The tech that came to my house was very polite and I believe he did the best job he was able to do with how he was trained and the material he is given, however, I will not be using their services any more, my house looked worst the day after than it did prior to it being cleaned..The sales person should inform customers of the issues I ended up with, dont just send some long disclosure that we all know not many people read. As a courtesy they can surmise it. I did read the work order contract and did not see any warnings about these problems and was expecting something completely different than what I got..I was treating myself to this service and just ended up tossing away $500....

I utilized Pristine several years ago for my driveway and they did a decent job. The concrete drive was about 15 years old at the time and not worth having done recurrently as I did not notice a drastic difference after they were done. More recently, I had them do the paver deck around my in ground pool. This time, they made it look like new. Nick did a great job and was professional, efficient, and courteous. I will use them again for the pool deck for sure.
Anthony was very efficient and professional. He does quality work in a very timely manner. My house was clean and Anthony made sure to point out where there were problem areas. Overall the company was very responsive and were quick to get the job done .

Had Pristine clean come out to power wash and seal my driveway and they did an excellent job. They also gave an honest price upon my initial call. When I called Perfect Power Wash for a quote the other company wanted $2500 and eventually over the course of a few weeks came down to $1400, just a bit cheaper than Pristine. So I went with pristine because they explained things throughly and didn’t play games with the pricing. The driveway looks like new as far as the brown discoloration being removed and I’m hoping the sealant prevents further cracking. Happy with the service!
This is the second year in a row we have used Pristine Clean to have our house exterior cleaned, and we are extremely happy with their service! Chris was super efficient and did a great job! We will definitely be using the services again in the future!
They worked steadily and hard in cold weather. It seems the job was done as thoroughly as was possible, given the condition of some of our siding. We are pleased with the results. They took care to clean up all suds and so on afterward, too. Both were very personable and accommodating.

Hi very much liked the crew that came to do my home, they did a great job. There were a lot of areas to cover, house, patio, driveway, roof. A few things, this job was super big, and thinking about it now, probably should have done in two jobs. I asked about my flowers and plants and the solution used is not supposed to harm them - this is mostly true, the treatment is put on then water is applied to rinse. In my case with the southern exposure, the solution was on just a bit too long and had landed on plants already baking in the sun. When we do this process again in 2 jobs vs 3 at one time, I will cover the delicate plants to ensure protection. Otherwise, this was a good experience. We are happy with the results. Now if it would stop raining to enjoy the Prristine Clean!

This is the first time I am ever posting a negative review as I believe in promoting local businesses. We enlisted Pristine to power wash our paver stone patio and driveway. While the driveway was done well, the quality of work on the patio was beyond substandard - leaving behind significant amounts of moss and weeds between the crevices of the paver stones. I would never recommend these folks.UPDATE: I am revising my rating. The owners contacted us, came out to our home and completely redid the patio power wash and did it right. I commend them on their sincerity in making their customers happy. I would recommend Pristine without any reservations.

We had our drive cleaned and sealed and they did an awesome job. The 2 men that came out where professional and amazing. First, they followed Covid protocols when speaking to me by wearing a mask. Ive had other service providers come do outside work and they didnt wear masks. Thank you for keeping everyone safe. They were quick and did any excellent job. We have garden next to our driveway and I didnt notice any issues with those gardens.They notice our dog watching them out the window and were really excited to meet her. It was such a relief to have 2 very professional and skilled workers come to do our driveway.Its also nice that Pristine Clean lets you pay online after the service is complete and they dont required any prepayment. Any contact I had with them either on the phone or email also got a quick response. I dealt with the same customer rep each time which was nice.If I need more power washing services, definitely going back to Pristine Clean.

Really great job overall on power washing my house! It’s so bright! The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the black marks in the west side of my house didn’t come out as well as the other sides. But overall a great job!!
I must say the drive way turned out great, however we also had the roof and house powerwashed. The house turned out OK, but they said the windows would dry streak free, Every window is full of streaks, so they all needed to be cleaned. Grrrrrr And as for the roof, what a waste of money. We still have moss on the shingles which is why we had the roof powerwashed to begin with. They said that it would all fall off after the first rain, It has rained several times since then.

