Had a broken spring on my garage door. Precision door was at my house within an hour and a half of my phone call. Because of the age of my door,60+years, he had to call the supplier and lucky me they had 2 in stock. So he got my door open for me to get my vehicle out and closed it. He set up appointment for Saturday between 12 and 2pm. He arrived a hour and a half early installed the new springs and pulleys and adjusted the door and was done within 20 minutes. He was very nice and professional.totally satisfied

Al was our service tech who arrived on time. Our spring on our door snapped and our current situationCalled for a new door, it was 59 years old and timeFor a replacement. Al gave us a fair price and we agreed to get it done. We were scheduled for 4 to 6 weeks. I wanted show show Al our appreciation by offering a Feral cat but he declined.
2 stars is for quick response/appointment time only. Had it not been for that it would be 1 star. Our garage door cable snapped and needed to be rewound and reattached so we called Precision to come out for the repair. We have an older garage door and Precision has been out in the past to do the same repair with no issue multiple times. Both my husband and I had to work the day of the appointment so we had my mother in law stay at the house. Paul arrived, looked at the garage door and had my mother in law call me to discuss repair costs. Paul stated that in order to repair the door he would need to replace all of the brackets/springs on the door at a cost of almost $800 or replace the whole door for $1400. I asked if he could just rewind and reattach the cable and he said it wasnt repairable without replacing everything. I told him that I wanted a 2nd opinion and would have my mother in law write him a check for the service call. He said ok and immediately hung up the phone. He then proceeded to pull the man card and call my husband to give him the same story. When my husband told him that we only wanted the simple repair and werent interested in replacing the whole door he offered him the simple repair for $150 plus the service call.We got the door repaired the next day for the same price of the service call fee charged by Precision.Hanging up one me is one thing. Pulling the man card and trying to call my husband to override me is just low. Happy wife, happy life! Terrible customer service where Paul is concerned!
The company has a 24 hrs call service. Which is wonderful. My garage door opener stopped functioning at night. I called in close to midnight and a courteous, knowledgeable staff was able to schedule me next morning. Technician Zoran Jovanovic was amazing. He did it while I was at work. Very prompt, responsive and did a great job He left the manual and two sensors by the door step. Place was clean.When I came home, I opened the garage door and the sensors started blinking, after which I could not close the door. I called Zoran and, he stopped by rectified and made sure it was all working well, before he left. He even put the two bulbs for me. What an amazing, personalized service in today’s world. Would absolutely work with them and strongly recommend them. Professional service and an honest reputed company.

The tech came out on a Saturday. He made up every reason why I needed a brand new garage door. There is nothing wrong with the panels themselves he told me the opener was also bad because it wouldnt travel far enough forward. After I did what he acted like he did I got the door where it was supposed to be. After seeing he was wrong on this also I cant put my trust in anything the tech said. I will be filling a complaint with BBB. Thank You for wasting my time and money
The door repair was done quickly. The estimate was spot on and Anthony could not have been more cordial and helpful. As my car was parked in the garage behind the door with the broken spring, it was tricky. But Anthony directed me to inch up of the vehicle and he was finished in minutes.
I got brand new springs and garage door opener in October. The service person (Greg) was fantastic. Great Service.Fast Forward to June 28th Ive had the opener for about 8 months. For a few weeks now when I would try and close my garage door it would go down about 12 inches and go back up. Id have to disconnect and reconnect and it worked a few times but I kept having the same issue. I called Precision I explained exactly what was going on and she right away scheduled an appointment and told me it would be a $75 minimum. I explained that it had only been 8 months and didnt think I should have to pay anything. She said it would be up to the technician and he would give me an estimate when he arrived. The tech that came out on 6/26 (Bill) did not provide me an estimate and said my safety eyes were not level and whenever the light is blinking that is what it means. Not sure why I wasnt told to check that out in the beginning and Id of avoided this whole nightmare.The BAD TREATMENT!!!!!!!!!!! WHY THE ONE STAR *When finished he states that it will be $75 dollars and I looked at him and said What? he said maam there is a $75 dollar fee just for coming out. I explained that when I called they had explained it was up to the tech and I shouldnt have to pay for service in the first year. I told him I didnt have the money until payday on Friday he starts criticizing me. Why in world would you call out for service and not have the means to pay? I explained I got rid of my credit cards. he then adds Would you go to McDonalds and place an order grab your food and say I cant pay until Friday This is how he was talking to me! I repeatedly said Please dont talk to me that way. Very condescending tone! He proceeds to tell me that he talked to his boss and his boss said if I dont pay by Friday then they will void all my warranties. I said please dont threaten me. He said it isnt a threat. I said it absolutely is. A threat is if you dont do X I will do Y! I said I dont appreciate you being cocky. He leaves saying HAVE A NICE DAY SWEETHEART!!!!!Who does this! Needless to say Ive not heard from the owner Jim and as of now would not recommend to do business with this company. Ive never ever been talked to the way I was today. Sad!
I was searching for a company to fix my broken springs on my garage door. Theres a local one by my house that has nothing but terrible reviews. I saw Precision Door was highly recommended so I gave them a call. They scheduled me an appointment for the next day! They even arrived early! The technician Paul was friendly and completed the job in about 20 minutes. Another thing they do is send you a picture of the person coming to your house. That was pretty cool.Fantastic work!

