Everything About my experience was TOP NOTCH. Very fast to respond to my initial contact. was able to get an Estimate withing a day. Trey kept in constant contact with me. I was able to get the treatment done to my attic done with in a week. That was important to me because i was selling my house. When i needed a clearer receipt for my realtor the office had me a new one in my email within the hour. I would recommend them if you need this type of service!!!!
Trey, Tim and Terrence have been amazing! We had a leak from our dishwasher that had soaked part of the laminate floor, the cabinetry and drywall. They responded quickly and were extremely efficient while still being quite thorough. They made us feel comfortable and confident as they removed the damaged and molding materials, treated to prevent any further molding, and dried the entire area. Im so glad we called PuroClean and will definitely use them should the need arise in the future!

Puroclean provided us with an excellent experience recently. My home insurance company referred Puroclean for restoration work after our home had significant water damage this past winter. It was a stressful and difficult time for us. Puroclean and Mr. Trey Bell were of great help to us during this time. Trey and his team were extremely professional, detail oriented, and through. They were also personable and very easy to communicate with, especially in responding to us very promptly. We are very happy with the quality and efficiency of the services we received with Puroclean and highly recommend them!
Ive used Puro Clean twice in the last 18 months when we were faced with significant water damage at 2 separate homes and would highly recommend their services. The owner of the company worked with us directly and helped us get things back on track very quickly. They were able to respond right away and followed up with us daily until we were both confident there was no further risk of damage, mold, or bacteria. We really appreciated that they took the time to do the job right and PuroClean will be our first call should we need these services again.

I dont typically write reviews, but in this case, I feel compelled to since it was because of the previously posted reviews that I hired PuroClean.We had some water in our basement after our sump pump died. I called Trey Bell to ask about his availability...and he was at our house that same afternoon to assess the situation. The very next day, he and his crew was here working diligently to remove the padding under our carpet. It was a big job with TONS of HEAVY things to move so they could remove the pad.Trey was comforting, reassuring, and followed through with everything. Even his team was fantastic...I had to park in the street because of their truck in our driveway, and when I came home with a trunk load of groceries, one of his team was on break and helped me carry in my groceries!Trey knew what to do with the insurance company and took care of all of those details, and helped me understand what my next step was.Trey Bell knows what he is doing, and I would absolutely recommend PuroClean for any kind of emergency clean up - Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold. He is a small business owner who UNDERSTANDS customer service and makes it his top priority.
Although I have never needed Treys services, I know him and several people who had emergencies and were completely satisfied with his work. Very professional from start to finish. He is very sensitive to the importance of his clients property. His attention to detail is a reflection of his high quality standards. If I ever have a restoration need, I would immediatly call Trey.
Trey Bell and his dedicated staff did an outstanding job when our basement flooded a few months ago. He and his team were extremely professional and courteous while mitigating our problems with black mold clearly explaining the process, working around our schedules, and ensuring that the job was completed to our satisfaction. Trey even came back at no fault of his own to assist with another matter and was very patient explaining what was going on and with working with the insurance company to make sure the job was completed correctly. The Avon Lake Parks & Recreation office called PuroClean to help remove grease stains and cooking smells from the Lake House, a rental facility in Avon Lake. They were cleaning within (1) hour of our phone call and made sure the facility was cleaned for a rental the next day. They not only followed up the next day, but the following week to ensure that the smell was completely gone. Thank you PuroClean for making sure the Lake House was cleaned properly for our renters!

Returning from vacation i found my family room flooded. Trey Bell showed up quickly, provided a timely and affordable quote, and then did the work in a timely and workmanlike manner. He was very courteous and complete in the work he did. I would highly recommend Trey without reservation!
Trey Bell was so very helpful when our refrigerator water line decided to spring a very slow leak over months and months, unbeknownst to us. The water had saturated our hardwood flooring and the subfloor beneath. Pools of water had collected under the subfloor into our basement ceiling. Trey came to the rescue by helping us dry out the ceiling area with crazy strong fans and saved our wood floors with his awesome system! Id never seen anything like it, and it worked like magic, virtually vacuuming the water and moisture completely out of the hardwoods and subfloors. We were able to save our pretty hardwood floors and avoid mold and warping. He went above and beyond to help, was so kind and professional. I recommend PuroClean for your water disaster.

