Horrible bus company. Drivers do not care about children safety. They never return calls when you have a concern or problem with one of their drivers.
Glad my kids do not rely on this bus company. Bus #76 apparently needs to learn how to merge on the highway without running others off the road at Mitchell Ave exit on 75 south!
We use them regularly for field trips. Easy to book, good drivers with clean busses.
Amazing people to work with. Hands down.
Love this place. The staffs are very nice and I love working here.
I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT QUEEN CITY, BUT I KNOW THAT THEIR PARKING LOT IS TERRIBLE, IT WILL MESS YOUR VEHICLE UP IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL.

2022-06-08Well you ruined my granddaughters trip to Washington, D.C. You obviously dont know the clearance for the underpasses. Her bus was stuck for hours then had to sit in a parking lot all day because another bus broke down and you dont have more buses? All of their reservations have been cancelled now for their trip. I have a granddaughter sitting in PA thanks to you. She is only 14 and has been working odd jobs for money for this trip. Your company is a joke.

2022-07-15This company is the worst when it comes to communication. We run a summer camp at a neighborhood center, and the staff must be ghosts or something, because we can never get a response when its really needed. Right now, there are children waiting for a bus to the aquarium that was promised at 10am. We have not heard anything from the driver or dispatch to say otherwise, and calling in for a status update gets us nowhere, instead were told Ill transfer you to dispatch and circled back to the main, unstaffed line to wait in a perpetual hold. Not sure whats up with this place, but it needs an overhaul.

2019-12-16Very late. 7:47 now and nowhere in sight. Still not here at 7:52 now. School starts at 8. Pick up time is to be 7:12. Very unreliable! Student is late too school more than he is on time! School is over twenty minutes away. After 8 now, and school starts at 8. 8:10, and still not here. Its exam week, and this is an unexcused absence! Bus nowhere in sight, been outside since 7:10!!!🤬🤬🤬

2021-08-30Our original bus transport company canceled on us the night before our daughter’s wedding. Queen City worked so hard to secure a coach bus to transport our guests from the venue to our after-party. They really saved the day!

2021-04-01This is the 2nd day in a row Bus #127 has almost ran my car off the road and into the wall because the driver apparently doesn’t check their mirrors or blind spots before merging. I also watched them drift through a red light, STRAIGHT into oncoming traffic. The ENTIRE bus was over the line. Not to mention inconsistent speeds— they’ll either go a bit over the limit or 15 under for no reason. Kids and surrounding people WILL get hurt.

2020-03-03This company hires THE WORST drivers. Drivers with no sense of direction or urgency with the absolute worst attitudes I have ever encountered in humans (yes that’s plural, as in their screening must be the same across the board) and these are the people you’re expected to feel safe delivering your children’s school. Honestly, you’re better off letting your kid drive themselves, because I’m pretty sure they just hire bottom of the barrel middle schoolers to fulfill this position.

2019-08-26My daughters school transportation is with Queen City they either dont pick her up in the morning or so late someone takes her to school. Pick up time is 8:44, we leave the bus stop after 9:05 because of no show. Shes late to school because of the bus. Shes late home every day too, drop off is at 3:54 not 4:15 or at times 4:30. Never get a call saying they are running late, cant call Queen City because no one answers the phone.

2017-10-05I wouldnt leave a star at all if I didnt have to. I almost got hit by one of the buses this morning leaving my parents house. They live on chestnut and town st. I crossed over town st. When my light was green. The bus driver came through the light and almost hit my car. The parking is terrible there already. They have a few different lots and still park on the street. Now what? They gonna just start running the residents over?

2018-03-12I cant tell you anything about them exit, just got a job with. Then are looking for drivers and monitors to hire.if you dont have your CDL ,they will train you to get them and train you to be a bus monitor. You have to go into apply for the job its paper Application.good luck
