Love the fish, chicken. Also like it when the young ladies are working the bar, there moving around the bar as well as checking in on the customers which they also bring a friendly vibe to the lounge. When the older woman (Ms. D) works the bar she is rude and very slow. This place has so much potential if they show all the customers some love as though there family. And let me D work in the kitchen or something else
Went to happy hour for 25 cent wings and two for one beers. We were there less than an hour and our tab was 34. For 4 beers 10 wings 1 piece of fish fries and a vodka. 34 and change. This place attracts and attacks. I got charged full price for her tips. Chicken is good but its not worth the robbery. DONT GO HERE YOU WILL GET GOT

If I could give Pure Ultra Lounge a NEGATIVE rating, I would!! I have never been so disrespected by bar staff in my f**king life!! First off all I wasnt allowed to take my purse inside!! I am a woman & take my purse everywhere. Secondly, I had to pay $10 to get in (after taking my purse to my car)!! I have NEVER paid to get in before. Its a bar not a club!! Lastly my friends & I arrived and not ONE single employee acknowledged me or my party because were all FEMALES!! The BAR WENCHES were ALL females who only SERVED men & it was with the quickness. I sat at the bar for 20 minutes watching this play out before my eyes before my drink was even started and it was only Wine, no ice. Seriously it takes only one second to pour Wine in a Wine glass!! Dont EVER go to PURE Lounge unless you like to wait 20-30 minutes for a drink by a female bartender who still EXPECTS a tip!! I experienced, rude bar staff, EXTREMELY slow service & I will NOT be going back!!
What I saw seemed nice. Were from out of town, Tallahassee Florida. I had to accompany my daughter to her 20th class reunion. So, it wasnt my kind of place, its not for adults as... SOPHISTICATED as I am. LOL! But everyone was nice the drinks were good & Im glad I visited. Next time, maybe theyll have an old folks night 😉
I didnt think Id like from the outside, but its actually pretty cool. The lounge and bar areas are nice and the djay was wonderful. The wings were delicious as well. They remind me of my mamas- perfect size too as I dont eat big greasy wings. These were right. 3 stars because the exterior and patio area could use some work but the vibe was nice. Youll have fun.
They give the over-cooked wings to the TO GO people. Bad service !!! I got home and I bit into the wing... I thought it was a SPICY GARLIC GINGER SNAP !!! And that old man in the wig is mean, lazy, and miserable. Im never going back. Im glad I wasnt drinking. I rather pay the commercial joints full price than be treated like I came to get a handout. Super Duper Raggedly. Im just saying.
Took over 20 minutes to even get a drink. Ordered wings- about an hour later found out you have to get your own food from the kitchen. The guy in the kitchen, completely unprovoked, went off on me because I didn’t have a ticket. First time there, how was I suppposed to know how they operate? Worst establishment I’ve ever been to in this city.
The bar numbers are crazy!!!!! Always a huge crowd! However, due too the mas crowd they might need to hire more bar tenders or retrain the ones they have to be faster while still being efficient and having great customer service. There is one bartender who is attenitive great memory and friendly with the blond dreads and glasses light skinned she makes sure she returns to you.Other bartenders are not as friendly in fact many of them ignore female customers and serve the males. Ive been 2 Saturdays in a row huge numbers!!! But Large amounts of revenue is being lost due too low speed and bad customer service.
Was invited out last night by some friends attending the BBW lingerie party. Shocked to find out there was a cover charge ($10) for men and women. Cover charges are normal for clubs but not bars that require women to be 25+ and men to be 30!The music was pretty good but the dj didn’t take request.Overall, not worth it. Take your $10 elsewhere, get in at no cover charge and use that money on a drink at the bar.
The saddest establishment in the city. They are inconsistent with the prices of the drinks. Theres a difference between $2-$3 a drink per bar tender per day and the drinks are never made the same. Im afraid to speak about the chicken but when its .25 wing night I stay away because the quality of food is not there..
My girlfriends and I planned a birthday here thinking it was going to be a nice upscale bar/club setting. We were not familiar with this side of town so imagine our surprise showing up in dresses and heels😂 it seems like a nice bar to go grab some drinks and get a good dance in and kick back with friends in a more casual atmosphere. It just wasnt what we wanted for the night. Also the age range was more for the 30+ crowd maybe not so much young 20 year olds
Last night Miss Diane was her usual rude self. Never offered me and my girl a drink or acknowledged us. She read her book! Then when she finally got up...my girl didnt know any better and asked her for a cold beer ( she was swapping out her 2 for 1) she told her, I will get to you when I done with these other people....dude next to her was appauled.... I am not sure how she still works there but I see why no one goes there too much.

I finally visited and was not impressed. Took 30mins to get a drink, which didnt taste right. Ive been drinking Ciroc since before Diddy so I can say for certain they dilute their liquor. If you dont know what this means basically they cut it with a cheap well vodka in order to make a larger profit. I find ALOT of spots are doing this and dont respect their attempt at conning the customer. Buyer beware!!!!

Now known as the Pure Lounge, this location has been there for decades under various owners. After extensive renovation Ive found this to be the perfect spot for happy hour with the best drinks in town, a kitchen, and catering to the 30 & over crowd.

It takes TOO long to get a drink here! Even when theres 2 bartenders, you shouldnt wait 10 minuets to place your order and 10 minuets for your drink.
I like the atmosphere but the bar tender miss diane is rude and tried to short me my money...they need new bar tenders and music for the crowd...a juke box would be nice when theres not a good dj

2022-03-13I went there just because someone told me they have good wings. I did a to go order. 18$ for 20 wings and I wasnt disappointed. They were awesome!. Saucy and so yummy. Thank you so much! I am not much of a bar person so I cant vouch for the bar aspect of the establishment. But I will be going back to get more wings. They are now my go to wing place.

2021-09-24The remodel looks good! But the wings need some assistance! I was so disappointed in the way they turned out. Took forever to get my five wings and when I got them they were the smallest wings that I have ever seen! I question if they were even actually wings!!! If your hungry u might want to stop somewhere else first to eat!

2021-09-11Okay little spot. Met with some co-workers to celebrate one of their birthdays. Was there for about 2 hours. Only bought 3 drinks on arrival. A strawberry long island for myself, grey goose and pineapple juice for the birthday girl, and a bottle of bud for the guy next to me just because he is the one who got the barmaid to take my order. Was $25. Left a $2.00 tip. Would have gotten a bigger tip if she had noticed me as a paying customer that may leave a bigger tip than a man. Lol. Nice lil place though with good ole school hip hop, rap, and R&B.
