A little outdated. Didn’t know we would be in a “apartment hotel” we were on the floor where people actually lived there. With all those different smells, pets, weed, dirty, people cooking & garbage overflowing… it was way to much to Take in all at once. Other than that, the staff was great! You all get the 3 stars
This place had bedbugs. My door wouldnt even lock when I left to go to work, so I could have been robbed. I complained for 5 straight days till they finally fixed it. And they refused to put me in another room. Will never use Quality Inn ever again. And I was stuck cause my company paid for it, so I couldnt just move to another hotel
I absolutely regret staying here. And highly recommend anyone else who is thinking about it to find another hotel. Please, spend your extra money and stay at someplace nice. It will be worth it. As you can see from the photos, the room was filthy. There was an empty beer bottle behind the side table. The lamps were covered in filth, along with the bathroom. The door to the mini fridge was falling apart as well. It was not until the morning when we pulled back the covers entirely that we found dried blood on the sheets. It is obvious there was no cleaning done to the room prior to our arrival. Only a bed made and soap/shampoo placed in the bathroom. The shower head didn’t work correctly either. The ONLY reason I stayed here was because they were the only hotel which had an open room for the weekend I needed to be in Toledo and allow pets, so we were able to bring our dog. The front desk staff was friendly but aside from the dog policy and front staff, this hotel was terrible and the stay was terrible.There was also several people drinking, dancing, blocking the parking lot and partying with their cars for some reason. There were also random, appeared to be transient people lingering around the hotel. If I could give this review 0 stars, I would.
The room was clean and the hotel reasonably quiet. However, the bathroom was in desparate need of updating. Everything worked properly though, so I woudl still recommend this location.
Blower dryer plug was unsafe, fridge in room did not work, coffee maker was not cleaned and no cups. Bed was great but I like a very firm bed. Bathroom needs gutted and redone.
THIS IS A TERRIBLE HOTEL...It costed me $165.00 for a king size bedroom the bed is hard and they do not serve coffee after 10 breakfast sucks and usually my stays at Quality Inn are great but this one... if I was able to give it 0 stars I would.. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL....
This hotel served our purpose, an overnight stay on our way home from Florida. It really needs an update. We stayed in 2 different Quality Suites on our trip in 2020 and they were much more modern, brighter rooms and large walk in showers.
Staff were very friendly. Sheets and comforters had stains. Toilet wouldnt flush most of the time. Shower and towels seemed fine.
We stayed there for a month waiting on our house to be ready. They kept changing the price saying its for supply and demand, even though we never changed our room. We would pay a minimum of three days at a time. Also the male staff were extremely rude! Also there are homeless people all around outside and inside. Caught one sleeping in the hallway at the back of the building! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TO!!!!!!
In a decent location but there are definitely nicer hotels nearby. Neighbors were noisy, and room had a moldy bathroom ceiling. Would not book a room here again.
I would not stay here ever again . The cost of the hotel was the same as extended stay I picked this hotel because it was closer. However the quality was so horrible. The stains , it smelled like cigarettes and poop. There was poop in my first room. I was extremely uncomfortable probably would have left if it wasn’t already late and I worked in the morning . I didn’t sleep . I couldn’t .

