10/25/2021 - So far this has been an awful experience - the classic bait-and-switch. I used the online tools to reserve and confirm a 10x20 unit - drive-up access air-controlled. It was offered under a $1 first month promo. All seemed ready to go.I show up and am told, we do not have 10x20 unit but we have a 10x30 and it will only cost you another $200. This was not what I reserved. Then I am offered a 10x20 inside for the old deal. Again - not what was offered originally.Justin at the site has been helpful but the corporate bait and switch is crooked and dishonest. They should give the 10x30 at the originally agreed price. Not sure why they think this is acceptable.10/26/2021 - Darren the site manager called and made this right. He put us in the 10x30 for the same deal as agreed upon for the 10x20. 3-stars for all the hassle getting onboarded but I will continue to update as we go along. Hopefully we close out with a 5-star review.
Started renting here in June 2021. The facility was newer, you could drive into a giant enclosed loading and unloading area and there were numerous carts to help get stuff moved. Within weeks, first one of the doors was damaged so you had to back out of the loading area instead of pulling through. Soon after, the other door is damaged (probably because big trucks with inexperienced drivers had to back out), so now the loading area is not accessible at all. You can still park outside, go in and get a cart to move your stuff... Oh but wait, the carts suddenly disappearing! One has to sit and wait for someone to give up one of the 2 available carts.This aced started out so promising, its hard to believe how quickly it went downhill.
Excellent facility. Brand new building, clean, safe and secure. Rick made the signup process easy and took great care of me. The prices were perfect, 24 hour access is available if needed, hands down the only storage facility I would use in the Cincinnati area.5 stars
This location has really turned around!Lots of carts available, new doors on the main garage, and is much cleaner than it was.
When I walked in Nick and Darren greeted me with exceptional customer service! They assisted me in finding a unit that was best for me and in my price range. The building was very clean and well kept. Very good location!!
Note if you are storing a trailer here: you have to go in the exit because of how the outdoor storage spots are marked. Download the app for access to make this happen. I was unaware of this at first and it made for a difficult drop off for the first time.5 star for management calling to make sure I understood this and helping me after I had this issue. Overall very nice facility.

Was good at first. Now the doors have been broken for months, all our stuff has started to mold cause its not climate controlled when the doors are always open! Management is no help.
This was the most hassle free part of my trip. From the day I made the reservation. My first contact with Mz Gwen was amazing and helpful. She explained everything and even had follow up calls till move in day. I have officially made Mz Gwen my first friend in Cincinnati. She is the Bomb.com

I was very impressed by this particular facility. It was clean, has cameras everywhere and is accessible 7 days a week. Kim was very professional and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend!

The place itself is nice. But it is currently surrounded by construction sites and kind of like a middle of nowhere place.
Great storage place everything is indoors and they have carts to help bring your items to storage

They called me this morning to confirm my reservation and the guy who called was rude and pushy and he cut me off while I was talking. I am extremely grateful to him though, because he showed me their true colors BEFORE I signed with them.

2022-03-03Darren was very nice and professional property manager. I was given an awesome tour of the facility, explained the guidelines very precise and clear, the facility was very clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to family and friends. I also met the other staff Nick, he was nice and pleasant as well !!

2022-06-03Darren Helped me save my life apparently there was a very strong issue with miscommunication as we switched to new numbers and they could not get a hold of us in regards to the status of our unit.The unit was practically gone but Darren helped us figure out how to get our balance taken care of and keep our belongings as well as maintain a place of storage. If you ever happen to get a storage at this location I would strongly suggest that you ask for Darren he has great customer service and if you ever need help he’s a great person to have on your side.

2022-04-12Have to revise down - the facility continues to have issues with the entrance and exit doors to the loading area. The side entry doors to the building were not secured and propped open. After these issues have persisted for months, they have raised our monthly rate by 30% and still havent fixed the issues with the doors.Very clean and convenient facility. They have plenty of carts and cant imagine not having covered loading area again!

2022-02-28I was unloading some things into the storage unit, and I ended up trapped inside the building. Luckily I was able to get away on foot, but I had to walk home (luckily I live close enough to do that) and go back the next day for my car. Im pretty sure this is a fire code violation. The after-hours number to open the gate did not work.

2022-03-03Do not recommend. The property manager Darren will argue with you and is extremely rude. Cancelling my membership and moving elsewhere. We will not do business with this Public Storage again.

2021-05-23Great location and facility. I booked online and got a great deal on a small unit. The quality of the facility is excellent and there are plenty of carts onsite to help you move. Putting in a gate code multiple times just to get in and out is a bit exhausting if you visit your unit regularly, but it is a good security policy.The climate controlled units give me a lot of peace of mind. Also the location is near some good restaurant and shopping spots so you can pair a visit to storage with other errands.

2021-09-21Storage unit and facility was fine. The truck entrance/exit doors had issues but overall the space itself was fine. Upon move out, I was told since I was moving out the morning of the 1st that management would dispute my rent charge and I wouldn’t have to pay. I confirmed with them I should ignore anything says Past Due and I wouldn’t have to pay. Now a month and a half later I’m receiving a collections notice for the rent. The corporate customer service agent said that rent is always due on the first and cannot be disputed or pro-rated and I was given misinformation. Be very wary of this facility and anything the management tells you. Work directly with the corporate customer service if you have issues to make sure you’re not being misinformed.

2021-03-06This is a stellar rental facility. Incredibly clean... INCREDIBLY CLEAN. It feels and is very safe with three coordinated points of access, well-lit, lots of reminder signage. Gwen, the facility manager, is very kind and especially helpful. The process to rent is quick and efficient, the pricing is extremely reasonable. This facility is on a rarely used portion of Disney Drive, making it extremely easy to access. It does have specific open hours of 6am until 9pm. If you need a rental unit in the heart of Cincinnati, get one here.
