Cat and I were looking for a decent used car. We looked on Carfax, some other dealers, and Prestige. I saw the Cadillac and emailed Jon Oriakhi. He got back to me very quickly and we set up a time for a test drive. Jon is a great salesman because there was absolutely no pressure for me to do anything I didnt want to do. No hard sell from Jon. He is also very personable. You talk to him for a few minutes and hes like a friend. If you are in the market to get a decent used car or a brand new Lambo, go see Jon.
I recently purchased a car from here and I could not be happier with it. My wife and I live in Michigan and were looking to replace one of our cars that had some issues. We were looking locally and nothing really we saw fit our needs so we expanded out. We a few that interested us but the main thing that we were looking for was a place that would be willing to ship to us and we found that here with Prestige. When we saw the car we wanted, and Kia Niro, we reached out and within an hour or two we were in contact with the person who would help us through the whole process, Jon.Jon was not only attentive with us, but listened to our needs and concerns and made the whole process easy. We were unable to physically go see the Niro we purchased so he took the time to not only send us a very good quality video of the exterior but the interior as well. When we expressed full interest in purchasing it he started the paperwork right away. There was a small snafu with some paperwork, but as soon as it got cleared up, he was pushing the paperwork through to help speed up the process, a fast purchase was one of the things we expressed the need for as we are a 2 car family and being down one for an extended period would not work for us.When it came time for the final inspection of the car before doing the final signing Jon did not send us a video of the car but instead did a video call so that he could talk to us directly, something he was always willing to do during the whole process, and let us see it in real time as well as hear how it sounded when it started, very quiet which was great. After the purchase was completed and money was exchanged, Jon gave me contact info to reach out to the shipping company in case they did not reach out to us first. When getting everything squared away and the new car was picked up, Jon went above and beyond in my opinion by sending us a picture confirmation that the new car was loaded up and leaving.Even after the new car was dropped off and my old car was loaded up to be taken back (it was used for a trade-in towards the final purchase) Jon has been there for us still answering any questions we have about the title and license plate. I would recommend Prestige Auto Mall as a place for people to look for a used car. I had to call there once to try to get a hold of Jon, I did not have his direct number, and while it took a bit of transferring to get to him, everyone that I spoke to until then was very friendly and willing to help however they could. The overall experience was very pleasant and easy, never once did I feel pressured into anything and always had the sense that if I ever wanted to back out during the process, there would be no hard feelings or pressure to keep moving forward.
I delt with Joe and Marcus both of which did an awesome job, made buying my car a very easy and enjoyable experience. I got a great deal and didnt feel like I have buying cars from other dealers that leaving you feeling like they got one over on you. I bought a car from here about 8 years ago and now with this experience I would come here next time I want a car for sure.
Prestige is a great place for car shipping! I worked with Mo and he really helped me and my fiancé out with getting a car that was within my price range and that worked with my credit score 😊 wonderful work done here, excited to do more business with them in the future!
Put 500 dollars down to hold a vehicle that was on the web. Didn’t realize a week later the vehicle still wouldn’t be ready to be picked up. It had engine problems, suspension issues, brakes, during the week of waiting communication was terrible I always had to text to find out what was happening with the vehicle. My biggest complaint is don’t advertise something that has not been inspected or looked at by the service technician. Lost 500 dollars in this deal not a good experience. Should’ve known when carfax said it was sold at auction in February and it was still on the lot there were big issues.
I was very disappointed with Prestige Auto Mall. They mislead me on the condition of the appearance, they said they would have the vehicle detailed and waiting for our test drive... it was not clean but I could still see dents and scratches all over it, and the expensive leather interior was in very poor condition for the mileage. They must use lower resolution cameras or have a good photographer. It was obvious on the test drive that there was a transmission problem, there was a terrible rattle in the headliner at 55mph+, and somthing rattling in the front suspension. All of which they failed to mention and when I told the manager about the transmission, he said thats a common problem and still expected to sell it at full price. Our appointment scheduled at 9:00AM three days in advance and verified three times the salesman was 30 minutes late because he was in a sales meeting knowing we had a time deadline and I drove 2hrs one way to get there on the salesmans word that there was no way I wouldnt like it. The day after our meeting the salesman sent me another email with links to KBB and other market value sites, stating that their price is competitive/high due to it having a few accessories. They tried to get me to buy over the phone and ship the truck to me lol... Buyers beware!
My sales person was Ben Ciufo and he was a total pleasure to work with. No pressure sales just filled me in on vehicle details and let me make my decision.I also worked with Mo Odetellah stepped in for Ben in his absence and he was also a pleasure to work with.When it came time to finance Marcus Fortuna did everything in his power to make the price I wanted to pay work and made me laugh in the process.Great experience all around and I recommend Prestige Auto Mall to anyone looking for a car.
I bought a 2016 diesel Land Rover Range Rover from Moe and picked it up on May 5. The very next day the check engine light came on, the DEF fluid ( Diesel exhaust fluid ) was almost emptyAsked Moe about it and he has no idea what def even was. I know the service department never checked it before selling it to me. That wasn’t really a big deal although I was driving it back from Ohio to Las Vegas so it’s a good thing we checked it before we started our drive back.What I’m not happy about is that my check engine light came on the very next day May 6 I’ve been corresponding with the salesman Moe, i’ve also emailed the sales manager Marcus Fortuna documenting that my check engine light is on and keeps coming back on I’ve gotten no response whatsoever from the sales manager. Moe responded a few times with no answers for me I had to take it into the Range Rover dealer for the check engine light and it cost me out of pocket about $1100. Had I not just spent $50,000 for a car from them it wouldn’t be a big deal but no response no answers from prestige auto Mall and then having to down my car that I just bought and take it to the dealer to get that check engine light fixed as soon as I got back. it’s very upsetting . Responses were so quick before I bought the car and then after I was done buying it now I don’t get any responses back. I don’t know how prestige auto mall is in business like this.I was planning on going back next year and buying another Range Rover as they made it easy buying it online but I will def not be returning to them nor will I ever refer them. I’m just hoping that nothing else breaks anytime soon
Sold me a lemon with bad oil leak that caused the cars engines to knock and also gave me an invalid warranty that couldnt be used once the cars inspection was done to see if it would cover the cars power train. Caused me to spend an additional $4500 in total to buy a new engine and fix the oil leak plus labor. Very disappointed and quite irritated. Will never buy a car from here again and wouldnt recommend at all.
Never do business with Jon Oriakhi. Brings meaning to sleazy car salesman. Sent pictures, not even sure the same vehicle, but didnt disclose the stains or tear in the roof, was told new tires and rotars, to which nothing was replaced. He knew we were driving 4+ hours and the car wasnt even clean and had a bad odor to it. Walked away from purchasing the car.
TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. Long story short I have a ton of problems with the 2015 chevy tahoe I bought from them and to make it even worse when I went to trade it in I found out that the vehicle I bought that had never been in and accident was in one and they reported it to car fax the day I bought it. Reporting it with severe damage
