2021-09-05Precision did a FANTASTIC job on our patio! They showed up…did what they said they would do…and did it in a timely manner. If your looking for a great hardscape company these guys are it. Thank you Precision for doing such an AMAZING job on our patio! We will enjoy this for years!!!

2022-04-08This is the note I sent them after the estimate team left today -Good Afternoon -I wanted to drop you a note around the estimate I received today. To say the least, I am very underwhelmed.Your estimate came in at around 40$ a square foot. In fact, that is a low compared to the other estimates we have been getting. So, 39,000$.The interesting part is that not one thing that could impact the cost was discussed. As an example - Here in central Ohio, every person who does hardscapes gets their bricks and such from Oberfields. The price per square for can very significantly from bricks to stone to natural stone. Not one question around what type of stone do you want to use. Not one question around wall caps - again - can very significantly in price.Secondly, you would need to do some demo here. Remove some old pavers. However, that demo was part of the quote too. All totaled up.If I go to Home Depot and buy carpet and have it installed and the old carpet pulled up, I get an estimate showing what I spent on the carpet, how much removal is and how much install is. Not Here, the cost is 39,000$. Regardless of the tear down\/take out, type of stone choose and amount of hours to do the work, it is 39,000$. While I understand that you are booked out to August, and that is great as it April now, if you dont want to do an estimate and take the potential client seriously, tell people your all booked up. Not one question on the design, stone to be used, what we envisioned - nothing.No need to follow up here regarding the work. The work, along with the money, will go somewhere else.

2020-06-02We absolutely love our new patio. From the design to the build these guys surpassed all our expectations. One of the owners was on site everyday during the build. Now thats service. Thanks to you and your great crew!

2021-09-27Precision did an amazing job in making our outdoor living space so beautiful. Jared and his team delivered what they promised especially in a timely manner. I must say currently its the best patio in our community. From start to end they did everything in a timely fashion so that we could enjoy rest of the summer on our patio. I highly recommend these guys. Thank you Jared for doing the great work!!! 👍

2021-04-07Very poor company. As a lawn and landscape provider, had my employees left a property like this they would be fired. Mulch blown out of the beds onto cars, all over the parking lot. Unprofessional.

2020-06-16Just love the new patio done by precision Hardscapes. Wes was with me everyday with any questions I had. When you say precision that is exactly what you get. The patio and steps are the talk of the neighborhood. Barely a day goes by without someone commenting on Luke and Rambo’s work. There schedule is getting busier now so if you want an amazing patio at a fair price I would hire nobody else. They are truly fantastic

2022-01-17Called to get snow removal for my retail location. He immediately said “he has no interest in helping” due to it not being a big enough lot and not worth his time. Shows no customer service and just trying cash checks and not help.

2020-06-02We worked with Wes, Andrea and Rambo to install a new landscape area on the side of our yard. This is phase one of a multiphase outdoor project for us. Communication was one of the keys for us writing the review. And the esthetics of the project are sharp. They left the work site clean and crisp with plants material properly layed out to ensure maximum visual appeal.
