DO NOT GET FLOORING FROM HOME DEPOT! The flooring department told me after my purchase i could have my floors done within a month month and a half after purchase. I had to call the store 3 times just to get someone to schedule the vinyl. Then they did a no call no show on day of install. I called HD to be told their contractors scheduled 1 month later for install which will definitely not work because we are expecting 2 days before that date. I tried to have them tell me when the soonest would be for an installation day. HD responded with well the contract will get back to you probably some time next week but we arent sure, they are busy. And we cant get our carpet installed until the vinyl is done. I asked if we can have a full refund and was told no they would charge us 15% of all products purchased even though this was their contractors error. We have a toddler, we are expecting, we have other construction in progress and we cannot afford to pay their 15 % for their mistake and then go somewhere else. I begged for them to make it right and was told there is nothing I can do by 3 different people. HOME DEPOT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

What a way to run a business, tried calling, they dont even answer the phone, have had trouble with this store in the past with rude employees, should have known better, wont make this mistake again!
