Dont buy a used car from here! I dont know who inspects them but I was sold a car that leaks water on the inside of it. I have an auto-Immune disease making it hard to simply take care of myself most days, I did my best to check everything over before purchase but its happening in a very non obvious place and the smell was masked by cleaner. Unfortunately I purchased it right before winter and didnt know to look for leaking water because it was snowing not raining. I called and asked for any kind of help, maybe even just a suggestion of what to do but was met with what was close to a simple cant help ya, bye. (then hung up on, even though I was very polite) I feel I got completely screwed by Tariq and the dealership.

I have bought 2 cars at Premier my first car there was an 09 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I have it still 9 years later. There service department is through and efficient as my car has needed minimal repairs mostly just maintenance. So 2 years ago this month I bought my new to me 2014 Toyota Highlander. Had oil change and tire rotation today and the other other thing needed was a tail light and a small window washer leak in the back. Thank you for taking such good care of my vehicles and for selling quality vehicles. I send everyone I know to Premier as they are a quality service center and sell quality vehicles.

Helpful, friendly staff. For my first car purchase nobody came off as intimidating, and made it clear they were there to help. Didnt try and sell me anything I didnt need, and answered my questions as we went through the steps leading up to the purchase.From the recommendation of my friend, I also recommend giving premier toyota of Amherst a shot, just have a good idea of what your looking for ahead of time helps both you and the dealers figure out what works for you.
Keith and Jennifer were a great help especially when it came to getting approved and into my Jeep Wrangler. I had other deals with other dealerships and Keith presented with the best offer out of all of them when it came to my down payment and interest rate.They both even stayed past close to work around my work schedule.
Phil was very friendly and knowledgeable. Premier Toyota would have gotten 5 stars but drove new car off lot and the fuel light came on as we drove onto highway.Spoke with Brett at Premier and they will have us come back to fill the tank up to full. Brett was apologetic over the empty tank and now the 5 stars are well deserved to the friendly staff at Premier!
I met 2 great employees at Premier Toyota of Amherst. Tarik is a great Sales Person who knows how to treat people, very attentive to your wants or needs in a car. Great customer service, listens attentively and does his best to make you happy. Recommend him highly. Then I met the Finance Director, does a great job, friendly, is a person that offers several options for extended guarentee and doesnt push you to make a decision you dont want or cant make. Happy with my choice and employees.
Second new vehicle I have purchased at Premier and they always make sure I get what I wanted and more. Working with Steve was awesome. Hes up front about everything and kept in great communication over what turned put to be a very long process with recent world events. I have a feeling my next new vehicle will be purchased at Premier as well .

I recently purchased my 2022 4Runner TRD Off Road at Premier Toyota. My experience could not have been better. I was concerned about the current circumstance with the shortage of new cars being available, so I decided to drive farther than I normally would have to look for a car. I was so happy I did. My salesman was Grant. He did a great job of understanding what I wanted given the challenges of todays market conditions. He gave me different options and really made an effort to constantly check on inventory. When the 4Runner I was looking for came available (sooner than I ever expected), Grant immediately contacted me (literally in minutes) and now I have the car I wanted. I was fortunate to be working with such a great person like Grant and the rest of the team at Premier Toyota. Every person at Premier Toyota I interacted with (Finance, Parts, Sales) were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I had not expected to receive the wonderful treatment that I got at Premier Toyota. I came to Premier as a result of a Kelly Blue Book evaluation on my Honda, so I expected that the salesperson would attempt to downgrade the evaluation, lower the amount and try to sell me something that I didn’t want. Imagine my surprise when I discovered a salesman who really wanted to help me—in fact a whole company that wanted to help me get the best deal possible! And I did.
I cannot say enough how amazing Premier Amherst’s Service Team is! When Shane learned that the 4 tires that was ordered and previously quoted were the incorrect model for my 4Runner, he took the initiative to search their inventory and actually found a new set that a previous customer did not want. Not only did I get the tires that I needed, Shane also honored the price that was quoted! You definitely don’t find customer service like this anymore. Premier Toyota Amherst- you have a client for life!
Waste of time. I called on a Tuesday to have new pads and rotors put in my RAV4. I was quoted $280 for pads and rotors. I specifically asked to have new rotors because I could see that the rotors were worn. The lady repeated that it was for pads and rotors. When I dropped my car off- the guy just quickly said what was being done. He just said back brakes. I didnt think anything of it at the time. After I drove all of the way home- they called and told me that they didnt quote me for rotors and it was going to be $500 for the back brakes. So of course I said screw you and picked my car up. My wife and I have bought 2 cars from them over the years and I dont think I will be back unless something happens and Toyota retrains the employees. Pretty shady stuff.
Narvin DySartPurchased a 2022 Toyota Tundra and paid cash. I endured several weeks of delays. Kieth our salesman was great. The manager didnt even come over and speak until we requested him to discuss any discount. We paid full MSRP and he wasnt willing to give us any discount on the car or accessories. Poor leadership on a $52,000.00 cash purchase for my business. I dont see any reason to go back an purchase any more cars for my business or personal use at this dealership. I completely understand that margins are tight due to supply chain issues chip shortage, low inventory none of these are the fault of the customer however just comping over and speaking to a customer cost $0.00.I would like to thank Bret from Toyota Care for reaching out to me to resolve my issues. Bret immediately reached out to address my concerns. Its awesome to know that Toyota does care about giving the best customer experience possible. My truck runs great and I appreciate the follow up.

