since. no half off or nothing for for my stay.
Terrible. The customer service at the counter was very rude!!!!!!!!! I was asking them about a charge and they kept cutting me off. The room was very musty! Food and stains all in the hallway and in front of the elevator. There were yellow stains on the sheets and they were ultra dingy. I could not sleep. The toilet was dirty but I always bring Clorox wipes. The hotel room is very outdated. Do not stay here. I am very upset about this visit. Doesn’t pay to be cheap.
Was actually a really nice place. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff they were extremely. Theres a bar downstairs as well as a indoor pool and fitness They also serve breakfast in the morning but it does cost of I do believe around $8. For the price you couldnt beat it.
Was treated horrendously by the manager!!! Upon attempting to extend our stay, we were given the run around and our deposit was never refunded. The manager made us feel small and disrespected, so much to the point that we no longer felt comfortable staying in the hotel and we left.
Chemical smell in hallways and elevators. When I booked specifically told breakfast was served. No breakfast when I went down and asked. No breakfast on Mondays I was told. Dont like being lied to to get my business. No liquid milk or creamer for coffee... just packs of dried chemicals when I asked. And woken up at a little after 4:30a.m. by a blasting tv from next door.
I would give 5 stars if the bar had a bartender but I will say the guy at front desk was so kind an made us drinks. Great hotel great place. Nice an clean quiet. An I would stay here again. I stayed at the hotel while attending an event. Renovations in lobby were very nice and inviting. Great location as it is easily accessible to other restaurants and shops. The gym was comfortable.The front desk clerk Christine was very short and rude. I thought it was just a bad day but I was in town 3 days and each day the interaction was not positive. Unacceptable behavior for someone who has been in the industry over 30 years.Rooms were spacious. Bathroom tub was stopped up but maintenance appeared right away and fixed the issue. Sleep number mattress was not comfortable despite several adjustments.
When we first entered, it looked & smelled very clean. The lobby was nice, the lady at the front desk was friendly & very efficient. Our room was nice. The bed was made neatly, & everything appeared to be fine. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the coffee cups that were with the coffee maker were dirty. There were fingerprints on the toilet handle 🤢 which I really didnt like.
We checked in on a Monday and when we arrived there was $150 deposit that we was not informed of even after calling and confirming our reservation. our 1st room smelled like cigarettes and so did the 3rd floor hallway. They moved us to the 2nd floor. In the second room there was a big crack in the window and the window was wide open when we walked in, there was paper under the bed, the bed was suppose to be a sleep number but it was extremely uncomfortable and definitely didnt work right, in the bathroom there was brown spots all over the ceiling and we found maggots on it. And when my husband went down the elevator the next morning there was a beer bottle smashed on the elevator floor and beer everywhere. After telling the lady at the front desk she used a couple hand towels to half clean it up, left some glass and left the towels in the elevator. All around a horrible experience!
I booked 2 rooms, first the lady wouldn’t book my room because my Id is expired.... then we booked in my cousins name and used my card which she wouldn’t allow because the card said my name. She cancelled the first set and the second set she didn’t cancel which they charged $300 for a room I wasn’t allowed to even check into. When I called the manager gave me a run around saying I should have cancelled my room when she cancelled the first set why didn’t she cancel the second? If you were able to charge my card I should have been able to have my room. Now I have to take legal matters over $300 when I really didn’t want to have to do all of this.
Check in was no problem at all. Sufficient parking for oversized parking (was easier in the rear of the hotel). Pretty quiet location as it is at the end of the street. However, there can be a good bit of road noise from the highway if your room faces that direction. Huge plus that there was a walk out balcony so it enabled me to get fresh air all day. The AC unit was either on too extreme or off despite my attempts to find a comfortable medium (to no avail). The room plus stocked well, but it was very clear that there was no vacuuming done during my 4-day stay, and especially not before my arrival. The hotel needs a little bit of an overhaul, as it is showing a little bit of wear, especially in the bathroom where it appears that it could be molding soon. Also, although I had a Sleep Number bed, the unit was broken and it was stuck on whatever setting it had been on last, I suppose. There are quite a few decent restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. I wouldnt mind staying again, although it would be nice to see some of the problems fixed. That would give this hotel a very high rating.

2022-06-21Positive: The pool area was nice seemed clean enough and the pool was warm. Negative: My hotel room seemed very dingy. Nothing in the room worked, the pull out bed was broke, the sleep number beds were broke, there was hair in the sink upon arrival. TV was Clichy. One of the worst things I didnt realize is there was no free breakfast.

2022-06-18Positive: Large hotel with a spacious lobby, modern fixtures, and plenty of amenities. The room had an expansive open floor plan with ample space and a small balcony. Negative: Compared to the size of the room itself the bathroom and sink/mirror area were quite small. The room with the toilet & shower were pretty cramped and the position of the bathroom door made the space feel even smaller.

2022-06-08So... where do I start. Well its been a week and my $50 deposit still isnt released on my card.The pool area was OVER RUN by 15 kids of the same family, from one room. They were smoking weed at the pool patio table. And my 7yo wasnt able to swim. I had no where to sit. Because when I did sit down there was the insides of a diaper explosion all over the seat I sat in. I was trying to eat while My son swam. And it ruined all of that. I stayed on a Monday (memorial day) into Tuesday, so I was very surprised to see this going on. I was looking for a nice relaxing time after driving from south Carolina that day. The room was nice, not as nice as one would expect a Radisson to be. But nice enough. They dont allow you to use the side doors. You must use the front door EVERY TIME. which made getting my bags in and out extremely difficult. This hotel was really nice 20yrs ago.

2022-03-26I’ve stayed at this hotel frequently over the past few years since I’ve moved and I have family in the area. It’s always an option to stay with them but typically it’s nice to have my own space at the end of a visit. I’ve worked for this company in the past and I am a rewards member.Upon checking in late last night (reservation already made- can’t cancel without being charged) another guest was at the desk irate about the cleanliness of their room (second time they’d been moved as the first room had a used c__d__m in it and they had small children with them) I know that the front desk doesn’t have much authority other than moving rooms when there is an issue. however, her concerns were fair and she was unhappy.I check in and we get settled in. Our room is clean. However, there was NO SMOKE DETECTOR in the room. at all. In fact, it was a giant hole where it should’ve been. It was late and the guy at the desk had been through the wringer already, and I didn’t want to take chances of being moved to a dirtier room. So I waited until check out to let them know.but the decline in the quality of the hotel in just the past few years is alarming. I could tell the staff was trying to do their best but with issues this big it tends to go beyond the front desk and the house keeping staff.I’ll probably stay with family next time I visit the area.

2022-05-22On check in we were told we had been upgraded to suite. Very pleased. Suite however, kitchen area sink had a red sticky drink in sink and on work top.... nit good. Also the bed mover did not work. Plus wanted to dry my hair, hairdryer was disgusting. Covered In some kind of hair product. This had not been cleaned. I explained on check out and no apology was given. Not good.

2022-06-11Terribly dirty, tiny double beds, staff inattentive and not helpful. Outlet hanging out of the wall, repairs in room not completed. No restaurant, no continental breakfast. Empty vending machine, burning coffee in a disgusting pot. Pool and hot tub area dirty and as you enter it smells like urine. They are currently charging a $150 security deposit! For what? All other hotels you drive past look 10 times better!
