DON’T BUY HERE, within under a month 2 lights have came on and the refuse to fix any of it even after me purchasing a extended warranty. I never been haggled on price and when taking to the service advisor (Chris) he said “we used to buy junk cars to try and fix them and sell but not anymore” this place is a joke and has a awful overturn rate and the worse mechanics ever. I also had to change all 4 rotors and breaks because they were warped and over heated

If youre coming from out of state save your gas. My husband wanted a stick shift and they had a Cruze he liked. He spoke to someone on the phone and was clear about our financials, downpayment, and payment preference. They agreed, we drove out. They had three hours of us driving to contact us and did not. The minute we sat down they inform us theyll need 500 more for the down payment, plus the monthly went up. Not much, mind you, but its the point. I was ready to walk out and wish I had. Oh, and they do give you a Carfax, but make sure you go over it thoroughly. The Cruze was in two accidents that they failed to mention, but hey its in the carfax so theyre covered.

We purchased a 2015 Tahoe on December 27th 2021.We had to replace the battery January 3rdTransmission went out on February 18th leaving me(and my 4 kids under 7)without a vehicle for 6.5 weeks.I spent so much time calling and texting, trying to get ahold of people. No one knows what they are doing and just try to shove you on to another person.I have reached out through phone and email for them to have a chance to mediate the situation but that has gone no where.

I stopped by after seeing a nice 2019 Ram for sale on their website not fully intending on buying a vehicle that day. However, Ty Davis and his team at Prestige in Tallmadge made me an offer I couldnt refuse on my trade. Ive purchased many cars from larger dealerships yet had never had as good of an experience as I had in dealing with Mr. Davis. He was respectful and patient as I made my decision, the office didnt play games, it was not a long drawn out process, and of coarse the vehicle I purchased did not have any issues after driving off the lot. If you are in the market for a vehicle dont hesitate to give Ty a call.

My husband and I drove over 3 hours to do business with this group. Spent almost 13,000 out of pocket on a vehicle. Was reassured this vehicle was in excellent working condition. Also was told that the timing chain had just been replaced. Well day 2 found out we couldnt open the passenger door, then the exhaust and muffler needed repair, now the timing chain (the supposed new part) has went out. We have had the vehicle for less than 2 months and have had to put alot of additional money in just to keep it running. The response we received from sales was I dont know what you want me to do about it. Now myself being a nurse and my husband working in the RV industry...we have very little knowledge in cars. We put alot of trust into these people...we did not expect a perfect vehicle as it was used, however with what we spent I expected a reliable one!

What a joke. Stereotypical liar scummy dealership. Terrible finnancing offers for high credit scores. The car was delivered with broken windshield wiper sprayers that they have still not sent the replacement after three weeks or moreBrian the manager would not respond to my texts about getting the paperwork going. They acted like nothing was their fault and couldnt even apologize for their mess ups. DONT FINNANCE WITH THEM! DONT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If i could give them a ZERO i would millions times over. Jeff who said was sales, then identified himself as sales manager, then when asked to speak to finance manager, he said he was also finance. Bryan, the so called finance manager, was rude to my wife and was always giving her the run around. Or was never there, he always had family emergencies. Our 1st initial contact with them was to purchase a vehicle we saw on their website with delivery charge included in the price of the vehicle. They couldnt finance my wife he said, said they had no bank who would do it. My wife called them later letting them know she was pre-qualified by one of their that point we wanted to pull away for not actually trying to get the deal. But we gave it a shot. It took them nearly 3 weeks after my wife did their work for them ...only for them to come back and ask for more money for delivery! We pulled away from the deal, found the same car elsewhere the same day, did the deal in ONE-DAY and they were able to deliver the car next day. PRESTIGE AUTO is a joke. Everyone there including Megan, were very unprofessional. The only one who had professionalism was Sam.
