Employees half way pleasant but totally clueless on taking orders properly. Pieces of chicken can come spicey or regular..We ordered 5 piece and said just give us 3 pieces spicey and 2 regular. Was informed over drive-thru that they can only split the pieces flavor up 50/50...Yet you can order anyway you want...Was told again must be equal spicey and equal regular flavor chicken..Lets do the math...5 pieces If that is the logic means you are saying we need 1 piece half spicey and half regular to make it 50/50 on a 5 piece order...How did it become so difficult to order a simple 5 pieces of chicken and cant get 3 pieces and 2 regular because we are told they can only do 50/50 equal order...I told my wife skip it just order 1 type and lets never come back here again...Better off just staying home and doing it yourself. And avoid getting in a basic math debate at a drive-thru....Popeyes needs to put down their Spinach and pick up a calculator. We almost went into risky questions and order a 9 piece!!!!! But would still be there explaining math and customer service...I will save my 4.5 miles and stay away from the 9 mile round trip to math class.
Very, very slow service. Make you wait at ordering window for 20 + min. before they take your order. After.waiting 25 min I went inside. I spoke to manager.I told him how long we waited and that my husband has only one leg. After I addressed my conerns I turned yo leave. When I turned yo leave this Manger was laughing at the situation with another.Pretty sad this manager thought that the situation was .joke.
This is the worst place ever to eat. The sign states they open at 10:30 am but at 11:30 am they still aren’t open but have employees in the store. They said the chicken isn’t ready so they can’t open. Where is the manager at? Why is she or he not fired yet?? I have been coming to this location for a while now and I swear I love Popeyes chicken but no longer like or want the bad service. The employee are smoking blunts outside the store. Maybe they eat all the chicken or are too high to cook the chicken. I don’t know. Let’s hire some competent staff and rebuild this business.Fire all the terrible high employees.
I dont even know where to begin. The food? Amazing! The service? Very top notch! Probably my favorite Popeyes that Ive been to. You may have a bit of a wait but considering the fact that this location is understaffed, I think theyre doing amazing with what they have. I dont know about you, but Id prefer friendly staff and delicious food over rude staff and decent or nasty food. I will be returning again! 😋
So I would rate the food but I tried to order chicken from a chicken restaurant at 9pm on a Friday and low and behold no chicken .just might as well shut down that trash heap of a restaurant and start over.Did I mention this was my first attempt ever for popeyes ? Never again .Regards will
I knew I was going to be in North Olmsted since last night. My wife and I planned on Popeyes for dinner.I waited for more than 35 minutes in line, before pulling out of the drive thru and going to the KFC.Sitting in line I tried to call the restaurant. No one answered. I think a manager could have come out and tell his customers they were having a problem. But no. 35 minutes we will never get back. I can tell you it will be a cold day before I go back.Just to let you know traffic was not busy, and the weather was good.
This is one of the worst FF outlets if not the worst I’ve ever been to.There is always a problem or the other. The staff are extremely slow and inefficient. I don’t know how the chain ever makes money from this store.The average queue length is 1 hour on a good day.It’s such a shame that the business owners don’t care about the customers or competition.
North olmsted march 31,2019 Horrible service horrible under cooked chicken tenders had tenders 3 piece combo coupon order 3 orders and got no biscuits and undercooked chicken very small amount of cold fries and see a picture of not sure what a foot or weird breading of something purchases was inside not drive thur . I.m sorry for 19.00 plus .. its one and done for me.
I will never go to this Popeyes location. Every time I visit you have to wait on the chicken to be cooked. I mean for crying out loud this is what you specialize in and so why not cook to meet the demands. Anyway this last visit was te worst. I went inside and ordered an 8 piece chicken box and paid $3.18 for the up charge, NOT to get any wings, but two breast instead. I waited 33 mins, yes 33 mins for them to cook more chicken breast and when I arrived home, I still had the two wings and not the two breasts that I paid for. I called and spoke to the manager Jeffery and he said they would replace it and for me to stop by anytime to pick it up. Well I stopped by today and not only was the manager Ke-Ke rude, but they would not even acknowledge my presence and refused to give me a refund, even after she asked me to provide my receipt, she would not even look at it and pretended to sweep the entire time I stood there speaking to someone from the corporate office regarding their lack of service and refusing to either give me what I previously paid for or for a refund.
