Quin did an amazing job in listening to what I wanted out of a house. It was my first time buying a home. She also did a great job picking out houses she seemed fit for me. I would recommend her! The Howard Hanna team did an amazing job! Quin also did a great job in explaining the whole process and recommending great people to do home inspections.

What a pleasure it was to work with Quin in buying our new home. Quin is warm and personable--our kids really liked her too!--while also being efficient and hard-working. We appreciated how she arranged our house search according to our needs and answered our questions thoroughly and graciously. When we had special issues with our lender and with inspection results, Quin negotiated fairly and persisted in sorting the matter out until it was resolved. Altogether a great experience working with Quin, and we highly recommend her!

My husband and I recently bought our first house and I am SO GLAD we had Quin helping us. Neither of us had any idea what we were doing, but Quin explained how the whole buying process would work, and then walked us through every step - she kept us informed of deadlines well ahead of time, offered recommendations for an inspector, explained what was going on behind the scenes with the appraisal and title company, etc.In particular though, my husband and I both appreciated that Quin could be quickly reached by text, and that when we needed to meet with her she was available after we both got off work. We didnt have to adjust our work schedules or wait around for answers. That flexibility and willingness to work with with us made our lives so much easier. Plus, shes just super sweet! We loved working with her, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in the Akron area.

Quin was perfect. She was recommended by a good friend. We got together and discussed needs and wants over coffee and worked at looking at a few properties. She worked with my odd schedule, did an impressive job keeping me informed, helping me buy my first home. She was patient and very well informed. She referenced the best people who worked very hard. I’ve now worked with Quin on two separate occasions. She’s great to work with. There to give you her time and attention to make sure that you’re well represented in a transaction. I’ve contacted her at different times of the day, week via text, phone or e-mail and she’s always timely with her response. I’ve moved recently out of state and worked with another broker. It was like night and day. Wish she was licensed to work outside Ohio, lol. Anyways, whether you’re a buyer or seller, Quin will guide and counsel you with wisdom and experience. Highest recommendation.

Exceptionally diligent real estate agent. Lightning prompt replies to all your questions. Quin literally makes you feel like youre the only client she has. I was new to the Akron area, and she helped me acclimate in a couple days. She says she doesnt consider what she does work, because she loves the city. Im so lucky to have met her.
