DONT GET A CAR FROM HERE bought a 40 thousand dollar car and it had a light on which they said they would fix it...took it to get fixed 2 days later light comes on ....took it back and not even kidding the light came right back on so when we took it again they didnt pay for it didnt even get to drive the thing and I just think they fix these cars enough to drive off the lot plz just dont!!! I dont even write bad reviews but if this can save the next person I Wana make sure they know!!!

Bought a 370Z Nismo with the help of Jason. I live in Chattanooga TN, and the car was in Akron Oh. Jason did an excellent job with helping me get car with no problems. Until I picked up the car to find that the 370Z Nismo was not as advertised it was a base model, worth approximately 7000 dollars less than I paid. I picked up the car after dealership was closed, and have since contacted them twice. NO ONE WILL SPEAK TO ME OR RETURN MY CALL. These people have committed fraud and I am now in the process of filing charges..Now they wont send title so I cant get tag..
Sam was a excellent sales men did a lot of communication over phone and texting . Always return phone calls and answer my questions . Just a update had the car for two month battery went bad with the battery cables had to replace both. Called prestige to split the bill had not had the car for 30 days.The bill was 150.00 that would be 75.00 a piece called at least 20 times. Also when car arrived both front tires were ball they send me two used tires one had a hole in it had to call them to get use ones. These people one they sale the car you are on your own. I will never buy a care out of state without looking at it first. Next step BBB.
Definitely recommend this place to new car buyers no hassle no hidden problems and they were as honest as can be. I also got a great deal on a higher mileage range rover with very little problems so far the vehicle has been great and its been almost a year since I bought it! I actually went to look at another 300, but he went out of his way to make sure I got the one I wanted! Very respectful, not pushy whatsoever, highly recommend!
Seen a vw beetle convertible online talked to salesman on the phone and said it was a great car and drove great. I than drove 2.5 hours from West of Toledo to see the car, after we had the finance in order went out and seen the car salesman than stated that engine light just came on today but its nothing big. Proceeded on a test drive and was completely surprised not even 3 miles into the test drive the transmission was slipping and shifting hard enough to knock out the fillings in my teeth! The car barely made it back to the dealer. Went inside told the salesman about the fatal flaw of the car he seemed like he didnt believe me or care, than proceed to say that the car came with a warranty so the transmission would be replaced by the warranty smh. WHO in their right mind would buy a car with a bad transmission for full sticker price and have it towed because it wont make it 10 miles under its own power? Complete waste of 6 hours of my life! And nor did I receive any type of apologies for them lying to me about how nice of a driver this car was or for wasting my time. STAY AWAY
I walked in and Was first greeted by Sam Ute. He welcomed me In and treated me with the upmost respect. He listened to what I had to say and my complaints about other dealerships. He took everything I said into consideration and help me get out with a nice ride!!! Would definitely recommend coming here and I would definitely work with Sam again. Great guy!! Do not go here I never gave all my financial information yet they ran my credit multiple times trying to get a car that I had never shown interest in. I called once then I had multiple hits on my credit report. Run far away
I was very pleased with my experience at Prestige. Highly recommend them! I was excited to find the exact car that I was looking for at a better price than any other dealership. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating of my crazy work schedule and were willing to hurry things along so I could get back in time. I paid cash and accidentally overpaid on my car and they were honest enough to tell me and return the money. Also, when I purchased my car I noticed there were a few things cosmetically that I would like fixed. It was not a deal breaker, but I was just looking for an estimate on how much it would be. Prestige fixed them for me at no charge. Bryce their general manager is fantastic at his job. He has 5 things going on at once and somehow he keeps everything running smoothly. He kept me updated on my repairs and gave me a loaner while mine was being fixed. Overall it was a pleasure working with them and I will definitely go back for my next car!
I Have purchased a total of 2 vehicles from prestige and have been very satisfied with the professionalism and service from thier entire staff.. My salesman Jeff Neloms is highly recommended. He isnt pushy and is very knowledgeable about sales and vehicles prestige had to offer . He was very patient with me and understandable on both occasions because I am a very particular individual and I knew exactly what I wanted. It didnt seem as if he was trying to sell me something but did his best to provide the best quality of service and he made sure he got me paired up with the vehicle that best fit my needs. I kept my first purchase from prestige 2 years and it was a used vehicle and I had ZERO repairs... Definitely quality cars....
I found a great car on their website earlier this week and was excited to find out that it was at Prestige Auto Group because my parents bought a car from there less than a year ago. They were taken care of with respect and their car buying process was extremely smooth. I went to the dealership on Wednesday, for a test drive, and dealt with Gaige. He was very kind from the start and things were going smoothly. After the test drive, Gaige and I talked about the price of the car, and he explained to me that they are willing to talk about numbers and would let me know what his manager could do. A few hours later, Gaige calls me to get things ready for me to purchase the car the next day. We ran a credit check, talked about my desired monthly payment and I explained my down payment. He explained that he would call me back tomorrow with news on the deal. I texted him the following morning asking for any updates and did not get a response. Later that night I come to find out that the car is no longer on the website. I texted Gaige again, asking if we were stilling continuing forward with the purchase. Still no response. I followed up with a final asking if he sold the car. And no response. I understand being a car business, I also understand that a dealership will take a higher offer than yours even if your offer was first. However, I do not understand dragging a customer along and then not responding for days, while in the middle of negotiations. This dealership sells great cars that are in very good condition, but if customer service is important to you during the car buying process, this is not the place to go.
Imagine this scenario...you call about a car for your DAUGHTERS CHRISTMAS PRESENT and they tell you the car is available. You drive over an hour to test drive the car. You are on a test drive and decide you want to purchase the car. When you arrive back to the dealership with CASH IN HAND to buy the car the salesman tells you someone called over the phone and put a deposit down and it is no longer available. In what world does a dealership sell the car out from under someone who is literally test driving a car?!? Clicking one star for this dealership was painful...they are the worst, dont waste your time with this shady, dishonest place!!!!