Most of the time, I take my garage door opener for granted. BIG MISTAKE when it doesnt work!! Precision Overhead Garage Door-Cleveland to the rescue!! Of course it was 5 PM on a Friday when I needed help! No problem! Dakota of the toll-free customer service line was incredibly helpful and polite and the appointment was quickly scheduled ON A SUNDAY! No extra weekend surcharge! I couldnt have asked for any better attention than was given by Bill, the technician. Totally communicative, personable and professional. Best Service I’ve had in years! I made appt on line Sunday. Anthony the tech called me Monday morning & indicated he was ahead of schedule. He asked if we had availability at noon ( our scheduled time was 2-4pm). Anthony arrived at noon & was finished replacing springs/rollers & 25 point check up in less then 1hr. Precision will now be my first call!
Your Technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me the defective part. He had a new replacement part in his vehicle and replaced it quickly and check functionality to make sure door operated correctly.He took an extra step to inspect the cables on the door and discovered both were worn and needed replaced. The cables were covered under our Lifetime warranty at no charge.Thank you for his excellent work and professionalism.
Our technician, Bill, was awesome! The entire experience was great. From the moment I made the call the whole company was professional and friendly. Bill diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it in 19 minutes. He also said the door screeched when being closed and he said he couldn’t leave without fixing that which he did free of charge. I called to have maintenance done on my garage door. They came out same day i called earlier then estimated time which I liked. Anthony did a great job. He explained everything to me visually showing me the issues found during the inspection. He made the maintenance repairs I needed. We had such a great experience with Precision Door. We had our garage door motor stop working so I looked on Google for companies in the area and Precision Door was the best rated so I called them. I was able to get an appointment for the next day and when Richard came out to look at our garage, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was able to do replacements and repairs the same day which we were not expecting but so thankful for. When he was finished he walked us through everything he did, answered all of our questions, made sure everything was working, and triple checked everything before leaving. I was very pleased with Bills work and surprised to find out that a Sunday service call was not special but just a normal service call. It was simple to setup the appointment online using the chat feature. They showed up within the time range they gave me. I thought the door was moving as fast as an Amish buggy. I was assured all was well, and he lubricated everything. The best part was instructing me on the places that need lubricant. I hadn’t had someone come out in five years. It’s OK with me if it’s another five years before they’re back.
The Precision team is awesome. I called early on a Friday morning after having discovered one of my springs had broken. I had no idea who to call to repair my garage. I ended calling Precision who responded right away. I like that they gave me a time and who the repair person would be including a photo of him. Bill was great as he explained every step of what he was doing and explained the parts as he installed them. Bill was a great person to talk to and hated to see him leave. I hope I never have a problem again but if I do I have no problem calling again.
I had a great experience with Precision - they are extremely professional, both on the phone and the technician who came out, Bill. They came out next day (if it had been an emergency, I think they would’ve come same day) and fixed my springs quickly. My favorite thing is that they send you an email with photos ahead of time, so you know the technician who will be coming to your door! I will definitely use Precision again.
Very happy with the response and the service. I called Home advisor and requested quotes. Precision called me back within an hour and was able to setup an appointment when I needed it for Monday morning. The tech call before he arrive with an eta which was the time line I setup when I called to setup the appointment. The James F. was great he explained everything and made recommendations. He told and showed me the difference between the springs he was going to replace and the new ones. I got both replaced and he went over the warranty. He also check ed and lubricated the rest of the garage door parts. I have another property and plan the call Precision when I need them. And by the way none of he other companies got back to me.