My wife and I researched quite a few power washing companies. Though Pristine Clean was not the cheapest, we liked the fact that they applied a “sealer” as they called it after they power washed the house and also the fact that they had a two week window after their services were performed for the payment to be payed. Every other company wanted a credit card prior to them performing any work.The day they were scheduled for our home they called prior to them arriving. The “Whole House” power washing we had performed took them approximately one hour, though our siding was only five years old and we basically called them for the green airborne mold we had on it in various spots. They called twice after they were finished. Once to in fact say they were finished and a second time to say that they could not turn off our outdoor water spigot and had to put a “Wye” connector on it so they could take their hose. In the interim, they also damaged an outdoor security camera of ours by soaking it with water a little too much which I did not realize until I returned home.In general though, Pristine Clean did a great job cleaning our house along with the brickwork we have and also our siding. The only complaints we had was the fact of the damage to our rear water spigot, our security camera and the spots on all our windows resulting from them not rinsing the chemicals off completely. I understand accidents of course do happen, and the one owner Ken was very accommodating and sympathetic when I spoke to him regarding the issues we had, and adjusted our bill accordingly to reflect the repairs we had to perform along with our time to do them.The bottom line is…From the owner, to management to the cleaning crew, Pristine Clean did in fact do an excellent job on our home from start to finish. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of power washing performed, and we will definitely use them again in the future.
To all at Pristine,The guys just left after being here all day. They power washed the entire house and driveway, and I must say there is a lot of concrete and house.These guys exceeded my expectations - they were outstanding from the time they showed up until they left. They dont get anymore professional then these guys. My over all experience from the time I first called the company and the job was finished was AAA rating.I typically dont post anything unless the company really lives up to what they sold me on. The job is 100% +I highly recommend CHRIS this guy is a machine, no joke!Be aware of the big competitor out there, I did my homework and Pristine Clean is the real deal.Pricing is very fare for what you get.
Pristine Clean cleaned and sealed my driveway. Communications with the company were exceptional. The deal was discussed and details were clear and concise. Once the appointment was scheduled, communications continued to keep me apprised of arrival status, etc.The gentleman that arrived to perform the work was prompt and courteous. He described the steps he would take to clean and seal the concrete driveway and provided an estimated time for completion.Work performed was very well executed. Once completed, I received an invoice and was given days to inspect the work and pay. I could see that the job was done and the work was excellent.I highly recommend Pristine Clean.
Like all good homeowners, I put off cleaning my driveway and needed someone to rescue me. I called Pristine Clean on a Thursday and they were able to get me in early the following week. I had a great experience from start to finish.Getting the estimate was fast and easy. There wasn’t the pushy salespeople like another company had. I found that Pristine Clean’s pricing was well below the estimate I received from the aforementioned company.They called a few days ahead to schedule and called the morning of the service to confirm the appointment and give us an ETA.The service person arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work. He was quick and efficient and it looked like we have a whole new house!He let us know when he was finished and gave us the opportunity to look for spots he might have missed. He was very professional and friendly.We received a follow up email to check to make sure we are pleased with the service and we were able to pay the bill online.Our experience was great and I plan on using again!

Very prompt and polite along with an excellent cleaning and sealant applied. I would like to see some better cleanup after the fact. There was mulch blasted out of the front bed by our front porch and all over plants that were removed from the porch. Over spray on our front windows and rear slider as well. So I spent some time raking up the bed and cleaning windows. Overall a good experience with Pristine Clean, just some room from improvement with attention to detail.

