They were very accommodating when the monthly subscription app was not working. Our cars are often coated in mud after trips to SW rural Ohio. They do a nice job with extra spraying in the mud caked wheel wells.
These guys are convenient, they have people to dry the spots off of your car even in the middle of dead winter, and their prices are decent. They even have a membership, but I only use their service once a month to get road salt and pollen off of the car. Never had an issues, and always happy (if sometimes cold) faces.
Great car wash I have been a quality scrub member for over 20 years I will not go anywhere else with my vehicles. I enjoy going to this one the most. Friendly and helpful people.
This place is AWESOME! The whole process from start to end is fast! Even with the speed they do not miss anything, your vehicle comes out looking FRESH! All the employees are respectful and polite! The owner is a great person to work for! I recommend stopping and checking it out..ask them about thier deals for unlimited washes (very inexpensive for the Value you receive) and please dont forget to TIP your dryer !
So I’ve been going to this car wash for over 2 years and everything’s been great. I got an alert on my bank app this morning saying that something has changed. I was paying $16 a month and now they are charging me $20 so I called the number on my car wash app to ask about it and they had me check my email. THEY LITERALLY SENT ME AN EMAIL 15 HOURS AGO TELLING ME ABOUT THE INCREASE!! I feel like it’s kinda sneaky to tell me via email right before charging me. Soooooo yeah👎🏼👎🏼
Today, I was yelled and screamed at by some old guy working there. I always have trouble getting on the track at the beginning, and today was no exception. I have never had a grown man yelled at and berate me, in my life. My father didnt do it. Uncles, cousins never did it. Ex boyfriends never did it. I didnt know whether to yell back or just cry. The young girl who took my money seemed mortified and was very nice. Although this place is close to me, I will never return. Dont know why I was treated so badly, but I know it will never happen to me again.
Its so quick and easy, the wax repels water good and your first month is only a dollar!
Ive gone here for 12+ years, fast, friendly, and free vacuums after for all your needs. The only downside is when its busy (normally during random heat waves during winter/start of warm weather)the lines can get backed up at an semesters intersection.

The wash cycle has soft, gentle washing brushes and sponge like strips that gently scrub. Ive never experienced and damage to my car. They hand dry your car at the end. I always tip the hand towel driers. There are two people that dry your car and they are fast and efficient. You can use your personal link and invite people. When someone accepts your invitation and downloads the app, youll receive $5.00 your next wash. The savings is reflected in your next bank statement. Sign up! You wont regret it. Once you download the app and fill our your cars description, youll get a QR code so when you pull up for a wash, open the app and show the clerk at the beginning of each wash. They scan your code and you move on through the car wash. Guided by tracks, that will pull your car along, once you put your car in neutral. Chassis wash, wheel wash, wax, you name it, its available and the prices are acceptably low and compare to other car washes. Quality Scrub is gentle on my car but gets the job done!
I got my car washed and then swept it out with the free vacuums next to carwash. The price went up to $8, which I think is a little since they raised it to $7 last year. I always go there because if the service and the value, but now the prices are about the same with other carwashes!
Very friendly, fairly priced, quick in/out and hand dry your vehicle. It is also the first place I have known to re-dry your window after receiving a tip. Nicely done!!!
I took my car during a busy time, I feel like they care more about quantity and not quality. I paid extra to have the under carriage cleaned and it was still very dirty. I was supposed to have the tires cleaned doesnt looked like they were touched. I would not recommend!
Prices are pretty fair with $14 for the best wash. They also have a monthly program for washes in a month. Just be careful which time of day you go as they can get really busy. There are also vacuums for cleaning out the inside of your car as well.