I’ve bought two cars here now and the sales associates are always friendly. Today, they were short staffed and only had one finance guy inZ I chased my two year old around for 3 hours waiting for my paperwork (there were others before me) and not a single person there looked at me crazy, but encouraged me to let him play, “it’s fine!!” So thank you for making me feel comfortable & helping me into my new vehicle painlessly!
Don’t work with Stephen!!He just want it to sell the car.I was missing the two back headrest for my Toyota prius v 2017 when I bought the the car and I accepted to leave with the car without them and he was supposed to help me get them which he didn’t do.after 3 months I got in touch with the part service after multiple attempts I just got them.It was a bad experience for me working with Stephen, He didn’t pick or reply to my last text/calls because He doesn’t care. He even said that.I thank the guy who help me without him knowing.Be greater than man when you sell anything to anyone.
We recently purchased a 2022 4Runner TRD Pro and it was a great experience. Our salesman, Jordan Nelson, was great and kept us informed during the time we were waiting for our vehicle to arrive. The finance process was smooth and I never felt pressured or anything for any extras or upsells. It ended up being a late night but we are super pleased with the vehicle and the process. I purchased my 2021 RAV4 from premier Toyota and it was a very seamless process. The salesman that helped us was Kareem and he was very upfront with the purchase price and any fees. In the end, I am very satisfied with the whole process and Kareem’s no pressure sales process. We had to replace a car after an accident. As anyone who has purchased a new car knows, inventory is scarce. We saw that Premier had one of what we were looking for, but the website was a little misleading in that they werent in physical possession of the car. It was still in transit from the factory. So, we put a good faith deposit down on it, sight unseen, and, more importantly, un-test driven.We were given a delivery window of April 28 - May 5. It arrived on May 2 and we picked it up on May 3.Here are the parts I liked:No pressure whatsoever from Jordan, our sales guy.Very little pressure from the finance guy.Jordan kept in communication with the whereabouts of the car.Jordan let us know when it came in.Financing was a breeze. Got a better rate than I was expecting and most if it was digital.No pressure on extended warranties and other extras. They were explained. Scenarios where they may come in handy were given and our decisions respected. That goes a long way.Heres the part I didnt like:I let Jordan know when we were coming in the day prior.The car wasnt ready or prepped when we arrived.(Not Jordans fault) - There was no sense of urgency by the service staff to get the car ready.It took over an hour just to be able to drive the car (not signing anything until I drive it).It took another 1 1/2 hours to finish the prep on the car.What should have taken 2 hours at the most took close to 4.That part didnt impress me.One of the selling points was the free maintenance and the fact that theyll come get the car. Theyre in Amherst. Im in Lakewood. I asked both Jordan and the Sales manager if they would go that far. They both said yes. Until the check was signed. Then its Oh...thats beyond our service area. Please dont lie to me about that. Stuff like that goes into reviews like this. Fortunately, there are other Toyota dealers who are closer.One big plus: They didnt mark anything up over sticker. Thats what I paid. (Plus the goodies afterwards and sales tax). They didnt try to stick me with anything other than what I was paying for and what was listed.This does show a level of integrity that you dont see too often anymore.With a Prius, theres never any wiggle room with the price. But not going over sticker is good.Will I buy from them again? Possibly. Will I recommend them? Yes.

I just purchased a 2022 Prius XLE. I am very pleased with the sales process and the whole experience working with Jordan Nelson and the rest of the Premier Toyota of Amherst Team.In today’s crazy market of car buying, I had contacted over 50 dealerships in search of an available car. Unfortunately, the availability was a challenge, so I had to be flexible on the trim and color. Jordan was amazing to work with. Although, initially the car wasn’t the color that I was hoping for, Jordan never pressured me or did a hard sell. Other dealerships were asking $3-5k over MSRP for “market adjustment” and other dealerships were sneaking in “aftermarket” costs for which the customer does not have an option to opt out. This cost was primarily a “diamond protective coating”, which added $1300-$2200 to the price tag.Premier Toyota of Amherst was very straight forward and never put pressure. The whole experience was wonderful. I am definitely going to purchase our next car from them again.
Today I took my 1997 Toyota avalon in today that had a check engine light on and I had no clue what was wrong with it because I bought it from an auction and never had it checked thoroughly. I also was getting lightheaded driving my car with the heat on and the windows and doors closed. They did a full car diagnosis for $139 and told me everything that was wrong with it and even steered me in the right direction of getting it replaced so I could stay safe. Turns out the car was never maintenanced and there we’re multiple leaks and engine issues. Overall, toyota did great by me and my family with their service. I thank each and every single one of them.
Our salesman (Garth) was very efficient and low-pressure and Joe in finance was also professional and efficient. The service department let us down a little - there was a huge crack in the windshield that they missed so we had to make a 3rd trip to the dealership to pick up the car.
Great dealer, great ppl, great experience. Cold called for pricing on a new rav4. Msrp plus some useful add-ons like all weather floor mats and a couple not as useful but overall reasonably priced. Ok whats available?They had one offloading a ship that was not spoken for in a great color so grabbed it. After the cars 6 weeks journey from the pacific northwest picked it up for the price quoted. No hi pressure for add-ons, fair value for my trade.Great dealer, good ppl both sales and finance, fantastic experience.

