Positive: The size of the room was great. The swimming pool was wonderful. The breakfast was good and convenient. The staff was wonderful and checked with me soon after I arrived to see if I needed anything. Negative: It was located a bit farther from my doctors office compared to the other hotels I stayed at in the past. It was an older hotel. I prefer staying at newer hotels.
Positive: Location. Negative: I reserved a room with a King size bed. At check in, the front desk staff informed me that our reservation was for a Queen size bed in a handicap room. I had to pay an additional $19 to get a King size bed. I expect compensation for this booking error!
My family and I stayed at the Tuller Road, Dublin OH location and it was not a nice stay. The manager was very rude any time we asked for something (we only asked for extra pillows and some sheets to make the sofa bed). My husband got just sheets for the sofa bed and 20 minutes after we checked out the woman from the front desk (who was the one that handed my husband JUST sheets when he asked for the stuff to make the sofa bed) called and asked us where the white comforter for the couch was. We never received one and come to find out the manager who has an attitude and bad manners said we had one and now it was gone. Dude, I never had it and certainly wouldn’t steal it from the hotel. The bathroom was dirty and there were chunks of stuff on the shower wall. The advertised price was not the price they actually charged us so don’t believe it when you see the discounted rate. Also, be prepared to pay an additional fee if you have a child with you. They charged us $10 plus tax (which isn’t the issue I have) because we were traveling with our son. This location is just bad and the manager likes to sit with his bare feet on the tables that they then expect guests to sit at and judging from the lack of cleanliness I saw it isn’t getting cleaned after he does this. Go to any other location but this one.
Good hotel for the Location and price. Not fancy. Clean and simple decor. Could use some updates. Room had bed and tv with couch chairs and fridge and microwave. King bed was in adjoining room with bath in the middle. Mini suite I guess. It was even sent that the management has been upgrading. Still could use some other areas improved. Simple and fit our needs.
We had a pet friendly room on the second floor with outlet cover missing , no screens on the windows (one couldnt open at all), microwave on the floor and one of the most unclean rooms I have ever seen. I had to ask for room freshener and it wasnt until we were fully in that we noticed how run down the room wasWe will never stay there, and most most likely will not stay in another Quality Inn again. The owners were friendly and the breakfast adequate, however.
The two queen beds were separated by the bathroom in the middle which is nice for privacy and sound dampening. Two televisions available as well as a small refrigerator freezer combo and a microwave. The four cup coffee maker died on us and was immediately replaced from the front desk. Excellent service. There is a smell of smoke in the hallway, but it doesnt extend into the rooms.
If they would have fixed the water continuously dripping from the ceiling (that filled up the trash can multiple times) or moved us to a different room, I would give this hotel an excellent rating. It is unfortunate that the hotel staff did not feel it was important to address this issue our entire stay. We had to use our bathroom towels to put on the floor so we did not walk on wet carpet and when we asked for fresh towels they wanted to know what we were doing with the ones in the room.
Rooms were not as clean as I would like (cigarette burn hole on our bed spread, light bulbs were missing from some lamps, microwave strong burnt popcorn smell), hotel common areas seemed well kept. Beds were very springy and unsupportive.Continental breakfast on Sunday at 830am consisted of bagels and cream cheese, toast, cereal, empty waffle station and over-ripe bananas. We did not attempt breakfast any other day. Encountered staff on multiple occasions either not wearing masks or wearing them very incorrectly. The hotel was close in location to our destination of the Columbus Zoo. Glad we only used our points to stay here.
Highly recommend this hotel. I had to stay here because I was starting a new job and couldn’t move into my apartment for a few days. Their prices are very reasonable and the room was very clean. The staff were absolutely amazing. They even called me to let me know I forgot a shirt so I could pick it up! 10/10 would stay again.

Positive: The location was the only redeeming quality Negative: Waited hours to check in as no rooms were clean. Room was not cleaned once during our 3 night stay. Asked for clean towels-none available. Nobody at front desk-called number and they were miles away. Atrocious stay.
Positive: Its location to the Zoo Negative: The bath tub had mold as if it had not been cleaned and was slippery with no no slip mat. They did not replace towels while we were there, a sign said they replace towels every three days so we did not get new towels, we had to go to the desk and ask.
Positive: Close to freeway Negative: Not very clean at all, apparent code violations with missing outlet covers and no screens on windows. Asked for room freshener to help quality and microwave was on the floor. Sticky area by bathroom sink, spilled coffee on wall. Very used up furnishings.