He was very friendly, courteous and took time to explain what was broken. I highly recommend him and precision garage door repair. I had issues with keeping water out of my garage. After using one company that really didnt do much, I wound up calling Precision Door Service. The next day, technician Paul Broschk came out to check out the problem. He was able to help install a new rubber seal, but what really impressed me was that he noticed something odd regarding the garage opener itself. He asked if I had anyone work on the garage door lately. I told him, yes. I let him know that a guy came out, but it seemed as if he didnt do much. He stayed for about 10 mins, fiddling with the opener so the door could firmly press down on the ground harder to prevent water from coming through. Paul showed me how the gentleman actually damaged the garage opener and if untreated what could potentially happen over time if not addressed. Paul was right, as I confirmed that the small rod that the gentleman completely bent is 100% important as it prevents the door from proceeding pass a particular point. If it does go pass that point it can, over time, derail and buckle the whole garage opener. Paul took it upon himself to find a replacement rod that had since been discontinued. After a day, he let me know that he was able to locate a replacement piece and by the end of the day, Paul had my garage working better than ever. During these times where trust, professionalism and integrity, are a rare commodity, I am glad to know that there are companies like Precision Door Service that are here and are staffed with great employees like Paul.
John Franks called about 20 minutes before he arrived letting me know he was on the way. Once here, he looked at the broken garage door spring and gave me an estimated cost. We agreed on the price and he began the repairs. He said that it would take about 45 minutes to fix and he was right-on with his estimate. Once done, he explained exactly what he did in detail and told me about some future maintenance that may be needed. There was no pressure and I felt that he was very professional. This was one of the best service professionals that I have encountered and I would highly recommend this company and especially this technician for future work...

He diagnosed the issue quickly and offered two options for service. Called to have my door replaced. Dealt with Will who came out and was very patient as me and my wife worked towards deciding what we wanted. A few weeks later Joe came out to replace my door and was quick and efficient and did a magnificent job. I would recommend all these guys and this company
Had some issues with my garage door not opening properly. The Precision technician came out and told me I needed a new spring for close to $800. Knowing the price was high, I called another company who would do the same job for around $250. That tech just came out and said my spring was perfectly fine and just needed to be tightened, and the chain lubricated. 5 minute repair and only paid a service fee. Precision is courteous and prompt, but I seriously question their integrity and pricing.
Our garage door wouldnt open. The technician came and the the inspection, and we knew that just for coming out and performing the inspection, it would cost $65. The technician explained to us that the total cost would be $800 to fix everything.We have a home warranty, and part of the warranty process is to call the home warranty and have the on-site technician speak to the representative, in order for the home warranty representative to determine if we (as homeowners) could be reimbursed for services rendered; this required the technician from Precision to speak to the home warranty representative, which took less than 3 minutes.After discussing what work needed to be done for our garage exactly, we (me & my partner) stepped away to discuss what to do. The technician actually started taking equipment/tools out of his van and was preparing to start work, but we had not given our permission or approval for him to start work.We decided to get a second opinion and when we told the technician, he got very hostile and upset that we even wanted a second opinion - almost that he took personal offense that we didnt trust him or his assessment of the situation.As he was becoming more unfriendly towards us by the minute, we just wanted him gone & out of our house. My partner settled the invoice quickly -- the technician failed to explain what (and how much) we were being charged for. Later that day, we received a copy of the invoice via email which had a spot for the homeowner to sign as their way of approving the work and amount charged. We never signed the invoice -- it was a slash mark made by the technician. The technician actually double charged us: $65 for the inspection and another $65 for Labor - phone call with home warranty. As previously noted, the phone call lasted for less than 3minutes. Also, the phone call should be considered as part of the inspection fee -- since he simply explained what the issue was with our garage door.My partner called the 1800 number several times and was routed to the billing department. He left several messages and still has not received a follow-up call. I called and asked to speak to a manager. One was in a meeting, and I left my information for them to call me back. After a week of not hearing back, I called again, and spoke to a representative who conveyed my message to a manager. They said they would send us a check of $65 to refund the labor portion. Its been a few weeks and we still havent received the refund check.Personally: I do not recommend this company. You have a right to a second opinion and companies should not overcharge you or bully you into using their services.