I was lured in with a reasonable “instant cash offer”(which is a partnership they’ve clearly embraced because it’s widely advertised thru the showroom) so I drove to Amherst from Elyria for inspection where presumably, they based their offer not on the number provided by their partner Kelly Blue Book or even looking at the truck, but after looking up my current payoff. I wasn’t asked for the keys and I had never seen them leave the office where they ran my vin to find out my trucks financing information. The new offer was a mere pittance, rounded to the next thousand on top of what I owe.When I responded with “Hell no!” the rep told me it needs new tires and several other items. This is where it went south. My tires are brand new $1200 a set General Grabber ATX with under 1.5k miles that I bought specifically because they are standard equipment on the F150 Tremor, so I know Ford has benchmarked them for on/off-road use. After calling him out over tires that still have the nubs and 99+ % tread needing replaced, they elevated the offer from 29k to 30, still well below the advertised offer and told me “this is the blue book value.” If you have mulled the idea of cashing in your vehicles equity in a hot market thru these services, maybe start with a different dealer, because you’ll hear from several, or expect to have your time wasted on a fake offer. Also, use a car website like I did to filter in vehicles on other lots that compare to yours in trim, condition and mileage so you understand the range in which it will be listed once you hand they keys over.

I work as a tech so I know how it can be so I dont want to be too critical of them. The service personnel was always nice and helped me out through the few issues I was having, and they were patient with me having to leave my car up there while I waited to get my test back after an unexpected possible exposure the day of dropping my car off for the initial appointment. After my test came back negative I rescheduled my appointment and of course my car was already up there so all that was left was to wait to get the results. There was some kind of error be it communication on their behalf or just them forgetting but my car was not done the day it was supposed to have the diagnostic appointment, and when I called nobody seemed to know what was going on. They said that they would get it in the next day and apologized and they keapt to that and keapt me informed on what was going on the whole time thereafter. All in all good service and I would recommend, hiccups happen and I am glad they were respectful and accommodating throughout.

I bought a used car from here about 3 weeks ago and ever since I have had to fix one thing after another. I wasnt expecting the car to be in perfect condition but I didnt think it would be this bad. I was told before I bought it that the only issue was a sensor in the engine and it would cost 300$ to fix it, and during my test drive I could tell the brakes were bad. However since then I also had to fix multiple things and spent over $1500. So BEAWARE before you buy a car from here.
My wife and I feel good about the rental experience at Toyota. We had regular car checkups at no extra charge. Periodic reports on the car were sent via email. We are moving out of state and Toyota accepted the car back one year early. We appreciate the personal touch during the good experience.
I had to wait over 2 months to receive my new vehicle. During those months, my salesman, Jordan, kept in touch with me the entire time! He sent me updates and helped me with any questions I had. When my vehicle was ready to be picked up, he sent me a text explaining what I could do before I picked my vehicle up to make my time in the dealership not as long. We had a great experience buying our car here, and that has extended into getting service. We schedule a service appointment and they have been on time. Haven’t tried to sell us things we don’t really need and weather permitting even give us a car wash!We will keep returning for service and will definitely look to them for pricing on our next car if we decide on another Toyota !
Went in to look at a 2012 BMW 328xi that was listed. Called throughout the week to see if the car was in good shape and I was approved, got the green on both. Come to the appointment I’m told the car is mechanically bad, listed for $10,000. So I went to look at some other options, which included a Cadillac DTS V8 and a Jeep Compass, both of which the salesman refused to bring out or show, due to “problems”. These two cars had been shown as inspected and warrantied. Feeling deceived, the salesman showed me a Camry, which at that point was my only option, since I had sold my vehicle to make a down payment. Going through it, I had to up my down payment and monthly payment to get this car, which I was able to do, but not wanting. Feel like the staff here is set to lure people in with what they (customer) wants, and sell what they (salesman) want.Overall the Camry I purchased is alright. For $18,000 I wish the windshield wasn’t cracked, and the paint all over the car wasn’t scratched. But it only has 116,000 miles!Search for a car somewhere else, somewhere that will let you pick what you want! (Saying it’s price permitting.)