Everything was done just as they promised, the house wash let`s me relax for a while,living on a main state route I would wash my whole house 3 times a year. The roof renew is amazing the more I look at it the better I like it, thanks

Update: Pristine Clean reached out about my previous issues and sent someone to redo my roof. They were very courteous and willing to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciate that in a company and am very happy that everything is situated.Hired them for a cleaning of my siding and also my roof. They came out to do the job when I wasn’t home, so when I came home I noticed my siding looked much brighter and cleaner. I was happy with the siding, but it didn’t appear that the roof was done. After further inspection I noticed the moss that was in some spots was gone but overall I would say it looked maybe 10%-20% better than it did before the job. Still have some black streaks and the gutters don’t look any cleaner. Not worth the cost of it. I have called the company every day for the past week and a half to talk to someone about the roof and I have had no answers or call backs regarding my issues. I refuse to pay the bill until I can discuss the job with someone.
Pristine Clean, especially Neil, was great to work with! This was our second time using Pristine Clean and we could not be happier. They are extremely quick to respond and schedule and the value has been superb. Neil was thorough with our cleaning and offered to take us around to inspect before he left. We will always be calling Pristine Clean for our Power-washing.
We needed our driveway power washed and sealed. They came out within the week and did the job. Our driveway looks so much nicer and they were very reasonable with the cost. We are super happy with the outcome.
To be honest, we did have to ask that the cleaning be redone after the first employee did it but the customer service was great in responding timely and organizing another cleaning. The second employee, Eric, did an outstanding job. We have a navy siding and he spent a lot of time and attention to making sure all the dust was washed off. He even stopped and talked to my husband when he noticed that the paint was chipping in one spot. We are very happy with the service.

I am very impressed with the service provided by Pristine Clean. I received a phone call less than two hours after submitting a quote request online. We discussed what services I felt our property needed and I was told there were still appointments available that week. We came up with a service plan over the phone and Anthony arrived two days later nice and early after calling to inform me he was on his way. Anthony and I took a walk around, he explained the process and work he would be doing and was eager to get started. A couple hours later, Anthony let me know as he was wrapping up the work and suggested that I take a look. A team led by Chris came to our house later in the day. It took longer than everyone thought because our gutters were a mess. They worked hard well past the end of the work day and didnt complain. When they finished, our gutters were clean, the downspouts were clear, and there wasnt any debris around our house. The next day it poured rain and the gutters worked great. I will definitely use their service again.
I have used several power washing companies and they were pretty much all the same. Pristine changed that. They were very responsive, easy to deal with, and straight forward about cost and scheduling. The techs were on time, informative, and professional. I had some questions about additional work costs and the tech was able to reach a manager immediately and have an answer. The techs were awesome! I am very picky about recommending places. I will definitely not use any other company.

Amazing results! Service technician CHRIS did a great job not only cleaning & sealing our driveway/sidewalk, but did a tremendous job restoring our 3-rail split rail cedar fence. Each individual rail had to be cleaned on all sides, over 300 feet worth, making the fence look almost brand new again. Great job, Chris!
They did an excellent job on both the roof and siding. Their quote was very competitive against other top rated companies. The representative who did the actual work, named Anthony, did a very thorough job. He walked me through the work he was going to do and when he finished the job took me on a walk-a-round to see if I was satisfied. They also allow two weeks after the work is done before paying to see if you are satisfied. I am impressed.
Pristine was a very easy company to schedule services with and the best quality is they dont constantly try to upsell services. They offer additional services, but if you are not interested, they move on. Other companies can learn from them. The services performed were also great, my house had a bunch of dirt stuck on it and what I thought was heavy oxidation on my gutters. After the wash was complete, the gutters looked close to brand new, and heavy debris was all removed. Ryan and Sean did an excellent job and were extremely professional. Will definitely use them again!
Ken and his crew were very professional. They were on time and very respectful. Ive used several cleaning crews in the past but Pristine clean is far superior. The best part about it they dont break the bank, so if youre looking for an affordable cleaning solution for outdoor needs, look into them. This is my first experience with professional power washing company. I am happy with the service provided for both power washing the house and the roof. Their quote was not cheap however quite competitive and well worth it. In addition use environmentally friendly chemicals which is really important for me. Anthony was our technician and he called ahead and arrived on time and did a complete walk through before and after the cleaning process. We had.some concerns with egg residue on the siding and it all came off. Look clean and refreshing. Anthony was professional and personable and addressed issues as he walked through . I would recommend and utilize Pristine Clean again.

