2022-04-21The response time was incredible! I was seeking a used washing machine and our phone correspondence was positive and the machine was delivered very timely and extremely clean. It has been a couple months since the purchase and the machine still works great. The price quote was slightly off compared to the actual, so just stick to the quoted price if thats concerning for you. I was so happy to have a quality machine so quickly that is was worth a tip.

2022-07-12Went out of their way to help my elderly mother when her washer broke. They treated her with respect and were very patient with her. They even brought the washer out in the evening after their business had closed because that was the best time for her. Its hard to trust businesses anymore, but I definitely trust the Quality Used Appliance family and will DEFINITELY use them again.

2022-05-18Went here yesterday to buy a fridge and maybe a gas stove, picked out a set to pick up today. Waited 40 min for man to show up with wrong stove and a fridge with no shelves (definitely not what I picked out)and then got pissie with me because I asked questions about it.. I have never been treated so poorly by a so called business! His wife even apologized for his behavior

2020-12-22These people are wonderful! I called told the lady what my oven was doing and right away she told me what was wrong.Then she put her husband on the phone and he explained it to me more.I drove to Alliance got the part for a GREAT price,went home took 5 minutes to replace the part and my oven works better then ever!! I give them 5 stars across the board! Very knowledgeable,great prices I very highly recommend!