The parking lot had not been cleared at all and was a complete sheet of ice. When we checked in, we were told we needed to lift the door handle up to open the door. That was not the only issue with the door. Our door did not latch fully unless it was fought with. The heat in the rooms was turned down to 65* at 7 am and stayed there until 7 pm no matter what the temperature in the room was set at. And it was under 20* outside! We held a reservation for three days and actually left a day early.
The rooms were clean and more spacious than anticipated. Nice hotel for the price. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Upon check-out I realized I had left an item at the hotel. Upon speaking with them, they very willingly immediately returned it to me via UPS and it was received within a few days. Their customer service was A+.
This is a nice hotel for the money. Nothing really fancy, but located great for our purposes. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean with the exception of a large stain on the front room floor. Loved the layout of the room. TV and WIFI worked great. Breakfast was ok. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.
I love Choice Hotels because they are always nice, quality hotels. You can tell they are not one of the top name brand hotels, but for such a better price they are fantastic. I dont need all the bells and whistles. I want a clean room. I want a nice bed. I want a good bathroom and shower. Im not vacationing in my hotel room. And I love the hot breakfasts. And this Quality Inn was just what I always expect - clean, good service, and a nice room. And the price was far lower than all the others in the area.
Nice hotel in a very nice area. Parking lot well lit. Friendly & accommodating staff. Very clean, especially the breakfast area. This area is not allowed to have large, lighted signage (that we are all use to) - so you have to pay attention when coming to this location. We had a great weekend stay here. Close to restaurants & shopping, as it is just off of the Northern beltway of Columbus.
Very clean hotel. Very reasonable. The workers at the hotel are very nice and prompt when we need something. I am extremely satisfied with my stay. The room was very clean. The hotel smelled as if they had a pool but did not have one, which made me realize they keep it super clean.
This was my second stay at this particular location. The first time everything was nice, but I thought the bathroom could have used a little bit more work. This time, everything was great. The bathroom was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable with lots of very nice pillows. I did not take advantage of the free breakfast on this trip, but it seemed to be a very nice spread. The day staff are quite friendly. The young man on the overnight shift was pleasant and polite. The price of the room was extremely reasonable. There are also plenty of restaurants close by, both fast food and casual sit-down. There is also an organic and natural foods market almost right across the street when I did not want fast food. They offer hot foods as well as prepared salads.
The hotel wasn’t perfect. But it was clean enough and certainly budget friendly. Definitely would stay again. I did not see bed bugs or anything like that. I always fret staying in a hotel about that so I tend to check a room well. It was pretty clean. It was not trendy or up to date but I don’t care. The price was right and the room met our needs. I will say the hot food for the breakfast area is best avoided.
This place might not be the most up-to-date place in the world however they go out of their way to make you feel like family. All of the staff was amazing however there was a woman who worked there who was just 100% on top of everything she ran the front desk I think she helped out in housekeeping she seem to always be on top of everything and there when you needed her but overall every time something might not have been just wright this staff did everything they could to make it right there was no bugs everything was clean and it really was like visiting family
I was pleasantly surprised that we got a king size bed suite for 61.99 plus tax. They do give military discounts that I appreciated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a TV in the bedroom and sitting room. They offered a very nice breakfast with the waffle iron and sausage and eggs and the other breakfast foods. The guy at the front desk was super nice as well.
Overall our stay was great. Check in was fast and staff were very friendly. The room was very large. The decor is a bit tired and worn but rooms were well equipped and bed was comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor so the room was very quiet. WiFi was pretty good but would sometimes go out for a short time. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of everything. The location was great since we were going to the Zoo and there were plenty of shops and stores in the area. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and well stocked. Very friendly staff and service is great. Breakfast is one of the best things Ive seen in a while. while the selection is average the way its handled is excellent. gloves are used to fill or change anything. Nice to know that you dont have to worry about food contamination. If you have a choice this is a great one. I will definitely be back when Im in town and recommend to anyone. Keep it up GREAT JOB!!!
Bed sheet had wrinkles and didn’t seems to be changed. But it was late at night and let it go and went to bed. The next morning when I woke up, I noticed that I was bit multiple spots around my neck by bug. Probably it had some kind of bug on bed and not planning to go back to this hotel.
