We visited here from Reynoldsburg because we heard that they were still requiring masks. When we arrived we had trouble finding parking so I called the store to inquire where we could park. The lady that answered the phone was short and informed me she had customers to attend to. We managed to find parking and proceeded inside. We had four children in our group with a stroller in tow. There was a lot to look at, but it was hard to navigate in some areas of the store. I probably would have given this place 5 stars if it had not been for the phone call, having tight spaces in an antique store is not a unique issue.
Saturday, Feb 26 - I entered this antique mall and was immediately told by a woman (who is, as I late learned, is, Pam the MANAGER of the mall) that I had to have a mask on to come in. Since I am not from Powell or even the Columbus area, I did not have one with me. When I asked if the mall had any, she said, “No. I gave them out for a while. I gave out 250 and I’m not doing that anymore.” Since my husband had dropped me off at the mall while he went for a beer, I had to call him to come back. As I waited outside for him to bring me a mask, another female customer came out and said, “Wow. She (Pam) is AWFUL!. She is costing them business. Even before you came in, she was complaining - loudly - about things, even about working there.”Once my husband brought my mask, I re-entered the store. As I made my way from the back of the store to the front, I was incredulous to see good old Pam WITHOUT HER MASK ON HER FACE (I kid you not!) So hypocritical did this seem to me, I said something like, “so everyone else but YOU?” And pointed to my mask. Pam replied, “Hey, I have to be in here 5 1/2 hours a day” and then proceeded to rant - LOUDLY - about how she is “tired of customers,” and, “tired of (their) comments”I attempted to find out who the OWNER of this antique mall is to complain, but was told that I am not “allowed” to have that information. Hopefully, he cares about his business enough to pay attention to the reviews that customers leave here. I am not sure what Pam’s problem is, maybe she is a profoundly UNhappy person. Whatever her personal issues, she is an INCREDIBLY rude, inconsiderate individual. She has absolutely NO business working with the public, MUCH LESS in a job involving customer service. Her parting “shot” at me was to say that, “If she has to put up with attitude from any more customers, she was going to just leave the shop and close the doors behind her.” (You couldn’t make this stuff up!) Beyond disgusted at that point, I merely said,, “Goodbye” to which she replied, “If I leave, you’ll have to leave too.”I DID leave and I will NEVER go back! There are way too many - MUCH NICER - places to do my antique shopping.
This place was really cool. I enjoyed just how much stuff was here and how much actual digging and searching you could do. I also enjoyed the huge collection of books, advertisement, and postcards as they are right up my alley. Very big place and youll need a good hour or more to check it out. Truly enjoyed myself.
It’s a beautiful place with a bunch of cool stuff, BUT the people at the front desk were not wearing masks or were constantly taking them off. We found some things we were interested in, but I refuse to support anyone who is so blatantly selfish. There’s better antique places around town, run by better people.
Don’t let the outside fool you; while not huge this antique mall is bigger than it looks on the outside! There’s a vast amount of display cases along with a good amount of booths. I didn’t see anything super special in any of the stalls but the display cases had nice items.
Room after room .. packed full of items that take you back in time . Different vendors all occupying one space. I initially when in to brows before a cooking class next door . I was looking for a round butter dish to accommodate my roll of butter I’m now purchasing at Whole Foods . I found exactly what I was looking for. Old Fire King and it’s perfect. Unexpected purchases were a birthday gift for my dear friend who wants a “Pop” of red in her new kitchen , a bread bowl just like the one my mom dropped and broke and something called a mustard tureen which I will repurpose for jewelry. It’s worth the trip just to look if nothing else . Highly recommend . They have helpful , friendly staff and plenty of parking ... if you go on the weekend don’t expect to park in their front lot.
Enjoyed looking for treasures and I even found a few but the lady at the counter had absolutely zero customer service skills. Maybe she was having a bad day perhaps she wishes she had retired already but at least greet paying customers with a smile and say hello and thank them for stopping instead of giving them the cold shoulder!
Awesome little downtown antique shop. Very spacious and has a lot to choose from both little and large items. Prices also seemed very fair for what they they were asking. Very helpful staff would hold your items as you walk around or help you with any particular item you had a question about.