By far the worst customer service Ive ever encountered at a car lot. The first salesman made big promises right off the bat and continued making them throughout the whole application process. It got dragged out, he wouldnt answer my calls, and so I went back to the location. Another salesman there said he would continue the process for me, the bank said theyd have an answer in half an hour, and that turned into well over 3 hours. It was only after I called and finally got a pickup that I was informed they couldnt do what they said they would do. Wasted half my week.
OMG Prestige is the place to purchase an automobile.Was out shopping last week and ran across a pearl Nissan Rogue 2017 with only 20,000 miles on it.My husband and I are out grocery shopping hadnt intended on buying a car.But once I got to look at the inside I had to test drive it.She has all the bells and whistles and then some.There was a Salesman outside named Tony, I asked him would it be possible for me to get the keys and get a closer look. He said sure no problem give me a second, once I got a good look at her , starter. her up looked at the inside, looked over the outside again. I took her for a test drive.I fell in love with her.Tony asked me what I think, I said I think I want her, yes I definitely want her . I put down a $500 deposit.Tony wrote me up a bill of sales , went to my credit union the next day.Filled out all my information with them and they gave me a certificate to purchase and now Miss Pearl belongs to me😁😁😁.Prestige made this a very smooth transaction Im quite happy with everyone, Tonys an awesome salesman,Thank you to the team, thank you Tony thank you prestige
Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them, their communication was excellent and helpful. Right from the get go they were courteous and not pushy. If they have a vehicle I want again in the future I will definitely check with them!

Unfortunately having to leave this 1 star review; purchased a used car from them in March. To start, as soon as I paid for the car, I could barely get the salesman to respond to anything; he ignored my questions via text and call, whereas before I paid he was very urgent about my quick response. If this were the only problem, however, I would not be writing this review (ignoring that the salesman was untruthful regarding details about the car, such as it having an aftermarket security system when I explicitly asked if it had one). Via investigation of my own, I was made aware that when they sold me the car, they did not even have the title in their possession. This resulted in a wait of 2 months, and 2 temporary plates, just to get an Ohio title, which I now have to transfer to my state as I was an out of state buyer (cant even legally drive the car until I receive the new plate and registration in the mail because it took so long and I was not sent a 3rd temporary plate). I never received so much as an apology from anyone about this, and I only received the title after I contacted the Ohio Attorney General’s office and filed a complaint. Id like to believe that this was all unintentional, but they did not seem to care in the slightest.

Went to Prestige to buy my wife a vehicle and Ty was very patient and relaxed and showed us everything we wanted to see. The price was reasonable and the process overall was pretty smooth. A little negotiation process took place with the extended warranty which turned out favorably and the rest was very smooth and the process was quicker then in the past when we bought from other dealers. Good job and very personable. Our payment at the end was much lower then we planned before going in.