This Popeyes is unoperational. Employees will not take your order, and if they do they tell you they are out of everything or just ignore you. I ordered a chicken sandwhich and the woman told me we dont carry those any more. So I ordered something else. When I got to the window, she asked me if I had ordered the chicken sandwhich. I then told her, you just told you dont carry those any more? She then closed the window and never came back until I drove off. Ridiculous! Hey Popeyes, stop hiring these people!
Only the drive through is open and they must be TERRIBLY understaffed. We were 4th in line on our arrival. They were very slow taking orders and making people wait. The car that was two ahead of us placed a large order and had continued communication issues with the employee taking the order; she kept goofing it up, not the employee. Then more please waits and we gave up and went elsewhere. Not sure if we will return.
Placed an order online. They closed the restaurant early and didnt bother to notify me. I live a little more than 20 minutes from this restaurant. When I called the restaurant the manager got smart with me and didnt seem to have contact information for his boss or corporate in order for me to get a refund. While he was trying to lecture me because I placed my order on-line he told me corporate has them closing at 8pm, this was at 7:15pm on a Friday. At the very least one of the 3 or more people working in the restaurant could have called to notify me they werent going to make my food and they likely could have refunded my money to me without me having to jump through hoops to get my money back.
The franchise owner and management at the Popeyes should be ashamed. Stopped at the drive through for lunch today at 12:20 pm and was told that the food would not be ready for 25-30 minutes. My previous visit saw people waiting for 40 minutes without getting food. Popeyes needs to crack down on these poorly run locations.* Update March 2022. I thought I would see if this Popeyes was ready for prime time yet, and when I pulled into the parking lot the was a woman trying to get into the restaurant looking angry. Then I saw two men standing at the drive through window trying to communicate with someone inside. Then I saw that the drive through lane was completely blocked off by a delivery truck. Clearly, this Popeyes is still having great difficulty providing even competent service. Dont go here.
The wait time is always ridiculous but today I spent 30 minutes at the drive thru with no response. I went to the window and was ignored. Went to the front door and it was locked. They could have said something at the drive thru to let the 5 other cars know something was wrong or they werent ready. Such horrible customer service.

When I asked to speak with the manager she said she was too busy. How could you be busy, you said you wouldnt be able to get my order together until 2:30 when I placed an order for pick up at 11:20 and the website said they open at 10:30.
Consistently wait 40-45 minutes or longer for a drive thru order. Worst customer service / fast food Ive ever seen, bar none. Check other reviews - its almost always like that at this location. No one, not the workers, managers, corporate seem to care about ANYTHING at this store - such a shame. Good food. Would give zero stars if I could.
Hi All,If I could give zero feedback I would. Today I was in the parking lot and was told that the inside dining area was closed by 2 young employees smoking cigarettes by the dumpster. So I drove up to the drive-up window speaker. No one answered after a few minutes. So then I drove up to the drive-thru window. I sat there for almost TEN minutes while several employees inside noticed me there. They did nothing. Finally one of them opened the window and said they were still closed. No one was there to cook chicken.Im not blaming the young employees. Where is the manager at? Anyways, just disappointed I couldnt eat lunch there. Oh well. Lots of businesses are like this right now.DG
I arrived at 4:30 p.m. which is the time you would expect them to be fully stocked. I ordered 10 pieces of mild chicken, which they told me I would have to wait 10 minutes for because they were out. I said no problem. When I arrive to pay they said what I like to take spicy I said no thank you they said it would be a wait. I responded that I was told at the window it would be 10 minutes and that would be no problem. The person told me with attitude in his voice that it was going to be a lot longer than that. I said KFC is right down the road and sure enough I went there and within 5 minutes had I order and was on the way. I will never go to any Popeyes Chicken anywhere again and I will tell all of my friends not to go because not only are they ill stocked but they have a bad attitude towards certain customers.
This place is a hit or miss. Lately Ill be honest the drive thru isnt as bad as it once was. I know places are hurting for staff and I honestly think this was the problem here. The past few times I actually had no wait and the food was perfect! The new employees were actually welcoming and it was refreshing. Im happy to see changes being made and it making a difference here. The restaurant is definitely one of my favorites!