I am blown away by the incredible service we received from Paul with Precision Door. Within 30 minutes of reporting problems with our garage door, Paul arrived. My call was immediately answered on a Saturday and an appointment was set that fit our schedule for the next day. The technician, Bill Adamini, called ahead of time. He was about 30 minutes and available when we were ready. He fixed the issue for the original call, identified several minor other ongoing points to tighten up performance, gave ongoing self-maintenance recommendations, and was still completed in less than an hour. My garage door opener suddenly stopped working due to a broken belt on a Friday afternoon. I found Precision Door on Angies list and other than its A rating, I really appreciated the Saturday hours. I was able to call and setup an appointment for the next day! John Gilles was our technician . He called ahead and showed up on time. He took the time to explain our options to us and finished the job exactly when he said he would. I really appreciated the fact that he had brought extra opener units with him so that we had many options. I was impressed that they have someone answering the phone 24/7, and that they also will send someone in the middle of the night! Our door malfunctioned after midnight. I called, and a technician was able to come at around 8:30 a.m. He worked for quite a while to get our door back on track, adjusted and lubricated our system, and made suggestions for further maintenance. The price was reasonable, and we were told that if anything goes wrong in the next three months the service charge is free! They definitely earned return service. Thank you.

The Hubs bought a new car, and while trying to program our garage door to work with it, we blew out the motor in the opener. I called Precision after doing a diligent Google search on garage door opener repairs. I called on a Saturday evening and got an appointment for Sunday morning. John F. showed up on time, was extremely courteous, and very knowledgeable. Turned out that we needed a new system. I wasn’t home when Greg arrived. He “worked” with my husband.When I got home, I was so angry because:1. It is $790 while average price is $4002. No receipt3. My husband said it has lifetime warranty and they didn’t give him paperwork and said it will be in the mail.Since we both are hearing impaired, I got on their website and the schedule agent basically said that the door team will call us.What kind of company didn’t give customer a copy of statement listing the price of garage door opener, labor, warranty, etc?I feel cheated and ripped off!

I was having an issue with my garage door opener. A certified tech named John Franks came out and was very knowledgeable about the problems going on with the door. I decided to have a new garage door opener installed and he did the work right away. He was courteous, informative and had everything up and running in about an hour. Im very pleased with the new Lift Master and I recommend John.
Garage door opener malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. Not expecting to receive same-day service on a Saturday afternoon, Precision Door had an available appointment that day and sent out Zoran. Zoran was very professional, explained my replacement options and eventually replaced my system with an Elite Liftmaster with WIFI capabilities at a very reasonable cost. Bill was great. The service was as fast and convenient as anyone could desire. I called at 3:45 PM and Bill was here at 5:20 PM. Anthony Wise from Precision Door Service was expect at 12 noon, but called in the morning and said he was 20 minutes away and could he come now. Really much appreciated. He review the problem of the broken spring and indicated 3 possible ways to fix the problem and the cost of each. Our choice was easy to make and he began work immediately. He explained what he was doing and why as the project went on. He gave us some guide lines to follow up on which would help us in the future. We were really happy with the work done, and the door now opens without the clatter we had in the past but with quiet smoothness. Considering I had called for service yesterday evening, and had all completed in less than 24 hours at a reasonable charge, I would call this company if looking for help on the garage door. Ask them to send out Mr. Wise, and you will be in good hands for sure. We got a life time guarantee which removes any concern should something happen in the future.