The hotel is a little dated and could use some updating to the interior, however, the room was clean. It had a little sitting area with a love seat and coffee table and TV and the refrigerator and microwave was in there. The fridge was very small but since we were only there for 1 night, it sufficed. The microwave was old but still worked well. I like that there was 2 sinks, one outside the bathroom so that if someone was in the bathroom or shower, someone else could still dress or brush their teeth or make coffee. The fan doesnt do anything in the bathroom to keep the steam down or mirror clean but again it didnt really effect our stay. The water pressure could have been better and the bed more comfortable as it was too firm. The breakfast would have been pretty good had the eggs and sausage patties been hot but they were cold. The breakfast area is just way too small though. Only 4 tables that seat 4 people so if there are a few couples in at the same time and they are using the tables a family of 4 wouldnt have a place to sit and if there are familys of 4 then couples have no place to sit and it cant hold more than 16 people at a time. But over all, if your just staying a night or 2, for the price it is well worth it.
We have stayed at the Quality Inn in Dublin, Ohio several times as we have a relative recovering from a stroke in a nearby rehab. The Inn is such a comfortable place to come to after our visits. The bed is so comfortable. We get a really good nights rest. We appreciate each of the hosts as they have been very kind to us and helpful.
I stayed at quality inn two years in a row for baseball. The staff is very nice. The rooms are also not bad but something that has always been an issue, both years and in different rooms, was weird switch layouts or just switch boxes blanked off all together. Its very odd. Also walked down the hall and the electrical service panel cover was wide open with no lock. All in all its decent for the price
We stayed in Ohio to visit family and stayed at this Quality Inn. As a family on a budget we were pleased by our stay here. The book a King suite and had plenty of room for our family of 4 (parents and 2 young kids) because of the pull out couch available. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was not perfect and needed some minor repairs (unpainted spots, loose towel rack etc) and the breakfast seating area was very small, but those details did no hinder our stay at all. We will stay here again when in town.
It seems this innkeeper is making an attempt at giving travelers a good clean environment for less travel dollars. However that is our overall opinion based on what we could see and judge. Desk person on arrival was very helpful and checkout was very pleasant. Very clean environment as was the room. Older establishment with much TLC. Based on value we were quite satisfied. Basic amenities with typical Choice Quality breakfast.
I can say that, as a guide dog user, I was treated with dignity by the staff member who registered me. I was treated well, and the desk staff member was efficient and very helpful. He did not make any negative assumptions about my needs. He provided the wireless password several times because I couldnt remember it. This was a good rewarding experience. I came in there with two dogs--an active-duty guide dog and a retired guide dog. I was allowed to pay the pet fee for the retired dog, and the service dog was not charged.
The hotel lobby and the outside appearance of the hotel were quaint like you were stepping into someones home. We felt very welcomed and the check-in/check-out process went very quickly and smoothly. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and there were many options. The room was clean and had some nice amenities like a television and sitting room, ironing board, alarm clock. We even got upgraded from a queen sized bed to a king sized for the same price, which was very reasonable. I would definitely stay at a Quality Inn Hotel again and would recommend it to friends.
Stayed here before and recommended it for the family room. A room with two beds that is separated by the bathroom area. Both beds are quiet being separated from each other. This time, we were told upon arrival that the hot water wasnt working in the hotel. Repair service couldnt come until the morning, as it was Friday evening. We arrived at 8pm. Stayed anyway, our misfortune, because hot water not restored. Was going to book on our return through the area on Sunday night but the hot water still wasnt working. Management said that 3 service companies came but the hot water couldnt be repaired. Why? Couldnt get an answer. Stayed elsewhere Sunday night. When asked why they didnt call us before arrival, they said they just found out about 3 hours before our arrival. You guess if all 3 service providers were inept or they just didnt want to buy a new hot water heater/boiler. No discount should have been the red flag but our earlier experiences caused us to risk it. Dumb me.
We had a quality stay at this Inn! The accommodations were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Great bed, less than great pillows. Bathroom was sterile and well appointed. Two TVS and both were easy to access. Breakfast was excellent, good hot food, with sausages, eggs, waffles, and toast. What more can you ask for? Only sorry that there wasnt a pre-game lobby cocktail party. That would have lent to a four star hotel rating.