The employee Ahmad, was very nasty. He kept cutting my husband off when we were trying to order. Then when we asked for sauce at the window, he said he couldnt take orders at the window. When I checked our order it was missing a spicy chicken sandwich so we had to get back line. There was a car ahead of us with some young girls and he was laughing it up with them. My husband said he wanted to speak with a manager and when we got there, it was the same guy. He said, what do you want? We said we were missing a spicey chicken sandwich and after all this time our other food was getting cold, so he said hatefully, so you want a refund? He snatched the bag of food and threw it across the room into the garage can and took the drink too. My husband said he wanted the receipt because it had his name on it but he didnt. I remembered it anyway!!!!! Shame on him!!!! Ill never go to that nasty store again!!!
Store states it’s open until 10 but every time I try picking up orders for door dash between 8-9 pm the person in the drive through says they are closed, out of chicken etc. How are you guys always out of chicken? It screws me out of my money because someone don’t want to do their job.
This Popeyes has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to. In the five times I have visited with mobile ordering and picking up in the drive thru, I have spent 3 hours waiting. You read that correctly, and yes I have kept track. Customers in line today kept leaving because of how terrible they are doing. I lucked out one night, and their district manager was in the dining room taking notes. She came out and helped us, while the rude employees that were nasty to us let us sit at the front where they had us pull up for 20 more minutes. As for the district manager, she was extremely nice and said she was taking note on their performance. Ive had to get multiple refunds here, and file several complaints, because of not having what I ordered, because of cold food, and how much time Ive spent sitting there. This may seem like a rant, but it is more a warning to you to never go here. We sure wont be ever again, unless they hire employees that actually work, and care about customers and their experience. You are better off going to Canes or Chick Fil A, both being about two minutes away.
Got there at 12 stayed in drive through for 1 hr. Was stuck between two cars so couldnt get out of line. Worker did not take the order at the menu box but waited until we actually got to the window which caused even longer delay. They did not have chicken cooked and stated that there was only one cook and that they were short staffed. However, the person who took the orders stated that he had been at work since 8a.m. The long wait his is everytime and the your food order is never right.
The first time I came here I was pregnant and craving their biscuits so we drove a half hour to be advised they would be postponing their opening time for 2 more hours. I cried and we settled for another restaurant.The second time I came was 20 minutes after they opened and I sat at the drive through with no response for 5 minutes. I called the store and nobody answered the phone.Im never going to bother coming here again. Too bad. The food is good but that doesnt mean anything when you cant get it.
We ordered the food tonight and wanted a classic chicken sandwich large combo with large fries, and a side of another large fry. The cashier at the speaker asked us to place the order, so my husband did and they totally didnt acknowledge the first time he said it and proceeded to tell us to hold on quite rudely I might add, so we waited another minute, then the employee repeated the order back and we finalized it and told us the total and we waited at the window for about 12 minutes. We then got the food but were missing a fry and the drink came with ice when we specifically asked NO ice. The line was too long to go back around to fix it and we were heading to an appointment anyway so unfortunately we had to bear it. Absolute bs. Customer service is beyond poor and in desperate need for an attitude adjustment!
Zero stars. Words alone cannot express just how bad this place is. To begin, I waited at the counter while the staff simply looked at me and walked away. Nobody helped. After about 20 minutes, someone finally looked over and said they would be with me soon. Another 10 minutes pass. Frustrated, I decided to use the bathroom, thinking they would be ready by the time I was done. The bathroom was absolutely trashed, I didnt even bother. I ended up walking out. Unbelievable.
Ordered for pick up. The lobby is locked. Had to wait in the drive-thru. Waited in the Drive-Thru for 35 to 40 minutes. And then decided that they can just keep my money and I will buy something else to eat. Do not go to this location if you plan to eat here on your lunch break.
My brother and I have gone to this Popeyes twice in two weeks and both times he has been given the wrong order. My previous trip I was told that my food had a 30+ minute wait, and the time before that the drive through took 45 minutes to get through despite only 4 cars being in front of me. This used to be the best Popeyes in the area but over the last few months has steadily gone downhill. Really need to get some employees in there who want to work and can get an order right.
Great food, and excellent customer service. Devon went above and, beyond the call of duty! I hope he will be recognized for his efforts! It is because of him that I will be returning to this location, and abandoning the one on West 147th and Lorain Road (which I went to that location first but the lady was rude to me on the speaker yelling wait a minute!.. because I asked if she was still there after she had me on hold for 10 minutes sitting at the drive-thru order screen.. she failed to let me know that they were doing a shift change! I didnt find this out until I pulled around to the window to see what was the holdup). Way to go Devon!!!!