Steve and Joe sold me a 2016 Buick Encore 72,000 miles Carfax(one accident with a dent on the drivers side that is clearly visible and doesn’t affect driving.) seemed good and all other paperwork. 6 moths or 6,000 miles later (7-8 months later) my car started having MAJOR turbo and mechanical issues. I had it looked at by several mechanics who labeled the car as a safety hazard. One of them even advise that it would be more cost efficient for me to trade the car back in and get something else. Upon trying to trade my car in I was told that I caused frame damage (clean record, tried to blame the accident report on me) and that they were not going to trade my car back in for something else that was more reliable and safe for me and my children. After dealing with a representative by the name of MIA for two days I still had no answers on what to do with this now safety hazard of a vehicle that I have and now no transportation to and from work or to get my children. I asked for a manager and was sat at a desk for almost 30 minutes before even being addressed. I then addressed Mia again and asked who I was speaking with when I was approached by the general manager named Marcus who was very rude and very unprofessional when it came to trying to resolve my issue. Here we are on May 10 approximately two weeks after first visiting prestige to let them know of what was taking place I still am out of transportation that is safe for both myself and my children but I still have no answers on what they are willing to do to help me out.
Be careful with this dealership. Sold me a Tesla in November 2021 that clearly had the rear door repainted, but never mentioned this to me, nor was it listed on the car fax. When I purchased the car, they didn’t include tax and title to register the car in my state so this could be included in my financing (this should have at least been presented to me as an option). Now I am having to pay out of pocket to register the car in my state. Customer service after you buy the car is absolutely horrendous. Can’t get a call back or reply to my emails. Their sales agent, Sky, was very responsive when trying to close the sale but any sort of customer service after the sale is pretty much non existent. They sent me the title a month later (after me having to call multiple times to get this) on December 23rd and when I finally went to register the car in my state, I was unable to do so immediately due to Covid and registrations being done by appointment only. The next availability is 02/09/22. So for the past three weeks, I reached out on five separate occasions requesting for them to send me updated temporary dealer plates for the car so I am not driving with expired plates, only to be told today (after saying numerous times they would send it) that they are unable to do so because they have already sent me the title and registration and actually had the audacity to tell me to not drive the car until my appointment date. What a joke! There are car dealers out there that provide top notch sales AND customer service, but unfortunately this is not one of them, take your business elsewhere.
Friendly, knowledgeable and responsive staff. I requested specific undercarriage pics, Moe got the car on the lift and sent them. I bought the car unseen and it is excellent as advertised. They connected me with a reliable shipping company that beat the market fares. I’m very happy with my purchase and would buy there again.
This was the first time I purchased something as large as this (a vehicle) and it went so well. Mohammed really cared about finding a great car for me and put me in the best one with a great payment that works for me! He was so personal and nice, I really enjoyed talking to him! I would recommend him and Prestige Auto Mall to everyone I know!
Prestige Auto Mall is fantastic! I had the pleasure of dealing with the salesman named Moe. It was the best service Ive ever received from a car dealership. They provide great prices and make sure all customers are taken care of. Furthermore, Moe was incredibly quick and efficient with his work. He provided exactly what I asked for and was able to answer all the questions I asked of him. Prestige Auto Mall really does put the customer first and I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
Prestige sold me a vehicle with 2 leaking valve cover gaskets. Their service department missed this issue during their initial inspection and still put the vehicle on the lot for sale. After realizing there was a leak, I took my vehicle back to Prestige for a diagnosis where they failed to find the leak AGAIN. Still not comfortable, I had BMW diagnose my car and they did find the valve cover gasket leaks. I returned to Prestige with the BMW diagnosis and only then did Prestiges service department find the same issue.Prestige quoted me $4,400 to repair my vehicle. The kicker is this, the extended warranty they sold me at the point of sale didnt even cover the existing issue.Communication has been hard between myself and Prestige with almost no follow up. I referred to other clients to prestige that resulted in 2 additional sales. I hope their experience and vehicles are of better quality than what I received.I regret doing business with Prestige Auto.
Out of state buyer. Bought a 2018 Impala in June of 2020. Just tried to trade it in at a local dealership thinking my car was worth money. Come to find out that my car has STRUCTURAL DAMAGE that was never disclosed at time of sale. Wasn’t even on the carfax when we looked!! Nor was the damage to the front fender ever disclosed! Needless to say I’m screwed with this car because NO dealership will touch it due to the structure damage! Not to mention I had to call multiple times for them to even send the title to the Notary!! If I could give 0 stars I would! Never deal with this place if you’re smart!!
OK where to start. .. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. One month ago I sent Bryan (general sales manager) a message about trading in my car and buying an audi r8. They offered on low amount on my trade and then a week later offered 5k more. I sent them a low offer and a week later raised my offer. Bryan said he has to talk to the Owner. Sent me a massage and said the owner is not opposed to the offer. Ask if I could bring my trade in and have a service tech look it over. So the next day I drove 2.3 hours with the title and cash difference to make the deal happen. I got there, no one had any idea I was coming. The sales manager came out to appraise my car. Styler the sales rep walked in the office and back three times. Came out with numbers not even close to what I talked to Bryan about. I then showed them the conversation and screen shot it for them. Nothing changed... no bryan.. no answer.... I drove home and called the car lot 5 time and never got a call back. Then sent messages and they were never answered. I finally caught Bryan when he answered the phone. He said this deal needed to be done by him and he will take care of this.. this is the last I heard from him for the last two weeks... so many calls and dodging of me. I called and just decided to talk to who ever answered the phone. Long story short the sales rep always needed to talk to Bryan and sent me a a bill of sale with numbers NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT BRYAN AND THE owner talked about. I was trying to buy a 95000 car... wow..The most unprofessional GENERAL SALES MANAGER. . EVER.. .
I drove from 3 hours away to look at a Golf R I had seen online. I had the pleasure of working with Robby. He was very professional, was able to answer any questions I had. He worked very hard on getting me approved and did everything he could to get me the best deal. I was there until 8pm signing paperwork and everyone was very patient with me and wasnt trying to rush me out. I had a very long drive ahead of me and stopped to get some food since I had my one year old with me. About 30 minutes into our trip we had a tire blow out. It was 11pm and had to wait until someone could come pick us up and we didnt make it home until almost 3am since I traveled so far to purchase this vehicle. I had the vehicle towed to the nearest tire shop, called Prestige the next day and explained what had happened. They apologized and didnt give me any issues with covering the costs of replacing the tire for me. I get it, accidents happen. No one can predict a tire blowing out, the tires looked brand new. I didnt buy a tire warranty and they absolutely didnt have to cover the cost, but they did. I am overly joyed with the service I was provided, they are extremely professional and I will recommend them to anyone.
I looked at the reviews of this dealership at first and the negative ones made me a little skeptical but after talking with Mo my thoughts were reassured. I live 4 hours away from the dealership and didn’t want to drive up and see something completely different than what was advertised online. I wasn’t disappointed. I went looking for a used car and I got more than I expected. The car was presented well and quite literally waiting for me to get in it. The whole process was smooth and quick and I couldn’t appreciate how much Mo helped.
This is my second purchase here at Prestige. There were a few scheduling issues this round that could have been prevented but management was completely transparent about them and honesty is big! Everyone is always friendly and accommodating while I’ve been in their building. The financing programs are great. They always have a huge range of vehicles to choose from. Absolutely would recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