I cannot say enough positive about my experience with this company. On a Friday night about 7:00 pm my garage door decided not to go up all the way and I accidently hit the bottom part of the door that was hanging down and didnt see it and my car was trapped inside the garage. Frantically looked online for a 24 hour repair place. Called Precision and the person on the phone calmed me down. We scheduled at appointment for first thing Saturday morning. Repairman showed up on time - was very kind and empathetic. Got my car out of the garage. Had to order a new panel. Came back and installed it quickly and couldnt even tell the difference - matched perfectly. He even swept out the garage. He could see I was struggling emotionally and put me at ease. The technician, Paul, arrived a bit early but was kind enough until we arrived home. His job was to review repairs done to our door by a previous company. He immediately found that the springs installed were incorrect and provided a dangerous situation. He fixed the problem and overhauled the rest of the mechanical parts and finished the job perfectly and quickly. The reason for my service was that I had a cable rust through and detach. I used the chat function on the website to set up an appointment. Paul arrived as promised and did a complete inspection of not only the damaged cable but check the condition of the entire door system. He offered me repair estimates based on the inspection. He even invited me to watch the repair job being done. Door sounds better now than it has in years. Very happy with the work that was done and will call them again if I need service again.
Bill came out Sunday, January 5, 2020 because my bottom two panels were bent and I couldn’t close the door. Bill assessed the situation and found my door could not be repaired because they couldn’t get the parts. He measured everything and came back today, January 6th. Bill replace the door. He called and let me know he was in route. He worked so efficiently and dismantled the old door. He installed the new door and was very through in his service. He cleaned up as he went along. We decided to contact Precision Door Service after seeing the high ratings on Google when our previous service provider was not responsive enough to our recent call. Precision gave us a 2 hour window and arrived within that time. Paul Broschk, the Technician that helped us was pleasant, polite, very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained our options. Our old door opener didnt have any of todays safety features and many parts are no longer made. We chose a new system with Pauls help and he immediately went to work installing everything and completed the entire job very efficiently. He made sure we knew how to work things and tested the electronics while we watched. He also cleaned up all debris and old parts so we didnt have to do it ourselves. The old cable on one side of my garage door snapped. I called in the AM for service and was given the est time of 4-6pm for a tech to be out. He called at 3 and asked if would be okay to be here at 3:30. Yep! Bill was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I didnt feel rushed as I asked him various questions about the job and future installation of two new garage doors. I had the same experience earlier this year when I had an emergency. Our garage door would not open. Not only had the spring broken, but the garage door openers motor was out. Precision Door replaced the spring and reset the motor (at no extra charge). They were very polite and the work was done in about an hour. The cost was very reasonable.

They got a service tech to our house in less than 24 hours. Turns out it was a really simple problem The guy could probably have done some wiring and replacing of parts and run up the cost, but he didnt. He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it quickly.

John called to say he was available early. He was 20 minutes earlier then the 2 hours window I was given. Worked out great. Repair was made for a broken spring, and John did some maintenance to my other door. The whole experience was satisfying, and I will use Precision when my other spring snaps .
I contacted Precision about an issue I was having with my garage door. It was stopping about 3/4 of the way up on some of the openings. A tech came out to look at the situation and told us that we had a builder grade door and that the door was flexing too much from use and he would recommend replacing it. The garage door and home are only 3 years old, so we had a hard time believing that it was because of the door, but he was adamant that was the issue. We decided to pay over $1300 to have a new door installed that they said would fix the problem. The day after I had the new door system installed, I went to leave for work and hit the opener, it stopped 3/4 of the way up again. I called Precision that morning and let them know that the door wasnt the issue and I was not happy about spending the money I had on a whole new door system(that i didnt think was the problem in the first place) and it still didnt work. Precision told me they would come back out and look at the situation again. The tech came out a week later and told me that it must be the opener and that it needed replaced. So, we had him replace the opener. Within two days of the opener being replaced, the garage door stuck again. I again contacted Precision and they sent somebody out a week later to evaluate the situation. The tech claimed that he didnt know what the problem could be, and said that maybe my kids were pushing the buttons when the door was opening. I thought he was joking, but he was not. I have called Precision over a dozen times in the past few months explaining the situation, and the call center says that someone will be in contact. Nobody will even give me the courtesy to return a phone call. I am extremely disappointed in this company and would not recommend them in the future. If there is an issue that they dont understand, expect them to give up and leave you high and dry without being about to contact them or speak to anybody.

The certified tech who came out - Paul B. was a true expert in his field. He identified issues with the door such as springs, bearings, rollers, drums, and cabling as major areas which were causing our garage door to be very noisy when opening and closing. He replaced those items and balanced the door so that the weight is distributed properly so you can now lift the door effortlessly if there was a power outage. There is no major jerking going on either when the opener is engaged.. Previously it was a real effort to lift the door during power outages. He also educated me on the differences between belt vs chain driven garage door openers. If I knew then what I know now because of Paul I would have gone with a belt driven unit as it is the most silent type of opener you can buy. I may still go that route in the near future. Overall my experience with Paul and Precision has been amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone having garage door issues. 10 out of 10 service, true experts in their field.

Bill (Precision tech) came and replaced our garage door opener as the chain gear broke. He presented the options to me and I decided to replace the garage door opener. Bill replaced the opener in a timely and efficient manner. He arrived on time and communicated his findings and recommendations well. He also previously repaired the garage door spring in the past and did excellent work with that as well. I am very happy with the service Bill and Precision provided.

