They are nice people, beautiful facilities great prices on rentals or tickets for shows.
It seems like a nice place. I go when its set up with vendors. Typically spend half day the vendor boths and talking to others.
Nice place for events, we attended a gun show here, plenty of parking, clean restrooms, and a snack area.
We have our dance recital here every year for the last 6 yrs. They are the best.

2019-04-24Very nice place for entertainment. We enjoyed a dance recital in the theater side . we were leaving as a prom was starting on the party side. I have no idea the rental fee but definately worth the price for special receptions, recitals or any performances by actors and singers.