Upon check-in, I was asked to sign a non-smoking compliance agreement to which we adhered to. However, as soon as you enter the lobby the smell of smoke was very clear and it only got worse as we went to our floor and our room.
They also told me that my deposits would be refunded but instead they didnt get refunded to me. And we only stayed at night because we went An traveled around Toldeo. We left early because if the smell of weed as well.
A relaxing stay and easy to get checked in. I use to stay while traveling to local hospital and theyre always accommodating.
Room 117 has roaches and staff didnt care wouldnt refund our money and we didnt stay after 2 guys came to the room and took pictures of the dead roach I killed. Went back today to get refund and lets just say that aint happening
Rooms were dirty smelled like smoke in non smoking rooms mattress were dirty and hard as a rock bathrooms are way to small almost could not close the door when I went in also are ac unit dis not work.
Checked in and immediately realized the pictures were very deceiving 😅. Proceeded to check in while one of the female staff members was sizing me up the entire time I was standing there filling out my paperwork. I slightly felt uncomfortable but I didn’t say anything since my attitude isn’t really the best when I’m annoyed 🤣.I then went up to my bedroom. Sheesh, if the staff would stare at the room as hard as they stared at me, the room may have been properly cleaned lol. I am a manager in a cleaning business and I was absolutely appalled at how dirty my room was. I used one of the rags they supplied (white rag) to see exactly “how dirty” the room was while I cleaned it over again. Disgusting.As the night continued. I realized they have smelly water AND ROACHES 🤷♀️. Not only did I need to stop this EXTREMELY IMPREGNATED German roach from crawling into my luggage but the other residents there were so loud at night that there was no point in sleeping there. I was so paranoid that I even checked the edges of the bed to be sure I didn’t have bedbugs too lol.It was literally a downgrade from the red roof.On the plus side. Staff was very nice and didn’t give me any issues aside from that one female staring at me like I was a circus freak 🤣😂🤷♀️.If you wanna party and have no repercussions. Go here. However, if you want a nice relaxing clean room to get some sleep. This is NOT the place to go.
Absolute discredit to hotels everywhere and the Quality brand. This hotel needs serious intervention. Theres absolutely zero QUALITY in this Quality Inn hotel. Huge disappointment and would never stay in again or recommend.
TAKE THIS REVIEW SERIOUSI stayed here April 21-22 and went next door to the Hampton Inn.The rooms are out dated and worn out. This hotel is in serous need of some upgrades and renovations, the owners have/are not investing in bringing the hotel up to the standards of the other hotels near by (Hampton Inn, Marriott, Holiday Inn) Those hotels are in walking distance and newer for anyone reading this review. I take reviews serious if you like low budget, unclean and outdated this is the hotel for you.The bed spreads were stained the room was filthy. There was all tye of hair in the bathroom, the hot water pressure is horribly low.

The best I can say is... There were no roaches, and the beds seemed ok. The worker at the front desk was also pleasant and helpful.Everything else... Oh man. I paid $80 for this place and still dont understand how such a low quality place can charge so much. No elevator to the second floor; the room smelled terrible; breakfast has been cancelled and still hasnt been restored in the name of COVID-19 (only small food bags are provided at a first-come first-serve basis - even napkins arent provided); the bath was full of water when we arrived.We were happy to leave.

The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and a nice size (King), but the room overall was disappointing. The refrigerator didnt keep the items cool, one of the outlets didnt work and the ceiling tiles were dirty (maybe mold) and didnt fit correctly into the ceiling. We were only staying one night and tired and didnt see a need to ask for a different room. Also the hotel is located in a great shopping and eating area.
Positive: Nothing stood out with this hotel. The woman that stocked the bagged breakfast was very nice. Negative: The pine scent the was in the room to cover up the Marijuana smell was terrible. They had left someones food in the fridge, and turned it off. You could smell weed while walking down the hallway! They added on a $50 deposit to the room at check in!!

Positive: That there was a room available. Negative: The hotel itself and the room I was in was shabby. It needed updating and a thorough cleaning. I didnt want to walk on the carpet barefoot. Breakfast was a piece of bread with an individual packet of peanut butter presented in a brown paper bag.
The room was in disrepair. The safety latch had been broken. The electrical system. Through out the room flickered off all the lights and the night manager came to our room and saw the bathroom switch turned off lights in the room. Doors slamming all night long. A crack haven of whom the management condones. Charged my debit card over a hundred dollars a night after the quoted price was $72!!! Do not patronize this hotel.This establishment is poorly run...do yourself a favor and avoid the QUALITY INN ON decor in Toledo.
Got the Jacuzzi suite, which was actually pretty good, I love the tub being right in the room. Housekeeping left something to be desired, some things were dusty or straight up dirty and the floor was a bit sticky. The hot breakfast in the morning was really sad. No juice, nothing hot, I got a brown paper bag with one slice of bread, a single serve peanut butter and a single serve jelly. Receptionist did hook us up with some bottled water because we were sad about juice though! Overall the stay was enjoyable, but not worth the money spent.
Stayed here this past weekend and never been more disappointed in a motel ever. They tell me at check in a $50 deposit would be held until check out which they added to my 2 night stay. The next day they billed my credit card an additional $50 without informing me or me authorizing it which made it $100 deposit. Not only that I could barely breath entering the hotel in the hallway in the evenings because the entire floor smelled like pot so bad it was like entering the room it was smoked in. I mentioned it to the front desk after the first night and they said they cant control it to where I really think law enforcement needs to crack down on this in the motel if the motel is gonna charge high rates per night because it really makes some peoples stay miserable. Very disappointed for the amount of money I paid