Mark and Chris did an excellent job. We walked around first to see the problem areas we were concerned about and Chris answered all our questions. After the washing, he pointed out several issues he noticed. I had Pristine come to my house when I was at work. They gave me a call to tell me they were thirty minutes aways and about two hours later they gave me a call to tell me they were wrapping things up. I figured with the time they took on my house and its size that it couldnt have been done right. When I got home I was taken aback. They were quick and effective I got the house wash with the seal and I couldnt imagine not getting the seal it just makes your house shine. Couldnt help but to nod my head and say to myself dang thats one pristine clean

We used Pristine Clean to clean our house and garage last year. They were so good we wanted our concrete and driveway cleaned this year. They did a super job for us. They had some equipment trouble which they took care of. being late in the day, they came back today to put on the sealer. My neighbor gave them a very bad time about blocking their driveway. Let me assure you they did not block him in. I have security camera photos that show he was not blocked in. He really gave the men a hard time . His car was in the shop, and his mother didnt leave until 7:30, long after the men had left for the day. Thank you for doing a really good job.

Our home faces north and the front and east side were covered in spots with algae and looked terrible. PRISTINE Clean came out and washed the siding top to bottom in just a couple hours. They damaged my driveway and roof. I called several times Friday Oct 22, 2021 and Monday Oct 25, 2021 leaving messages, but have not heard back. There are streaks in my driveway that are perfectly parallel due to their power wash tools. Additionally they damaged my flashing between my shingles and metal roof. Please avoid this company at all costs!

House and surrounding concrete washing was very thorough... much better than I have done in the past with my own equipment. Concrete sealing of driveway, path to backyard, and patio was also very satisfactory... although for some reason the team doing that work missed the sidewalk. Upon my request for return visit, this omission was corrected straightaway. I had contact with over a half dozen of the on-the-job and back office workers, and each conducted themselves very professionally, were patient with my questions, and it was easily obvious that customer satisfaction was of the highest importance to them. Discounts for future service are significant / and on the basis of this experience, I expect to give them a call again in the future. Kudos to Pristine Clean in all regards.

Anthony provided the service to our home. He arrived on time, did a walk around with me prior to starting the work, and did an excellent job with the power washing on the exterior. No issues with his service and he seems like a nice guy as well. He also pointed out some issues that I had not noticed or previously paid attention to. Highly recommend this service without reservation. One word of caution: they use Sodium Hypochlorite (bleach) as the cleaning agent. So be careful not to let it drip on your clothing, cars, etc., before it dries.
Mike and Greg from Pristine Clean made my homes vinyl siding and wood deck look like new again.! These young men were diligent in doing an exceptional job and the end result certainly showed their efforts. They did a fantastic job. Used them before on our old house when we were selling. That roof was real bad with green mold. It looked like new when they were done. On this house there was a shingle came loose and Jason came back and fixed it. Top notch company that do things like that. Roof looks like new here too.
Ryan cleaned my house yesterday. My house faces north and has a lot of algae and mildew. My gutters were so bad I was going to replace them this summer. Ryan did an excellent job. My house hasn’t looked this good in years. I will definitely recommend this company to all my neighbors.
I have had another company power wash our house for a few years. It seemed like they were leaving chemicals on the siding. While Pristine is more expensive, sometimes you get what you pay for. This is one of those times. The difference is stunning. Our house hasn’t looked this good since the day the siding went up. We are thrilled with the job they did. It was worth it.We have since had them power wash and seal our driveway twice now. This year Deeja (forgive me if I butchered the spelling) did the job. She says she’s the only woman at the company. She did a great job. She should get a raise. No, we are not related. I know if the drive gets done again, I want her and Pristine Clean to do it. I still think the price is high, but they have not let us down.

