I love this place. It seems intimidating on your first visit because of the security outside dressed like they are prepared for war, but everyone is super friendly. Once you visit the first time in person you can pre-order and have curbside pickup. Its a very easy process and saves a bunch of time. The service is excellent and i rarely go anywhere else.
Clearer instructions for online reservations (such as you can reserve a slot before opening hours) would be helpful for those of us who don’t frequent this location as often. For example - at Bloom in Seven Mile, you can only reserve same day. At Strawberry Fields, you have to wait until 30 minutes after they open (last I checked) and I found out from a friend that you can reserve from Pure Ohio Wellness as soon as the night before the day of pick up, as long as it’s after store closing time.Every store is different so it would be nice to have these little, but important, nuances posted up on the website at least!Prices were great today, $82 (including tax) for 24% thc flower, smalls, which is the best price I’ve gotten for the most THC so far in the last couple years. Security is very nice and so is staff.

For the most part its not a bad place staff for the most part is pretty friendly an the guards are pretty cool. Ok product. However there better stuff cost a bit more unless on sale. An if you call while in the parking lot they will hang up on you. If you wondering why they stopped taking customers just after 4 because they have been busy all day yet the hours for walk-ins is 5.. I drove a hour for nothing........ An I call to find out why an end up getting hung up on after the dude felt he talked enough or something. Extremely rude... If you want to stop taking customers at a certain time maybe add that to the website so people dont waste time an money like I did!! 2 stars for being hung up on...freaking rude! An I wasnt rude or hateful I couldve been..
Best dispensary Ive ever been to in Ohio! I live about an hour and a half from Dayton but I come down about once it twice a week because I love the way they do things there, coolest, most knowledgeable staff, Ive come to interact with, cash only but they do have an ATM with a low fee. I recommend to anyone wanting an easy, fun experience
How can I be the first one at the curbside waiting for 20 minutes. The person that pulled up next to me 10 minutes after. I got here for there stuff first. Same with the person next to me. I got one item why does it take 15 minutes to bring me it? They literally had me pull up the side. The black guy with dreads is the slowest dude ever. Why can the other people get 3 cars out before you?
Dont pre-order at 1 am.. Came in to pick up my order only to find out the discounts were from the previous day(which has never been the case).. What was supposed to be around 50 dollars ended up costing me almost 90.. On top of the person servicing me called my name for a pre order. Then tells me she still needs to check me in. Dissappears for 5-10 minutes. Only to come back and tell me Im already checked in and that she looked at the wrong person.. Even though she just called my name for a pre order and took my i.d.s... I was supposed to be in and out in 5 minutes. That was not the case. I have a busy morning. I couldnt change my order, as they dont let you change pre orders when you show up. The only thing I could do was cancel, re-check in, and wait to be called up again. Or just pay it.. I dont have a lucrative job either with my disability. I only make so much at work. I cant afford this.. It was either deal with pain the rest of the week or have late bills. I chose late bills 🙄 Very disappointed in the way things were ran today. Over a dozen individuals inside the bar area and only 2 were servicing people.. Everybody was just standing around and talking.. Also, after looking at a couple other dispensaries in the area. They upcharge a lot of products.

If you dont preorder you will wait an hour no matter the day or time. Preorder!!!! They will stack you in a waiting room with 10-15 people.

Great selection of edibles,vapes,wax,flower etc.theres a good selection of locally grown buds. 2 things that I personally dont like the higher prices for one sometimes theres a long wait. They deal of the day is cool but need a variety weights with the strain.Pure Wellness is better than the other dispensaries.check them out.

Literally sitting here w/o medicine, refusing to get any because all they wanna let go on sale is smalls thats cool and all but if its smalls then 16 is too high. Considering 18$ is what they usually do for a strain of the day. So I guess Ill go without until they stop trying to rip everyone off

Local dispensaries in the area all carry the same products. But Pure Ohio Wellness has their own local grown brand that is VERY GOOD !!! I drive 25 minutes just for their local grown brand. Highly recommended!!!

Purchased a $320 hybrid OZ. Was supposed to get a 20% vendor discount and a 20% veterans discount. Discount was 36%. I decided to let it slide, paid, and left. When I got home, I discovered it was in fact not a hybrid, but a sativa. I NEVER buy sativas. Still, I let it slide. Then I weighed my OZ. 28.3 grams right? Not this one 24.90 grams. 3.4 Grams, or nearly an 8th OZ Light.