Ty was our sales guy and he was AWESOME! He didnt fluff you and say how great they were, it just showed by the way their hole place conducts business. We drove over 2 hours to meet up, the car was ready and exactly what we expected it to be with no unexpected surprises. The finance manager went thru the whole financial sheet line by line and explained it in full detail which was helpful. Bryan their finance guy never pushed us to buy any extra coverage, just offered and explained. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice vehicle and will go back again as the drive is totally worth it!
Ty and Boone were so Awesome. My cousin and I came here to possibly get a car and left with much more. Not only did she get a vehicle as a first time buyer but both of these gentlemen were patient, kind, and genuine. We had great conversations about life and whats in store next for both my cousin and myselfs future. We shared laughs and giggles and test drove the car. This was just an overall great experience to have at a car dealership especially being two women and fisrt time financing.
Prestige was very helpful in find the car for me. I live 2 hrs away. Before I arrived in town the prep work was already done. If asked for pic or had a question, it was answered in a matter of seconds or minute. All I had to do is test drive when I got to the dealership. I have never seen a used car dealership offer road side assistance for a used car 6 months it 6,000 miles. That amazing. If I have to by from this dealership I would recommend them in a heart beat. I can say only the nicest things about this car dealer. I bought a 2011. Mercedes from them, several months ago, and it works like a new one, the car is in a perfect condition. Its price was more than reasonable, the buying process was easy and I would highly recommend their huge selection of used cars. Jason was very helpful and without him I wouldn’t find such a great European car. Thank you Jason and I will use services of this company in the future.
From the second we got out of our old car to the minute we left the lot in our new car, service and communication was extraordinary. Both Bryan (our salesman) and Benjamin (the finance guy) were wonderful and walked us through the process step-by-step with patience, ease and sincerity. So far, so good. The sales manager, and the salesman (Jeff) we spoke with were both very accommodating. Very willing to answer any questions we had, and address any issues we found with the vehicle quickly. We havent made a decision yet, but I would feel much more confident in a purchase here than at some of the bigger, more high-volume dealerships we have been to recently. Purchasing a used vehicle can be tricky, it is always a buyer beware situation. These guys were more than willing to let us take the vehicle to our own mechanic for an inspection.

My experience with Prestige Auto Group was out of this world. I never felt high pressured or attacked by some out of control salesman like other large Akron dealerships Ive been to. I spoke to James Jones and told him an ML350 was coming to his store per a car selling website. He was unaware but checked right away and contacted me the next morning. James was busy and turned it over to Steve Lawson. Steve was able to setup an appointment to test drive the ML350. I was amazed how clean and spotless this vehicle was. I asked Steve to see if I was allowed to take it to a mechanic to check it over. He said yes which other dealerships said no. He said to drive it home for a day or two. Steve worked with Me and my Wife on financing this vehicle after I said I would take it. Steve found the best rate. I would highly recommend Prestige Auto Group to all new car buyers. Prestige is doing the right way where other large dealerships are failing.

They have nice cars. Sales guys are pretty good. They worked as a team to get my deal done. So I give the sales guys thumbs up on that.Maintenance crew there has NO attention to detail. Sent me on my way with 2 lug nuts missing on 2 tires (4 total lugs). Thats plain unsafe and Im not sure how that happens. Especially being I had a 5 hr ride home. I was pretty bent at that. So my suggestion is to look over cars with great detail.1 more note.They gave me a trade in value over the phone and when I showed up, they said they made a mistake. In the end they valued my trade in significantly lower. My instincts tell me it was an honest mistake, but buyers should be aware of this and see if a pattern exists or not.

Got a very nice low mileage, one owner car for my daughter. Bryan was great, we weren’t sure what to do so he let us have the car for two days while we decided. I like that they were so upfront with the carfax, some places just arent. Also it had the original floormats. I’ve been looking for a used car for awhile and so many places don’t sell the cars with these for whatever reason.
Bryan was very helpful and made for a pain free process. Bought a 04 Volvo that had some issues but they made a fair deal and were a pleasure to deal with. They appear to have super nice clean cars generally and I will definitely keep them in mind and they will be one of the first places I check when I need a car in the future.
Jeff is by far one of the best. Truly take full use of the term above and beyond. A very patient and understanding sales person. Wasnt afraid to answer questions over the phone or text as I had just had a baby. Also even got the car delivered same day. Follow thru and anf follow up I will reccomend Jeff to anyone I know needing a quality used car.

