I have used this business for all my shipping needs for years! The (sorta)new owners are very nice and always offer to help carry packages inside for me. They also try to pack/ship at the least cost possible. I also appreciate that the staff masks when a customer comes in. I would highly recommend this business.

The ladies at the store were extremely helpful. They took excellent care of us and had us checked in and on our way quickly. The truck we originally reserved was not returned in time by the people who had it first but the owner didnt let our move get delayed. She upgraded us into a bigger truck and sent us on our way. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend this place to all of my friends.

Very convenient packing and shipping store. They accept and ship prepaid packages for virtually every shipping company (UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL) without charging any fees. This makes it a convenient one stop shop for my shipping needs. Always receive friendly and fast service. Cant recommend enough.

I dropped off something with a prepaid shipping label to be shipped on a Monday and it wasnt marked as shipped until SEVEN DAYS later. Really embarrassing for me as a seller. They did have a nice selection of box sizes so I might go back and buy a box, but definitely wont be trusting them with my shipping.

I set for a 3 hour trip and to drop off at different location, as well as estimated milage, and i called beforehand to verify.When i got there, she said i could only have it for two hours, and i had to bring to same location. Will never use uhaul again, especially not at that location, it cost me 20 bucks more because i didnt have reschedule as an option. Left public comments on google, and a few other sites. And the lady was very rude

I regret to give this place two stars. Friendly people, but unreliable DHL Authorized Shipping Center.If something goes wrong, you will have a hard time and bad, low compensation.
