I wish I could give this place zero stars. The main reason we picked this place is because the staff seemed nice and professional and it was fairly close to all where our new home would be. The units were clean and there was a good amount of surveillance and security. After only having our storage unit only a few weeks we received a notice that they were switching owners. We stopped to make sure our stuff was okay and to pick something we needed up out of our storage unit. We noticed that our storage unit was not how we left it at all. Things were thrown about , brooms were broken, our coffee table was scratched up, tool boxes were open and we noticed that our two pairs of golf clubs that were sitting near the front of our unit was missing. As we started unloading our unit and moving things into our new home we noticed quite a few other things were taken from our unit that were that last things loaded into the unit. The additional items include ; chain saw, blower, shop vac, 2 riding helmets for our 4 wheelers, and socket set. Since we essentially trusted that our belongings would be fine this is all on us and now we have to replace all these things that were in working condition and fairly new to us. We have tried to call numerous times asking for the owner or manger to see if we can take a look at that tapes and they only answered “the owner will call you when they are in” and finally gave up after numerous attempts. The only thing we can do now is warn future people who like their belongings to stay away from this place.

I have rented here for years. It is secure and convenient. Really appreciate their quick attention to any issues that arise!I also want to mention that I rent multiple units because of the good rates!

I have had a storage here for over a year! It’s clean, well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Always willing to help! I hate that I have to take my things out of there but I recommend if you need a storage in this area you should rent here! Don’t rent from this place. When we first started using their storage the rent was $99 and now it’s $115. They put charges on your account without telling you. What kind of place does that?

DO NOT STORE YOUR BELONGINGS HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP THEM! Some things were stolen from my unit and after a couple of phone calls from an employee stating he was communicating with the owner, i received a call stating that the owners refused to look at surveillance videos and were going to consider the case closed.