I purchased a vehicle with a dent in the door because I was told by Anthony the door was on order and being delivered “Monday”. It was even put into the paperwork. Well, needless to say 7 Mondays have passed and I still do not have the replacement door. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is cause I can’t give a 0!

I was hesitant at first because of the distance I had to travel from Columbus to Prestige (2 hours) but the car I wanted for the price simply could not be beat. I called in advance and spoke with Mohammad and he was very courteous on the phone and said he will have the car ready for me upon arrival. The car was ready and spotless inside and out and from the moment I stepped through the doors until I left I felt totally at ease, welcomed and comfortable. Marcus and Mohammad worked with me diligently to get me the car that I absolutely fell in love with when I test drove it. They were so patient when we hit a couple of bumps in the process but overall kept figuring out solution after solution so that I can ultimately leave with the car of my dreams! AND I DID! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CAR! It wouldnt have been possible without the two of them and I will encourage absolutely any and everybody to go to them directly for your next vehicle purchase! They are seriously the dream team and I appreciate everything they done for me today. I will be recommending them to my sister next and whoever else needs a car for sure! Thank you!!
This was originally a 5 star review. However, when my temp tags were up and it was time to get my real plates we came across an issue. They had never sent me my title. We called and fought with them for months and still they could not produce a title for me. They illegally sold me the car. When I was there returning the car a salesperson came up and was talking to me. She had stated she saw this happen once before at that place. Don’t waste your time here. You’ll probably get scammed.
Straight up joke would give 0 stars if I could bought a vehicle literally 2 months from you guys and for the past month been calling about a issue with a vehicle that you guys lied about and getting the runaround on when the issue can be fixed or literally not answering at all. What kind of business does that? You guys won’t be getting my business ever again and reporting to the BBB
What a great experience, these guys are very highly recommended!Shane and his team were great to work with. Let me lead off by saying that the sign of a good business is how they address issues when they come up; this is a great success story for Shane and his team. We bought a used Range Rover. I went in knowing all of the potential problem points on these cars and I looked the car over with a fine tooth comb . . . im sure I got some funny looks when I crawled under the car to look the chassis over very well, I spent 20 minutes with the hood up and the engine running to look everything over. I was careful, and the car was good. I got to work the next day and I smelled gas and the engine suddenly had a knock. I called and they placed me in touch with their lead mechanic Bronco. After a quick conversation, he sent out a mechanic to pick the car up that day. Bronco called me the next day to let me know what they had found. We put together a plan to address these issues and a few other items we found, and Bronco and his team went to work. We worked out a very fair deal to fix the car, I wont go into specifics because Im sure every situation is different, but their solution was way more than fair. The car was fixed very quickly, and they were patient with my phone calls checking in on the progress and wanting to pick up the car as soon as possible . . . I REALLY love the car.At the end of the day, Adam (service manager), Bronco, and Shane were amazing guys. Ive never had an experience like this before and we will surely be back for our next car purchase.To be fair though, I must give a note of caution. I read a lot of reviews from people who did not share my experience. I noticed most were out of state buyers and couldnt bring their cars in. What went out on my car when out after I picked it up, there is no way to mask a leaking injector or supercharger damper spring if they are going out. They did were not necessarily required to address my issues, but because they have an on site shop, they were able to accommodate me and take care of my issues. If you are out of state, or can not bring your vehicle in, it is difficult to expect them to pay your local mechanic to fix issues that may come up. I am sure they can still do a lot to help you out, but I doubt you will receive the service I received. I would highly recommend calling them and talking to them about your particular purchase and location before you purchase just so you understand what they would be able to do for your particular situation.Thanks guys, you were awesome and I really look forward to buying another car from you in the future!
Best dealership I have ever dealt with, worked to get me the value for my trade in I wanted and made sure my new vehicle was clean and ready for me when all was said and done. I worked with Ben and have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS! Ben was patient, very responsive, and I did not feel like I was being pressured or taken advantage of. Due to recent credit problems I was not an easy deal but Ben & the finance manager worked hard to not only get me in a vehicle but made sure I got what I actually wanted! Next time I’m in the market again for a vehicle, I’m definitely going back to Prestige and I highly recommend them to anyone look for a vehicle. No need to search anymore!!
I had recently had a need for a vehicle that I was anxiously hoping this dealership could help me out with. I had stopped in and immediately Benjamin began to assist me in my search. He was helpful, sensual and had a sweet, delicate scent (unmistakably Dior Sauvage) so I knew I was in the right hands. He helped me find the perfect vehicle and their financing department whipped the numbers up like a tantalizing blueberry lemon tart. Before I knew it I was out of the door and off of the lot with a brand new lease on life (and 45mpg) while Benjamin’s soft, warm hand waving goodbye as I drove efficiently into the sunset. I highly suggest everyone to stop by and get a taste of Prestige.
This dealership sold my husband and I a very expensive Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that is covered in hail damage. So if you think this is a trust worthy dealership, think again! They knew my Jeep was damaged and didn’t say one word after we test drove it. Luckily for them, it had a layer of snow on it and we completely missed the damage. I’m sure they were laughing at how easy it was to pull one over on a young and apparently WAY too trusting couple such as my husband and I. This Jeep was something we saved up for and specifically wanted to purchase. But instead of loving it I’m stuck with staring at hail damage. I’m sad and furious every time I get in the car. It’s like the gift that keeps on giving! Please take my advice, DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE.And oh I might add. I did call and email the manager about this whole situation and never got a response. No shocker there.

