I worked with Jason with Jason on the transfer of a food license. He made my part clear and easy giving me all the details I needed, both over the phone and in an email, and was kind enough to let me know when they close for lunch so I wouldnt waste a trip. . Due to him it was quick and easy.
I didnt wake up early just to sit in the lobby while my partner has an exam. I was told I couldnt accompany him into the back. Id love to know the policy on this, and see it in print form. Terrible service.Update: they cant show me the policy in writing. Very convenient.

2021-03-26PHDMC deserves 10 stars for the Tuesday COVID-19 vaccine event at the Dayton Convention Center. They did an excellent job organizing the event between themselves and other public services. Everything was smooth and quick considering they did about 200 people an hour. Staff and markers along the route to guide. Police around the area outside and in the bldg, EMT/Fire for first aid, additional nurses monitoring and helping those who needed it. Food and water for those who needed it. I was really impressed. They helped a lady next to me who had a panic attack. Later I had a bad reaction and they helped me. Im fine now. And theyre doing this all week, hour after hour! Thank you, PHDMC!

2022-01-05Dont trust their std clinic. I went there for Chlamydia bcus my boyfriend had it from his previous relationship and they lied my tests was negative but I also had all of the symptoms. The nurse was very nervous and just gave me meds. So whats the point of the test?

2021-11-09Not great customer service. The Lady who transferred me was very rude and cut me off mid-sentence. It’s very frustrating that there are people who are in this field and do not care for the patients. Would not recommend.

2019-03-13I brought my daughter in, so that she could get her needed vaccinations. I was amazed at how clean the facility is, it looked good and smelled good. When I hear the word clinic I think of a awful smell and just a run down place. This facility was the opposite. Very modern decor. The staff I encountered in the BACK of the facility was very professional, pleasant, and extremely helpful. The nurse had such a great attitude

2021-03-27They have done a horrible job taking care of frontline healthcare workers. They mixed frontline healthcare with everyone else. Gave first dose then canceled second appointment and then told them to pick a day and wait in line. These genius forgot that if frontline healthcare workers get sick, who is going to take care of others?Complete and total idiots.