The room was clean but there definitely needs to be some upgrades. The carpet as well as the chair should have been replaced already. The hallway looks so much better I was a bit surprised at how worn and stained the carpet in the room was. I really liked the thermostat on the wall though! No terrible loud unit under the window! The staff was friendly and you can tell they really try to go out of their way to make your stay a good stay. Would stay here again.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Breakfast was very good. The room wasnt as clean as I would prefer. Found a couple of things on the floor, pieces of candy, rubber bands. And since we had a dog, those items could be dangerous for her.The bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows were so small and weird. The room also was dim, lighting-wise.Overall, I was pleased with my stay.
When you walk in the lobby its immaculate clean & fresh. My room wasnt the most perfect but very convienient. Very large room which was nice if you bigger family (it was just me). From what I could see everything was clean besides Little bit on walls and floors behind night stands. Mattress cover was falling off and you could see how stained the mattress was. Pillows can def be upgraded very worn. This was very convienient for a quick stop while traveling for the price. Although I was only there for 4hrs for a quick nap while traveling it was descent.
When I arrived at the hotel I had booked through a third party that booked the incorrect day. The hotel only had one room left and would not match the price even though they said it happens frequently with the wrong date being booked. They told me after speaking with the third party that I was set and the other reservation was canceled and that I would not be charged. The new room I was in was almost $100 and it was filthy. Dirty carpet, dust everywhere, a dirty rag in the shower that I didnt see until I was already showering. When I informed the front office staff the next day they did not offer to refund any amount nor did they act like it was a big deal. Now a month later I was charged the fee they told me was canceled because they did not receive the cancellation from the third party. When explaining that I was there when they did the cancellation and I saw them take a cancellation number the employee just wanted to fight with me and make excuses. I had my credit card company on the line to dispute the charge if they did not refund so they agreed to get it back to me. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Hotel had an odor. The bed was comfortable The carpet in hallway was bunching up also in the room carpet was loose.Mgr. called me the day i checked out and stated i left a hoodie in room that housekeeping turned in. When i explained it wasnt mine she seemed to get upset with me.I stated it must have belonged to a different guest. That made me wonder when house keeping cleaned that room last just what they cleaned. did they actually change the sheets and so forth.
For the price of the room I really wasnt sure how nice it would be but I was really surprised. We stayed to attend the Zoo the following day. Room was plenty large enough for two adults and two kids. It was clean and the staff members were very nice. Breakfast was also great with lots to choose from. This may be our new go to hotel in the Columbus area!
This was simply the BEST Quality Inn & Suites weve visited. The queen room we booked had the beds separated into 2 rooms separated by the bathroom. I had no problem sleeping with my husband who snores! And their breakfast was biscuits & gravy, sausage patties, scrambled eggs and all the traditional items. Will be back for sure.
While presenting at a conference, I chose to stay at this Quality Inn which was about two miles from the conference hotel. For the same price as one night there, I spent three nights in a comfortable room that had both a bedroom and a separate seating/work area. The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was quick and good for an early start on any day. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers going to Dublin or the western Columbus area!
This is my second stay at the hotel and was not disappointed in any way. Nice oversized room with a central HVAC system that is quiet and easily controlled for personal comfort. Hotel is very clean inside and out and located in very nice quiet neighborhood that is a mix of businesses, banks and retail outlets. A very secluded pocket area of Dublin with easy access to the beltway.
🚫⭐️ Dont stay here! I ate the sausage from the complimentary breakfast and became very sick all day. Housekeepers obviously dont know how to clean. Windows look like they havent been cleaned since this place opened and my 1 yr old son found some type of capsule somewhere in the room and had it in his mouth. No clue what he ingested. And their answer is to change my room which there is no point because Im leaving first thing in the morning. Also was told my son will be fine, no problem. Um excuse me how the hell do you know that if you cant even tell me what it is!! Never again. If I could give ZERO stars I would!!
The hotel is in a quiet area near to large shopping centers with plenty of restaurants and shops. The out side is very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable but there are things that need attention. The tables were scratched and there were pulls missing from drawers. The city guidebook provided was nine years old. The bathroom was clean but the tub was shabby. Bed was clean and comfortable. The exercise room was all right but not attended to properly. Overall not a bad property but it does need an upgrade and some attention to details.
I had stayed at this Quality Inn before and returned because I got a good rate. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was average. Wi-Fi service was terrible - very inconsistent. The interior of the hotel is very shabby - much different than 2 years ago when I last stayed there. I wouldnt even think of staying there if I was on a business trip due to the Wi-Fi. I might stay again if I need to save money on a personal trip but I feel like I could find a nicer hotel for the same price in that area.
