I try not to go here unless i absolutely have to. Their employees make you feel like you are bothering them when you come in to have work done, not to mention that the prices on the tires they sell are quite high.
Great place. Replaced all four tires on my truck quickly. Good price.
Been doing business with Ron and Jay at R&M tires now for years great group of guys always friendly and happy to help I had a flat while in Lancaster was in the parking lot of a big box tire store walked in asked them if they could repair it they said sure but will be 3 hours before they could get to it I pulled it off put spare tire on called R&M Ron said bring it in they take care of it not only did he stay late on a Saturday afternoon he repaired my tire and changed out the spare and put the spare back in its stow away spot and didnt change me for any of it its those kinda of things that keep me comeing back great people great service and great prices highly recommend them for tire services

Not good. Beware!! Stopped in to have my tire pressure checked. Guy said he “plugged” the tire...good to go. A day later, leaking worse than before and no other repair shop will touch it because the plug was done so poorly. A “free” repair just cost me $200 for a new tire. I do not recommend.
Went in to see about getting a tire plugged .Tire was not repairable , since I have a road hazard warranty from Costco I chose to take tire back to them for replacement. R&M put on my spare tire for me and charged me nothing. Outstanding people and business would recommend them to everyone. Thanks to them again
Told me the brand new tires that I bought at an auction wouldnt go on my car. I told him I couldnt afford others and walked out my husband went to another shop, they put them on, no problem at all.
They are so quick and efficient. I have never felt like they are trying to just get me to buy something I dont need. I go to R&M for my tire service anytime possible.

Great place yo buy tires! No you need this alignment or your struts are bad, they sell you what you ask and nothing else; other than great service.
Great company and great group of people who will take care of you and will do a courtesy check of air pressure in your tires, they are very fast local owned and operated.
I wouldnt hesitate to go back to this place of business again! After being unable to resolve the issue with my car, the employee refused to charge me for the time he had invested in the attempt!

2022-01-14I called in and tried to make an appointment to get tires put on my car and I was told it was first come, first serve. The following day I showed up ten minutes after opening with 4 tires to be put on, and I was informed rather rudely, that there were 4 jobs ahead of me including one from last night. That was my first interaction with the employee, not even a greeting. The employees make it seem as if they are too busy to provide a service for you. Don’t worry RM tires, I won’t bother you anymore with my business!

2022-04-16Charged my 75 dollars for a used tire, if I had any other option I wouldnt have paid it. If you can just wait till a weekday, swing down to Laurelville. Theyll set you up just as well in 1/4 of the time for 30 bucks more or less.

2021-10-22They had their store opened during the Pumpkin Show for our family to come in and warm up. I really appreciated that. I wouldnt be able to use the services they offer as we are out of town, but if they care enough to offer this; then it makes me believe they are a good place to do business with.

2019-07-13Got me in right away, they always offer amazing service. 9 minutes shy of closing time and what I thought was a valve stem was a screw in the dead center of my tire. Easy fix for them and quick too. Love this place!