Best prices hands down. Knowledgeable staff and friendly service. Sell their own product and third party so control the prices better than the others. With that said that makes it busy. Its best to do curb side as Ive found it to be the qiluickest. Better product better prices longer wait times.
Rating this 1/5 (it says 5/5 so that people can actually see the truth) Used to be alot better. Recently took away their 8.5 deals and raised prices. Now you are paying twice as much for 14G and its only shake. Completely not worth it. You can get Bud on the street for that price. We have all been waiting for 2 years for prices to lower because they are way way way way way way way to high. Recently they have began slapping 30-35 price tags on in house blend. Which completely destroys the purpose of even going here. If you read this, its time to stand up against this B.s. you know its bad when the street dealers offer refunds, better customer service and cheaper prices. And I mean way cheaper for the same exact quality. If you want smoke for HALF the price these guys charge...Just hit up a few people. This dispensary decided they weren’t making enough profit apparently and decided to target the discounts of veterans that would normally stack with other discounts the same way it always did for years so as a veteran I’ll no longer buy from them and my business will go to Columbia care where I feel more respected and the company continues to honor their discounts.
By far the best dispensary anywhere near the Dayton area. Fast friendly service, great selection, knowledgeable staff. On the rare occasion that you have to wait, you get you wait Inside with comfy seating while you look at their huge menu on multiple huge TVs (Unlike Strawberry Fields or whatever they call it now, where it is pre-order only, and you have to wait outside in the cold rain even if you have a scheduled pickup time.)So in summary, dont waste your time going anywhere else, even if theyre closer. Pure Ohio Wellness is the only place worth shopping.

Man! It’s easier, faster, and I dare say cheaper to find a plug on the street. Let’s forget about the prices, what’s every business need besides a good service or product? I feel as if children that barely passed algebra are the staff, and management. They are highly, extremely unorganized and not punctual.My order was placed and was being filled. When I stepped in apparently my time slot meant nothing, there were people in front of me that left and people after me that came and left. I spoke at some length with staff beforehand, and fully understand that there is a grace period for issues. What I had ordered was canceled and I wasn’t told until they finally figured out who I was. Like my id and writing wasn’t enough, or the pre call profile setup that was “lost” “gone forever”. I didn’t get to choose what I wanted, I was on a strict time schedule… so basically what was the same(ish) price. Turns out I paid more for less thc and they gave me some CBD THCV that doesn’t do anything. Go ahead, call in and express your dissatisfaction, kids pick up. They’re uneducated, misinformed, and I’ll guided. It’s a sham and if I were running that show there I’d be disappointed in myself. You can’t expect young people to know and handle situations. Knowledge takes time, and moreover, experience is more necessary to gain an understanding. When you can properly educate a customer, you can come to a solution when there is an issue,So in conclusion…. Weed shop ran by children, flunked gym type of kids….. no apparent management of repute to be found…. And super super high HIGH… not the good high …. High prices.
Have never had a bad experience here. they have great prices and the bud tenders are all so helpful and friendly! kandice helped me out today with finding the most fitting AND most affordable strains. i couldn’t recommend pure ohio enough!!

Some of the new staff is a bit young and seem to have a sense of know it all over customers that have been in this field for 20+ years... but short of that, the rest of the staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Product can sometimes be limited and short on stock on the popular items, but they do keep a large selection.

My husband goes here and he loves it, its locally grown , and cheaper on flower and its sexier looking he said to let yall know lol 🤣!!! its the best place around town, cheap, their quick, can pre-order online and just go right in and they have It ready, all the staff are very very friendly they talk to you as if your parents or family the security guards are the best, very cool laid back and professional, make sure you login with Iovemaryjane or iheartmaryjane to preorder that site tells you what youve ordered and what you have ordered in the past and it pops up every dispensary that you log into it will tell you if you bought that product there or not and if you like it when you log into that dispensary website it will tell you and ask you if you want more of that product it will keep track of your product and thats a good thing to have Plus in place you have plastic in your stuff or anything happens with your Mary Jane you can go on there and record it and it sends a alert out to the people who does it to let them know that this product may have such and such in it and theyll get a hold of you and give you a new product. This place is always busy. I enjoy there local flower its always a very safe and healthy choice with noting extra added. They staff at this place is such a variety it makes the energy great. This is one of my favorite dispensaries

This was my first time going to a dispensary. The security guards are super cool. The staff are super knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable for a first timer. My only complaints are the prices, which through no fault of Pure Ohio, the states prices are higher than anticipated. I also had to wait a while in a line of people in the cold which was annoying. Since I’m registered there now, I’ll be doing curbside pick up. I would recommend that after your first time. Other than that, great experience. I’ll do some research on other establishments, but I see myself going to this location again.
I like going to pure Ohio its the only place I go to get my meds they are Normally on top of it. Always friendly faces always has some kind of deal. However it would be nice if you are going to stop taking Patients early. You should send out text messages alerting people that might be on there way there to get there meds just to find out you stopped taking patients and sent away some people drive over a hour to get there .Sincerely Loyal customer