Not recommended! I stayed here for quick overnight on long travels. The sleep was not restful. The odor of marijuana smoke and cover-up air freshener spray was overwhelming. Sheets were torn, old, and stained. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, including lower value properties in developing countries. This hotel ranks near the bottom. I encourage the owners for the benefit of their customers to prioritize a deep cleaning rather than layers of musty, cover-up air freshener. Even for $65/night, it is not worth the value.
Positive: Pleasant staff who were prompt to help when needed. Easily found from the main road. Negative: The first room we were given was not acceptable. Second room better but a downgrade from what we paid for. The grab and go breakfast was rather unpleasant; a small cold egg and sausage San which and a tiny muffin.
BEWARE DONT STAY HERE, Nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in my room wasnt ready nor clean when I got to it, bathroom was nasty mice droppings on floor, mildew in the ac unit, no screens in the window, staff says they deep cleaned I have pictures they did not, drug deals going on in and around the hotel with staff knowledge bagged peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for breakfast, no kidding I have pictures, Im going to contact the BBB as there is no one to talk to other than the front desk. Trust me you will leave itching.
This hotel is in front of the newer hotels built on Secor in Toledo, right off 475. It does not seem to want to compete with them at all as the quality of service, the condition of the hotel, and lack of amenities make it so far below the quality of the others, that the word quality should not be used to name it. From missing lightbulbs to the noisest air conditioning unit I have ever heard, this place was just a place to try to sleep for us. And try is the operative word here, as we were constantly woken up with noisy neighbors, sirens, the noisy air conditioner, etc. It is a smoke infused building and more smoke is brought in from the air conditioner as there are a lot of smokers right outside and the unit just brings in that air.
I had made a reservation for 5 nights. Previously I have stayed at this property on two separate occasions. I checked into the hotel and proceeded to my room. Room condition horrible, dirty, multiple cigarette burns, broken window, ratty linens, bulging ceiling above bath, trash in shrubs outside window. Ground and entry had an abundance of trash. Told desk clerk I wanted to check out and received full refund. She said only manager could do this and he would not be in until next morning. I left the premises and fortunately secured a room elsewhere. Called manager next morning. He refused to give me a full refund because we stayed more than 15 minutes. Don’t know how this was determined, as I left no more than ten minutes after I arrived in the room. I will be contacting your Corporate Offices to obtain a full refund. This property does not represent the Quality brand.
Management looks for any reason to add charges. We were charged $20 for a missing towel that we never took. Place is not very clean, nor safe, and management cares more about squeezing money out of patrons than running a good hotel.
If I could give a negative review I would!! I am upset that I didnt take a picture of the mold covered chair before I took it down to the front desk. The mold was so thick all over the seat. The front desk persons only said dang and oh you dont want that in your room? I stayed here with 2 smaller children. I hope none of us fall sick. The smell of mold and mildew hits you the moment you open the door. The sheets are damp, yellow, and even burnt in places. No smoking allowed but Marijuana could be smelt walking in the hallways. I wanted to leave after being here 5 min but we traveled from out of state already paid so disappointed I didnt pick one of the other hotels right next door. I will be checking into reporting this to the health department as I feel I shouldnt have to pay to expose my young children to health toxins. Worst hotel experience in my life!! Couldnt wait to check out ruined our plans

