Fair price great food clean a dine in area,excellant service
I ordered online and picked up in the store. The app works well. My order however was an incomplete, partial, and disgusting sloppy mess. Im very disappointed.
Their chicken tacos are unfortunately totally bland and lacking in flavor
I do not recommend them. The meat is rotten.
I love Qdoba aka the Q. We have never had a bad experience here. They are friendly and quick even during lunch hours. They are very efficient, the staff has great communication between each other when serving a customer. I can always count on great food and service when I come here.
Terrible service, rude managers, packaging covered in food, tortilla chips that are stale and over salted. Just try to request fresh chips and youll get an earful from anyone who works there because they dont want to do it. The manager in store is particularly unpleasant. Either lower your expectations or go somewhere else.
I wanted to try something different, so I did an online pickup order here. Wished I went spent my money at chipotle because getting 1/4 of a cup of meat and half of the ingredients I ordered not included was really disappointing. I usually give the benefit of the doubt if a place is swamped but they don’t have dine in and there was no line, walking in and out. If I’m expected to pay almost $10 for a bowl I would at least want to get the stuff I ordered. May come back but probably if chipotle closes.

Have been here 4 or 5 times by now. It has a different taste them the rest of the build your own Mexican style restaurants. The tacos are very good and the queso has a nice little kick. My biggest complaint so far would seem to be that when you order a specific meat and it is running low the employees scrape whats left on the bottom instead of getting a fresh full portion. They also seem to be a tad skimpy on the chips. Over all pleased so far and will continue to conctr back.
Typically pretty good meals. Delivery is hit or miss with adequate time. Ive had it far sooner and far later than expected. When it came pretty late, I had to call myself and find out what was going on since it was well past closing time there by that point, and wasnt offered any comp. another time it happened I got a dessert on them added in free which was courteous and delicious to boot! Typically friendly staff. Ive had my drink mixed up before without notice, due to them being out of my flavor of choice, so notice would have been appreciated so I could select what I wanted to replace it with. The meals have been cold before but typically arrive warm. Good variety. Wish theyd add Sofritas as Chipotle has done, for us vegetarian and vegan eaters.
This place is okay. It is more fresh than taco bell but thats about it. I got the 3 tacos for 9 bucks. Terrible deal, I wont get that again. The burrito looks like a more filling meal, or maybe a bowl. The food wasnt really hot, didnt like that oh well... Ill come back again in 4 years.
Ordered 2 Bowls tonight and both were Covered in Sour cream that it was like Soup and both were Ice cold.. They were Out of Corn Salsa and didnt think to call and let us know they were out, just sent the orders out. We threw both bowls away.. Waste of $22 bucks! Wont be returning
I love this this. I eat here every Monday night with my friends. Amazing food, the staff is always really friendly, and the whole restaurant is very clean. Their food always tastes more fresh, and all ingredients are made my hand. Love it
Really like Qdoba here in Bowling Green. Their service is always great and the workers are typically really friendly. Plus their food is super good and you get alot more for your money than you do going to Chipotle. Side note, whenever they make a mistake they always remedy it well and throw in some coupons.Overall the atmosphere is great here and has good flow for ordering whether its for carryout or dining in. Their app also works well and rewards you for being a customer. Nice work!
We got two bowls here. One of them ended up not having meat on it. I called it in and they had apologized over the phone and said they would send someone out with the meat for the bowl. They didnt charge to deliver it even though we had picked it up from there.When the driver got here, he apologized profusely and handed us the meat for the shredded pork bowl as well as chips and queso for our trouble. All around they were perfect in rectifying a mishap.I give them 5 stars because their food is awesome, their service is amazing, and their ability to handle mistakes they made are what make them my favorite restaurant of this syle. I would recommend this place to anyone who would rather have chipotle
I absolutely love QDoba. Their food is fresh and delicious, and they have never once run out of something without immediately replacing it. Their staff is fast and friendly, and their facility is extremely clean.
A while back this Qdoba had some issues but theyve been consistently good for a while now. The service is great and the food is on par with other Qdobas.

My order wasnt even started when I showed up at the time they gave me. The workers were just standing around. While waiting for them to complete my order I noticed how filthy the seats and tables were. When I received my bag of food, I asked the girl if this was everything...she said yea. I was missing chips, guacamole, and the lettuce in my salad! How does that even happen!?! Never going back and I didnt trust the food to even eat.