Took my vehicle here and left with it still dirty. Went the next day to get a second wash since I figured maybe my vehicle was just overdue but after the second wash it was still dirty on the front and back with soap splatter on the sides. Good thing I got a Groupon and didn’t pay too much.
Superb auto wash and wax. Nice staff. They certainly deserve a tip every time I am there. Have a convenient and reasonably priced monthly pass which I must use, being an Uber driver, at least every other day, if not every day. But, please make sure that you leave out one or two vacuum hoses until you close at 8pm, since I work the night shift and get a wash and wax on average at 7-7:30pm. I’ve been going here for over a year and have taken 3 different cars here and always had there highest monthly membership! Unlike other places this place is truly unlimited. I am very much so a car guy and sometimes I’ll find myself here everyday and as i know i May be annoying I’m greated with smiles and happy workers! The wash is very good and a human towel drys it for you! Highly recommend
Fast. I went on one of those days when everyone goes, right after work. They had the line split into two lanes, and it still stretched near state rd. Didnt matter, as they got everyone through efficiently. The guys drying the car were working hard. Remember to always tip them! Great place.
They get you through quickly and their monthly passes are great the only flaw is they never wipe your rims off and sometimes they dont wipe the whole vehicle off because they run the vehicles through so quick they dont have time.

Not as good as i expected for the money i paid. I got the most expensive car wash they had and it was just flashing colorful lights in there basically just to keep you distracted. I needed the bottom of my car washed well. But not agreat job
I only go to a car wash in the winter to get the salt off the underside. Most places, for an extra fee, will offer some kind of weak, vegetable-mister-style spray on the underside as you drive through, before vigorously pounding the rest of the car. But for the extra fee at Quality, the underside didnt even get wet. Thats not an exaggeration--the light dusting of mud and salt on the undercarriage was in precisely the same condition as it was before I drove through, and bone dry.Since the undercarriage rusting out is the only thing Im concerned about, the whole price was a loss, not just the upcharge. Does anyone actually give a good undercarriage wash? (Not everyone has access to their own hose and/or are allowed to wash their cars where theyre parked--car washes are the only way.)
Great car wash! They have a monthly plan that is really nice especially in the winter. Sometimes its difficult to get into the driveway due to the location and traffic. Be careful.
NEVER, EVER AGAIN!!!Have gone here for years and never a problem till I went through at 7:00 on a Friday. There was only one one person drying and I thought he went over our car pretty fast but chalked it up to just being a quick worker, HOWEVER, when I got out of my car on the other side of town I saw there were spots everywhere. There were big water spots on the roofline, the entire back, grill, everywhere, so I had to wipe down my entire car with a damp towel to remove all the water spots. Called right before closing, no answer, called first thing Saturday morning and no answer, in between rain showers I called several times over the next three days. Wednesday was nice so I drove there and spoke to the guy with the dark hair and beard that I have seen there for years and told him my story and that I had been trying to reach them, to my surprise I was told the reason for not answering was because they no longer had a phone there and even though it had rained on and off for three days why was I just now coming back. After trying to explain that since it had been raining, and no one answering the phone, I thought they were closed. That is when he asked me so I guess you just want a free car wash now after almost a week? REALLY? I politely told him that was OK I did not want to put him out and I will just take my business elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!
I am new to the area and I have tried to find a reasonable car wash place that dies a great job. This is the place! I love the buy one get one free option on Wednesdays. I have always got great service and there are free vacuums to use when done with the wash.
Im signing up next month with a monthly description in March i got the $1.00 for a whole month they really do a great job with no scratches.
I have used this car wash easily over +100 times. Thursday March 22, 2018 I was trying to redeem my Buy One Get One FREE The Works Car Wash. (so the 1st one was done with no issue the week before) I entered the wash, approximately 5 feet and my Perfect Condition HEMI Dodge Ram becomes stuck on the Drivers Side on my running board. The same running boards on my truck as the week before and countless previous prior visits. Im yelled at with water & soap left running to put it in reverse and back out of the car wash. They spray off my truck and say, no damage, but they DONT want you to go through. OK. I drive home inspect my truck. My drivers side running board is destroyed. So I return. I am given 2 free car washes? Makes sense. Fill out an accident report. Im next given the General Managers Name and # and told he will be calling me........ still waiting.Hey Joel... tag youre it!
Theyre going down hill now. Prices rising and even for the most expensive option, they didnt use enough water to rinse my compact car off.
Membership issuesI purchased a membership for $7.84 off groupon they did an automatic renewal of $19.21 April 7th. No warning. Contact them and was told they cant refund my money. I only got a chance to use the membership once since the few times I drove out there they were closed. Be careful buying a membership from this company. ( Everwash)
Paid for the ultimate wash and got NOTHING that was included with it. I was supposed to get a undercarriage wash but the bottom was not even touched. Also dirt left on car doors and hood. Would not recommend to anyone.
Overall, if you are do not care about your cars overall appearance and simply want to have the salt or mud washed off of your car, this is the place.For a value car wash you get what you pay for.Reading some of the other reviews, I dont expect someone who is outside in the dead of winter to dry my car with a smile on their face. I thank them for braving the cold to wipe down the majority of the water left on my car.Im planning on opening a business next door called Wheels n Spots. As soon as you leave Quality Scrub, simply drive next door where service will include finish drying your vehicle and take the time to wipe down your wheels (which were never touched by water or soap). For an added fee we will offer removing residual water from your sports mirrors and soap spots that will appear over the entire body of your car within minutes of leaving.