Overall a good experience. They were prompt and had no problem answering question, or even lifting the car up so we could take a look underneath. As long as the car holds up, I am completely satisfied and I would recommend coming here to purchase a car! As a 22 year old first time buyer, sales consultant Ty and Boone took their time and helped me remove credit inquires that did not look good to help my approval odds. They made the process quick and easy. They carefully explained everything as I was not sure about many things. I did a trade in with a 2003 4 door saturn and was approved for a hondai 2017!! I did not have to provide a pay stubb as I was only one week into my new job. I was referred to them by a friend who also got a car from them that she recently paid off. They work with many different banks and found one willing to take a chance on me without a cosigner and with credit of almost 700. This was a great experience. I seriously recommend them for first time buyers.
It was an easy and generally pleasant experience buying a vehicle from Prestige. Salesmen were kind, helpful, and not overly pushy. The car I bought has been in two minor accidents, which was not mentioned up front. I saw this history on the Carfax report that they provided upon request. Car also had slight vibrations at high speed on the freeway, and the manager took it to have the tires balanced before selling. This helped but did not eliminate the problem. It turned out I needed four new tires to resolve everything, and Ive driven the car about 700 miles with no issues since then. All that is to say that Prestige is a fine place to buy a car, just make sure to do your due diligence when purchasing any used vehicle.
Jeff was great to work with. It is a low pressure environment, and the selection of vehicles is excellent. They had multiple options in the cars we were looking for and and some unexpected options. My wife and I just bought a 2016 Forester from Prestige last weekend. The salesman, Bryce, was very personable and came off as very honest....everyone we met there did. We were looking at a similar car in the area. The other vehicle was a little cheaper and had less mileage (but was a lower package). The guys at prestige checked the carfax of the other vehicle and saw that it was clean. They said it looked like a great deal but that they hope we would do business with them. This is one of the main reasons that we ultimately went with Prestige....that and we loved the extras in the touring package and the price was under kelley blue book. I would definitely recommend Prestige to my friends and family.

After carefully considering a number of dealership around, I decided to buy from prestige auto group due to the good things I read about them. I felt welcome right from the first call till the purchase was complete. Everyone was helpful and attentive to my needs. All the cars I checked were exactly as described online and I felt no pressure at all dealing with them. Don’t wouldn’t look anywhere else for a reliable car dealership.

My teen daughter totaled her car, so we were on the hunt for a good car with at a great price. We searched for about two weeks, A friend told me about Prestige Auto group in Tallmadge so I figure what the heck lets check them out. From the minute I stepped onto the lot til I left the entire staff was absolutely amazing an very helpful. Since I had no clue of what I was looking for. We left we a great car also with a 6 month warranty, they also let me know if I had any issues with the car in the future they would help me out.

I recently bought a car from Prestige, which stalled in the middle of an intersection six days after purchase. I brought the vehicle back to Prestige for repair, they made repairs and condescendingly told me I needed to maintain my vehicle better. I have only had the vehicle for 30 days at this point. I assumed Prestige would have performed maintenance on the vehicle before selling it. Prestige was apparently not happy with my response because after bringing my car home from their repair shop both drivers side tires went flat. There was also another tire they had given me as part of our purchase agreement in my trunk with three nails in it. Through the course of the last month there has been correspondence between Prestige and myself through text message. I am a forward person who tells it like it is, apparently Prestige is not happy with that and blessed me with nails in my tires. So glad the nails were found before any damage was done. I am anxious to pay off this vehicle so I will never have to deal with this company again.