The workers here and the security team are all so friendly and down to earth. The staff is very helpful with recommendations. They look at you as a person and never any judgment. Only reason its 4 stat and not 5 stars is because there have been a few times they had messed my pickup orders. Other than that plan on being a line and long wait if you show up during busy hours
Decent enough place. But I wouldnt advise buying there brand of product.Vaps are very poor quality. I had a pineapple drip cart pop and brake. Oil is only good 50% of the time. They try and screw you because its a little bit cheaper. Not worth the savings. If you go just dont get there brand of anything. 🙂

My husband and I absolutely LOVE the London location. The staff is amazing. They’re so knowledgeable and kind. Always remember us and our doggo. They always give him treats and love. It’s not just a dispensary, it’s home. It’s worth the 20 minute drive multiple times a week. The bud is great and there’s always great deals!

This was my first week. They have been informative and so willing to teach. One of the best experiences Ive ever had!! Very professional!! In regards to my pain, they turned the switch off! The staff is second to none, theyre super friendly and knowledgeable! The prices are great too but, the staff keeps the dispensary running like a well oiled machine which is why I made the switch. Ive used to other dispensaries around town and I refuse to give my business to anyone other than Pure Ohio. With the staff and prices theyre the top dispensary in my opinion.
The security and associates are always friendly. They have never made me feel rushed, youre actually encouraged to ask questions. They sincerely want people to understand the product and they help you select things that target your treatment needs. Things can get expensive, but thats on the state.

This was my first visit to this dispensary and I was really impressed they had a big area for parking plus a great layout of inside, nice waiting room and all the employees were extremely friendly especially the receptionist and security guards. My experience here is Two thumbs up 👍👍
The staff is nice, and they have either online/curbside pickup, or your able to go inside(mask required) to place an order, which is great if you forgot to place an online order and needing some at the last ninute. Also there allowed to grow there own product, which allows them to offer a budget friendly product.

This place is 100% amazing. The environment is so chill and peaceful. The staff dont rush you or make you feel uncomfortable. Very family oriented establishment! Drive thru was very easy and convenient.. I tried to give the budtender a few dollars for a tip and he refused, said they wernt allowed to accept tips..Not sure if this is a regulatory thing with the state or owners dont approve.. I thought it was kind of odd although, I thought a small tip for my convenience would be acceptable..It was not..

Sadly they are all ways out of the products i enjoy.. i try to call ahead but sometimes it takes less time to drive the 20 minutes there than repeatedly call and ask with no one answering the phone . they dont seem to answer the phone ( could be due to high call volume ) but what ever the reason is, this is an issue that compiles with the products all ways being out . you can ask for a restock date but that all ways seems to be off by a few days . once again , you cant call to ask but due to the phone all ways going to voicemail you may be better off to just drive there . This is sad to see because they do have some of the better prices in Dayton. Step up your game Pure ohio , you CAN do better...

Except for the guy that made me come back during lunch time rush (there where 2 rows of cars when I got back) because I was 20 minutes early. I put my order in before 10am. It really wasnt MY time he was wasting, but Im sure all the people that had to be back at work wouldnt mind one less un-necessary person in the line. It seems like it would have been WAY easier on everyone without that kind of un-reasonable attitude.I still rate 5 stars since its only the one guy that does it, if you get anyone else youre good.Just to provide an ACTUAL review, Pure ohio is my new go-to. Ive had my card for about a year, and I have shopped dispensaries from Dayton to Michigan, Ive tried about every strain in the state, and Ive been back and forth, and in between more times than I can count. Across this state you will find RAMPANT mismanagement. Pure has been one of the few that is well run. Its the ONLY one with cool security guards, and the staff are well informed. The prices are what youre going to find just about everywhere. Best store in Dayton right now.

The weed is either hit or miss, you could buy a 30% THC strain and it’ll be weaker than strain that’s 14% THC. The dispensary is sadly one of the best in the area, but from my experience the wax and carts are solid, the flower is a gamble.
Everyone here is superrr nice. The security is the best😍 prices seem to be the cheapest around, but the staff is what has me a regular here now.

Kind polite staff. Quality of product and price varies. Availability of some product not dependable.
First experience I called ahead to place a pick up order about an hour and a half before close and they said they werent taking anymore curb orders, but I could come in. So, I did just that arriving about an hour before closing to be told they werent taking anymore patients because there were 12 in line. I drove 20 minutes just to turn around an hour before they closed. Unprofessional and felt a lack of care for the patient. People go there for meds they need and to be turned away with an hour left after being told to come in was pretty upsetting. Strawberry Fields is the better location all around.
Theyll sell your order out from under you and give you the wrong product in return, especially if your curbside pickup is around closing time. because they wont help you the day after the mix up

Awesome people and they provide excellent service. I definitely recommend signing up for text updates - they notify you of the daily specials every morning so you can save as much money as possible.And of course, the products/medicine is high quality.