Was in and out of the lot in 2 hours.Sales rep missed a few imperfections but then worked with me to remedy the situation fairly and is mailing me a color match paint stick since one wasnt on hand.Would purchase again from this dealer without hesitation.
I had no appointment but they greeted me with a smile and made the time for me! I knew I needed more than an oil change and my tires were worn. Recommended exactly and ONLY what my vehicle needed, even had the tires in stock! My experience is a good sales person is key. With that being said:Joe Angle, Salesperson 5 stars *professional, knowledgeable, patient, not pressuring, helps you find the car that suits you best. We test drove all cars. Asked me if I wanted to think about it and come back. Printed out spec sheets, and financing sheets. My only beef with him was he felt I could take the Highlander hybrid to a U-Haul and get a towing hitch reasonable however when I read the manual it’s stated that the warranty on the electronics/battery would be voided if I did not have an original Toyota towing hitch installed by a Toyota dealer. Apparently these are designed to work around the hybrid battery and on the 2020 model it will make the leg opening sensor unable to open the hatch regardless. The towing package quote installed was around $1500 so I have not had it put in and that was one of the primary reasons I bought such a large car was for a wheelchair ramp. The only cars capable of over 100 pound wheelchair/ramp was the Highlander or a van. This kinda defeated the purpose of the car.Jen, Finance...needs help -way too busy! 5 stars *she doesnt oversell you on extras.Chuck & Chris Managers, 5 stars *came up with lightly used 2020 hybrid model (with Joe) to cut my payment down. No one came over and tried to pressure me into anything. Long hybrid components and battery warranty by the way.You can get 100k mile warranty and 2 years free maintenance now.Toyota cars have been good for me. 11 yrs on Camry-13 yrs on Corolla-- 150k miles on both past cars. Reliable and little maintenance costs. I hope with all the electronics and hybrid model this one will be the same. I researched and Toyota still has 7 out of 10 longest lasting/mileage cars, some of the most reliable. I think they could improve a little on the interior layout yet, but the bones are usually good. Do your homework before buying. Recalls, complaints, warranties, safety ratings, special financing and incentives, average price people paid, and features you most want.Check the reviews and ask for the best sales people who are complimented by customers on Google, Yelp, Facebook, or your friends. With cars getting so expensive walk away if they are not willing to fulfill your requests for test drives or information. Call ahead and make an appointment to make sure they have time for you.I see that the maintenance department has mixed reviews so I will update this later as I start getting it serviced (for free)-yeah!.I have had my car serviced twice in maintenance - just tire rotation and oil change as per routine maintenance schedule. They don’t do everything in the manual because they say it’s not necessary. They have a drive up -drop off bay and they always greet you and go over what needs done or concerns and hold the door open politely to the service desk office. there’s a waiting room inside with aTV, fireplace, vending machines etc. and they email you the inspection results while you are waiting & perform what’s needed and wash your car (weather permitting) before bringing it back up to you. I found them very pleasant on the phone and in person and so far the car has been great and Service has been pretty good. I only have 12,000 miles on it though because I have other cars.Sometimes I wonder about the gas mileage on this car though because it does use more gas than my 13 year old Corolla. I do really enjoy all the new features for safety, navigation and comfort on the Highlander, as well as the roomy cargo area. If you haul a lot of stuff around I’d highly recommend a cargo cover or pet cover that clips onto the headrests and has a extension that you can flip out over the bumper when you’re loading and unloading which catches a lot of dirt and avoids scratching. Now that it’s winter I have noticed the defrost works really well also and between the heated seats, heated steering wheel, and good Dashboard heater it warms me up fast! I have long hair and I can wash it and it will be dry from the heaters if I have a half hour drive LOL!
Very pleased with my salesman, Jordan Nelson. Very professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable about the car my wife and I wanted to purchase. I felt that ,of course, that he wanted to sell us a car, but his interest in my wife and I, he wanted to ensure we were making the right decision. She was also concerned about making our experience pleasurable. Today was the last time I will service my vehicle at Premier Toyota. I scheduled a recall service a couple weeks ago online. A day later a got a confirmation call saying that the parts were in and my appointment was confirmed. So yesterday I dropped my truck off at 10:00am as scheduled. The repair was suppose to take 1-3 hours. I called Premier about three hours after dropping off my vehicle to check on the progress, and was told they have not yet stated working on it. A couple hours later I got another call from Premier and was told they did not have all the parts needed, and would not be able to complete the repair until approx. noon the next day. So this morning around 9:30am I got a call saying my truck was ready. As I was getting ready to go pick it up, I received another call from Premier. This time I was told that they received the parts for the recall and asked if would I like to schedule an appointment for the repair. So I explained to this guy that my truck was there right now being worked on and was just told by another guy that my truck was finished. What is going on ? After he did some checking he said my truck was completed. I am wondering - did they use my parts for one of their special customers and make me wait another day ? or did they do the repair at all? When I arrived at Premier I was given my keys and asked to sign some papers but not even a simple sorry for the confusion or an apology (good customer relations) for taking so long . Also my maintenance required light was ON when I brought my truck in, but there was no mention of that by the service technician when I picked it up. A good service dept. would never send a vehicle out of their shop with a warning light without first addressing the issue with the customer. This is not my first issue with this service dept. over the years but the final straw. So after eight years, time to move on or to another brand. Adios! Premier!
I had a wonderful experience buying my new RAV4 at Premier!! The whole staff was great, especially Tariq Muqeet, my sales person. The facility is extremely clean, comfortable and customer friendly. Im looking forward to using Premier for maintenance and future purchases and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle!Update... just upgraded to a 2022 Rav4... Jennifer in finance found me an interest rate on my loan much lower then I was able to find on my own. She made the signing of the paperwork quick and painless and didnt try to tack on extras I didnt need. Overall, very happy with my experience at Premier and I would recommend.
My daughter needed a vehicle asap as her vehicle was totaled in an unfortunate accident. We live in Vermilion this was the closet Toyota dealership. I am a big fan of Toyota as I have been a happy Lexus owner for over 15 years. My daughter is a Jeep fan. Our salesperson, Randy, was wonderful to work and dealing with our vehicle opinion differences. There was a chance she may have needed my assistance with financing as she has started a new three months ago. She did not want a Toyota and I was not going to help her buy a Jeep. Randy and the team at Premier Toyota of Amherst were able to get her financed alone for a certified pre-owned Jeep that she loves. Win win. Great group.