I took my son here today to check out some exotic cars that he has never seen in person ever. Please forgive me for the two gentlemen that greeted us and made my sons day by letting sit in a super car. They made him feel like he won the lottery. No pressure, no bull, just kind people. Thank you for showing us all the vehicles. It just turned out better than I imagined.
Had the pleasure of dealing with Joe as my sales rep. In the 36 cars Ive purchased during my lifetime he was the most responsive rep Ive ever dealt with, returning texts and emails in minutes. This gave us the confidence to drive 4 hours to purchase our G550 which was well prepared and detailed when we arrived. George the owner was quick to greet us and it was cool to see someone who owned a business spending their time there on a Saturday. Marcus moved financing along well and was able to get us a rate 1 percent lower than any of our local banks. Will purchase from here again.
Ryan was the best and most helpful gentlemen hands down, he was very informative and very nice. He got me approved within minutes with reasonable numbers that works for me. When I walked in I instantly had faith in Ryan. He helped me accomplish a goal that I wanted to knocked down as well as helping me understand the importance of this whole credit thing. Waited over 5 hours as they wrote the deal on the car I wanted just to watch a cash buyer drive away in it. When I said that was unethical they told me it was ethical. Really??? After reading the Yelp reviews I am actually very happy the deal didnt happen. I am not into bashing businesses, I actually would rather be on here saying how good they are but they have not given me a reason to say anything positive. Sorry :(
I was in dire need of a new car. I received a referral from a friend that said he was able to find a car with 45 MPG from Prestige. I went to a number of different dealerships in the area and was continually met with blank stares and disillusion. 45 MPG in an SUV they said There are no options they repeated. I was broken down after a day of repeated nos. I walked into Prestige Auto Mall with my head sunken low, staring at the floor and in a monotone voice, I laid out what I needed. When I was not met with the same lackadaisical excuses I looked up and was met with a true sight to behold. I saw a man as tall as a giant, with a glow basking around him as if he dropped from the heavens and the alluring scent of Dior Sauvage coming from his black polo. As I pointed out what I needed he cut me off and said say no more and like a man half his size, whisked me away. He found EXACTLY what I needed, and I was ecstatic! This feeling was soon followed by doubt. How much could such a chariot cost? My salesman quelled any ill feelings and spoke the words of Mother Teresa Together we can do great things (surely they are related). I waited in a nervous rage to find out how much I would be paying per month. The financing department was able to put it together like legos and ensure it was not only in my budget but that it came in below my budget! I stood there with the keys in my hand, tears in my eyes and I had to ask the salesman one question. What is your name? I knew it from when I walked in but did not retain it given my sulking state. His name is Benjamin Ciufo. As I left Prestige with my new car I looked in the rear view mirror and all I could see was Benjamins hand waving me away with a warm smile inviting me back for my next purchase. I knew that I had to take this experience to google reviews to ensure that anyone and everyone in need of a car meets the unmatched service that Benjamin Ciufo provides. Out of state customer that purchased a car going based on their ad. Very deceiving sales people. Once payment is wired say goodbye to customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE A LUXURY SPORTS CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I asked my sales person 5 times to verify the vehicle came with a warranty which I was assured it came with a 6 month, within 10 minutes of them receiving the wire transfer I receive a message we are very sorry but this vehicle does not come with a warranty and is sold AS-IS. At this point I have zero recourse with the exception of hiring a lawyer and going to court inorder to cancel the deal. Sure enough after the vehicle is delivered I immediately find major issues that were not disclosed all extremely expensive fixes. Call and talk to every single sales person / manager that works here it seems like and am always promised a call back with more information which never is received. Also it took 6 weeks to receive any sort of paperwork/ title documenting the purchase. When it comes to this level of dishonesty I can not recommend Prestige Auto Mall.

I had a great experience here after finding an online listing for a car that fit my criteria. The price was very competitive and Cody Nystrom went above and beyond to accommodate my crazy work schedule! I showed up last night to test drive the car and he helped me find a low interest rate on my loan and speed through the paperwork this morning so I could leave with a solid car all before I had to work. There was even some extra time left where he helped set up my phone with the car, answered any questions I had and helped get the residue off of the windshield where the car information had been posted! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for honest car salespeople in a low pressure and friendly environment!
Steve was my rep and Im actually glad I went there instead of some where else it took longer then expected to get the deal I wanted at the payments I wanted but he got it done I was shocked to see a dealership go above and beyond expectations. Dealt with Ron over the phone while looking online. They pulled my credit and then never called me back and dodged my calls for a week. Extremely unprofessional. Having sold cars for years myself in the past, I know that this is a sign of a shady, unorganized business. I had a good experience there when I bought my truck a few years back but apparently things have changed. I will never purchase a vehicle here again. Only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because they have a good selection.
The people were very professional and polite. We live in New York the car was in Ohio. Salesman took a video inside and out and started car . We bought the car based on what we saw and heard plus the car fax. The car was just delivered with no surprises . Pleasant experience would do it again.
One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had next to buying from my best friend at Jeff Wyler, Skylar is an amazing young lady and helped me pick up my dream car of a ZL1 they was on top of every maintenance issue I found on the car and worked Effortlessly to get them fixed for me to pick up the car a little under a week later while waiting for banks to sort themselves out I plan to keep this car a long time but in the future if my fiancée is in the market and wants to try her hand at her first car buying I will definitely be giving Skylar a call.
I went to the dealership and Nick Villella promptly welcomed me to them. He was a complete professional and was straight forward with me unlike most salesperson that you deal with these days. We have bought 4 vehicles in previous years from other car lots but this was out most stress free and satisfying car buying experience ever. We called ahead to inquire about a particular car, they had it already pulled around and warmed up for us to take a test drive. No surprises and they were accomodating to our needs and answered every question quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely consider looking to them first the next time we will purchasing another car and would recommend checking them out if you have the need also.

Their customer service after the purchase is horrible. Get a pre-purchase inspection. Everything looked good and the little I could see that was wrong I was told could be addressed with the warranty. Turns out the warranty does not cover leaks, seals or suspension and the vehicle I had purchased had a lot of them. Called them to address my concerns and was given the run around. Someone in service was suppose to call me to get it fixed but til this day no one has called me back after multiple attempts to get in contact with the service department.
Great experience. Purchased vehicle from out of state and the process could not have been smoother. My sales guy John was attentive, and worked to coordinate everything in a very timely fashion. He made sure to check out the vehicle and all of the requests that I had prior to flying in to pick up the vehicle. He also picked me up at the airport which was a huge help. When I got to the dealer to check out the truck, there was an issue with The power steering column not working, which no big deal they told me just to have it fixed back at my local dealership and they would take care of it. Very fair. On my drive back home it did rain causing a leak from the sunroof area, so I’m hopeful they will also take care of this issue as well. All in all it was a good experience, as you never know when traveling out of state. Great prices and great customer service. Thanks!
Where do I even begin. My wife and I bought this car here back in February. The day we brought it home the check engine light came on. We were still under the original Honda powertrain warranty and so we called prestige and after about the 10th call or more they finally got me to somebody who got me an appointment to bring it in to get looked at. They found out that there was problems with the fuel injectors and they got the car to Honda to get it fixed. From the day I got the car there were cosmetic issues with the car. Trim pieces that didn’t fit on right, rattling sounds when the car would hit bumps, Bad paint jobs that had clearly not been done correctly after an accident. A few months after the original issue with the car the transmission felt like it was having issues. I took it into a Honda dealer because the service shop at this store was so bad and has done such a horrible job With just minor cosmetic things on this vehicle that I wanted to get it done right. Make a long story short the Honda dealership told me that the car was completely unsafe to drive and that I should sue who I bought it from. The sub frame of the car was not bolted in, the coolant reservoir was missing from the car completely, and there were many panels on the car that did not fit correctly because of the frame shifting likely because of the sub frame bolts that were missing. I have course insisted that these things needed fixed and that they needed to pay for Honda to take care of it since their service shop was so bad. They would not do that and insisted that they could fix it. After a week of having it in the shop I got the car back (which had a cigarette box still in the car that did not belong to me and the car smelled like smoke) and when I took it to Honda to trade it in because I just wanted to move on from the car after these issues were supposed to be fixed, the Honda dealer informed me that there were other problems that were not fixed. The motor mount was not connected or placed correctly and there were still many frame pieces and trim pieces that we’re not on or fit correctly. The words from the manager at the Honda dealership was that the car was Still completely unsafe to drive and that I should sue who I bought it from. Upon returning to prestige auto mall and telling them of these issues again and handing them the sheet that Honda gave me of the issues, I insisted that they buy the car back. Which was honestly a great deal for them since from the time I bought the car to now the car is value has gone up $3000-$4000 just because of the car market. Needless to say they came back with a very low ball offer very very low in the reasoning was because the car had issues. I said yeah and you need to fix the issues because you are on the hook for fixing them because you sold it to me in a completely unsafe state and with frame issues. They just kept repeating this is what we can offer you this is what we can offer you. After threatening legal action we ended up still at the same place in with their still low ball offer offer. I have been doing a lot of calling around about this car and inquiring from different car lots, Honda dealerships, Other used car dealers and mechanics, and from reviews online and you will see one common thread with this place. This is a terrible, dishonest, disgustingly run, Scam of a business. I would absolutely with all that is in me say do not come to this dealership. Unless you get lucky and get a car with no problems, which most people don’t that come here, they will not help you to resolve these issues. I have proof that I have called this place since I bought this car in February, 50+ times. Only a very few of these did I actually get through to anybody. Once they sell you the car no matter how unsafe for your wife and seven month old baby, they do not care. And they will not do anything to resolve their end of the bad business that they’re doing.