He got me approved within an hour and for the car that I liked!! He did not act like a salesman trying to upsale me and treat me like another number.He felt more like a friend then salesman. He communicated well and answered me via text and call.A week and a half after I got it the immobilizer on the jetta is giving me stress, they are willing to help me get it taken care of even tho they dont have to.I recommend this place
I was looking on the net for a befitting car for my son’s 18th birthday and came across a gorgeous KIA on Prestigeautoz. I thought the price was too good to be true so I gave them a call and polite customer service attendant won me over and scheduled a comfortable meeting date so I can confirm the car was as described and in top condition. Jason went over all the details and I was convinced. Paperwork was seamless and I got the car. Now I have the happiest 18 year old in the world and it’s all thanks to their world-class services. No rating is high enough to give everyone at Prestige Autos the credit they deserve.
Our salesman....Ty Davis was honest, upfront and a pleasure to work with. We love the car!!! The only room for improvement would have been a more thorough wash/detail.
Went in there to finance a Mercedes ML350. Sat there for about an hour before they told me the banks would get back to them tomorrow since it was the end of the day. The next day comes along, no phone call. Two days later, I call back and “Youre approved, send in a paystub and someone will get back to you”. I send in my paystub and spend the next 3 days trying to reach someone, when I check the website and the Mercedes is gone. It’s now weeks later, and STILL no one had the decency to even tell me they sold the car from underneath me. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB and telling everyone I know not to shop with these people.
Roman was amazing! he made what is usually an agonizing process so fast and easy, not a headache at all. You can tell he cares that your getting the car YOU WANT and you are not just getting stuck with whatever. I could tell I wasnt just a commission to him, unlike every other salesman Ive dealt with through this process. He answered every question I had on the spot because he takes the time to learn what hes selling you and is knowledgeable about cars. Took in my car to trade in, knowing I was going to have a high negative equity, I didnt know what I was going to be eligible for. I went in with low expectations of what I was going to come home with. The whole staff was soo friendly and extremely helpful. They not only assisted me with the utmost kindness and professionalism but they were able to put me in a vehicle Ive been wanted for years with my budget. I cant speak highly enough of them! I Purchased a vehicle online and was out of state. The vehicle was listed as having been in a previous accident but the dealer never told me that the front bumper was held up by zip ties rather than being professionally repaired. Upon receiving my vehicle I am mediately noticed that the bumper have issues and took it to a Body shop. $6500 in repairs. Shame on me for not asking the dealer if the repairs on the vehicle were professionally completed or what is the bumper hanging by zip ties just for the pictures. Buyers beware!!!! Be smarter than me. If the deal looks too good to be true, it probably is. My Jeep was a few thousand less than the others online. Between what I paid for the vehicle, the repair costs and the shipping I could’ve purchased a local certified preowned vehicle with a warranty.This is as much my fault as it is this dealership, but I would expect dealers to give you all of the facts about a vehicle without having to ask or dig. That’s just good business. They will never get my business again and I hope for your sake they don’t get yours.

Good car selection and good customer service. I had concerns about possible leaks and a dead battery. They were able to reimburse me for a new battery and inspect the car further with their mechanic. The car was fine and it runs smoothly!!!

The lot and cars were pristine and my daughter thought they would be to expensive and not care to help us since we were not spending much money. I walked in and saw Jeff Neloms and did the worst thing you could do buying cars..I said I was desperate and had blank dollars to work with. Do not recommend buying a car from here at all, bought a Ram from them and they said it had no issues, ended up having a oil leak and they also didn’t check the oil or do an oil change before I took it home, before I could go get an oil change the truck died from being so low on oil and now I have to spend another $3,000 putting a new motor in so they really screwed me over. Don’t recommend this place at all.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! STAY FAR AWAY... some people are raving about a guy named Mike that worked here but after he sold me my vehicle, they fired him! The tires on this car were terrible as well!!! The put air into one tire that had near 85psi!!!! I could have hit a pothole and been in a serious accident had a mechanic not check the flat I had the day after I bought it! Mike promised to give me shocks for my car and then they fired him! They are to cheap to give them to me and I probably will never see them, and thats probably why they fired him!!! The manager said he promised to give them to me and know he is ignoring all my calls and texts. I wish I could give them no stars at all. Bottom line, stay away!!!

Not making a good impression! They missed the original delivery date because they didnt get the needed repairs done over the two days (Sat & Mon). Today, they missed returning a phone call to confirm an exact pickup time for tomorrow.Theyre a wholesaler so they dont detail the vehicles until they sell them.I will either replace this review tomorrow, if they follow-through, or add to it, if they dont.Follow-up: I elected to not buy the vehicle because the day I was to take delivery, I drove it again and it had a new, horrible sound in the rear axle/suspension that wasnt there the first time I drove it. They tried to fix this vehicle but did so shadily or incompetently... either way, not worth buying from there.