Very few people I feel go above and beyond in their careers but he truly did. Cant get a call back or speak to mechanic that I paid to look at my car. Had to call well over 8 times over two days to continue to be ignored. Didnt call me before/during/after inspection or during diagnosis of the issue I experienced, in which you would think would be normal. Did not call to say work was done. Did not call to let me know car could be picked up. Nothing!! I wouldnt bring my car here ever again. Ive had better customer service as a McDonalds at 3 am.
I have always had my SUV serviced at Amherst Toyota. This was my worse experience. The customer service was very poor. The young man who made my service appointment told me that they longer give loaner cars. He told me that a manager would call me back to discuss my concerns. No manager ever returned my phone call. I showed up for my appointment and was told that the only service that Im schedule for is an oil change and tire rotation. I explained on four separate occasions that my brakes need servicing. I was basically made to felt as if I don’t know a thing about cars by Ted. He later came back and told me that the mechanic said my brakes needed to be replaced. Overall, all the communications that I had with the service department was horrible. They lie and they don’t listen. I will not be returning to have any more work done on my sequoia. I will be taking my SUV elsewhere. You have lost a long term faithful customer.
We purchased a certified used Toyota Tacoma from Premier Toyota with Dan Smith as our salesperson. I cannot say enough good things about Dan and our experience at Premier Toyota. Dan was available immediate upon our arrival at our scheduled appointment time. The truck we were viewing and ultimately drove home was a beatiful, excellantly equipped, certified used Toyota and were purchased it well below retail price. Dan knowledgeable, professional and personable, making our experience fun and comfortable even through the negotiation and financing process. Highly recommended.
I am very impressed with Premier Toyotas staff especially Bret, Juan and Shane White. Due to being unable to drive because of recent surgery. these fantastic associates picked up my car, resolved all problems with my car along with explanations regarding appropriate repairs needed and delivered my car back to me. I would also like to thank the gifted mechanics who worked on my car as well. Although I disagree strongly with Toyotas stance on supporting elected officials who tell terrible lies, I have always loved my car for the past 18 years but will not ever buy a Toyota again.

My wife and I were retuning from a road trip passing though Ohio on our way back to Michigan, when our Prius broke down on the Ohio turnpike. The following day we had it towed to Premier Toyota. From my first contact by text and phone call, the staff at Premier Toyota were all very understanding, professional and accommodating to our needs, as we were stranded 4 hours from our home. The service coordinator Ted B helped us out with a rental vehicle from the dealership. Although they were very busy with other customers vehicles, they tried their best to get ours fixed days later. We are very pleased with the service and all the staff at Premier Toyota of Amherst. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have service or buy a vehicle from them.

The other people involved with this purchase from the Sales Manager to the Finance Manager and the car detailing individual were all nice and professional. Toyota of Amhurst always takes good care of me however I am not very fond of the fact that I went there for an appointment and I had to wait an hour before I could leave I feel like if I schedule an appointment I should be Up Next if not Up Next then right after the next one other than that the place is great