Very well priced vehicles, very nice open showroom, great sales staff, fast and easy paperwork process. Worked with John who was very helpful in doing the extra leg work on getting with my credit union after hours to get my paperwork to go thru. He made me feel very comfortable with my purchase, didnt pressure me at all. Much better than any salesman Ive worked with! I drove 3 hours to this dealer and drove out in one hour with a very nice truck for a very good price. Definitely would recommend to anybody!!
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! My husband and I purchased a 2013 BMW 750 LI from them a couple of weeks ago. We drove it home to Columbus and parked it in our driveway. The next day, my husband heard a ticking in the motor. He immediately took it to a local BMW dealer. On the way, it completely broke down and left him stranded on the side of the highway. The motor malfunctioned, throwing a rod into the crank case. The motor was completely shot. The warranty that they advertise telling you, stating that you are completely covered is absolutely false. $15,000 later....we are stuck paying for this “Lemon” on our own. Bait and Switch. They told us it was driven home by two employees and thoroughly inspected. We are seriously doubting that. No way. We had the car less than one day before it became inoperable. They have not been helpful. They have not been courteous. They have been unbelievably unprofessional and downright rude. We paid $24,000 for what we were told was a fully functioning, fully inspected, fully covered car. What we received was a broken item. If you buy something from a store and it breaks, they take it back. It’s simply good business as a profitable retailer. That is how you get repeat business and earn respect. My brother who has worked in this field for over 15 years, is shocked at their practices. Absolutely shocked. We were completely uninformed. If you feel that you HAVE to buy a car from them, do not and I repeat DO NOT leave without asking them the full details of everything! Now that I think about it, that may be pointless. They will only give you what they want you to have. They don’t want you to know that you are not fully covered as they advertise. They will not give you paperwork that is needed for the warranty, but say that they have. Your word against theirs. Awful. They only give you enough to cover themselves when something goes wrong. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!

The Sales Manager came to me, shook my hand, and worked with me directly.I was in at 10 and out by 2. What I liked about Prestige is that not only are their prices competitive with great vehicles on the lot - but they want to earn my business to come back regularly. I didnt like the loan interest rate they were getting me and after discussing it they were going to try to do better but I ended up doing something different.They have alot of nice looking vehicles on there lot and prices seem fair.

I bought a 2013 Toyota Sienna and was assured numerous times the vehicle was inspected and everything was gone thru and in top condition. We got it home to Missouri and first thing I had to do was put about $800 into it to get it road safe. Brakes and rotors, lights, lug nuts, are the beginning of the list. I would not recommend this dealership at all

If you are looking for quality used vehicles with an extended warranty, Prestige Auto Mall is the place to go. These guys have all kinds of used cars, from Lambos to Benzs to a Chevy Equinoxs. I was able to purchase a used Mercedes, a beautiful car. I was worried about repair expenses. Prestige gave me a 3 year/12,000 mile extended warranty, with an option for a 4th, bumper to bumper coverage. The car works and runs great. It had 79K miles on it and the engine looked new. I checked for leaks after test driving it and saw no leaks on a 79K mile Mercedes. I worked with Chad Casline as my Salesman and he was great. The staff here are very nice and will work with you to get you into a car you want. Ill be back in 3-4 years to purchase another used vehicle from Prestige Auto Mall.
I had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful genesis from this dearlership yesterday. I reside in Maryland and was a bit concerned initially of what my options were with retrieving my new purchase. After discussing the options with my salesman Ben, i decided to catch a flight to ohio. Ben went out of way and picked me up from the airport and we arrived to the dealership shortly thereafter. And there she was sitting in the showroom shinning from a distance. Once there i met with the finance manager(who was very personable and just as excited as i was) he had all the paperwork already prepared, all i had to do was place my signature and i was in my new ride within 30 mins!!!!This was the smoothest and most pleasant car purchase i have made thus far!!!! Jamar is the man to request. I purchased a truck about 6 months ago. After looking for months, Jamar was professional ,kind , and personable and willing to negotiate. Although I wasn’t purchasing a bmw And I’m sure my purchase wasn’t providing huge commission I was still treated with utmost curtesy as if I was buying their most expensive car on the floor.I commented to my companion after we left that I have never seen a car dealership so busy which I feel speaks highly of them and that they know their business. I also feel that gives the consumer a better chance at a fair price since their isn’t that pressure from them to make a sale since their sales volumes are high.I would purchase from them again and would definitely want to work with Jamar again.
The employees at Prestige were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We did not feel pressured in any way, and felt like we paid a fair price for the SUV we bought from them. After weeks of searching, we drove over an hour to test drive at Prestige Auto Mall because of their great pricing. The vehicle we purchased was extremely clean and well taken care of. Prestige even offered to do additional detailing to remove pinstripes at no extra cost. Tristan was our salesman, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle inside and out. He helped set up my phone to the bluetooth and ran through all of the options until I felt comfortable. Their financing and warranty options were excellent and I would recommend them to anyone looking to get quality vehicles at fair prices.
Ill never purchase another vehicle from the place ever again !100% facts... 2 years ago I was sold a car that had structural damage. Issue is the sales agent, as well as the manager John, did not disclose that information and the car fax they showed me did not reflect this as well. Fishy...I found out when I decided to look for a new car at a different dealership, and they turned down my trade in completely because of it. 2014 Mercedes E350 with only 56k miles on it. I tried 4 other car lots and it was the same story.I was almost stuck with it, but luckily Bobby Rahal Mercedes in Pittsburgh offered me a more than fair trade in value and got me into my a 2018 C300. They also minimized the negative equity I was going to have to take on the chin.Mind you this was the 6th car I purchased from Prestige. Was a huge fan.... The other cars had issues but what do you expect from a guaranteed approval place. If your credit is half way decent 600+, go to a real car lot. Trust me
I was on the intersection stranded with a car from prestige auto credit and A Nice guy named Nate with prestige auto mall stop and helped me get me out of my bad situation and on top of that he gave me a ride to work and his number to make sure I have a ride back home I really really appreciated this guy I definitely recommend getting with him for a car or anything related he definitely went over and beyond to help me and make sure I was safe

My mom previously bought a car here and knew the sales manager, John. John worked with us as well as our salesman, Chris. I’m leaving with a car that will be safe for myself and my daughter and that’s all I wanted. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in need of nice used car.

He gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to fully pay for the vehicle. We made an appt. with Joe to see a car at 3:00. We got there promptly at 3:00, walked in and received no greeting from any staff member. Having never been there before, we did not know who “Joe” was. We waited 10 minutes for a salesmen to start to approach us, but then do an about face, and leave us standing for another 5 min before he “officially” greeted us and asked us our purpose. He then directed us to Joe’s desk. Never offered us water or anything while we still waited for Joe. Joe finally showed up, got a copy of my daughters drivers license, and directed us to wait outside while he got the key for the vehicle. And there we waited, in the hot sun on blacktop for another 10 minutes. Joe never returned. We went back into the dealership and he was waiting on another couple. Told us he couldn’t find the key and he was busy so...... and we had to leave! So unprofessional!!!!! I cannot believe we were treated so poorly, especially as we had made an appointment ahead of time. I would never ever go back there to buy a car and I STRONGLY ADVISE everyone reading this to not take your business there. They don’t know the first thing about customer service.

Im sure some of their cars are fine, but I was knowingly sold a car that needed a new transaxle. The car was owned by an employee working there, a younger kid probably working sales, and he owned it for a few months. I can only speculate if it was him that did the damage based on the time he owned it, but it is obvious that they knew the damage was there and sold it anyway. I am guessing he beat on the car trying to learn standard with it, hence why the synchros and 2nd gear were thrashed and unable to be replaced without an entire transaxle as not just those parts are sold. Four figure repair later... and I will never deal with them again. They also sold my information to multiple extended warranty scammers and received those mailings for years.
Highly recommend, very professional, very nice folks, from the owner, to Ernest the salesman, to the other salesmen, who were working that day, and Michelle, who completed the paperwork. Everybody was really nice. That means a lot. I brought a very nice Ford Ranger. After talking to Ernest on the phone several times prior to flying in from Alabama, the only thing I can find bad about the experience is 1. When I left Alabama it was 80 degrees and when we got to Ohio, it was in the fifties, and I had on sandals, and 2. My flight was delayed several times. Ernest met us at the airport, and waited patiently even though our flight was hours late. The owner greeted us with a Welcome to OHIO!! Everybody was really nice, and they have some really nice vehicles at good prices. I wrecked my CLK, and plan to get another one in a few months, I will be calling Ernest to find one for me. I love my little truck. I am getting compliments already and I have only had it a few days. They advertised it at a very good price, the pictures were very accurate, I have no complaints, it runs good. I love my little truck!!

I was working with salesperson Nick Villella for sometime on purchasing a vehicle. After picking out a vehicle I liked, I test drove the vehicle and noticed there was a malfunction code appearing o the dash. Nick explain the malfunction code as soon as I was back from the test drive, assuring it would be fixed at the time of pick up. Nick contacted me later in the week and told me that the part that was needed for the repair had delayed shipping due to Covid, and that the car could be picked up on Monday with a promise to have the vehicle repaired at my convenience. I purchased the vehicle 04/20/2020. I have attempted to have the vehicle repaired multiple times since, including taking 2 days off from work for a scheduled repair. I have been told that I have to wait for the warranty to kick in, that the repair cannot be done at Prestige, that I have to wait for the service manager to contact me, and that I can call the store and talk to the manager. I have gotten absolutely no answers to when the vehicle can be fixed, or why I have had to wait nearly 4 months. I have been told that they have tried to make contact with me, and offered to email my phone records proving otherwise. I have given them every contact method I have for my fiance and myself (emails, cell phones, work phones). I have consistently contacted Nick, and have been told the most I can do is give him (the service manager) your information. I have offered to come to the dealership to resolve this issue or have better communication. I have even explained that I felt that I am getting the run around, and still- NOTHING! So, so disappointed with this dealership!
Paid cash for a 2008 Honda. I cant believe how low their prices are. Glad I chose Prestige over some of these higher priced dealers. I was very satisfied with the vehicle and with the staff at this dealership. The buying process did not take the least bit of time until I was approved by the bank. I have had the vehicle for a few months now and went back to get the plates today. I thanked them for their service and thought I should leave them a good review when I get home. Simply superb.
Im a full time, work from home, single Dad to 3 amazing Autistic kids. I only begin that way because its context.We have been in desperate need of a new car for awhile but adding expenses to an already overburden financial situation was something I was putting off until absolutely necessary. Last week the brake lines blew on our 2004 Impala and I was forced to go car shopping before I was prepared to do so.We live in the Canton area so we hit a few local dealerships. One was really nice and the other was really pushy. No matter what, I kept returning to this 2016 Buick Regal Premium II located at Prestige.Before I pulled the trigger on anything else, I wanted to at least go look at it, even if it was 30 minutes away.Long story short, we drove the Buick Regal home that night. The experience was positive and we were there close to closing on a very busy day, so it took a bit longer than I suspect it would have otherwise.If I HAD to nitpick anything, I would say that when the car was detailed prior to us taking ownership was spotty. Floor mats were missing and the plastic cover on the seat belt buckle was broken, leaving a very sharp edge.In fairness, I didnt notice these things until after I left and while its a bit annoying to be missing something basic like floor mats, its pretty superficial. Like I said, nitpicky. It certainly wouldnt stop me from returning and I would absolutely recommend Prestige to family or friends.Everyone was really nice and I never felt like an inconvenience. This place sells some incredibly high end and exotic cars. I felt like I got the same care and treatment as someone who was spending much more than I was.My financial situation is on me and based on many things outside of my control. This was a stressful time in my life and my life is already stressful beyond measure. Car shopping was not something I ever wanted to do. Im grateful for the positive experience.

This dealership was very good at communication over the phone and email. I could easily set-up a test drive within a day. The only thing that was frustrating was after the long time of signing all the papers, we had to wait around 15 minutes for them to pull the car up. not sure if this is how it always is or if it was a fluke. overall really good
John is simply wonderful. The buying process was smooth and I was in and out within an hour and a half .The service was great, very pleasant atmosphere, with a plethora of cars to choose from. I purchased a WRX from them at a competitive price. The test drive went a little poorly as the clutch was obviously bad. The shop fixed this before I took the car. In talks about financing, my salesman brought me an offer without an interest rate listed. I asked and he said it was around 9%. It was 19%. I went with a loan through USAA at ~4%, so no harm done.My car had an overheating issue, which I brought up to have fixed twice. The first time it was fixed with a thermostat replacement, which took weeks and they were nearly impossible to communicate with. When it continued to overheat I came back, it took nearly 3 months with poor communication, and I ended up paying $2500 for the privilege. The 6 month warranty was worthless in my case. I cant imagine a worse buying experience. Avoid

I purchased a vehicle from Prestige this week. I was from out of town so most of the transaction was done on the phone. Prestige offered the best price I could find online and the lowest financing rate. My salesman Mike and finance officer Michelle made the whole car buying experience quick and easy. The car was completely detailed for me and they even returned my rental car as a courtesy. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Prestige if youre in the market for a used car.
Bought a car from them two months ago, and now I am paying for a new transmission. Had my car towed to two different mechanics both said that the transmission fluid was so low it was burnt up and pieces of metal were throughout. Both stated the fluid was low when I bought it. The car was not bought as is. Prestige claims they check the cars before they are sold however that is NOT TRUE! When contacted they were rude and avoided us. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from them!I should have known as when we took the car for a test drive it was not detailed properly. We found old papers to the previous owner. While signing paperwork Prestige messed up our paperwork several times. I am from PA which I needed to transfer paperwork from Ohio to Pennsylvania I had 45 days to do so at the 40 day Mark I had not received my paperwork to register my car nor a check for taxes. Called and spoke with the finance manager to find out my paperwork had been sitting on the desk. They had to overnight my paperwork.They place is unorganized, unprofessional, sneaky and unethical. STAY AWAY!