Ad said $77. The room ended up being $97 with a $100 deposit, for what was unclear. The maintenance man? was walking through the hallways playing rap music loudly on his phone. First room we got the heater didn’t work. Stains all over the bed spread and sheets. Second room the heater worked but stains on the bed comforter and sheets.They don’t offer a government rate either.
1. When I first walked up the stairs, My dog almost ate Chocoloate that was smashed in the carpet.2. I go to the second floor and get hit in the face with a foul Fish odor emminating through the hallway.3. Other Residents blasting music having a party.4. I have a lot if heavy items and there is No elevator. I had to carry all my stuff and down halfway of the building and had to make 5 trips.I have an Injured back and very difficult for me to carry heavy items.5. I went to take a shower, there is a difference in the height of the floor and the tub, I almost tripped getting In the tub because I didnt know, and almost slipped getting out because I forgot there was a difference in height.This is a major safety hazard.I emailed the Manager and have not Heard anything back. I feel I may have to go to Corporate?Refund Please.
WORST HOTEL EVER!!! This hotel should be condemned!! If people refused to stay here they would surely go out of business because the guy that runs/owns this place doesnt care about anybody or anything and it shows! This hotel gets worse and worse, and nothing is ever fixed or updated. But sadly the location and the fake good reviews trick visitors!Where do I begin? Front desk people are rude. Food is disgusting. Non smoking rooms BUT reek of smoke smell. Bugs in room. The bed mattresses have cigarette holes all over them, which tells me they let people smoke in these rooms or these mattresses have been around for way way way too long, so gross. Food crusted on mattress. NO mattress cover, just a thin sheet over a filthy stained smelly mattress. Stained comforter. Stained pillow cases. Fridge didnt work. Microwave not plugged in. Broken desk. Room was musty and damp. Toilets are so weak nothing flushes. Faucets drip. Bathroom floor was sticky. Towels looked used. Lamps and shades broken with giant holes. Stained and smelly furniture. Looks like a blind person cleaned the room. And this was AFTER changing me rooms!You will regret staying here. I wish enough people who stay here would report this hotel to the city. God only knows how many safety codes are likely being violated. Not a single bit of updating, replacing, or care is put into this property because they know they prey on the desperate people who cant afford the $100++ a night cost of the fancy hotels 2 mins away. Sad.This place and the shady manager/owner need to be shut down.

We booked 2 rooms. Both were supposed to be non smoking. They both smelled and clearly had not be cleaned properly for a long time. There were burn holes in the sheets and on the duvet cover on the bed. We asked for a refund and left!
We opened the door to our room and roaches ran off the hinges. Relaxed a little and got settled, only to find more roaches in the bathroom (I took a video this time). We packed our stuff and headed to the front desk for a refund- to find “Anair” (who checked us in) drunk. Hiccuping, slurring, laughing, and couldn’t hold a conversation. Her coworker had to step in and offer our refund. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
Not sure how this hotel even has a 3 star rating?!This is by far the worst place we have ever stayed. The entire hotel smelled of pot and our particular room smelled of just dirt and nastiness. When I asked the front desk for air freshener the front desk clerk never even batted an eye nor apologized when handing it to meSeveral bugs and even blood was found on the floor.We sprayed all bags, washed all clothes immediately and even sprayed the inside of our car when we returned homeI would never recommend that anyone ever stay here!

Please do not stay here; very filthy, non working appliances, and bed bug infestation. Have made a complaint and no one is interested in addressing my complaint. Ive been over a week with no sleep due to the hundreds of bites on me and my husband and now medical bills. Totally disappointed Choice hotels backs this location.

Do not book this hotel. Room smelled, sheets were stained, mattress stained and chair stained. Whole room felt damp. Air conditioner extremely loud, sink drips, toilet water runs, tv and remote only half works...do I need to go on? No breakfast due to covid. Paper thin walls, I listened to the neighbors music at 4am. Just dont do it!
The worst experience I have had! The first room we were given smelled strongly of urine. The second still had items from the previous traveler. The bathroom door was crumbling from the mold! We demanded our money back and went to another hotel.

