I would give zero if that were an option. My wife and i were in there today 12.29.18 at 1:40 pm. The lady closing was extremely rude and unprofessional with customer after customer. She started telling customers that walked in to leave 15 minutes before closing. This included the very elderly. The door was not closed mind you! She repeatedly told people that walked in and some in lone that you were closed. There were no incidents but everyone was appalled at her behavior. It was absolutely unnecessary!This was at the Town & Country Post Office.I doubt any changes will be mabe, however i thought her behavior warranted an appeal.Sincerely
Cant ever get packages in a timely manner. They leave them wherever they feel like. Scan the packages at the distribution center at the airport and then you think theyre out for delivery for 4 days. They never answer the phone. Theyve stolen enough of my stuff. Thought tampering with mail was a federal offense. Time to call someone higher up.
If only I could give a zero star. There is a white older lady, so rude, fake and highly unprofessional. This told me a blatant lie that USPS no longer gave out tracking numbers cuz they were saving on trees. She is one sloppy worker who will definitely tell lies quickly just to pass on to the next person. So unfortunate I wasted my time there.
The woman Kim was VERY rude and disrespectful! I made it in the door before 5:30 pm and as the nice young man Alex was assisting me, she kept shouting WE ARE CLOSED! While I do understand she was ready to get off that was no way for her to every treat me especially since I had made it in the door in time. I will be seeking this matter be addressed and will make sure I am able to get in touch with corporate about this issue because it is unacceptable! Kim is a disgrace to the company and should be addressed.
I have had a really good experience at this post office. I go here to mail packages and buy stamps. its not my local post office but this one for me is usually more pleasant, line moves quickly and is easier to get help. Always have mailer boxes and are good about helping me figure the best way to mail something.
No longer impressed with usps services. Amazon should definitely find a way to offer Americans competitive alternate postal services to phase usps out! Under Amazon, at least if they kept most of the workers; it would likely solve the customer service issues. Mail carriers on my route have been caught on camera frisbee delivering packages; breaking or kicking over a number of flowerpots, and M.I.A on Saturday deliveries altogether. Absolutely ridiculousness... AMAZON, take us awaaaaay!!!
I AM SO MAD!!!!! Mailed a few payments from this location which never was sent or received. Comes to find out that someone had cashed the checks (money orders) that weve sent out. Im so mad...Hows this happen when it was never made out to them..I just dont understand, it must be an inside job with the postal services. We will get to the bottom of this. I AM NOT USING THIS POST OFFICE AGAIN, NEVER!!!!
Good luck getting your package on time or getting accurate updates as they deliver it, fail to deliver it, hold it for you to pick up, then say its not where it tells you to pick it up, but dont worry it will be delivered tomorrow. Just use FedEx or anything else if you can.

2022-04-16Ive been going to Town and Country Post office for quite some time now. Lovely service with extremely hard workers. Kim, Roxanne, Wendu and Amber have gone above and beyond to execute the kinds of service that keeps me doing business with the post office...Love it

2022-05-25Usually fair service. I try to be understanding about staff shortages, I know its not their fault. Staff often seems distracted and short with customers (not all there is a least one rep who is always pleasent and polite) Went today to mail a package and cost was $9.95, I had a $20 but was told I couldnt use cash unless I had correct change. Rep kept saying I just got here and dont have change. I cant believe that they start a shift with no way to break a $20. She had my pacckage behind counter and sat and starred at me. Asked when other clerk would be out she said I dont know. Told me to just use my card. I asked what else could I do, she contined to just stare and then said I dont know, but I dont have change. There was a line starting to form and she was the only one at the counter so rather than inconvience the other patrons I asked for my package back. She ripped the postage label off and shoved it back at me. She never once said sorry for the inconvience or gave any expression of concern. This isnt the 1st time I have had a rude clerk while at this location (I give 2 stars only because of the 1 pleasent employee that works here)

2022-06-21Package wasnt delivered but, I cant file a claim online so I came in to do it in person. the woman who doesnt speak English very well gave me the phone number to USPS which I already called with a 53 minute wait time. she refused to file the claim for me. so I left. I went to website again and it says I can file claims in person. shes refuses to do it and wont even give me her name. not sure what to do at this point

2021-08-25Very Frustrating Place. They cant get enough help. Today on a Wednesday, I drove there to mail 2 packages before work and they have a paper on the door saying that they are closed. Happens quite often. When they are open, they usually only have one person working, and the line is to the door. Didnt have time to find another post office before work, so packages didnt get sent. Get these people some help or close the place completely. Its ridiculous! Highly recommend going to an alternative post office!

2021-06-02Have had several packages lost and delivered to wrong addresses. If you try to call for help youll be on hold for quite some time just to receive no help and an attitude and going to the actual location is no better. I am tired of the post office failing at its main job... delivering mail.

2021-06-13I dont have an issue with the post office itself in the inside its just the Amazon Sunday carriers I have noticed that they are smoking on the LLVs. seen it with my own eyes walking my dog today on Main and Fountain

2021-04-27Got a failed delivery notice on the 19th.Since they did not try to redeliver on the 20th, I had to wait till after the 20th to pick up. Went to pick up on the 22nd and they did not have my package. Spent three hours trying to track the package down at all three Whitehall post offices myself.None of them had it and could not locate it in their system..Update:4/27 package found

2020-06-24This is one of the best Post Offices in the city of Columbus/Whitehall. I always get good Service. Kim was wonderful but retired. I now get top notch service from Alex. They cannot be blamed for lost mail/packages. They only take it in. Hope Alex stays there a while.

2022-02-16Rude rude rude whatever the guy name is that is there is disrespectful and rude!!! Bad energy he got issues he’s not professional and his customer service is terrible!!!!