I was looking for a particular car for my wife online and Prestige had that car. Over the past couple of years I have passed by Prestige but always assumed that I would not enjoy my experience there. I think I was actually intimidated by the quality of cars that they had; associating that with a snobby staff.I could not have been more wrong.This car being a gift to my wife, I had to make the call to Prestige. It was around 4:30 when I called and was connected to Shane. I told Shane that I could be there by 6 but Shane had an appointment at that time. Sensing my excitement, Shane told me to come on down anyway and that he would have the car ready for a test drive and we could meet some other day to discuss the purchase. I was fine with that, plus it was a rainy dayWe arrived at Prestige 5 minutes early but the car was already up front. I got a quick hand shake from Shane and went on a test drive. When my wife and I returned from our test drive, Shane actually made time to talk about the car. Shane was very knowledgeable about the car down to some minor issues that he was willing to have fixed. Shane was truly trying to make this a smooth and hassle free experience for us and that was how we felt.Shane and the Prestige staff were very patient with me and my wife. The experience I had working with Michele in finance far exceeded my expectations in terms of flexibility. The car we purchased even came with a 6-month warranty!Most of all, my wife is very happy and I dont think we spent more than 3 hours inside the dealership for the entire sale.When you buy used cars, it is best to have one dealership that you can trust if possible. I plan to buy myself a used car in July and Prestige has made a lasting impression on both me and my wife. Kevin was 100% on point from the get go. Honestly I was skeptical of purchasing here due to the vehicle we purchased. We bought the IS300 and cost wise was an easy 6-8000 less than want most are selling for. I immediately called and asked if I could have a 3rd party inspection By my own mechanic of choice. done just to be sure maybe something wasn’t wrong- and to my eyes everything was a awesome! He had no issue at all just asked me to confirmWhen I was going to do it. There is really a deal out there! Kevin was NEVER pushy or pulling us along- right next to us! I’m a hard sale because I’m in sales. The finance manager came over and talked to us - like humans. Gave me the pros and cons of additional services and never forced us to buy. I declined the add ons and neither made me feel like I was making a mistake like some dealerships do. Soooo in closing, this place has a lot of good reviews a few bad- you have to be the one to decide. Always.
I really have to give it up for prestige auto mall, not only for their excellent service all around, but also for the pristine and classy bunch of cars assembled in their rooster. I was able to put only the money down I wanted, and they kept me a range of monthly payments I wanted to stay in. This enabled me to make said payments at my own pace, without undue stress on my income and budget. All I have to say are good things, to be honest. Bret, you have done an amazing job. I give you two thumbs up.

OH MY GOSH!!!! I CANNOT say enough WONDERFUL things about my experience at Prestige Auto Mall!!!My guy Frank was AWESOME!!!! Dealerships I previously been to always try to pressure you into other cars or more expensive cars, but not him!I went to the dealership about 10am. I was already pre-approved and had my cars of interest picked as well! Frank asked me what vehicle I wanted and I gave him two that really had my interest. He was very honest about the cars and helped me make my decision on which car I chose due to my situation and finances! Frank also showed me ways to get my APR down and how to pay my car off faster as well as building my credit! That was much appreciated!The process through it all was excellent! Everyone was so helpful! Marcus, another awesome guy, had my financing done real quick. I was probably there maybe 2 1/2 hours total from the time I arrived until the time I pulled off the lot in my new ride. I was so amazed with the smoothness of everything!!! READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY:I traveled out of state to purchase a vehicle at Prestige Auto Mall, once I purchased the vehicle they told me they would send a payoff for the vehicle I currently had, which would effectively remove the note I had on my trade in. Somewhere on the dealership’s end, they failed to do this and as a result showed up as my one and ONLY delinquent payment in my entire life. After begging them several times to send the payoff they finally did.During my conversation with the sales person at Prestige they assured me, “You will not have to pay any money out of pocket for your tax title and license for Louisiana, we have included it in the sale.” So naturally, I took that at face value. That was obviously a mistake on my part because the sales person failed to mention that they only included the sales tax from Ohio. So now I need to come up with 2 grand out of pocket to register my vehicle in my state due to their lack of knowledge and communication. So now I figured, maybe I can go refinance and get some of that money back. Wrong again, because of the delinquent payment my credit has taken such a hit that my own credit union will not finance the vehicle for what it is worth.You guys should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. Absolutely pathetic. If you do decide you’re going to buy something from this company be fully prepared to ask them if they’ve done their job on a daily basis because it’s highly unlikely that they will.
I am an out of town purchaser and was not able to come in person to Prestige Auto Mall, but Franklin Ragsdale took care of everything for me, including recommending a third party to inspect the vehicle and then driving the car there to get it inspected! He also arranged to have the car shipped to me in North Carolina. He made the whole experience incredibly easy. I would recommend Prestige and Franklin to anyone looking to buy a car!
The absolute worst car dealership. Do not buy from here!! I bought a car from them in July and had 5 different problems in 6 months time. Literally a new problem every month and when I went in to talk to them about it they blamed me for the issues and were nothing but rude. They sell cars with bad parts and hide the codes and try to scam you. Now I have to pay 3500 out of pocket for yet ANOTHER PROBLEM that should not be happening. Stay away from this place