Service was prompt and professional but extremely overpriced! He made it clear they weren’t the cheapest on the block but after I had another company come out to replace our motor, he was shocked on how much I was charged for a new spring and various parts. He explained that precision guys work on commission which explains it all. I was desperate to have the work done so I feel like I was taken advantage of and should have shopped around. I will not recommend this company to others unless they want buyers remorse!
Ive been impressed with this company since the day we had our door installed. Prior to this, wed been replacing the system every three years! Weve had no trouble but lately, it seemed to me that the door was working harder. Something seemed off. Fortunately, all it required as a little tweeking of the spring and some lubricant. However, I did learn that all the parts (rollers, spring, etc) are covered should something occur in the future! The tech was very nice and informative. Showed up a bit early (nice!). In fact, I had just requested a visit yesterday and here he was today! Very responsive service. I was definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone needing their services.
I had my garage door opener completely replaced about two months ago. A few days ago, it started to not run so smooth. Precision sent a technician, Ryan Freeman, out the same day. Ryan was very polite and professional. He corrected the problem quickly and apologized for any inconvenience that this may have caused me. Excellent service by Greg. Called when our door broke on late Saturday afternoon. They picked the phone call and we scheduled for Sunday morning. No extra charge for Sunday. Came out, diagnosed the issue, and presented several options. Gave a recommendation — no pressure, and he did not recommend the costliest option. Repair completed efficiently. Walked me through the new equipment, etc. Highly recommend Precision.
I just had a Liftmaster garage door opener installed that has a battery back up. My installer, Anthony Wise was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable with the product. He took his time explaining this new system to me as well. I couldnt be happier as I now have a nice, quiet garage door opener for the first time in approximately 30+ years. Awesome. Overall service was great. Bill explained what the issues with our garage door even showed me a pic of the problem from the unit. Replaced the entire unit quickly and even programmed my car to open the garage door. Happy to have a functioning garage door again.
The technician arrived promptly. He was very knowledgeable as what was causing my problems. Each step was great. Making the appt with polite and thorough people was a pleasure. The serviceperson, Anthony, was on-time, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. We feel like if there are any issues in the future, which we doubt, we have a company that will call us back and actually help us; not just ignore us like many do! Installer was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. My only issue was the cost. I was quoted $185 to replace my broken door spring but the installer said he couldnt replace just one spring so it was twice as much to replace the broken one plus the spring that wasnt broken. And because their new springs mounted to the center plate differently, they also replaced that (another $90 for that little piece of metal) to bring the total bill to $460.
Our garage door broke on a Saturday. We called precision and Zoran was scheduled to come between 2-4 the same day. We received a call from Zoran around 12:30 stating that he was available earlier due to a cancellation. On arrival he was professional and honest. We are very satisfied with Zoran’s work. We will definitely use and recommend precision in the future.
Anthony was extremely professional from start to finish. He actually arrived early (unheard of) and, while he did go over my repair options with me (including pricing), he was not a pushy at all. He also did some diagnostics to rule certain potential causes out. I forgot to have him program an old garage door remote control I had before he left. When I called him a few minutes after he left, he patiently walked me through the process over the phone-- successfully I might add. Nice guy, too.
Paul just left my house and I am super impressed with him and the way he represents Precision Door. When my garage door opener took a blow I called Precision and spoke with Bridgett. She was super helpful on the phone and had a guy out to my house by 3pm that day. Zoran showed up and knocked everything out in about an hour. He also gave me some advice on how to maintain my garage door and new garage door opener. Experience was awesome. No hiccups. Will not respond to subsequent assistance request to talk to home warranty company for the same words told me on the day of repair. yes they are under no obligation of making that call, but youd think they would still want to have your business in the future - my interpretation is that once the door is sold, its a done deal and we are no longer a potential customer.