Very good stay for the price. I would recommend this hotel but be sure to check the shower as it did not work well and was not fixed during our stay. Manager (father) was rude enough to reprimand one of the staff (son) in front of me but the son remained very professional and kind. He was also very respectful to his manager during the episode. The staff was very kind and happy to help.
Modest hotel and could use a little updating. Nice staff. Comfortable, clean, and safe. Room featured a sofa, chair, & table, a desk, microwave, small refrigerator, and two TVs. The breakfast included a fair selection of items including cereal, small pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and fresh fruit (however, I didnt actually try most of it).
Hotel is located in a quiet area and was easy to find. Check in was easy and the front desk employee was very friendly. We stayed in a king suit and was pleased with the size. The sitting area was separate from the sleeping area. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was offered every morning and was good. It had hot and cold food. The wifi was fast and worked great. If you are visiting the zoo, it is a 10 minute drive. Definitely will be staying here again. Highly recommended.
Overall the hotel is beautiful and well cared for but I was puzzled at the neglect of minor issues, a hole in the drywall that was patched but the mud was not sanded down or painted. I expect it would only take a few minutes to finish the job. There was also a broken outlet plate on one wall. Should be an easy fix. Why were these minor, easy repairs neglected?
I loved the room set up. We had 2 queen beds with a bathroom in the middle and a second sink. This was the best feature. The cold water was where the hot should have been and the shower drained slowly. The breakfast space was okay. They were out of waffle mix by 08:15. This wasnt the worst Quality Inn but it wasnt the best either. The decor also looked like it was out of the early 80s.
From the minute I got there until I left the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was the usual Choice Hotels breakfast. It was hot, and plentiful. The location was in a good area and I felt very safe. The room was very nice and clean. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it.
Nice staff. Clean room. Very comfortable bed. I like that I could sleep in separate room while my husband watched TV. The fridge keep everything nice and cold. Was able to have my hot cup of tea before bed. (decaf) as well as decaf coffee in the morning. Forgot tooth brushes and paste was able to get complementary.
We have stayed at this hotel before several times now and it is so nice to walk into a hotel and be recognised by the owners and staff. These people go out of their way to help you and make sure everything is okay. The Breakfast is always very good and the breakfast room is clean and cozy with its fireplace. The rooms are always clean and linens and bathrooms are clean and kept that way. Thank you for our most enjoyable stay and you should be a 5 star Plus Establishment. We will see you again and we would reccomend this hotel 100 + percent
My family of four stayed at the Quality Inn for 2 nights. We were here to visit the Columbus Zoo. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the zoo and close to a lot of restaurants. The hotel was clean and did not have any problems. The staff was friendly. I did like the room setup: the bathroom separates the 2 bedroom areas. So, we could put the kids to bed and still have a light on, tv on, and talk in the other area. That was a nice touch.
Stayed in Dublin, OH. Conveniently located near Columbus zoo and water park. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast had good variety. When I called to ask for sheets and pillow for the pull out bed I was told to go to the front desk. Typically I would expect sheets and pillows to be brought to the room for us.
Room was nice, you get a living room with a couch and tv, microwave, mini fridge, nice big sink and mirror area and a bathroom with a toilet, decent sized shower and sink. The bed was nice as well. Close to many shopping areas, food, gas, etc. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Cheap and non smoking. Good place to stay it traveling
I have stayed in several Choice Hotels in the Columbus Area and this Quality Inn Location ranks up there with any of them.I stay 2-3 nights a week for business and I am looking for a clean, quiet room at a good rate. This hotel offers both and couple that with the great location off of Sawmill Rd near 270 or 33 or 161 or even 315 and you have choices if traffic is snarled. Also close to restaurants and Whole Foods Market and a great movie theater. This is becoming my go to location for my Columbus stays.
Although this motel could stand some updating or minor repairs, the important things (carpeting, bathroom, bed) have already been updated. The stay was very good. Breakfast was great. Ria is an excellent representative for Choice Hotels, very hard working & pleasant. Upon leaving we accidently left a bag in the room and she called us immediately so we could return to get it. We will be staying again in the near future.
My daughter and I spent one night at this extremely clean, welcoming hotel! The hotel smelled clean and fresh. The woman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the king bed was like sleeping on a cloud!!Breakfast... make your own waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, eggs, bagels, muffins, several kinds of juices, coffee and tea! Great variety!