Locating the exact car one is hoping to find is difficult, but being treated kindly while going through the process is special.I visited the lot to see a car that is difficult to find. My lease was ending soon, and I felt fortunate to find this desirable vehicle with low mileage and in great shape at a very reasonable price. John H. said they would take care of my lease vehicle, and we made plans to finish up the following day.As the day wore on, I began to worry about being impulsive. By the time I got to Prestige the next day, I had worked myself into a mass of uncertainty. Just as I was ready to say I couldnt go through with it, another newer, more beautiful version pulled out of their lot across the streetwith a sign in the window. I believe I frightened John when I screamed, What is that? He jumped around and said that it just came in.With everything for the car I had come in to purchase before him, John said we would take a look at it as soon as it came back. He would not listen to apologies – he wanted me to be comfortable with my purchase.The car came back and seemed perfect. I drove it and fell in love. All trepidation was gone, and I knew this was the car I wanted. John never blinked and seemed truly pleased that I was getting the car I had been looking to purchase. We did the paper work and arranged for a meeting to trade vehicles the next morning at a half-way point.The next morning, the car was mine. Prestige cleaned it up, put on new tires, and also replaced the brakes. I knew about the tires beforehand, but the brakes were a complete surprise. I must say that it impressed me immensely.Delving into a used vehicle is a bit frightening, especially after only leasing for over a decade; however, I feel comfortable that the people at Prestige were looking out for my interests through the entire process. Bought a new vehicle from Prestige the other day and the experience was great. Scott, our sales guy, was very personable and extremely helpful, as was the lady in finance. They both went out of their way to make our purchase go as quickly and smoothly as possible. I will definitely work with them again in the future.
We scheduled an appointment yesterday to test drive a used GMC Acadia. We went in knowing it was a little more than we wanted to spend, but decided to see it anyways. John Hang was our Sales Consultant, and he made my wife and I feel comfortable right away. We were actually about 30 mins early, but he helped us right away and we were driving the car within 10 minutes. John was very up front about the vehicle - both the features and a couple of concerns. After reviewing the price, we made the decision to continue looking but left open the possibility of returning. John didnt add a drop of pressure, stressing they wanted to make sure we felt good about whatever car we purchased, even if we didnt but it there. His manager shared the same message right before we left. We didnt end up buying a car from John, but I would strongly recommend Prestige and John Hang for anyone who is looking for a quality used vehicle.
I have purchased 2010 Lexus RX 350 from Prestige Auto Mall back in August 2016, , I have purchased all my vehicles from Toyota and Lexus dealerships as the first owner and never purchased a vehicle before from a used car dealership, being picky on every little detail and have my mind set to purchase only from the original manufacturer dealers to get the perfect vehicle.I lost my Toyota Camry in an accident and I was searching for a replacement vehicle, this time when I was driving by Prestige Auto Mall, I decided to just check their Cuyahoga Falls location and found my future car.In addition to the price was under the budget that I placed in mind, the sales team was amazing and the friendly transaction, they explained to me everything around the vehicle and the finance company that I used. Overall, it was a pleasant transaction.I have to admit that I waited too long before I put my review, as this the first time I was dealing with a used car dealership. I thought I will have trouble with the car. But as days and months goes by I start to believe more and more in used car dealership especially them .. kudos to all their sales team, way to go !!!!
Tristan Seaman is by far an amazing salesman to work with at Prestige Auto Mall! He was very professional yet down to earth. He treated me like a normal person and did not try to push me into a car. He was very respectful and seemed very knowledgeable about the car and others like it. He is very passionate about what he is doing. I will be referring all of my family and friends that need vehicles to him, as he is the best salesman I have worked with.
They promote their 6,ooo mile 6 month service but its useless. I have an issue with the power seat on the car that I purchased. Ive called twice and both times their service voice mail is full. Ive called the salesman John Hang twice and he says I will hear from someone soon. Thats been 3 weeks ago. The term service after the sale isnt in their vocabulary.
This is the worst place to ever buy a vehicle. After 2 days of driving me vehicle I had to take it back to the dealer for the engine light, turns out they sent it to the shop to get a timing chain and they used the extended warranty I purchased without my consent when it was supposed to be the 6 month 6k warranty they “claimed” they give with every car they sell. Then a couple weeks later my a/c compressor went out they claimed they replaced it but when I took it to the actual Audi dealer they said it had not been touched and that it was still bad. They used up my whole warranty so I had to come out of pocket almost 2k to get my vehicle repaired. These guys are liars and customer service was terrible I don’t even understand how they are still doing business!!
My wife and I have had one of the best car buying experiences recently. Shane and the whole staff were very helpful and dedicated. They did not treat like another sale, instead they dedicated to getting us the right car. The finance and maintenance Depts were honest, upfront and diligent. I thank the people at prestige for their excellent customer service.
Went to purchase a 2010 Mercedes s65. There is plenty to the story but way to much to explain. I was told I would have a 6 month warranty with my purchase which I spoke to them a few times about making sure I had one. I live 7 hour round trip away. Purchased the vehicle, on my way home engine was acting up. They told me to take it to the dealership in my area to find out the problem. Mind you I haven’t even had the vehicle for 5 hours yet. I ended up receiving a$9,700 repair estimate from Mercedes. After going threw hours on the phone and hold with prestige they finally agreed to “fix it themselves “ so I drove the car all the way back dropped it off and they had it for about a month. Then I had to make the trip once more to pick it up. About 2 days later all the same issues as before. Come to find out they slipped a warranty paper in the 50 or more pages I needed to sign while I was there. So now there saying not there problem, and I forgot to mention I did agree to pay 1,250 toward the “repairs” that were “done” and I did when I picked it up for the second time. I will be going to court with these people, please save yourself the headache. If they can not afford to repair these high end vehicles before selling; then in my opinion they can not afford sell them, bunch of scams

Personable. informative. passionate about cars and life; easy to talk to and available. He came in on his day off to make the deal happen. The finance guy Danny was amazing. He was so efficient and his sense of humor and charm were just what I needed on a stressful day. I would highly recommend Prestige and their staff. I found the car online over the weekend, he contacted me immediately and agreed to hold it till I could come look at it Monday evening after work. The car turned out to be everything he said it was, and I happily drove it home last night after his very efficient handling of the financing and paperwork. This place always has beautiful cars at fair pricing and Moe is a great guy to work with.

Set up an appointment and he was ready when I showed up.. Very helpful and answered all my question. I am very happy with the way I was treated through the whole process. No pushing when it came financing. My quote was lower then my bank. So I will say if your hunting for a car. I would say go Prestige and ask for Moe! He will treat you well..

I was shocked when I read all the reviews on this terrible dealership after I bought from them. Come to find out tons of people went through the same stuff I went through. Worst car buying experience to date. I was speaking with Tyler one of the salesman all week leading up to me driving 3 hours to go buy a jeep we had everything worked out price settled pre approved all I had to do was sign papers. I told my ride to leave and when I was signing the paperwork they tried to add 2000 dollars to the price. He completely denied every thing we agreed to before because they thought I was stuck there with no ride. After a screaming match the manager came over and agreed to the original deal. Tyler is the worst salesman Ive ever dealt with he thought he was going to get away with his slime ball salesman tactics. The worst part was he was training a new employee that day it was her first day. 2 days later the jeep wouldnt start and I had to take it to the shop. Just like every review out there good luck getting them to respond to you after the sale I sent the bill for the work that needed done with no response. Dont let all the fancy cars there fool you they are all scam artist. PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING TO THIS DEALERSHIP for the amount of cases they have against them with the better business bureau.. I cant believe there still in business.

2022-07-02We had a great experience. Mo was our salesman and he was very helpful. We purchased a 2010 Audi for our son. The whole process was smooth and they had the car super clean.

2022-05-13Had I gotten Mo as my sales rep initially I would be giving five stars. Had a poor experience with another sales person for lack of communication prior to calling back an speaking to the manager. Was then handed off to Mo whom took over the sale and trade in. From this point on Mo handled the sale like a pro. He was on it. Got me all I needed so I could complete the purchase and trade in over the phone. Went to pick up vehicle and again Mo had me out of there in less than an hour and on my way.