The chicken and food at Popeyes is great but this location is terrible. Waited a half hour for a 7 car drive thru line. Paid at the window and after a couple minutes was asked to pay again. Had to wave my receipt to prove that I paid and hadnt received my order. Then, after a couple more minutes, was told that they are dropping new sandwiches. Eventually, got my sandwiches and my order was correct but the service is slow and very frustrating. Would not recommend this location. Other good chicken establishments nearby.
So do they block the driveway and shutdown the restaurant every time they take a deliver? I wonder if the manager knows about this. Or did this only happen to me today? Shut down for 30 min at 2pm, they dont answer the phone either. This cant be good for business. Love that spicy chicken sandwich, but customer service sux big-time. If I could rate this location lower I most certainly would. I pulled in line at the drive-thur line since you cannot got inside to place your order at 1:00 pm. I waited and finally placed my order at 1:38 pm and had only moved approximately 5 cars. I waited another 10 minutes and had to leave without my food due to only having an hour for lunch. This place also doesnt know what their specials are on the ordering board. If I wanted spicy chicken then I was going to have to wait another 20 minutes. This is a chicken place and it is run so badly that they should just close the doors. I has been almost a year since I last stopped by and I wont be back. Get some kind of management team in place and then you can earn my business again. Drove across the street to Burger King and got their 2 for 5 special which included a big chicken sandwich. This location should be ASHAMED!!
Service at the drive thru was slower than slow. Definitely no excuse for such slow service when the dining room is closed as is the lobby. Once you did waited on, they were very friendly and cordial. Asked for no wings for two chicken dinners and got them anyway. No sense of urgency at any of their locations.
3 separate occasions service has taken over 30 minutes in the drive thru. The absolute slowest service. This time they closed at 3pm to restock said it would be 20-30 minutes. 25 minutes later they say the same thing. Will not return......decided to try again today 2/18/21 at 430pm. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and was told we aint got no sandwiches for 30 minutes wish there was a lower than 1 star rating.
Waited 43 minutes for a lukewarm chicken sandwich. The drive thru had just 3 cars in front of me. You could throw every piece of food away and start fresh & still get food out faster. I would’ve left, but the drive thru narrows to just one lane. Also, does anyone clean anything here? When was the last time someone wiped down the drive thru window? It’s so filthy. Awful experience. Awful employees. Awful management. No need to waste your time. They will never see another dollar of mine.
I swear every time I come here theyre out of everything on the menu. Do you have popcorn chicken? No. Do you have chicken tenders? No. Do you have chicken sandwiches? No. What do you have? Chicken. ? What kind of chicken? Spicy or regular. ???? No I mean what kind of chicken like are they wings? Spicy or regular :|The lady was quite rude about it and I wasnt sure why. The place was not busy at all, one car in line in front of me. They waited however long before I got there as well as another 30 minutes in front of me to get a drink and a small bag of food. I waited over an hour in a 1 person line. Terrible service, terrible product availability, rude staff. Avoid this Popeyes.
Terrible!!!!!!!!!! Waited over 30 minutes in line. Had to repeat my order multiple times and than didnt get all of my food. Inside was closed so had to walk up to the drive thru. Worker asked was there an issue. I said yes Im missing a side. She checked and came back and said well they said they put it in your bag. So I had to go back to my car and bring the bag back to them to show them I didnt get it. Another worker stated it was in the bag. First and last time ever going here. Also filled out survey and demanded a call back. Been two weeks and nothing.
Only drive thru is open. Can place order online but cant go in store to pick up. Sat in drive thru for 35 minutes to pick up because I had already paid online. Horrible customer service. The boy handed me my food without even looking at me. No thank you or anything. Should have someone taking orders outside to speed up process. Or open the store. Door dash was even upset
If I could give them 0 stars I would.. Very very long waits. They refused to honor their mobile coupons even though it says use on mobile order or in store. I finally ordered without the coupon. The menu board said $6.99 I got to the window to pay and they said $9 something. When I questioned this, they said the prices were changed and corporate did not change the menu boards. Well then, honor the prices that are posted.. The manager was rude, and told me its not his problem the prices went up and the menu was not changed to reflect the new prices.
