Needed buttons made in two weeks. I found Pure Buttons by Googling them, and nervously placed my order (the entire process, by the way, was SO SIMPLE with the templates provided)! I appreciate being able to check the status of the order once it was placed, and received the final product in time. The buttons looked exactly (actually, even better) than expected! I will DEFINITELY use Pure Buttons again, and am recommending them to all my friends! THANK YOU for making the process so easy!!
A great product at a good price. I was ordering close to a deadline, and even over Thanksgiving weekend, they got my order to me in the time they said, even with a day or two to spare. Production quality was high, and the well designed website saved me at least one big mistake. Pure Buttons is my go-to company next time I need buttons.
Very happy with Pure Buttons, especially after a bungled job by a different company. The buttons were reasonably priced, came super quick, looked great and are good quality. The only thing was the background color on my monitor showed it to be a bright, neon green but its much more subdued in actuality, but I know that colors are not always true when looking on computer. No biggie; they still turned out great. Customer service was good, too: I accidentally ordered twice! I called right away and they took care of it, and I received a call verifying that I wasnt charged twice. Will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone needing buttons!
Ive been using Pure Buttons for a few years now for conventions. Their templates are very easy to use, the quality is fantastic, and the shipping is quick (about 1-2 week standard turn around). The pricing is decent, though I wouldnt call it a selling point.Overall, a fantastic company to buy buttons from, and it is the only one used by my conventionist community.
I was referred by my product designer to use Pure Buttons for my key chain. Within hours of placing the order I had a preview of what I’d ordered. Amazing!! I ordered 500. I loved the look of key chains. Will use them often.
I was a nervous first-time button buyer, but selected Pure Buttons out of the 100 other button websites I found online. I could not be more pleased! Literally started laughing with happiness when I got them. Pure Buttons was responsive to my designer review request (because I had never ordered buttons before), speedy production and shipping with less than one week from placing the order to receiving the ordee, and quality craftsmanship once I received the buttons. My sister will love these, and I know my family will be proud to wear them at her college graduation! I wish I had known about these years ago!
I would like to give them a good review. We bought buttons that turned out well. I really just dont like the scam at the end. They charge 35 dollars for standard cheap shipping. $35 ?!?!?. It literally came in the cheapo flat rate box. Its just this weird try and put in a discount code to make you feel better. They say you cant have free shipping and another discount. I wanted to use this company again but... My order was originally $110 for 100 bottle openers. Ok pretty expensive at 1 dollar a bottle opener. But when it came time to check out, somehow my order ended up at $154... so youre telling me it costs $45 for shipping and handling. Half the cost of the product. It just leaves a sour experience for me. I was originally getting these buttons and bottle openers to raise money for a double amputee. But I think we will just take our business elsewhere.I wouldnt suggest using this company. It feels like at the checkout they try and squeeze every last drop out of you.Did I mention the buttons literally came in a plastic ziplock bag. They want me to pay $35 for a plastic ziplock bag....Today I bought a radiator for my car online. They charged me $15 for shipping and handling. For not even a full pounds worth of buttons you want me to pay $35?? Shame on you.
Great customer service with quick turnaround. I needed 50 buttons for an event 10 days away. I paid for the Rush processing service. Within 2 hours I received email from Pure Buttons contact that artwork was received & needed my confirmation. The order came 1 day sooner!

Ive done two orders with PB on a recommendation of my colleagues. It is nice to support a MIdwestern shop and the work they produce is fantastic. No bubbles or pixelation on the 1.25 and 1.5 buttons I ordered. Everything shipped and was delivered in a timely manner. Great service and shipping updates.
Pure Buttons absolutely AMAZING. I had about 24 designs, and ordered 100 magnets for each one. These guys somehow knocked it out the complete order within just a couple days! The quality is further beyond anything I expected, and the customer service is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! (I put the order on the wrong credit card, and they were able to get it switched over). Beautiful job! In fact, we just had a repeat order done for our old-time string band. Our buttons have the band logo and 2-color artwork, plus fine print around the edges (facebook page etc), and Pure Buttons does such a nice job! All the band members are so proud of them. They are perfect.

Excellent quality. I purchased 100 custom buttons. I wouldn’t recommend to do the precautionary review on buttons simply because I highly doubt there will be much error. Great prices.

There is a high turn over rate and they have to bribe their employees to come to work. They encourage their employees to be rats and tattle on each other like children. They are unfair and ridiculous. Everyone deserves better than anything this place has to offer. Better opportunities elsewhere 👏😇

I loved. The program to make the design is very easy to use. They really produced them in 3 days. The shipment was fast. The whole process from design to delivery took only a week. The pins were beautiful. I recommend them.

2022-06-21We needed 50 large clothing magnets quickly for an event at our health clinic and Pure Buttons came through with the best possible price (for the small number we needed), great customer service (they answered the phone and answered all of my questions before I ordered), and the quality of the buttons is excellent. 2022-06-27Pure Buttons is an excellent company to work with. Avocet Additions LLC, a kitchen & bath design/ remodel firm in Wilmington, NC used them recently and was impressed with the results! Heres why; they answer the phone, they communicate through email, James Sutton emailed directly any issues and worked things out quickly, they delivered before the planned date, buttons looked great!

2021-03-12Overall, decent quality for what you pay for, and a super fast turnaround time.I would give them a 5/5, but 4 out of 50 buttons I ordered were popped around the seam making them duds. Other than that, the turnaround time for getting buttons printed is fast. The editor is a plus that ensured what my button would look like once created with all the margins accounted for.On a side note, the picture alignment to the button was slightly off on a majority of the buttons by 1/64th of an inch. This is not a deal breaker for me, seeing as the cost is fair for what you get, but it is noticeable if youre a perfectionist. In one of my photos, I have a ruler up to the button where you can see the slight offset in the alignment.

2021-10-25After a two year gap I needed to reorder same buttons with minor design change. I couldn’t find my design but called Pure Buttons. They responded immediately, found the old order and design and made the changes all in about a day. My order was placed at a great price and arrived a few days later. Love that they answer the phone!!!!

2015-07-23Great quality and fast turnaround and shipping!I have placed several orders with the company and each one was great! I am a graphic designer so I knew the colors I chose would come out fairly the same, and they did! The first time I ordered buttons for work and chose the proof option to make sure the design was stretched around the back of the button properly. They were prompt and courteous! The shipping was FAST too. I ordered buttons 2 more times since then, but I recently ordered the magnetic back buttons. They are super high quality - this magnet isnt going anywhere!