I called them at 9:18AM and a tech arrived at 11:00AM. The tech, Bill Adamini, was professional, courteous, and FAST! No messin around with these guys. He finished the job in no time at all, and on a 20 degree day. Im completely satisfied with POGD and would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were awesome. I called them at 9am on a Monday and by 11am they were at my front door. They brought all the pieces/parts they needed, provided knowledgeable consultation, didnt try to upsell me on anything I didnt need, and by 1pm I had a fully functioning garage door again. They even waived the service fee as it states on their website that if you are a first time customer you dont need to pay (be sure to remind them of this when you make the appointment). They were friendly and personable and an awesome resource.
Had a broken garage door spring and couldnt open the garage at all. Called them on a Sunday morning (also Fathers Day) and got a live person right away. She quoted me a two hour window an hour from my call and they called me exactly 30 minutes later saying they were on their way. The tech that came was extremely polite, walked me through the options and the repairs needed, and an hour later my garage door was not only fixed but operating better than ever. The best part, no extra charge for a Sunday service call. I read some of the negative reviews about price but I was shocked at how low the price is. Of course there are always going to be more than expensive options and packages when it comes to anything, I just thanked him for explaining the options and he was fine with that. No pressure, he was just offering me everything that I may be interested in which in my opinion is the sign of a great company. I will definitely use them again if needed.
Ive had them do several repairs on our older house. The latest was replacing the door opener. John Gilles did a great job explaining the problem with our old opener and our options. His work was quick and efficient and were very happy with our new garage door.
John and his co worker Joe were on time, professional and answered all of our questions. The 2 also had a great sense of humor. We are completely satisfied with their service. Our garage door is very quiet just as he has said it would be. We love the new system and highly recommend their services!
All I can say is Ryan is the most personable, professional and efficient crew member ever and knew right away how to fix the problem of my garage door opening by itself when it reached the bottom! 2022-07-14Best customer service experience I have ever had!From my initial phone call to the completed repair, this company was friendly, professional, detailed and timely along with fair pricing. My late in the day call to them for a garage door repair was scheduled for mid-day the following day. I received an email to confirm the appointment with the name of the technician coming out. I had the opportunity to read the technicians bio online. He phoned to let me know that he was on his way. He made a very quick assessment of our problem, gave us an estimate and told us he could complete the job within an hour. We were delighted! Paul, our technician did a great job! Later in the day we received our complete invoice via email and all of the work has a lifetime guaranty. I highly recommend this company. Great people to deal with!

They came out to my house the next morning and had a new remote for a fair price.Al was incredibly knowledgeable and let me know an estimated cost for further repairs and updates without in any way pressuring me to do so. I plan to sell my home soon, and he even let me know that they might fail me for missing sensors and he told me the lowest level cost for the update.I will never call another company!

2022-04-06My garage door was jammed, ended up needing a new spring. I called Precision around 12:30pm to schedule a visit and a technician, Al, was at my house before 2:00pm! Al was courteous and efficient, the repair was done within the hour. Super thankful and relieved that they were able to fix the issue the same day.

2022-05-07The service was fantastic! The garage door runs like new. Its quiet and level. For the first time in the 20 years weve lived here there are no gaps between the door and the concrete. The technician adjusted the spring tension and the gaps were gone!Weve had tune ups before and it was never this great. Highly recommend.

2022-04-23Spring snapped Friday night, called Saturday morning and had an appointment scheduled that day. Tech Greg arrived early (after checking if that was ok) and worked diligently. Had everything on hand to install a new opener so we did that too. Great service, reasonable price, highly recommended.

2022-06-11We had Precision out twice within the last month to fix two different issues with our garage door. They were UNABLE to fix the first issue (needed new bottom molding) which my husband then fixed. They then WOULD NOT fix the second issue (snapped spring) (which they stated was completely unrelated to the first) because they had given us an estimate for a new garage door last time. It just needs a new spring. They stated that it is “their policy”. We will never use Precision again and recommend others do not use them as well.

Their website has a live chat feature and when I messaged at 9pm on Saturday they responded immediately and set up an appointment for 2pm the very next day!!! The technician, Al Fleming, fixed the issue within 2 minutes - and then took the time to reprogram my key pad (that Ive never been able to use). Al was clearly very knowledgeable, but explained everything perfectly and professionally. He didnt tried to sell me on additional service, but thoroughly explained what may need repaired/updated on the near future. I would consider this experience as the perfect example of customer service - Thank you, Al! Ill only be calling you guys for any garage door repairs/issues in the future!

2021-10-19Great service, price, and technicians. Scheduling and service were a breeze and Bill is a patient, knowledgeable technician. I called Precision Door at 1 PM on Monday and Bill showed up at on time at 9 AM Tuesday with the repair done in under an hour. Repair came with a 1 year warranty as well. I’m very happy I called Precision Door!