AMAZING. I had my roof cleaned yesterday and when I came home from work I was blown away. I thought my roof was brown and turns out after they washed it, it’s actually tan. They did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Pristine Power Washing to anyone that wants to revitalize their roof, house or driveway. Plus, the customer service and communication was top notch. I am a stickler for customer service and these guys exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re thinking about having work done, don’t hesitate and call these guys right away. They are one of the few companies that do it right.
A team was out last week to clean our vinyl siding and the exterior of our gutters. They did a great job on the siding, which had algae on the north side, but the gutters were still nasty. I sent photos to Pristine Clean, and within two days they sent Mark and Jason out to use a special product on the gutters -- which now look brand new. The guys did a great job and turned what might have been a two-star rating to five stars.
If you have any issues with this company after their services, they will go above and beyond to rectify them. Randy did an outstanding job. I had my house, roof and driveway done and all came out excellent. I have used other companies for the same services in the past, no comparison. Would recommend and will use again in the future. I would suggest however if you are going to have the roof renew done, have it done before the house as it leaves some residue on the siding and gutters.
We hired Pristine Clean for a full house wash and, WOW, what a difference! Our gutters are actually white again! Scheduling the work was a breeze - and Adam was incredibly patient while I continued to move the date out!The technician, Eric, was prompt, polite and did a great job. There were some tricky spots near the roof peaks that Joe and Jacob handled very well. They did a good job explaining their results and what to do for ongoing siding and roof care. They were on time, very efficient, and mindful of the surroundings. Very good job.

We were extremely pleased with the pressure wash job that Eric and Ben did on our house, deck and drive. They were excellent workers and very thorough. Our bushes were protected with coverings and everything looked wonderful when they were done. When they were finished Eric walked us around the house for inspection. Spoke to Austin on the phone and got a firm quote to clean our roof. He was polite, friendly and helpful. Talking to him I felt comfortable in giving Pristine Clean my business. Their price was midway between two other quotes that I got.Mark D. and Anthony B. turned up on time and told me what they planned to do and what products they would be using. They answered my concerns about all of the plantings around the house.Both were very friendly and professional in doing the job. They did a very thorough job and made sure that I was happy before they left.Overall a very good experience.The bad news is that all of the above is true but three days later half the plants around the perimeter of the house are dead. I think that they used a too high a concentration of cleaning solution and even all the wetting of the plants was not enough to save them.
I had my house power washed and my concrete driveway and patio washed and sealed. I called on a Tuesday, they gave me the estimate over the phone and it was scheduled for that Thursday. Tim answered all my questions fully. He was alone, but did the job in 2.5 hrs. I am very pleased with the cleaning. It is too soon to rate the concrete sealing. I would recommend Pristine Clean for your cleaning needs.

Work done yesterday on our aged (30 + years) driveway and sidewalk by Pristine Clean was so outstanding, we feel the need comment. First, our thanks to service technicians Jeff and Rich for their diligence and work ethic, as making our concrete look new again took effort. We also had a backyard cedar wall cleaned, and rather than the eyesore it had become, it is once again a beautiful focal point for landscape. The experience from the time of making the appointment to completion of services was all first-rate. Based on this experience, we highly recommend using Pristine Clean.
We loved the job Pristine clean did on our house. Company is based out of Berea area but we had local guys on the job which was a plus for us (live in Lorain) Chris was extremely pleasant the whole time. AND I liked that we werent pressured for a date AND CC # upfront while I did my due diligence to shop around. Thats why we came back to Pristine Clean, they werent the cheapest but they had the best customer service which speaks volumes for us. Plus we didnt need to pay right away they wanted us to make sure we loved the work.

Their power washing of siding and pavement was thorough (unrushed) and complete. The technician took pains to explain any issues encountered (e.g., had to remove a birds nest; also, un-washable oxidation on gutters) and to answer my questions. After washing and sealing the driveway, the technician strung a warning tape to keep drivers from accidentally ruining the seal before it was dry. I am pleased with the overall appearance of both the siding and the driveway.