They are expensive, pricing seems to have gone up maybe they are compensating for the slow new car sales. Cost per hour to diagnoses a problem was pricey. Changed their rating to a 4 due to cost of repairs.
Went to purchase a Corolla yesterday, drove 2 and half hours out to see them. Car wasnt clean when we arrived and was missing a handle. After we purchased the car we discovered it had no gas, no service records, and hadnt had an oil change in over 10k miles. Went to get the oil changed today after driving it home and there was almost no oil left. The people were kind at the dealership, but there is a clear lack of care for their vehicles.
I had a great first time car buying experience at Premier! I worked with Phil and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful from the time we were emailing, to my test drives, and the day I actually picked up my car! Not to mention, he wasnt pushy at all and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Due to low inventory, Phil also worked with me to find a car that fit the requirements I was looking for and also was able to give me a few different options, thankfully I was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for and I got the car earlier than anticipated. When it came to financing, we forgot banks were closed due to Veterans Day, but Jennifer still worked hard to find someone to finance my purchase and I am so thankful for that! This is how i got mt car backGlove compartment on the passenger floor. Had to pay 124 just for them to LOOK and see whats wrong with my screen. Paying 74$ extra everymonth and it includes electrical. But the 1 electrical thing i need fixed is 300 out of pocket.. 74 $ just for a OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. My mother who has a truck does not pay that much for anything. Was ripped off big time. And no i wont be talking to the manager. I just wont be returning there for any work i need done to my car.
This is one of my favorite Toyota dealerships. I live 40 miles away and they get me in for an oil change a few hours after calling. They also identified a pending recall and took care of it along with my oil change.The waiting room chairs were safely spaced for social distance. Everyone is always so helpful and polite. My car was washed without even asking and protective plastic was around my steering wheel for my protection. PREMIER Toyota of AMHERST is always a class act and worth the drive.Always awesome service at this professional dealership.
In the past year, I hadn’t been thrilled with the service department. They’ve had quite a change up in staff since my last visit. Yesterday’s experience was reflective of the original, excellent service I received at Premiere, ten years ago. My service rep, Ted, was helpful, considerate, not overbearing, and treated me like I had a brain in my female head. He made recommendations, gave me options, and responded respectfully to my thoughts. Basically, he made me want to come back again, which is a definite improvement from prior service dept experiences. Thanks Ted.
Im impressed by the courtesy and thoroughness of the employees in the service department--they provide many extra services, help me save money, give good advice, and continue updating their feedback concerning the condition of my car. Their latest multipoint inspection document is really up-to-date and valuable. Ive been driving for almost seventy years, and Premier Toyota is the best dealership Ive seen.

Easiest New Car Purchase I ever made. Told them what I wanted and they managed to find me the deal I asked for. Handled all negotiations and pricing before I got there, then drove an hour and half to drop off my trade in and pick up my new truck and honestly expected some unpleasant surprises, but didnt experience any at all. Very honest, friendly and efficient process. Thanks to Matt, I got the exact Tacoma I wanted at the price I needed and a very fair trade in value.
Well I have twice been asked to review my recent purchase at premier Toyota of Amherst. I deleted the first request and now they are asking again. Ok, here goes. I gave them 3 stars mainly because the salesman who I dealt with was polite, prompt and very helpful. The problem is that I never completed a deal to buy a car from them. I never even actually visited their dealership to complete a test drive. Nothing they did wrong. I just had a change of plans. I would consider them for any future vehicle purchases. So you see, they seem like a decent dealership but they need to do a little more due diligence on their follow ups.
Premier was great, they are so easy to work with and they want to help you. They are there to answer any questions that you have so don’t be afraid to ask 👍. 100% would recommend Premier to anyone looking for a new car.Being a first time car leader/ buyer it was an amazing experience they made it very easy to get all the paperwork done in a very smooth manner. Went here to get recalls done. Both times I had to go up there every one had a bad attitude like they didn’t care didn’t want to be there also got a rental car because I was told couple days for 4 recalls and they had it done later that day and I missed the call…. And the lively sales gentleman called me the next morning and said I better have it back today as if I was going to steal it !!! Who talks to people like that you called me 15 min before close and I missed it !! I mean thank god I’m a stay at home mom I couldn’t imagine having their rental and a job!! And couldn’t make it there when they wanted me to!! Never again will they service my car

They accused me of taking off at the gas tank with the nozzle still in the gas tank ! They made up a lie then send me a quote for 400.00!!Would not recommend this company to anyone . The truck is like néw 2019 8k miles . It’s a lease as well so I’ll never so lease or buy From them again!Update on my appointment I emailed the manager he was very nice and called me back in to have a different technician look at the Toyota Tundra . Come to find out nothing is wrong with the truck everything came out great !Just recommend get a second opinion here in the service department or it may end up costing you hundreds !!
Our experience at Premier Toyota was a long, exhausting and frustrating one. We knew what we wanted, but the first salesperson knew next to nothing about trading in a leased vehicle. He was nice, but very green and confused. He wasted two and a half hours of our time. Fortunately, a much more experienced salesmen took over and helped us find the right vehicle to lease. It still took another three hours to seal the deal and sign all the papers, though. A ridiculous amount of time to get a new car!
Im giving this experience 5 stars for the courtesy and professionalism of Dan Smith. He made it very easy for me to buy the car that I wanted at the right price. He picked me up for a test-drive and less than 2 hours later, the car was mine. The financing came through promptly with affordable payments. I am optimistic towards a long, low-maintenance ownership.Of course there were a few minor defects discovered within the first week of driving. None of these wouldve been deal-breakers had I seen them before, and Im not inconvenienced much by them now. No one should expect a car of this age, with this many miles, in this price range to be perfect. Everything that I need works great. A big upgrade from my last car.

