So far ok. Getting a 2nd job thought this may be a ok company to work for.
I START SUNDAY PART-TIME, BUT A YEAR AGO THEY WERE TERRIBLE, I MET WITH THE PRESIDENT THIS TIME AND I THINK IMMA FORWRD MY CAREER WITH THIS COMPANY
Worst place Ive ever had a job managers are garbage and they cant get a paycheck right to save their lives

2022-05-18Whats up with all of these fake reviews.?????... Second. This is a very easy job. You sit in the car and you pay attention to things. If you were at the front gate take photo of people licenses who comes in the gate. Yes it is very unorganized. But its never no more than 12 to 15 minutes from your house. Some supervisors are very headstrong for no reason. But sometimes you have weirdos like that. Eventually theyll be weeded out. Go to work. Do your job. Get paid. If all you other people out there writing reviews about this company that never work for this company shame on you. He had his hand on the gun while he was walking around the building. So what .. Im pretty sure nobody was right in front of him like he was threatening anybody. Then you got the other Karen talking about one of our employees stole from their store. What does that have to do with our whole corporation. Some of these reviews really need to find something to do besides make negative comments. Because you are bored with your life.

2021-07-22This is my first time writing a review on a job. It is beyond bad. Worked for them since may and the will take money from you. Never sign the contract for their firearm class. Just go get your own ccw. They will mess up your pay aswell. I am a dedicated worker and this is the first job in my life I had to leave because they will treat you like you are nothing. But they were bought by a new company so whatever issues premier had got pushed under the rug and is just a lost.

2021-09-08They seemed extremely disorganized and the the office looked filthy. The gentleman I had an interview with know nothing of the company and just kept repeating the same facts over and over again. He did more talking than I did. He also was very unprofessional by discussing personal matter of employees he planned on letting go. This place scheduled 4 interviews for the same time as well.

2020-11-19UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPROFESSIONAL. This place of Employment is beyond sad, they Do Not protect and serve, you have Children as Supervisors who are “Title Thirsty” which is even Further sad because you still get the same Pay Rate, but you got your Title. The office, Front and Back Unprofessional. I found out/heard so much information about other employees, another person was just starting I heard the front office expose his Rate of Pay and once I heard that I wanted to walk out the door, Quickly. Dispatch is Sad don’t know Anything, Nobody knows ANYTHING with this Company, Especially the people who should be able to help you Navigate through. Not a good place to work for at all and a Supervisor came on to me twice.

2019-03-03One of the most unorganized and unprofessional places Ive ever seen. Supervisors dont effectively communicate. You get no notice of anything. Theyll call u 5 minutes before they want you to go to a site you will not get 24 hours notice. They mess up your paychecks. Ive never seen a company this messed up. I quit before I got a post, just watching them jerk my daughter around. She quit too.

2021-11-02One of their employees came into the store I manage dressed in his uniform and stole product. I imagine he probably steals from the places hes paid to watch as well.

2021-05-21Security company needs dedicated employees, I had to leave due to health and what not but I heard others just walk off the job or dont come in at all which isnt cool

2020-01-25Apparently the armed guards this company employs think it is perfectly safe and nonthreatening to walk around with their hand on their firearm. Its reckless and an intimidating posture and I am not doing business with anyplace that has these people on their property.

2019-05-06Horrible place to work!! Do not even waste your time I was with this company for 3 years the managers suck they dont even call you back it takes a 10 years to get your uniform and they cant even get your pay right I had worked 33 hours in 2 days cause we were short handed at the job site I came in on a Friday worked my normal shift and stayed an hour and 15 min overtime and they let me go our CPT did not cover any shifts when they needed to be filled our CPT always came in smelling like booze and cigarettes while we were at an armed job site at a federal building