I should have known when there was blood on the sheets the first night that i was in for a HORRIBLE stay but it got worse. There ended up being bed bugs in my bed and ended up having to go to the doctor for multiple bites. And the scars i know have are not the souvenir i wanted to take home. And cherry on top on the sundae, the owner couldn’t have cared less. Stay anywhere else then here. The streets would be better.

Shabby. Demanded $100 more than quoted rate as a deposit.. Notice taped to front desk counter top stating free breakfast discontinued and has been replaced by a limited number of go bags. Buffet supposed to reopen? Guess not. Metal on bedside lamp rusty, electrical outlets stretched out and wont hold on to plug. Dark, rusty; peeling paint on door jamb. Electric key card lock on exterior door loose and finicky, impossible with luggage. Bathroom counter lower than hip level. Bathroom very very tight. Glad I only had to stay one night. General upkeep and maintenance less than desirable. New asphalt parking lot today.
Under average was next to the expressway and a bit noisy Gentleman at front was hard to understand and giving me different prices even though I booked online. Door for quest was held open by large rock even though we removed it twice. Did not feel all that safe
Checking in and out was easy. Th beds became a bit hard. WE couldnt watch TV because it did not work. The reason we stayed here is because the location is Close to Family.
Nice place for the price. Service was exceptional. Hot water went out and they fixed it in less than a half hour. Only complaint is that the carpet was not clean and the space between the mattress and box spring had some m&ms and garbage in it. all the outlets were worn out except the one in the bathroom. Located in a good spot right next to Texas Roadhouse, bubbas 33 and a strip mall. Also this dog came to visit us at our window. Breakfast wasnt that great but because of covid none of the hotels have good breakfast. However, they have great coffee in the lobby. lolWe checked out but later decided to stay another night. We ended up with the same room. They did not clean the carpet and hey also did not clean between the mattress and box spring even though I left the mattress off the bed so that they could see the garbage. We were in room 134. This place has exceptional service but is very slightly lacking in clensiness. They did clean everything else thoroughly.
When I first arrived, I was given the wrong room, although I had a reservation. The clerk tried to argue with me about what room I reserved, even after showing him the reservation. The hallways had a smell to it, the room was dirty and the bathroom smelled like very strong urine. There was mold, as well as, water spots in the ceiling of the bathroom. There were people walking thru the halls yelling.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Im from out of state, booked months ahead of time for my step daughters nationals cheer competition weekend. Well, we get there and the staff said they tried to authorize the card for the room. I keep my card locked for security purposes. I expected at least a phone call ahead of time, but they never called me. They were very unprofessional and rude about it when we were trying to work out the details as to what number was called, and when. Still no records on either side. In summary, they canceled our stay, and lied about it. Never again!
Hotel smells of old cigarettes immediately upon entry. Room was supposed to be non-smoking though smelled of weed and sheets were stained. Avoid, spend the extra money and stay at the Holiday Inn or others in the same area.
We came to town for a cheerleading natuonals competition. This was legitimately the only hotel with rooms. We TRIED to find another. Firstt room. Smells so bad my child threw up. The beds were the wrong size. THE TOLIT DIDNT WORK. the second room smelled slightly better. That was all it had going for it. We couldnt shower. The water had so much chlorine in it, our eyes were burning. We actually cut out trip short. I would rather sleep in my car. They wont even give us back our money.