It is such a shame that Im reading some of these reviews about this dealership. They seem to have decent cars that seem to know what theyre talking about. But you when you have people having great experiences and people having horrible experiences, it makes you definitely ready to go the other way. I mean how could I go spend thousands of dollars on a vehicle after the horror stories Im hearing or read it. Yes, Im sure some people get a great car here and there. But for the majority, hard-working, unsuspecting person comma I feel like spending my money there would be an absolute waste of time. Its a shame the dealerships are allowed to do this without having some sort of repercussions. Above all, none of these people that Im reading reviews about have had any resolve from the dealership. I need a new car, like yesterday, so Prestige Auto was somewhere I was definitely considering. Today, with the internet a few clicks away, it would be stupid and I mean absolutely Ludacris not to read Google or any other reviews. Its a shame prestige.
My salesmen Mitch was amazing! He was straight forward honest and low pressure. Pete the finance manager was also very pleasant to work with. The entire dealership was friendly and nice to work with.
It was the greatest car buying experience ever! My man Roman Got me Approved before hand to the car i wanted. He was like a Car Guru knew everything Went over the car sent pictures i was already sold before coming in! Very honest and hard working guy. Reviews have to be fake... this is the worse car dealership in akron. They are a total rip off. My boyfriends financed a car from them, kept up with all his payments on time for 8 months straight within those 8 months he replaced the transmission TWICE, replaced the tires damn near every other week, there was an oil leak, something wrong with the exhaust, car kept breaking down every other week and prestige did NOTHING to compromise or assist us. In fact when the engine went out and the car broke down after the 14th time; costing us our jobs, we called prestige for a trade in every other day after the car broke down, Bryce the “ manager “ promised us a solution but never got back to us. That car broke down two months ago and still is on the same street we left it on and called prestige to pick it up but yet that car is still there abandoned and they expect us to still make payments on it till this day. Bryce the manager is a very nasty unprofessional con artist. I wouldn’t ever go to a car dealership like them. They suck out all your money and have poor customer service.

Dishonest, dont do what they say they will, and ZERO integrity.I am from Colorado, and I found exactly what I was looking for listed with these guys. After several phone calls, I arranged to fly in to purchase the vehicle. We had agreed on price and some things to be done by the time I arrived, and I was assured the vehicle was in great shape.When I arrived, the car was on the lift in the back- I should have walked out and gotten on a plane right then. The brakes were on the list of pre-agreed things to be completed- when I asked if they had been done, I was told they had. I could tell from looking at them that I was being lied to. One of the headlights wasnt working, and they broke one of the wheel speed sensors while working on the car. My options were to buy another plane ticket home, or just buy the car. They knew they had me in this position, were very unwilling to negotiate, and very anxious to take advantage of the predicament that managed to put me in. I should have just cut my losses, but I decided to go ahead.They gave me super-cheap, generic brake parts to compensate for the brakes not being done, though it was still my job to have them installed (8 hours of labor, about $600). They also wrote the speed sensor on the list of we owe. I drove the car home.One year and $2000 later, I have finally fixed almost all the things wrong that were wrong with the car when I bought it- gotten the brakes fixed, the stereo was causing a battery drain (which almost stranded me at a rest stop in Kansas), the alignment was horribly off... and STILL no sensor I was promised. Thing is, everything wrong with it was blatantly obvious to any dealer that would have had the car for longer than two days, and I was in correspondence with them for two weeks prior to purchasing.So these guys are either:A. Completely dishonestB. Absolutely negligentC. Know nothing about carsD. All of the aboveI still want my wheel speed sensor, and youre still obligated to send it to me.
Shady. They sold me an is250 the salesman said they would fix the air pressure sensor. He and the manager left me sitting there while he took a car to another prestige dealership. Once I bought it the manager bascally said it is not a safety issue its your problem. I took it to Firestone there were no sensors in it and the wheels had lug nut that were locked. Searched car no lug nut key. Funny thing brand new tires. As it stands $700 later it was fixed. I am a pharmacist the most trusted of the healthcare professionals. Do not buys from these guys.
I have never left a bad review here before, but looking at this as a pay it forward type of thing, I would implore you to avoid the Tallmadge location at all costs.We bought a vehicle because I was looking for a lower cost vehicle that would be good on gas for work and for the animal rescue transport that I do. I drove it for about 12 days and took it to the mechanic because the overheating light was coming on. He told me someone had rigged up a little fan to try to keep the car from overheating and that it had a blown head gasket and needed a whole new motor. Obviously, none of this was disclosed (as legally, it should have been) or I never would have bought it. The car was EXTREMELY misrepresented, and I would dare say the issues were intentionally hidden. I trusted them to be honest with me because I live 1.5 hours away and didnt have a mechanic in the area to check it out. That was certainly a huge mistake on my part.We have called in OVER 30 TIMES in the last few months and NO ONE WILL TAKE OR RETURN OUR CALLS.-They also listed the car as having an air bag. It does not. (HUGE issue which Im pretty sure is illegal, not to mention as unethical as it comes).-The vehicle was listed as having antilock breaks. They do not work (the brakes were supposed to be fixed prior to sale). Both brake lights are still on.-The vehicle was listed as having air conditioning. It does not work.-The vehicle was listed as having cruise control. It does not. Nor does it even have a cruise button or setting.-We specifically asked if it would pass PA state inspection. They told me it would. It will not.-We also asked if the car was mechanically good. They assured me it was. It is absolutely not.The car was sold as-is, but it is my understanding that a dealership cannot avoid liability for intentionally failing to disclose a serious problem with a vehicle by hiding behind an As-Is clause. What theyve done easily constitutes auto fraud (most specifically, the air bag and the switch to cool the engine that was damaged) and going by these other reviews, I am not the only one theyve done this to. So now I am stuck making payments and covering insurance on what is basically a lawn ornament since it wont even start. I cant even drive it to transfer the title. Please save yourself the headache and go someplace else.
I LOVE the Jeep Commander we purchased frome these wonderful folks! They are fast, cputeous, polite and they dont follow you around like other car lots do! I LOVED the freedom to look at the cars without help! The folks I see leaving complaints are probably from the dealerships actoss the street because my personal experience wa positive and I would recommend them! My (only) disappointment from the deal is about 20 miles down the road the change oil light came on :( we checked the oil at home and it was really bad) Mistake happe. AND we plan on buying lots of vehicles here!!
First off what a a selection of cars, its like a big toy store. I fell in love with a truck I found online at Prestige Auto Sales. I called them on Saturday and they informed me the car was still available. I stopped in a few hours later and met my sales repo Oganes. He was incredibly friendly and took me outside to view the vehicle even though it was snowing like crazy. We went in and worked some numbers and I drove away with the vehicle that day. The staff was incredibly helpful and I want togive Jon and Oganes a big shout out for the incredible service. I will definitely be back!Don