I visited pure ohio today and am extremely disappointed. The clerk came out to my car for the 2nd time, 1st to get ID and money. Upon the 2nd time, he saw a open empty beer can. He brought security over to my car. I was not Belligerent. I dont drink, so I didnt notice it. He refused me my product. I have severe pain and this was my only chance to get flower for the next 3 days. I honestly thought I was going to a pharmacy, not the police station. I wont be back and I will bad mouth pure ohio every chance I get. And to think I use to hand out their cards.

Been to all locations in the Dayton area, I must say the best dispensary around is this one, the staff are knowledgeable the Security help is awesome, I’m in a wheelchair and every time I show Tyler the Security help is Johnny on the Spot, he ask how can he be of help, He assists me in sighing in even ask if he can help me with my wheelchair, .. They dont update their menu. Nice place, nice staff.Edit- only place Ive went to that runs out of multiple items everytime I go. Menu must be days old.Product is poor quality compared to other places. No smell, no taste.Gave them the benefit of the doubt, but can no longer shop here

I am a faithful pure ohio customer and I have to tell moronic evening I had tonight got to despenary little before 6 tonight and I cant find my ID I am the patient, my husband use to be the caregiver for me... Which we found out he is no longer so my husband and the security guard Chris is searching through the car and I remember where my i.d is all the way by Dayton mall its now 615 and we have till 645 to get back and checked in to get my meds. Chris rushed me inside and ran back to make sure I can get back there and my favorite girl back there Blue took me back I got back at 645 they were ready to leave!!!!! Its clean, they have some decent products that are cheap. Very high on any brand that is not their own. My third visit I encountered a very very very undereducated staff! I was not happy. They could not tell me the strain lineages. I asked about a particular strain they said it was satavia, it was not upon reading the packages. As I asked more questions, the staff decided to laugh and joke, one male employee decided instead of trying to answer my question, he would do a nice lil dance instead and laugh. I will not be back. This location is a joke and very undereducated! Folks if your budtender cant answer a simple lineage question or state the difference in cannabis species, dont waste your time or money here. Try a better dispensary such as About Wellness in Lebanon, Ohio or strawberry Fields in Dayton or its other locations.

Large establishment and waiting area with very friendly staff!! Close to home so I shop here a lot although they dont have a very large selection of product...they do offer daily deals which keeps it competitive & Only place open on Sundays in greater Dayton area!! Definitely recommend to others!!!

First time and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. One guy was singing others were laughing. The atmosphere was awesome and it made a huge difference in my anxiety that going in a dispensary causes. Even the security guys made conversation and was smiling!
A very nice dispensary in a rough location but with the armed guards which most have military or law enforcement backgrounds makes your visit safe,friendly and quick definitely the best location in the city.

Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because some of their prices are higher for the same things I have gotten at other dispensaries. Otherwise they have great customer service folks who are friendly and knowledgable and a nice smooth process.
I normally really like this location, but I just tried to go to get my prescription after work, 30 minutes before they closed and they refused to let me in. They said there were too many people already in there for them to be done by 7pm when they close. Very unprofessional.
It is best to do a pick up order so you dont have a long wait. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

2022-06-10Nice place with a good selection of items. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I really like you can order online and schedule a time for a curbside pickup! The curbside pickup is fast. Going inside can take a bit longer when its busy, but Ive never waited too long. The pricing is competitive with other local dispensaries.

2022-05-14The curbside service is great! I currently have mobility problems, and have trouble walking or standing for long distances. With curbside, I didnt have to get out the car. They were so fast, I didnt even have to turn the car off. Discreet packaging is a plus.

I enjoy seeing a particular employee all the time that wore the lavender jacket in the winter, makes coming up to the best dispensary in Dayton even better lol... Will be getting my own card soon!!!

2022-05-31DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU READ YOUR PRESCRIPTIONI just spoke with a female district manager and she asked me to share my story....I called in a pickup, was quoted my order, upon arrival I gave my money was given a different product and per management I could not get my money back even though I had not left the premises. Ordered 28% received 24%. I was advised by MMCP who I contacted on site to file a complaint against the pharmacy. Always use your patience right we pay cash.

2022-07-31I like the place. They always compliment my man purse. Ok not always but one time. And jade is fine af… also how can u hate on a place that sells you legal bud! I dreamed of this as a kid. Also the security guards are the real deal. They are all trained killers. Pretty sure they were all navy seals. Not to mention they are handsome af! If i was LGBTQ I would definitely try to holla. Overall I love this place because It provides me with a psychedelic plant that alters my state of mind and connects me with a higher intelligence in the form of Elves that radiate a love energy that I ingest through my Pineal Gland even with the fluoride calcification.