I had Pristine Clean come out to power wash our house, driveway, walkway, and front stoop. The first visit was disappointing. The driveway was streaked, there were still cobwebs and dirt on the house, and the siding had a weird streaking on it. I contacted them immediately and they sent a new crew out the next day. Laf and Thomas were amazing. They walked the property with me to see exactly what the issues were. They worked more than twice as long as the first crew and everything looks great! I really appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail. Even though we had to have a second visit, I still give them 5 stars because the customer service was exceptional and I ended up with what I paid for.
I chose Pristine Clean because my daughter had gotten 3 quotes last year from different businesses and Pristine had the best price, plus she was very happy with their service. Austin Wilson was the service rep that I spoke with and he was great about answering all my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. Pristine Clean worked with us and our schedule and even agreed to do a project they had not been asked to do previously. I really wanted my ceiling in my screened in porch cleaned but there was a ceiling fan and outlets on the porch. Instead of just saying they couldnt do it, Austin spoke with his manager and he agreed it could be done. We removed the ceiling fan, taped off all outlets and turned off the power. My ceiling looks amazing. Ken from The Gutter Boys called later in the day to see if we were satisfied and gave me his personal cell phone number plus his business number in case I had any concerns. Overall, it was a great experience.

They did a terrible job - it was like they just sprayed my house down and took off. After asking them to please be careful with my ring cameras, they high pressure sprayed one of them and destroyed it. Due to a recent windstorm, there were a couple pieces of loose siding way up on the peak of the garage where it’s hard to get to. While cleaning, they snapped it back in place for us! They did a wonderful job and also made sure to rinse off any residue that was sprayed on the house. The guys were great! I highly recommend Pristine Clean.

Pristine Clean (Cleveland OH area) is a wonderful service company. From the moment I called for an estimate until they contacted me for feedback I felt highly valued as a customer. The two guys that did the work at my house were polite and professional and I really noted,as I watched them, how much they were paying attention to detail as they cleaned my driveway. My 4 year old drive looks like new thanks to Pristine Clean. They also have a nice repeat business discount for those that get service each year. Pristine Clean is a breath of fresh air in a world that doesn’t always pay enough attention to quality work and excellent customer service.
Very pleased with the Pristine Total Clean. I read the reviews and the majority of them were positive. I liked the points the other reviews hit on and I can say they were all true. Really good experience. Austin was thorough and a pleasure to do business with. I was not home for the cleaning, but was really surprised at the results when I got home from work. I can only assume the field technicians were qualified, professional and thorough as well, based I on the outcome. The house looked fabulous. Now I cannot speak on the longevity of the products used, but have high hopes. I would definitely recommend this company and will vouch for their work. Very reasonably priced as well. Definitely a two thumbs up.
Greg and Mike are two of the most professional guys we have had over to the house. I called Pristine Clean to help clean up my Dad (who has cancer) house as time, age, and health he just really couldn’t. We also have a house that is located in a predominantly wooded area so we had some major cobweb, bird nest, algae issue under our eaves. Greg and Mike made the house look brand new. Greg even helped my Dad (who struggles with walking) walk around the house and review their work. Dad and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result, the price, and the professionalism. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Adam our Sales Rep was very quick and responsive to requests to get the project started. The two that showed up at out house to power wash it called before they came, we’re on time, did a great job with the power washing and asked me to come outside to take a look at their work when they were finished. They inquired if I had any questions and answered them on the spot. Their prices/quotes were very competitive and they offered a discount that was going to be posted in the very near future. The folks at Pristine Clean did an amazing job on our house, roof, deck and driveway. It was a hot sunny day and the two crew members took water and shade breaks to make sure they didnt overheat. They worked efficiently, but not in a rush, taking the time needed to get things right. These guys made a point not to use the most powerful spray possible for all situations. They used smart water pressure paired with the correct cleaning agents, to blast away dirt and funk without damaging our deck, siding and brick. Our driveway has never been so clean. Well done guys. A+