This place is a total joke. My husband bought a truck there 4 months ago.. yesterday we traded it in because the engine blew.. we were completely mislead. They are completely NON negotiable. Treated me like I didnt know anything or how dare I ask a question. Awful, awful place. Oh and not to mention we were lied to about the car fax. When we went to trade it in they go, it was in a major accident, but Im sure you know that already. Im truly surprised this place is in business still or hasnt been sued for fraud. If a 2004 black f150 lariat comes back to them Ill save you some time at the mechanic, it needs a new engine, timing chain, cam phasers, the steering column is about to go bad, the tires are new but the wheels are rusting and the tire pressure goes down every couple of weeks, the analytic converter is almost completely rusted through, and the entire underneath is rusted. The truck is being sold at auction.. and thats apparently all they buy from. Save your time and engery. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! We learned our lesson in buying cars the hard way.. dont make the same mistake we did! Wouldnt be surprised if they dont respond to this review.
READ THIS. If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a 2007 Kia Optima for $4,500 in May of 2016 and the same day I drove it off the lot, the check engine light came on. I have a 6month/6,000mile warranty that covers the engine, so I of course called them and told them what the issue was. They took the car, looked it over, and came to the conclusion that I just needed an O2 sensor replaced, so they replaced it. The next day my check engine light was back on so I called them again. They took the car, replaced another sensor, and sent me on my way. The light AGAIN came back on the next day. I kept taking the car in over and over and nothing was resolved, so eventually I took the car to another auto body shop, paid them to look at it, and they concluded that parts of my engine had been CUT OUT and replaced with cheap parts that werent working, like a faulty converter. My timing belt is out of sync, and my keyfob is broken. Im convinced that Prestige knew what they were selling, and just chose not to disclose this information to me. They were just fixing it to get me past the 30 day mark after purchasing it. But of course, I bought the car as is. So I took all of the information that the other auto body shop gave me back to Prestige, asked them what could be done about it, and they took the car and replaced the converter for free, but now my car is seeming to have more issues. It is not running properly, and theres nothing that can be done about it. So I am responsible for another $2,000 in repairs, and I will never be buying from Prestige again. When you buy a car, you shouldnt have to pay all that extra money for repairs, unless you are intentionally buying a lemon!! Some of these reviews are positive, but seriously buyer beware! They were not concerned about putting me in a safe vehicle.