Had bathroom fan which is automatically 5 stars because its unbelievable that they actually build hotel rooms without bathroom vent fans these days. I dont want to smell someones massive dump out while Im laying in bed. Rooms need renovating but are clean. Room design was awesome as someone that was staying for work and rooming with a coworker. Each bed is in a separate room.
The breakfast was sub-par. Not much to offer. But the room was great clean with no mold or bugs. While reading other reviews I found that one common complaint was the size of the pillows, so i made sure to grab my own. Friendly staff as well. Would definitely stay again should I need to.
This location has extremely friendly front desk staff who is willing to ensure a comfortable stay. The location has made significant upgrades to the property in the past few months. While it is an older building, the rooms are clean comfortable. Rooms have a unique layout with the bathroom in the middle of two separate bedrooms/living area. Every room has a refrigerator and microwave.
Everything about the hotel was highly satisfactory. It is located in a very nice area of the city, and the building itself is modern looking and well maintained. My room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Sometimes you really take a chance when booking a hotel online, but this Quality Inn turned out to be a winner! I was very pleased with my decision to reserve a room there.
We arrived at the hotel just before midnight after a long drive with three kids and the staff were very helpful and quickly set us up with the room. Overall the location was great (next to a Bob Evans and brothers house). Being pet friendly was also a big plus for us. The only negative was the hallway had a bit of a smell to it. Overall the rooms were clean and we slept well.
My room was a 2-room suite. Well lighted baith vanity outside of the bath. Ammenties included iron and ironing board and coffee maker (both of which I used) and a mini fridge and microwave (which I did not use). The bed is firm and very cofortable, The staff is efficent and friendly. The area is very nice and quiet with office condos and other hotels. Very close to highway without the highway noise. Minutes from downtown Dublin and the Metro Office area where the Irish Festival Parking is provided. This hotel is a great convenience for visiting Dublin. Highly recommended.
We travel quite often, and usually stay in Choice Hotels. We most often are quite satisfied. Only once or twice did we have any problem with any hotel. But, it was not this one. We are definitely satisfied with this one and stay here every year at this same time. Keep up the good work and we will be back.
This very clean, well-kept motel in a quiet neighborhood offers a unique room layout. Rather than 2 queen beds side by side in 1 room, we had 2 separate rooms, each with 1 bed and it’s own tv. This works well. Everything was up to date, WiFi worked well, and breakfast was fine.
This hotel was our choice for the location. We originally lived in this area and was familiar with the hotel. We had friends who lived near there and we were meeting them for dinner so this worked out well. The hotel met all our expectations except that the breakfast had too many carbs on the menu and not enough protein items. Other than that issue, this was an excellent location and value for the purposes of our visit.
Pros: The lobby was clean and inviting, the clerk was friendly, I was in a first floor room close to the ice machine and an exit, the room was clean and the sheets were soft. The breakfast bar was well stocked with a variety of items to choose. It was very close to the Zoo ( the reason I chose the hotel), and also close to several shopping areas.Cons: The room decor was old & severely scuffed and in need of updating. The door to the room was difficult to open and I had to pull it to be sure it locked behind me as I left. The exit door by my room allowed me to go out, but I had to go to the front of the building to enter (once the exit door closed, it locked and there was no way to enter through that door). The waffle maker needed more coating to allow the waffles to be freed more easily. The plastic knives, forks & spoons were very cheap.Impression: It was an OK stay for the money. This hotel is in need of upgrading in order to be more than just fair. I would not be comfortable staying more than the 2 nights I stayed.
The hotel has a fantastic location and the rooms are very nicely appointed. The staff is very friendly and the service was excellent. The breakfast was much nicer than the typical continental breakfast served at most hotels. I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The price makes it an excellent value.
We enjoy staying at choice hotels. Quality inn is on their lower end of amenities and sometimes overall look of the rooms (they tend to be older I think ) but you still get great treatment from the staff and they take care of you as in any other choice location. For our quick one-night stay this was perfect for its quality and comfort. Excellent proximity to the zoo, which we travelled there for.
This is a good place to stay if you are going to the Columbus Zoo and other locations. A lot of road construction going at the time in the area. I would recommend this hotel during the off season. The room for the continental breakfast was a little small and only had 4 tables but good selection of food. Coffee not good (weak). The interior needs some attention cosmetic wise. Windows were dirty. Grounds were clean. The suite was nice.
We made reservations online for this hotel because it was close to the place we were wanting to visit. The staff member checking us in was very nice and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. A very big breakfast was offered in the morning with a wide selection of items. We were very satisfied with everything by the time we checked out.