We need a -5 star option. I’ve tried to eat here 3 times in the last few months and never actually got any food. The first time they were closed in the middle of the day. The second, we waited in the drive through for 25 minutes with only like 5 cars in front of us. They didn’t have any chicken sandwiches so we just pulled out. This time the drive thru speaker wasn’t working so we went in. Placed our order and they messed it up. I will never go back. And I’ll tell everybody to not go to that location. Fire everybody and start fresh. Or close this location. Literally the worst location I have ever gone to EVER. I have never seen anything like this.
Worst fast food experience Ive ever had. Dont waste your time. Did an internet order. Time said the 3 orders will be ready at 740pm. Got there at 8 and couldnt go inside to get it. Doors were locked. Waited in the drive thru. Left there at 902pm. Messed up 2 of the 3 orders. My order was only a chicken sandwich. When I got home I opened the bag to find...a fish sandwich. Wth. Messed up the another order missing 3 items. Go anywhere but this place.
So once again they do not want my business. This time the drive thru speaker had a piece of paper on it that said sorry we close this was at 7:15 pm, they are supposed to be open to 10:00. The last time I went there it was noon on a weekday and the doors were all locked? They have some serious issues. If I could select 0 stars I would.
Waited 30 minutes to be told they handed my online order to the single car in front of me. Told me it would be quick for them to get the order back together as they had the food made. 15 minutes later, I finally got my food and when they handed me my Dr. Pepper, it was red pop. Oh, thats what came out of the Dr. Pepper How ignorant do you have to be to try to pass that off? Go anywhere else, theres no shortage of options near by that wont have you wasting time.
Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism. The food I received (tenders and fries) were over cooked and the fries were burnt, our drinks were watered down as they clearly poured our drinks from a nearly empty dispenser and when we called up there a plethora of times nobody answered. Other restaurants seem to be able to operate the dining area as well as the drive thru efficiently but not this Popeyes location, waited over an half hour for food at that point youd expect it to be immaculate but thats not the case. There needs to be a dramatic change in personnel, I will be contacting corporate.
This is possibly the worst run fast food restaurant in Ohio. Literally was in the drive thru line 1 hour today. Maybe only 5 or 6 cars in front of me. No explanation, no apologies, nothing. To top it off the fries were cold. Was also nice to see workers walking around inside on cell phones as well. Terrible management.
Was not a very good experience. Ordered 2 white meat snacks. And 1dark meat snacks. Recd 4 wings no breast. 4 drumsticks no thighs. I would have been ok. If the worker would have said we dont have anymore of those items. Instead she just out the order together and we left. Didnt realize until we miles away. Will not go back.
The line was so long it took 25 minutes to get to the window. I placed an online order at 3:05 pm while in line. I got to the speaker and told them my name @3:23 pm, I was told somebody picked my order up already and they cant make me another. So I asked so are you telling me Im just out of my good and money and theres nothing that can be done about this. I wanted about 4 minutes for somebody to say something. I was told to pull to the window. Somebody must have corrected the issue when I got to the window I was told to hold on so I did for the next 22 minutes before I got my food. All I know is Ill never go back to this Popeyes again. Second time Ive had a bad experience here...
Very long lines no matter when you go, was in line for about 30 minutes 4 cars in front, I ordered a 8 pc box mild, when I got to the window said they had only breasts and wings and would be around 10-15 minute wait for legs and thighs. I told them just give me breasts and wings. When I got home could tell chicken was sitting around for awhile was very dried out and lukewarm. I wont be going back for awhile, this location is very frustrating. Oh, BTW no corn on the cob as a side anymore.
My mom and I went to Popeyes to order lunch. After finding the drive thru closed, we were directed by a hand written sign to place orders in the lobby. There were a few people waiting for their order, and only 2 people in front of us. We waited in the 2 person line for 10 minutes before placing our order...in which the woman working the register clearly didnt want to be there-and didnt seem to know the menu...Then we waited.And waited.And watched employees stand around not filling orders, watched employees walk out for smoke breaks, watched employees pulling their masks off behind the counter....and watched the lobby fill with people just waiting on their order.And waited.Chicken was stacked in the warmers ready to go....but it wasnt getting boxed. A few door dash orders came in, and the employees scrambled to make the order (the only time they acted like they cared)....leaving us to wait.After 40 minutes waiting for our order, and watching people who ordered after us get their food, I walked up and asked how much longer it was going to be. I watched the woman at the register rummage through receipts that were scattered around, trying to find it. I offered her mine, but the other employee who was scrolling through the screens was able to locate it.We waited another 10 minutes before getting our food-which was luke warm. We would learn after getting home that they gave us mild instead of spicy chicken.I have never been so appalled by workers that just werent helping fill orders...and not caring that there were people waiting...50 minutes.No apology.Nothing aside from luke warm food...