I pay a monthly fee for service but always have to wait for the use of poorly functioning vacuums. Perhaps this company should not allow non customers the use of the facilities as I have watched these”patrons” throw trash in the lot and use the vacuums until they are clogged.
I dont care for the brushes in fact I forgot about them right up until I was pulling in they do a great job a little lax on the rinsing of the soap

Worst experience ever. A 5$ wash cost me an extra 91.18. Their wash broke the air stem off my tire. Prior to pulling out the wash my car was wiped off i gave a tip and not one employee competing the wash informed me that my tire was on the ground. Had to drive down a busy main street to the gas station for air where i found out the air stem was broken off. Then i had to drive again on a busy main street to a tire shop to purchase a new tire and the sensor that allowes the air to go into the tire. I took the receipt back to Quality Srub where they informed me that they wouldnt reimburse me for the tire because the air caps werent factory. I wouldnt recommend this establishment to anyone and i will be contacting the BBB in Akron.

Not worth a single star. $13 deluxe car wash turned into an insurance claim and new paint job on my hood from dirty towels. Damage was reported 10 minutes after leaving the car wash. My complaint was met with denial and rudeness from management and not even an offer for a refund.

This is where the corporate headquaters is located but when you call to report an incident, they dont want to hear it. Their service is below average and I wouldnt send my dog there to get a flea bath. The manager Shane is an egotistical buttonhole that think Im below him, but when my lawyer is done with Quality Scrub, hell be picking up cans for additional income.

2021-12-20I’ve been going to this car wash for years, very friendly staff and hand drying! I pay the monthly fee for unlimited washes and have since upgraded to their premium wash plan and I sincerely don’t regret it, I feel my car looks 10x better. Also one of the only places with a free vacuum area that’s pretty well maintained.

I have tried a few of the new brushless laser car washes and all they do is spray water & soap on your car and barely dry it off I spent $19.00 at one and my car came out almost as dirty as it was before the wash the dirt and salt were still there. On a scale of 1-10 10 being the best I give Quality Scrub a 20

2022-05-30I love going to this car wash I have a monthly membership of their ultimate Wash. I have an older car its a 1999 Mercedes and its in really good shape but my right side mirror housing loves to fall off every time I go through this location. It doesnt fall off often at the other locations but this one is a little bit rougher on the car.

Even though it is close to home, Ill drive further for better customer service. Need to train the new employees how to be nice and professional...

2022-02-20These folks are very hard working day in and day out all year round through all weather and deserve every tip and perk you can give them.Thank you guys for always being there.My only concern is please use a new set of clean towels for every car that you dry.I notice that you do not always have the time to do that so my thought is run the vehicles through on one less roller to give them time to get change their towels.I have been through that wash many of times so close to the car in front of me that if they hit their brakes and skip the roller we have an issue.I pay for a monthly subscription and tip generously but that makes me too nervous.Thanks guys love yall

2019-11-01They have a new APP and it makes a premium wash available unlimited for only $25/month - 2 washes pay for itself. Very friendly staff makes this place great. Also, I choose them because the wash actually scrubs the car. Those no-touch places use acids that hurts your clear coat.