We have always been very pleased with Quality Inn. The rooms are clean, the bedding exceptional and it is quiet. More importantly, the folks at the front desk are so very personable and helpful. We will continue to stay at the Dublin Hotel as we are needed in that area.
This suite includes two TVs, one in bedroom and one in living room area. Room has refrigerator and microwave. It also has a central air conditioner and heating unit ceiling mounted. Area is also quiet within the building and without. Breakfast was good with several options to choose from.
After driving 12 hours I was very happy to have booked here. Not only did I get a great night sleep so did my puppy! We both woke up refreshed. I had a good breakfast and we relaxed a little bit more before we had to finish the last 13 hours of our journey. Also, if you like to shop this hotel is right next to a mall. I would recommend this place to anyone.
We were a late check in on an advance purchase. The room we were assigned was huge--two televisions, a separate sitting area... Lots of room! Everything was clean. We only regret that we couldnt stay an extra night just to enjoy the amenities. Breakfast was good, and mgt has made a great effort to offer healthy choices-- Activia yogurt, wheat bread for toast, oatmeal, peanut butter, and fresh fruit. We will be staying here again!
I have stayed at many different hotels in the Dublin area, and none of them comes as close to being rundown as this hotel. First the WiFi doesnt work in the bedroom portion of the suite. The beds are not very comfortable and sag towards the middle. Also my room wasnt touch by housekeeping. Honestly this is a property that needs to be downgraded to an Econolodge at best. This is the first time I can say I wish that I didnt pick a choice hotel.
This QI featured an interesting suite, that if I had kids, or were sharing a room, would have been ideal! The bathroom divided the suite into two semi-private rooms, each with a flat screen TV. The morning breakfast, simple and well stocked, got me on the road with good memories of a typical stay. Thank you.
I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions while traveling to Columbus for both business and personal reasons. The King suites are adequate and roomy. The Queen doubles rooms are nothing more than 2 queen beds in the same space as a King Suite with one of the beds placed in the living area which makes the rooms feel cramped. They are in the process of slowly upgrading the rooms which is needed. The breakfast is OK if sausage and gravy is acceptable to you for a hot breakfast. The location and restaurant choices are very good. Overall, I feel this hotel is a good value for those needing a clean, safe hotel without all the frills.
We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have had nothing but superior service. When we arrived on Saturday 12/16/17 earlier than the allowed check-in time not only did they let me check in but they remembered me from my last stay. The front desk clerk is always friendly and accommodating. I always recommend this location to my friends and family and we will continue to stay when we are in the area
We went there to go to the Columbus zoo which is only 4 miles away. The person at the front desk was polite and professional. Our room was nice and very clean. The downside was there was only two towels in the room. I asked for more and received them. Our mini room coffeemaker did not work. We ended leaving a day early since the area lost power and was not sure when it would be back on. It was on 94 outside and no air in the hotel, so we decided to head home. Hopefully we will get credit on our bill. But both my husband and I said we would be back. Yes, they did have a mini breakfast bar with assortment of breakfast food.

2022-06-16I really enjoyed my time here. We had a non-smoking double room with two beds. It was extremely clean and smelled nice. The beds were a bit stiff, but they were still comfortable. My favorite thing was how powerful the A/C was. It was marvelous and even I got cold. Lol. There was some patch work on where a hole might have been but thats not a big deal to me.It was quiet (even with all of the dogs people brought from the power outages), comfortable, and peaceful. I definitely recommend staying here if you need a good place to stay but if youre super picky about everything looking brand new, it may not be the best option.

2022-03-31Positive: Nothing Negative: We found the lid to a syringe (needle) on the floor under the bed & staff acted like it was an issue to give us a clean room. It was literally three minutes into walking in the room. Staff was very rude & actually complained that I took too many napkins!!

2022-03-24The Quality Inn-Dublin was absolutely horrible. They treated me like an outsider, not a customer. Total lack of interest in making customers comfortable. There was only a few people staying there when I arrived…Low quantity = Low Quality

2022-04-24Went with a group. At check in they quoted me group rate of $70 a night. At checkout they charged $125 a night. They have no integrity. Will lie to your face. Continental breakfast is less than adequate also.

2021-11-28I loved the layout. The location was good for our purpose. The room and hotel is in need of updated furnishings, windows, linens and carpets. I would get any other flooring than carpet in my opinion.