Typical used car dealership. Pressure sales taking advantage of a young car buyer. Ultimately this was our sons decision, but we listened while the guy told him this car was going to go over night,we have a list of 60 people that were looking at that car. They would not lower the price saying they just put $200 into the car. we got the car home the warrantee they offered did not Cover what was wrong with the car. The blue smoke that started coming out right before we got home. Which ended up being an injector. Also, the part they said they fixed needs fixed so obviously a dealership full of liarscover

2022-03-06DON’T BUY HERE, within under a month 2 lights have came on and the refuse to fix any of it even after me purchasing a extended warranty. I never been haggled on price and when taking to the service advisor (Chris) he said “we used to buy junk cars to try and fix them and sell but not anymore” this place is a joke and has a awful overturn rate and the worse mechanics ever. I also had to change all 4 rotors and breaks because they were warped and over heated

2022-03-26If youre coming from out of state save your gas. My husband wanted a stick shift and they had a Cruze he liked. He spoke to someone on the phone and was clear about our financials, downpayment, and payment preference. They agreed, we drove out. They had three hours of us driving to contact us and did not. The minute we sat down they inform us theyll need 500 more for the down payment, plus the monthly went up. Not much, mind you, but its the point. I was ready to walk out and wish I had. Oh, and they do give you a Carfax, but make sure you go over it thoroughly. The Cruze was in two accidents that they failed to mention, but hey its in the carfax so theyre covered.

2022-05-03We purchased a 2015 Tahoe on December 27th 2021.We had to replace the battery January 3rdTransmission went out on February 18th leaving me(and my 4 kids under 7)without a vehicle for 6.5 weeks.I spent so much time calling and texting, trying to get ahold of people. No one knows what they are doing and just try to shove you on to another person.I have reached out through phone and email for them to have a chance to mediate the situation but that has gone no where.

2020-02-07I stopped by after seeing a nice 2019 Ram for sale on their website not fully intending on buying a vehicle that day. However, Ty Davis and his team at Prestige in Tallmadge made me an offer I couldnt refuse on my trade. Ive purchased many cars from larger dealerships yet had never had as good of an experience as I had in dealing with Mr. Davis. He was respectful and patient as I made my decision, the office didnt play games, it was not a long drawn out process, and of coarse the vehicle I purchased did not have any issues after driving off the lot. If you are in the market for a vehicle dont hesitate to give Ty a call.

2022-02-23My husband and I drove over 3 hours to do business with this group. Spent almost 13,000 out of pocket on a vehicle. Was reassured this vehicle was in excellent working condition. Also was told that the timing chain had just been replaced. Well day 2 found out we couldnt open the passenger door, then the exhaust and muffler needed repair, now the timing chain (the supposed new part) has went out. We have had the vehicle for less than 2 months and have had to put alot of additional money in just to keep it running. The response we received from sales was I dont know what you want me to do about it. Now myself being a nurse and my husband working in the RV industry...we have very little knowledge in cars. We put alot of trust into these people...we did not expect a perfect vehicle as it was used, however with what we spent I expected a reliable one!

2022-03-18What a joke. Stereotypical liar scummy dealership. Terrible finnancing offers for high credit scores. The car was delivered with broken windshield wiper sprayers that they have still not sent the replacement after three weeks or moreBrian the manager would not respond to my texts about getting the paperwork going. They acted like nothing was their fault and couldnt even apologize for their mess ups. DONT FINNANCE WITH THEM! DONT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

2021-10-30If i could give them a ZERO i would millions times over. Jeff who said was sales, then identified himself as sales manager, then when asked to speak to finance manager, he said he was also finance. Bryan, the so called finance manager, was rude to my wife and was always giving her the run around. Or was never there, he always had family emergencies. Our 1st initial contact with them was to purchase a vehicle we saw on their website with delivery charge included in the price of the vehicle. They couldnt finance my wife he said, said they had no bank who would do it. My wife called them later letting them know she was pre-qualified by one of their banks.....at that point we wanted to pull away for not actually trying to get the deal. But we gave it a shot. It took them nearly 3 weeks after my wife did their work for them ...only for them to come back and ask for more money for delivery! We pulled away from the deal, found the same car elsewhere the same day, did the deal in ONE-DAY and they were able to deliver the car next day. PRESTIGE AUTO is a joke. Everyone there including Megan, were very unprofessional. The only one who had professionalism was Sam.