This has to be one of the wildest Popeyes Ive ever eaten at. About 20% of the time they get your order wrong. Tonight when I went through the drive-thru, there were no lights on anywhere and even the menu wasnt lit. While that would seem out of the ordinary elsewhere, it seems to just go with the territory here and fits in with the character of the place. All that said, I got my whole order tonight and just smashed arguably one of the best chicken sandwiches in existence at a reasonable cost. And I keep going back.
Woman employee at drive thru is extremely rude. Made me feel rushed and was spoken to very rudely when just asking a simple question about the menu. This place is TERRIBLE! This all comes down to management not having control of their employees. I suggest going to Canes Chicken, at least they appreciate their customers and do their jobs right. Popeyes employees are terrible and need to be retrained. Dont like your job? Quit!
I pulled up to the drive thru at 2 PM on a Sunday with no other cars in line. I was asked “what do you want?” I ordered a chicken sandwich and the response was, “You want to wait 30 minutes?” Ah no!I suspect, based on the reviews and my experience, that they will be out business soon.
This place is poorly managed. I ordered online and waited over 45 minutes in the drive thru line to pick up my order. I ordered regular size sides and received small sides. The parking lot was dirty. Outdoor trash was overflowing. Weeds everywhere in the landscape. When I finally got up to the speaker to order food they had a hand written sign stating cash only computer system down. Since I ordered online and paid online this was not a problem for me but it just makes me think that everything about this place is in disrepair. The food was okay thankfully. I do not plan on returning.
It took an hour to get food. They lost our order, had three different people ask what we ordered and give us grief for being there and walk away. Aftar 45 minutes we had to give them the receipt which was wrong to begin with so that they could re-enter our order because they had charged us for it and never made it. When it finally came we were still missing stuff but we just left.
Id give zero stars if i could. Drive through service was slower than the second coming of Christ. I put in an online order hoping it would help expedite things. Waiting in the drive through line for 45 minutes before i finally just left. Tried calling to see if i could just pickup order at door but nobody answered the phone.
I was at the North Olmsted Ohio store and waited in line for a very long time because my friends and I had never tried the chicken sandwich. When we finally got to order the poor woman working said she was all alone. We did wait awhile but the order was correct, hot,and so delicious!!! She was a Rockstar!!Well worth the wait!!

I told him he did talk to me. He then proceeded to lie and say that there were no more sandwiches left. He then CLOSED THE DOOR IN MY FACE. DO NOT GO HERE
You have to work extremely hard to provide this bad of service. It really is a shame. a couple of times Ive gone to Popeyes its been absolutely fantastic, but the vast vast majority of time is left with me scratching my head while I walk through the door. Without any doubt, the management of a Popeyes restaurant is an exercise of futility and mismanagement. It took over 15 minutes to get out each order and it wasnt because the food wasnt ready. It was because the staff truly was incompetent. they dont even know what they give you because they start bagging it at different times so your foods cold and then they dont even know what they give you. It really is a shame. Ive tried them four times in the last year. One time was great but every other time I just cant justify giving them my money. Great chicken but poor management. And on top of it, two of the times I went the food was so overcooked and old and left out I couldnt even eat the shrimp. Id take a pass and go to Chick-fil-A.
This brand seems to really pride itself on disappointing its customers, this is the only way theyre consistent. We ended up getting sandwiches because they ran out of actual chicken. They probably ran out of mayo too once we left since our sandwiches were smothered in it. We got a mix of chicken and fish sandwiches, which were hard to identify since each was in a fish wrapper. The mashed potatoes came with anorexic gravy- it was so thin it was basically just a 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned water.
To be honest, the chicken seems to have shrunk. Spicy doesnt have any spicy taste and the biscuit that I got was hard as a rock and very dry. And I really do miss the Cajun Rice. The Cole Slaw does not taste right, it use to be very good, now it tastes like youre using Tartar sauce, which I hate. I miss the Popeyes that use to be here before the Covid 19 episode. But the service was very very good.
I would have given 1/2 star if I could have. This is what $72.00 of chicken looks like. All in 1 bag. And we didnt get the whole order. Missing a red stick tenders meal. Then 10 minutes we were told that they had no more mild strips. The server was rude. Kept telling me to hold on while taking my order. I guess I was too fast. This is not usual for this store. They are usually pleasant and very nice. They should be taught customer courtesy..