Phill was amazing. So friendly but not so much that he was OBVIOUSLY trying to seduce a buyer for a sale. He was polite, very patient, and didn’t make me feel trapped and looking for a way out. That’s good business! He explained everything in a way I could understand, made sure I understood things he said on a laymen’s level, and didn’t make me feel rushed to make decisions. Brought car in for insurance estimate. Charged $170 for diagnostics without approval. Cannot afford charges, out of work on disability and would have declined anything other than estimate. Tried to talk to them without resolution. Left a couple messages for Bob Fisher.Owner,Autozone would have read my codes for free so I wouldnt have had them do it if asked!.needed estimate not bs fees
Premier Toyota is a good place to take or buy ones car. Clean and convenient. Bought 2 cars there. Just think that in these days and times, they should post their Covid mask policy prominently at their entrances. Some of their employees dealing with the public are unvaccinated.
The best dealership experience ever! We drove from Michigan to pick up our vehicle. We knew exactly what we wanted so that helped. Josh was amazing!!!! We handled all the paperwork via phone and text so by the time we got there the car was ready to go. We were there for about an hour, could of been less but we were on the phone with our car insurance provider. Signed a couple of paperwork and we were on our way back home. Hands down the best experience. Go see Josh you won’t be disappointed. 😊
I am pleased with the work performed at the dealership. I am very sad that the management of this dealership has chosen to break the contract that guaranteed free lifetime oil changes and tire rotations for my vehicle that I paid for. It makes me question any contract i would enter into with them on whether they would uphold their end in the future.

I am very disappointed in the service department and feel like they are taking advantage of me with a certified warranty claim. The service manager Eileen was not helpful, nor was the service associate Shane. I paid extra money for an extended warranty but they still charged me in a manner which I felt was unfair. Honda has always teated me very well.
Every time I have taken my vehicle to this service department with an appointment it always takes way more time than I am quoted. If you have an appointment it shouldn’t take longer than scheduled unless you are over booking. An oil change shouldn’t take an hour and a half
I am very disappointed with my experience. Premier Toyota in Amherst doesn’t believe in following through with their commitments. Be very aware of their so called Certified Vehicles. Less than a month after I bought my vehicle the brakes were screeching. Discussing this with the service manager; asking how in less than a month the certified brakes go bad he stated we will work with me on correcting the problem next time I brought it in for service. Lies. 10% is not working with someone. It’s a smack in the face. Lip service is all I got. And of ironically the service manager I dealt with is no longer there. And it’s a shame I’ve had a Toyota going back to 2001. This will be the last.
Joe Angle was so personable. He recorded personalized videos of the SUV I wanted; I have never had that before. He answered all questions I had and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. He was very detailed with his responses and was honest too. They are amazing there!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend.
Looking for a very specific Camry I met Joe Angle on Premiers web.....We discussed what I was looking for in a type of Camry. Joe wasnt very optimistic as it was a very specific car with specific wants and accessories but he said hed try his best to find one. He also said for me not to be disappointed if one was not available. THE NEXT DAY Joe called, said he found one that met ALL the the requirements and then some. We struck a deal bought the car sight unseen. It was the car I was looking for when it showed up.....Couldnt have been more pleased. it was beautiful. Purchasing a Toyota Rav 4 at Premier Toyota was a very unpleasant experience. The salesperson, who was new, or the sales manager, I dont know who, changed the agreed upon price several times. I was called by the sales person about 3 hours before I came in to pick up the car with the final price which I agreed to. When I arrived I was told Premier Toyota could not sell the car to me at the price I was just told 3 hours earlier. They increased the price another $300. I thought this was a cheap move designed to get every cent out of me they could. I bought the car anyways but the process certainly took away much of the enjoyment of purchasing a new car.
Will never buy from again. 3 years ago leased a vehicle and now lease is up. Going to another dealership-why? Because the service over those 3 years has been sketchy. Finding out they never changed out filter and in my daughters Corolla they said they did service but never did because she took it someplace else and they found an old dead mouse in the cabin air filter! Salesperson at lease was interested in the bottom line not the person. Never again. Never. again. Excuse upon excuse and not friendly. Nothing premier here!
Had nothing but exceptional service at Premier Toyota of Amherst. Josh provided us with everything we could have hoped for for our first new car buying experience. He went above and beyond to ensure that we got the car we wanted at a great price. I would 100% recommend him and Premier to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
Over all a good experience. Truck was ready when I arrived at the dealership. Dan was extremely helpful and was able to get me in and out in a timely manner. Only negative would be monthly price was $10 over what was stated over the phone. Would have just liked a heads up on it before coming in. Other then that I was happy and the over all experience as good.
The resale service when buying a preowned Tacoma was flawless. The salespersons attention, followup and detail were great, however that was the end of the greatness. I drove 3.5 hours to the dealership to pick up the truck, having prearranged financing, and sent documentation to the dealership. When I arrived tieback and forth began that the documentation that had been sent wasnt as they would like, and they offered their own financing- (HARD PASS). VERY disappointed, I asked why the paperwork had not been reviewed when faxed/emailed the previous day ( a Friday- a business day) rather than waiting until loSaturday afternoon to discover that corrections/clarifications were needed, but unavailable on a Saturday afternoon when bans were closed. I offered to simply put the truck on my Amex card, but got a we dont usually do that, except for deposits This was the most frustrating car experience- and thats saying a LOT! This should have been a 15-30 minute transaction that turned into a 45 minute debate. We agreed to have a check mailed on the following Monday. A return trip of 3.5 hours- WITHOUT a new car, and not so much as an apology or follow up call. The financing questions were cleared the next business day, a check was overnighted to the dealership, only hear one excuse after another as to white truck could not then be delivered as promised. To complete the transaction, a driver had to be sent to get the truck- absolutely and positively inexcusable service, and piss poor communication and followthrough bytes senior sales team and finance mangers responsible.
Everything about my new car was pretty good, obviously there were going to be some issues with it cause it was pre owned, but I am dissatisfied at the fact that on my passenger side door the illuminated entry light was not only off but there was no electrical connection for me to install a new one. You’d think that would be a problem the dealership would fix so I’m going to go up there tomorrow and see what they can do for me, other than that I have no complaints all is good.
I hate car dealerships. I have typically hated new car salesman and their smarmy ways. I am on my third car in a row now with this dealership. I trust their sales people to do the right thing for me, rather than what is best for them. Their service department and waiting area has made my continued Toyota experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Premier Toyota of Amherst!9/8/2021. I bought a used Nissan that I test drove and liked. Was told it was inspected by their mechanics and had no problems. On day of pickup, I got 10 miles down the road and the transmission was acting up. Returned right away and was given a rental luckily the Nissan was still under warranty and was repaired by Premier. Had the car for a week now and it has been great. I expected a fight with the dealer since I drove it off the lot and was glad they did the right thing. This is how you retain customers.
My experience was absolutely one of the best car buying experiences I have ever encountered. I was referred to Jon by a dear friend and I left a voice mail on his phone describing exactly what my needs were and instantly he was in touch with me to assist. His communication with me was excellent. He took the time to create short videos of the car so I could share them with my husband. He has the perfect personality for this position and an outstanding asset to this company! I will definitely be referring him to anyone looking for a new car!
We purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE from Premier Toyota and the buying experience was the best Ive ever had. Dan Smith, our salesman was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. He allowed us to take it home to test drive which was extremely helpful because my wife was out of town the day I came to test drive it. I was very impressed that the written quote he gave me showed the entire total (out the door) and no one tried to tack on any additional charges or fees at any point later in the process. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.
I am so happy with my experience at this Toyota dealer! If you come here make sure to ask for Collin. He did a wonderful job telling me about my options without pressuring me. Im not sure to buy a car right now but when I am, Collin is the person I am going to deal with.