Glad they allow dogs, but questionable linen cleanliness. Our comforter had a stain on it and the door’s peep hole had been crammed full of paper? Stairwell smelled like weed.
At 1st look the room looked OK by the chair there is a plastic cup with a straw. Then when I wanted to get some coffee the already wrapped napkin coffee straw sugar Bobby straw sugar and whatever else is in the pack were out to send it back it was open and taking it taken advantage of already. Theres hair in the corners of the bathroom.
Based upon the aforementioned matters which I described in detail, I would never stay at this Hotel again and I would advise famiily and friends accordingly. I have stayed at hotels whch have been as old as this one and possibly older. All of them were clean and sanitary, but not this one. Your records might show that I have stayed at the Quality Inn in Bristol, Va. on several occasions and was pleased with it. This was one of the reasons I chose this one, however it was very disgusting to say the least.
Expensive for what you get. What you get is a grab and go breakfast in a brown paper sack, no pool, no hot tub, dirty room, shower curtain rod falling off the wall, and the toilet doesnt flush. The only reason it was 2 and not 1 was minor things like convenience.
As soon as I walked in the entire building smelled like smoke. There is no elevator. Television did not have any regional TV sports provider. In hindsight I should have paid a little more for a better hotel down the street.
I asked for another room the first night because there was hair left in the shower and on the sheets and the lady at the desk said there were no rooms available. My mom ended up calling to complain and I ended up checking into another room that night. This means the lady lied that there were no rooms available for whatever reason. Just ask the manager if you need to change a room. The second room was still noticeably dirty, with stains on the sheets, unclean shower and shower curtain, and BOTH of my rooms refrigerators didnt work. I asked to change my linens after the first night and the front desk never got back to me. The only thing thats good about this place is you have a great selection of places to eat around. However, there are about 3-4 hotels in the back of this place that offer the same proximity.
Rooms are ok. The floor is not clean. The major issue is it is quite noisy both inside and outside. The AC and refrigerator in the room are very noisy. You can unplug the AC but not the refrigerator. You can hear everything outside the room, and there were people talking at 1-2 am. Very annoying and frustrating!
First I want to start off with the staff was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with. On the other hand I thought I was getting a great deal on this hotel due to Covid. I soon realized as the bed bug was crawling next to me that Covid wasn’t the reason. Needless to say I caught the bug brought it to the front desk and checked out. I decided to pay the extra cash and sleep at the Courtyard by Marriott right next door for only $20 more per night. Very happy with my decision.
Hotel staff is wonderful, manager is very kind, rooms are very clean up-to-date the beds are so comfortable its like sleeping on a cloud. They always have coffee available which is A plus to me. I was even late for check out and they were so friendly didnt charge me extra or anything and was very Caring because I did not wake up feeling very great I frequent this hotel and theyre always Excellent. This hotel has been around for many years and at one point it was a high end hotel. Disappointed in overall stay, room and outside. Employees were very nice and helpful at times. It will definitely need improvements for me to stay there again
The room we stayed in was clean, quiet, and better than expected after reading many of the reviews. Granted, it is the oldest hotel in the area, everything around is new and built up. However we appreciated that we had the benefit of the central location, the restaurants, and accessibility while still benefiting from the lower price. The continental breakfast was sufficient and the morning crew did well keeping up with the large group this weekend in for the convention downtown. Will probably stay again next year!
Just awful! Filthy, dark and totally gross in every way. The shower curtain wouldnt even stay closed . I feel lucky to have escaped and then they charged me twice!!!
I can’t believe some of these other reviews. This hotel was great for the price and the staff was super. The room was clean and perfect for three of us and my dog. These rooms were nothing short of fantastic. Keep it up!
Unhelpful, the lobby smelled, the room smell, stains, pealing wallpaper, unclean bathroom, very old towels, cigarette burn holes in the sheets, pillows were stained. Loud other guests who apparently lived at the hotel full time.
Worst sleep Ive ever had. Not only did the sheets have very obvious stains on them. But there were two rooms adjacent to mine that were partying until 2:30/3am. I had to call the front desk and they said they had already tried calling them but couldnt get them to answer. They were smoking so much pot that the hallway felt like it had been hot-boxed itself. This hotel claims to be 100% smoke free but they were not enforcing this. After this time, I finally had to go to the front desk personally and demand to be switched rooms, telling them that they were still so loud and smoking. After I had to pack up my stuff and move in the middle of the night (to a bed that ALSO had stains, WHAT?! and smelt as though someone had sprayed cheap perfume in it), the fire alarm went off, not surprising. Awful, will not be back. I just spoke to the supervisor, Tiffany and she said, There is nothing we could have done about this situation. When asked specifically about the smoking, she said, We couldnt have proved if they were smoking so couldnt have stopped them.
Overall it was ok. I stayed on the second floor and it had a strong smell of weed. They need to keep a better eye on that stuff. Its not like the hotel is huge that they cant do walk arounds or something. The rooms were nice. I got a king size bed and it was pretty comfy. Room was good. Breakfast was awful. Basically boiled eggs and cereal. I guess its a nice place to sleep in but definitely dont expect a 5 star stay.