Food was good but the guy that took my order and gave me my food was VERY rude! Youre supposed to be nice to customers that are spending their money there. If youre not a people person find another line of work. He made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience because I was hungry and wanted food...dont worry I wont bother you again!
I drove up to the drive thru window. I hear a voice say name. so I gave her my name. I dont have anything for you I say thats because I havent ordered yet. Silence..........what do you want? She talked so fast and mumbled that I had to say excuse me? multiple times. No drive up greeting. just rude. Parking lot is filthy, Id hate to see what the inside looks like! If you pay your people better and give them more money and teach them better people skills, you would get better quality people!
Waited an hour and 10 minutes in the drive thru for a DoorDash order (door locked and lights out). Finally get up to the window to be told that they don’t have the sandwiches to complete the order. Then the girl closes the window and walks away. Absolutely worst run business I have ever seen. Period.
Not very consistent. Line is ALWAYS long and when I see a long line I assume my food will be hot and fresh and if that is the case after I have waited in this LONG line I have no problem with the wait. I have visited twice and the first visit was A okay however my second visit I cannot say the same! Giving me a extra piece or two does not satisfy me the same as if you give me what I ordered and it is hot and fresh. Before my first visit here I hadnt visited Popeyes since I could remember because of this happening at various locations. I have thought about returning however as I said earlier the line is ALWAYS long I havent visited again because I dont want to take a chance waiting and not be happy with my order.
I gotta tell you, their classic chicken sandwich is so very good, but I waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes to get one. They need to find a way to speed up this process, because no matter how good a sandwich is, I will NEVER wait that long for fast food again. I can experience some things in a much shorter period of time somewhere else.🤨
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this Popeyes. I just came from there and after waiting an HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES in the drive thru they screwed up the order. I sat at the speaker for twenty five minutes before my order was taken. Out of some sides when I pulled up at the window, got the chicken I specifically asked twice NOT to get, no honey packets as requested. To top it off, employees who acted like they didn’t want to be there, wore their masks on their chins. It is obvious the employees could care less about their job as well as their customers. Wish I could give a half star- they don’t deserve even a full star.
We waited 20 minutes to even order due to computer issues. Thats fine, weve been anxiously waiting to try the chicken sandwich.We waited another 20 minutes to get our food. Weve waited this long, itll all be worth it. We were just excited they were finally available to try.We ordered two small drinks, six sandwiches and four large orders of beans and rice; over $50 in food. Every single chicken breast was tiny and dry and haphazardly slapped between buns with two sad little pickles. The pickles were actually the best part. How can something fried be both dry and rubbery? All of our orders of rice were filled no more than 2/3 full, a couple even less.The employees were nice but uhh, the food wasnt even recently fresh and for fast food, Popeyes isnt the cheapest. Extremely disappointed.
I know things are crazy in C-19 but 45 minutes from joining the drive through line to finally driving off with our food is sad in so many ways. Plus, when we got home found that we were not given spicy as ordered and short a few biscuits. Disappointed at best for what is usually great food.
After we sat in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes, we didnt receive our chicken sandwiches. We then told the girl at the window we needed our sandwiches, both plain but one spicy and one regular. The sandwiches we received both had mayo and pickles. We waited for about 10 more minutes when we received our sandwiches. They were both regular neither spicy. The chicken was extremely rubbery and none of the food we received was anything to write home about. Completely disappointed!
Ordered for pickup, had to wait in ungodly slow drive thru line anyway. Whats the point of ordering online then? Was told the lobby was closed even though doors were unlocked and theres no signage indicating the lobby is closed. Then they were out of one of the items we ordered and were no help there just told us to call. Not sure who were supposed to call since the order was through the popeyes website directly. Food wasnt particularly hot but no sense in arguing furtherAlso they shorted us all of our sauces (4 packets).
Placed an order online and went to pick it up. Went inside to get it and they told me I had to go through the drive thru, despite the doors being unlocked and the sign on the door saying they could have 3 customers at a time. No one was wearing masks. I asked them to cancel my order since my car window was frozen shut and I wouldnt be able to go through the drive thru. They told me I had to cancel online. So I did and left.