2022-05-29Wonderful antique shot. A wide variety of things. Collectibles. Odds and ends. Old prints and advertisements. Tools. Postcards from the last 100 years. Loved the variety. Nice staff, happy to help. Will be back!

2022-04-23Decently sized store with ok selection - nothing to write home about, some stalls were much better than others, but overall a fun hunting experience. My low rating relates to the staff, specifically the woman at the front counter - from the other reviews with similar experiences, I’m assuming her name is Pam. After I brought my item to the counter, she wordlessly rung me up for a higher amount than what I had thought was listed on the sticker. When I questioned it, she replied (rather angrily) that what I thought was a 0 was actually a 6. I asked if we could meet in the middle, since the handwriting on the sticker was rather ambiguous. Her reply was something between a scoff and a growl. She said nothing, and after a few awkward moments told me to swipe my card. At this point I didn’t know what price I was going to be swiping for, so asked for the total. She literally screamed it at me. I was grateful that the price that I thought was on the sticker was being honored, but absolutely shocked at how she was acting. At this point I almost just walked away - I didn’t want this place making any money off me when they treated customers like this. Unfortunately I needed the item as a gift and it was perfect so I sucked it up, paid and ran out as fast as I could.I will never, ever shop there again because of her. There are plenty of other antique shops in the area that are just as good if not better and don’t have awful staff, so I will be shopping elsewhere in the future.

2022-02-17This place is lovely. Has unique finds in really good shape at good prices. Antiquing is a hobby of mine, and I always make sure to stop here.Ignore the recent low reviews regarding masking, its just the same people trying to ruin a good time and make the pandemic last another 10 years. Grow up.

2022-02-17This is one of my favorite antique shops to visit in Columbus. (And, not just because they’re one of the few remaining businesses that are still taking pandemic precautions very seriously.)I come from a family who also loves “antiquing” and this is always a stop on the itinerary to visit when they come to town. They’ve got a huge variety of unique vintage items and collectibles. One of my favorites is their postcard collection which is organized into various locations, but more specifically (and, impressively) categorized into Ohio cities.Any time I’ve been looking for a certain vintage “something”, they’ve always had it! (Wooden crates, vintage skis, postcards, tins, vintage farmhouse decor, etc.)I’d recommend them to any newcomer driving through the Central Ohio area, and for locals looking for a great spot to get lost in (in a good way!) during a weekend of “antiquing”.

2022-04-19The very first time I came here about 4 years ago, I fell in love. There is so much to see and it feels like the rooms and booths are never ending.Something to see for just about everyone.Fair prices, well organized, friendly staff.Make it a point to stop in the next time you’re in the Powell area!

2022-04-03The two stars are just for the fact that they have a great inventory. But, I work with antique dealers very often, and have a good knowledge of antiques and how appraisals work. This place, as far as if youre looking to sell anything, has no knowledge of what anything is or what its worth, or they at least pretend not to. They offer garage sale prices, and then will sell the item for what its actually worth. Im going to guess they make about a 600% or more profit on anything they sell. Great inventory tho. Some things are overpriced, and then others are severely underpriced. Probably due to lack of knowledge.

2022-02-16This place is one of the top 3 antique malls in Columbus. Deceptively big and the staff has always been incredibly nice. Funny how a place never has any bad reviews stating they are rude until a slew entitled children start throwing a fit about wearing a piece of cloth over their rotten fish smelling mouths.

2021-03-04Way bigger than it looks on the outside! Sprawling booths on the inside; with a great variety in antiques and vintage items. Even some of the oldest pieces were priced reasonably and affordably. Has a really great vintage advertisement selection. Many beautiful antique paintings as well, for great prices.

2018-11-04This antique mall is amazing. It’s much larger than it looks and full of great pieces. I kept waking and with each room grew more amazed at the size and selection. Everything is all very reasonably priced as well.