Staff has been wonderful, I am staying for five nights while training for work. The free breakfast is good and exactly what you would expect (coffee isnt what I prefer but coffee shops arent hard to come by). Nice, clean, and fresh room. The bed is outstanding, I was very surprised at how comfortable the bed is. Room has a fridge and microwave, staying a week these are very accommodating. Good central location, I would stay here again.
I arrived and was told my room was ready and given a key. Went to the room it was still dirty. I left for a hour came back it was still dirty. I told front desk she had someone check it. Yes it was still dirty. Was given a second room and guess what the TV didnt work. Front desk came and couldnt fix it. I was told someone would come fix it. Then she called the room to try to have me fix it myself. I was so frustrated. My daughter and I packed up and left..
We were pleasantly surprised by all aspects of our stay. Both the rooms and corridors appear to have been recently renovated. IF they havent, then thats even a better testimonial to the cleaning and maintenance staff. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The Hot breakfast was nicely prepared and fresh. We were a little concerned that we could hear to much noise from the corridor, but it never became a problem and we swept/rested comfortably.The location is good, being very close to the Highway, the University and Downtown and there were plenty of choices for restaurants and other retail in the area.Would definitely stay here again!
You get what you pay for. The price was low and the woman that checked us in was great. But the facilities needed a lot of work The rooms were outdated. Outlets where too big and our phone chargers just fell out. Our room had electrical issues. Lights would shut off if you turned on the bathroom lights. Comforters were stained. AC unit didnt work properly. And it felt very dirty. Price was right, but thats about the only plus.

2022-04-26The stay was alright. Be ready to get charged a security deposit on your card if you provide a card for a reservation. There wasn’t anything truly bad, but the comforter had a few stains and it’s probably time to buy new pillows. Overall it was ok for the price paid, but it is in a pretty good location near food and other amenities. Had no problems with the staff.

2022-04-24If I could give it negative stars I would. The room smelt like a very strong mint air freshener to cover up the rest of the room. The bathroom was disgusting and the shower only had one setting working and the drain was very slow.There was a beer bottle behind the coffee table and a nurse’s or some kind of badge clip left on the lamp. - does anyone clean these rooms??! And then there was a circle of red what looked like dried blood on the sheets.We were there for the Toledo marathon and it was the only place available that was pet friendly. I would have rather slept in the car with my dog then ever step foot in here again. At night people were drinking and playing music out of their cars in the front of the entrance to the hotel…??The worst hotel I have seen in my life. STAY AWAY

2022-05-12I have two reservations because I had to book an extra day last minute. On checking into the hotel room I was giving my room keys and I just know I had another reservation started tomorrow and they said to come bring the cards back in the morning so they could recharge them and I should be fine. But that was not the case because after work I had to go back up to the front desk and have them recharged because it wasnt allowing me to the room. I went back up to the front desk, the attendance recharge the card and I went about my night. A couple hours later Im noticing the sink in the bathroom is leaking all over the floor from the pipe below. I called the front desk to come down. They look at it. They say apartment will be there in the morning. Plumber never came. However, I did get a call from front desk saying that I had to move rooms and I was on my way out the door to go to work and I left him to know that how much this is an inconvenience at this time when there were three ample opportunities the day before to let me know not right as Im leaving to go to work. The front desk has asked me to hold so he can talk to the manager and see what can be done. The man I get on the phone and tells me that he will have my things removed from the room while Im at work. That was his solution. So I packed myself up and left terrible hospitality. I would never recommen.d this place to my worst enemy