Keep their number handy - you never know when youll need it! Our hot water tank sprung a leak late on a Friday afternoon. The plumber fixed it, but our week old carpet was soaked. With all of the snow we had in January, the sudden warm up put us in a jam! Our sump pump died and we were stuck with standing water in our basement! Trey was quick to the rescue helping in any way he could. He was a God-send to me as my husband was out of town on business. These guys are the best. We woke up to water in the basement and they came out quickly, assessed the situation, and were able to give us a solution.Turns out we didnt need their services based on the small amount of water and they were happy to tell us the truth about that.Now were having them clean our ducts and do an air quality test for us and feel great about trusting them with this work.

2022-01-18Unfortunately, I had my first dealing with some basement flooding over this past summer. I contacted Erin Jagels after a heavy rain storm when many other companies were unable to come out or give me a quote. She was quick and attentive, having Trey Bell, the owner, contact me immediately. He walked us through the process and did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it. The crew was professional, thorough and patient as we navigated what was worth saving and what had to go. I would recommend this team to anyone who needed the services they provide.

2021-04-28We thought we might have some mold damage so we called Trey to have him come to our house and check the areas out. He was so friendly and professional. He arrived the same day we called and did a thorough inspection of the areas. We were fortunate that none was found, but so thankful for Trey coming over and completing the inspection. Trey also provided a lot of valuable information that we can use going forward to prevent possible issues and maintain a healthy home environment. We will be using PuroClean for any future issues we may have.

2022-01-12Trey came out to look at suspected mold and educated me on what he saw. I really appreciate the honest and straight forward approach as well as his recommendations and referrals. Lucky for me it wasnt mold, but if it was or things change, no qualms going with them.

2021-11-06I called Puroclean on the recommendation of the realtor helping me sell my deceased mothers house. I had a junk hauler clear out the house and needed someone to do a deep clean on the place to get it ready to list the following week. The house was in terrible condition and was more than a typical housekeeping company could manage-- it needed more of a heavy duty restoration clean. Trey came out to take a look, then dragged me along for a week, repeatedly promising to schedule a cleaning, then never did. After a week of this, I gave up and called Servpro who sent someone out three days later and did a great job. I get that it wasnt a huge $$$ job, but if he didnt want the work, he should have just said that on day one. Sorry, but Im not interested in this job would have been great to hear, then I would have known to move on right away. Why string someone along and cause them a delay in listing the property? Dealing with a deceased parents estate is already difficult, and its terrible for someone to make it even harder. Very unprofessional.

2020-11-09PuroClean did a duct cleaning, and Trey also performed a quick mold inspection for me as well. I have known Erin with the company for over a year now, and she is as professional and responsive as they come. I would highly suggest using them for any of the many services they offer and will not hesitate to make them my first call next time I’m in need.

2021-05-18Im not one to typically write reviews but Terry was amazing. My new dryer wasnt drying my clothes and Terry came out, checked the outside vent on my roof, and removed the blockage that was clogging the outside vent. He could see down the vent and said it was clear and that I didnt need a full dryer vent service. Its rare to find an honest company like PuroClean. I wasnt charged the full amount since the full service wasnt required. The scary thing is that I live in townhomes and he could see that my neighbors have the same issue. Dryer fires are no joke so, consider having your vents cleaned by PuroClean. Ill be talking to my neighbors today. I will definitely reach out to PuroClean for any future needs related to their areas of expertise.

2021-05-21We are beyond grateful to PuroClean Avon Lake! We had a moment of human error which led to our kids’ bathtub overflowing nearly out of the bathroom onto the carpet. Though we caught it fairly early, water spots started appearing the next day on our ceiling. Worried, we called PuroClean Avon Lake and in no time Trey Bell was here to help. He spent so much time checking everything over for us, gave us recommendations on how we could dry everything out and given we caught it early, he explained how we could fix ourselves and not have to spend a dime. Such great service and kindness! I would highly recommend PuroClean Avon Lake!!

2020-12-28I spoke with Trey for over 30 minutes on the phone about our situation. We ended up not needing to use this business based on the information Trey shared with me. He recommended an excellent contractor and the work was done promptly and very well. Trey took the time to listen to what we needed and act in our best interest, which we truly appreciate. Although we didn’t get to use this business, based on the professionalism and recommendation from Trey, we would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Thank you!