2022-05-05I had Pristine Clean power wash my house on 4/29/22. I went with them because I read an article on them in the newspaper. What I liked was they do a soft wash and the article focused on how the owner stressed that his system avoids damage. I have vinyl siding and painted plastic shutters. The shutters were painted a couple of years ago with outdoor paint but I was concerned that they might peel. I expressed this both when I booked the appointment and to the technician on the day of the appointment and was reassured that they would be fine due to their soft washing method. The technician told me he was going to use the front spigot for his water source but then ended up using the back one which I would later find out why. At one point I noticed that he was power washing my pool deck and stairs which is 12 feet away from my house. I did not order this service. When he left I walked outside and what a nightmare. My shutters were peeling, where he power washed the deck there were huge chunks peeled up, the front spigot was broke. and some of our house trim was laying on the ground. You would think he would have let me know that there was damage to our home. In addition one of the neighbors called me and said he was watching him power wash our house and he did not get the wall on the side of our carport. I went out and looked and sure enough it was never done. I called Pristine Clean and got a guy (I really wished I would have gotten his name) who was very smug and insisted that their system has never peeled anyones paint before. He also said it must have been in poor condition if it peeled. This is not true. These were brand new shutters that were treated and painted two years ago. I told him I had pictures I could email him but he wasnt even concerned. What about everything else? After I started to get irritated he told me he would have their Operations team reach out to me. I have not heard a word since then. They did make sure to cash my $450.00 check though. They say they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, I am not sure what happened to that.

2022-04-28Edited for remedy April 2022: Pristine Clean understands customer service and was prompt and responsive to my disappointment after the first power washing job. They sent a tech back to assess the situation and see if it could be improved. It was and I am very happy with the results. My advice to anyone going with washing their home: talk to the service tech and review the work before they go. They are willing to relook at areas and fix issues if they can. There are a couple of areas where the siding on my house can’t look as good as the rest. Overall, it made a big improvement in appearance. Kudos and back to five stars for making it right. I definitely recommend their services.Edited for next service Apr 2022: I had Pristine Clean come back to power wash the house today. For six hundred dollars, I expected better. Although some parts are much better, the brick wasn’t cleaned and there is still dirt on the siding. I don’t feel the job was worth what I paid… I still have some moss on the chimney brick too.Oct 2021I had Pristine Clean come to clean and treat the driveway this week. Mark D did an amazing job and was very thoughtful and careful while treating the concrete. He let me know when he was on his way, explained the work and agreed that it didn’t make sense to work on the back patio that has a painted surface. He called the change in and the team in the office made the proper adjustments to the billing. When finished, they roped off the drive so no one could pull in and people wouldn’t walk across it before it dried. Price was reasonable and the results are impressive. The photos show the contrast with the sidewalk. I will definitely use Pristine Clean again.

However, Pristine Clean did a fantastic job, and exceeded my expectations. Service is excellent and very professional. 2022-06-27Last week I had my home power washed by Pristine Clean. From start to finish I was very pleased with their service. Neal was my technician and he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. At the end he asked me to walk with him to inspect his work to be sure I was completely satisfied. His work was A+!! I highly recommend both Pristine Clean and Neal for a technician.

2022-04-29I have algae growth on the north end of the house. The guys came and did a great job. The algae is all gone and the house is nice and clean. As an added surprise, my windows were very clean when they finished. I was expecting to see a lot of spotting. My patio door is completely clean after the winter dirt. There are just a few spots on a couple windows.They also treated the house with a protectant. Since it was just sprayed on, I dont know how well that works. Another big company told me it doesnt do anything however they dont offer that service and might have been saying that to get me to go with them.The other big company quoted me $630. I told him I couldnt go over 400 and they said OK well do it for that. I did not like that they were trying to gouge me to start with & am glad I opted with this company.

2022-03-22Wow, this experience was exactly what I hope for in a home service. First time user, found them on Yelp, they responded immediately, saw photos of the work to be done off of the realtor website, gave me an estimate then and there. The cleaner called me before arriving, he updated me during the work and sought my input when needed, and did a fabulous job pressure washing some serious moss off of my bluestone patio. Great value for what he did. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

2021-07-15Had driveway and private walks power washed and sealed. Jacob was conscientious and courteous. Before starting, he confirmed what I wanted done. He worked nonstop and before leaving checked to see that I was fully satisfied with his work. Everything was tidy when he left and he answered all questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this firm (and Jacob) for their workmanship and for using a top quality concrete sealant. Here are before and after pictures. The after picture was taken shortly after sealant was applied and before it completely dried. Until now, this driveway had never been power washed or sealed since it was initially poured 69 years ago. I’d venture to say it now looks much like it did back then.