2022-03-23I had the best experience working with Premier Toyota of Amherst. The dealership was clean and everyone was very friendly. My salesperson was Collin who took the time to find me my new 2022 Highlander. He was the best. From the time it was ordered he kept me informed along the progress. He called me the minute it arrived at the dealership and he got It prepped and ready for pick up at my convenience. Collin went over the car in detail and made sure I knew what I needed. I left in confidence knowing that I chose the right dealership to purchase my car.

2022-07-03I have been a customer of this dealership for many years as well as many of my family and friends. Never…have I had a bad experience with Premier Toyota from the purchasing aspect and working with the sales people (Tariq who puts up with our every question and request and works non stop to get us exactly what we want), to the financing which is painless with Jennifer. She explains everything clearly and manages it in a timely manner and the level of transparency is top notch when making such a big decision that will impact you for many years. No pressure. The service department is wonderful as well. Quick, and efficient. It’s is easy to book appointments and they are timely with your drop off and pick up and mindful of your time if you are waiting. The cars are highly detailed when you receive them and I am a picky person! I recommend them to everyone I know. They sell great cars that last and they work to make the customer happy. A wonderful experience.

2022-02-24I have been going to Premier for 7 plus years. I purchased and leased 2 autos from Premier. I would like to suggest a couple of customer service communication issues. I have been told in the past on my last visits that I was contacted by phone and left a voicemail that my vehicle was ready for pick up. when in reality I had not received a call or message. This occurred when I had call a few times to get an update on the vehicle. Be transparent on the time of service. If I choose to leave and not wait for the car then tell me, for an oil change, tire rotation, and a new air filter, it will be at least 3 hrs. Also I had a coupon. Ask the customer when they check in, do u have a coupon? the paperwork process will be expedited quicker.

2022-03-31Jordan Nelson was fantastic. After frantically looking for the perfect car, I called Jordan and he has exactly what I needed. He let me put a deposit down to hold it so I could take a test drive and decide if this was the car I wanted. I needed a safe and reliable car because I am expecting my first child and he found the perfect one. The whole process was seem less and quick. I got to leave with my dream car that day! 2022-03-18I almost forgot about my 20K mile ToyotaCare free maintenance, so it ended up being a mad dash to get the car in before it expired (through no fault of Premier, Id neglected to read several reminder emails). Shane White in service was great about scheduling me last minute. He made it easy for me to drop my car off before work and pick it up after. Premier had all day to work on the car so I wasnt expecting a rush, but Shane emailed me within an hour of the shop opening to tell me it was all done. When I picked the car up it was very quick and easy. Just 2 signatures and I was out the door in about 30 seconds. Im very happy with the service at Premier Toyota and would definitely recommend it.

Dealership overall worked toward making purchasing experience as quick and easy as possible. Would definitely consider this dealership again for another purchase even though there are 3 Toyota dealerships much closer to my proximity.