Food is consistently good, theyre always open when Im hungry, and the staff is pleasant. Sometimes they are a little lacking on portions, but it just depends on the employee and time of day.Ill keep coming back.
Customize your Mexican food. Super fast and easy. Came with friends and lots of kids- the workers were very patient and happy to make sure all of the little picky eaters got something they loved.
Ordered delivery of a single chicken quesadilla with two drinks. I had to call in to figure out why it was taking so long, they didnt know why so they had to check to find out. Took nearly an hour and twenty minutes for the food to arrive so I returned it. Its about a 5 min walk to my house from the restaurant. Did it take an hour and fifteen minutes to make a quesadilla?
Love that they have impossible meat as a vegan option. Only reason I didnt give it a 5 was because I found a piece of avacado skin in my burrito.

Not as fresh as Chipotle but has a lot more variety. I find myself going to Qdoba a lot more often because they’re much quicker at making my order and their tacos are amazing.
Great customer service. The quality of the food is there but very bland in taste. Small amount you get. But higher in price. Go to Chipolte, get more and pay less. Thats my opinion.

One of my favorite places to go get a quick meal in Bowling Green. Student deal is free drink with a Student ID. Also sign up for Qdoba rewards because every 10th burrito is free! The location is very clean and has friendly staff. Quantities are as high as Chipotle but the guacamole is not extra! Also they deliver!!
Shorted me on some toppings for my bowl and it was pretty expensive. Better than Chipotle, but not worthy of a 4 star. Location is ok but you need to park on the street.
Food is always great. Wear long Johns if you dine in during the winter months... I don’t think their thermostat goes above 55 degrees. Brrr!
Came in happy left pissed off! Server was rude and didnt like that he had to talk louder cuz Im deaf. Didnt listen to directions well, my soup was jus tossed in bag and spilled! And the.entire crew was more worried about restocking instead of helping the customer. Certainly will not return
I can never go wrong with QDOBA Mexican Eats! Their burritos and free queso dip is why I always order from there every time I come up to BGSU to visit friends.
The employees are wonderful and the food is just as amazing. I had the Chicken Quesadilla w/ the Habanero Sauce. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
Really stingy with everything, I got 8-10 items and the bowl was barely halfway filled.

Good fresh Mexican style food. Tacos, burritos, nachos, salads... really unlimited because they build it fresh to fit your wish. Great queso and guac too.

A nice break from the usual stops in downtown Bowling Green, Qdoba makes great burritos and offers a quiet location tucked between the bevy of stores and night spots in the area. It is easy sometimes to remember we have it in BG but rewarding when we do.
I sat in and ate the servers were very polite and the food tasted very good ..... as I was enjoying my meal... brayden one if their servers checked up on me and took my trash and was very friendly.... I choose qdoba over chipotle because of servers like him

2021-09-11Pick up took about 15 minutes which wasn’t bad at all. Restaurant was clean. The portions are huge - I got a burrito bowl, side of chips and queso for only $14. There’s a wider variety of free toppings available, like cheese and guacamole which chi****e either doesn’t have, or charges extra for.

2022-07-08Once again I drive all the way down from Perrysburg area to get an order of attitude with some smug supervisor telling me she doesnt have any plain rice. This time I asked her if there was any cooking and she said no.How this location is still in business is beyond me unless college students really dont care about smirking employees with attitudes. If this location went under I would certainly not lose sleep; my only concern are the rude employees that would assimilate into other places and slowly bring their negativity, uncaring customer service, and bad mannerisms with them. They are a human cancer for sure.Ps- not everyone can have, OR WANTS, the added sodium, juices, cilantro with their food so why punish them? Americans eat enough bad stuff as it isUPDATE: Chipotle had no qualms, attitude, or reservations about providing plain rice to their valued customer

2018-06-07First time at QDOBA, wont be the last. Ordered two veggie bowls that included freshly sauteed bell peppers amd onions on top of a bed of pinto and black beans and brown and white rice. Applied all the delicious toppings and slapped some chips our way--Plus we couldnt forget the dessert...moist chocolatey brownies and cookies.Clean dining room and restroom. Extremely friendly and attentive staff.

2019-06-04Clean restaurant with friendly staff. The food is generally fresh. There has been a time or 2 where i choose a diffrent meat because what was left looked dried up. Sometimes the portions are inconsistent. No one likes a just a little scoop of meat on their nachos. Everything I have tried has tasted really good. And for the price its better than some of the AUTHENTIC Mexican resturants that i have paid alot more money for. They are kinda of stingy on the serving size on their chips. Chips are cheap dont skimp on them.

2021-10-14I ate here today and am asking myself why I waited so long to try it. The food was delicious! Lots of options to choose from. Everything was fresh. I tried the chicken bowl, chips and queso. I would order it again. Definitely enough for two meals for me. The space was tight for my electric wheelchair but passable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a clean and cheerful environment. I plan to go back!