2022-03-27AVOID THIS PLACE! There are HUNDREDS of 1 star reviews for a reason people!!! There is nothing “quality” about this place. We stayed in a room w/ a hot tub and paid nearly $200. My 7 year old could clean better. 1st red flag was there was lots of people just roaming around the building outside and coming in and out. 2nd, an air freshener was on full blast as soon as we walked in. Instant headache. We unplugged it asap and started smelling the reason why it was there. It smelled like dirty, old, musty water horribly. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and needs work. The shower curtain rod was just hanging on to the wall, which resulted in a huge mess of water on the bathroom floor. The garbage bins are filthy. There is no hot breakfast, just white or wheat bread sandwiches of PB&J or Sausage and cheese. I didn’t even care to check if there was coffee bc I don’t trust it. These people do not deserve our hard earned money, yet they continue to raise the raise prices and lower the quality.

2022-06-07Hair on the “clean” sheets and pillows. Was told I had to change them if I wanted it done. The mattress cover had pee stains all over it. No one changed anything from previous guests. The desk guy wanted me to stay and they would fixe it tomorrow. I demanded a refund. Don’t stay here. It’s sketchy all around. Crackheads in the parking lot. Avoid it period

2022-02-22Dont waste your money here. Dirty sheets with burn holes in the pillow cases and they charged my card $250 for a no smoking fee. For buying my first hotel room, I will never buy one again thanks to this place. I was moved to another room where I still didnt even feel like I could take a shower and get comfortable. Do not ever recommend going here, checked in at around 7.30 pm and left by 9pm and just drove an hour back home. Horrible customer service and DONT DO HOUSEKEEPING.

2022-03-12Stained furniture, room that smelled like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking hotel, non-working smoke detector, lobby that reeked of marijuana, mirror being held together by electrical tape that was dangerously close to falling out of its frame. I left a night shirt there and the staff denied finding it. Manager couldn’t care less and was unapologetic. Front desk admitted that the guest before us had been smoking in the room and the fire department was called but the still rented it out. Smelled like an ashtray. You’d be better off sleeping in your car! I read a review in which someone said it was great because they paid cash and were charged 1/2. I promise you it’s because the shady staff pocketed that money.

2022-04-25Very shabby. Chair visibly stained and very worn. Window did not open. Tub slow draining and had multiple repair holes. No bath mat, making floor slippery after shower. WiFi connected without authorization, and others wifi accounts were visible so we turned off all wifi on our devices. We left a day early because of the conditions. We had stayed in the same Quality three years ago and it was fine. New management? We do not recommend.

2022-04-15This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. First, room smelled like a deodorizer that was trying to cover up urine. There were cobwebs in the corner, stains on the comforter, curtain, and walls. I pulled back the dingy yellow sheet to check for bed bugs and the mattress was so gross that I could not tell if there were any bugs or just dirt/stains. We could not stay and checked ourselves out and found another hotel close by. Do yourself a favor and do not try to save a few bucks by staying here! We were promised the manager would call us back, but of course he did not.

2022-05-16The place has no security for you. Last year there was a knock on the door. Looked and saw the cleaning lady just unlock my door. The man came in and robbed and beat me up. Yes there is a report on file, as well as a medical bill. Fast forward to just a few weeks ago.. had to come to town..EVERYWHERE was booked. I figured maybe they have improved. Eeh, I carry now. If your on the second floor, your gonna get a contact buzz. Plus the smell of it from down the first floor hall way. But, the benefit there is that, the windows are old but do open. So as Im watching TV withe window open.. once again a knock at the door, hotel manager walks in accused me of smoking.. I do not smoke. So not only did I loose three days, but. I had to travel further out to find a place. Further there breakfast is a complete joke.