My daughter had been begging me to go to Popeyes for a while now, but we don’t have one all that close to us. I finally broke down and took her to the North Olmsted location. The gentleman at the window (the receipt said Dominique took care of us) was friendly and our food was excellent. We got the chicken sandwich, an 8pack of chicken tenders, and popcorn shrimp. The wait was less than I had expected, given the reviews, but it still took around a p minutes to get through the line. Overall, I was happy with our first Popeyes experience. Thanks for the hospitality!
Asked for breast dinner and got thigh and leg. Asked for chicken strips and got answer of what? Like people dont normally ask for chicken strips at a chicken place. Got to window to pay and they asked what our order was and we told her and she said thats not your order!! Poor customer service!! If I didnt like the biscuits I would not ever go back!
Awful. Waited in drive-thru line an hour- half of which we were stuck and couldn’t turn out even if we wanted. Get up to the window- half their menu is unavailable. The chicken tenders were dry and disgusting. Employees had no awareness to how long customers were waiting, and blatantly just didn’t care. From the reviews, this place seems perpetually poorly managed and operated. Raising Canes is a short drive- go there instead or you’ll regret it.
For several months now I have been trying to place an order for delivery. It gets cancelled every time. I have tried to call and NO ONE answers the phone and there is no messages to say what is going on. ANNOYING! I placed an order to be picked up at 11:20, I get there and they tell me the staff just got in and my order wont be ready until 2:30. I get a half hour for lunch at work so I was not able to eat lunch. I had already wasted my time driving there and back.
Took about 45 mins in drive thru. I really dont understand the wait considering there was only 4 cars ahead of me. The food was still pretty decent. Fries were old but chicken was hot and fresh. Maybe management should consider a curbside pickup option to cut down on drive thru wait. Just a suggestion
We went to try the special chicken sandwich. It is good, but not good enough to get stabbed over (happened at other stores, this one is safe). There was a wait, but it was crowded because we went during dinner rush. Still in and out in roughly 15mins. They forgot the biscuit. When we told them about that, they were apologizing and gave us 2 of them.IMPORTANT:Just because they dont have matching uniforms on does NOT mean they are horrible. In fact they were way better than other fast food places. They do great work here.
Poor setup. It takes 20 minutes. a car to get your food in drive thru. Then the line still does not move. We have been in line. For 45 minutes & 8 cars r still in front of us. Dont know what is the best option to get your food from here from anither neighboring city. It took us 1 hr 1/2 to place the order. Found out there were only 2 people working the store. 1 order taker, she was getting overwhelmed & messed up the order & there was a gentleman doing the food. The chicken was great. But sorry never again will we return.
I wish I could give 0 stars. We have stopped at the North Olmsted location multiple times, at different times of the day, and they always have a reason that they are not open yet. Our last visit was at 1pm and they said they were at least an hour away from being ready to open. They were supposed to open at 10:30am! How are you always that late/slow??? I can understand running a little behind, but 3+ hours behind is crazy. There is a Chick-Fil-A and a Raising Canes near by that are much better options.
Absolutely the worst!! I ordered online for in store pick up, only to be asked to go thru the drive thru for my order! When ordering, it gives the in-store pick upoption ! Already paid mind you....50min in line, get to the window.....another 15min wait!! Why have online ordering when u still have to wait as if you just placed and order in drive thru? Have never waited nearly as long in any other drive thru. Have never took more time to eat my food in a busy restaurant then waiting in the drive thru line with only 3 cars in front of us. Can the Popeyes franchise or chain please do something to fix the service? There are so many complaints about this store’s service and long wait. Employees are visibly leaving the restaurant to smoke in the back in front of the drive thru line.
You will wait forever for your food. 1st time I went to this location, took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru and there were 4 cars in front of me. Today, 4 cars again in front of me and its been 22 minutes....still two cars to go. Just go to chic fil la. This Popeyes, hasnt figured it out yet.
All know, Tuesday Special is 2 pieces of chicken for $1.69 !! These hard workers get slammed! Folks/cars steady with a few breaks. But peak hours you can see cars waiting for space to turn into the lot (Ive been there when it was like that). Still, service is always pleasant, courteous, and professional at the ordering station and the window. Even when you can hear the tiredness in the voice. The chicken has been/ is fresh, fresh oil, and no long waiting for food to be cooked. Management does a great job at this location. Excellent are my experiences.
I understand that restaurants do indeed get busy, I ordered a 3 piece combo along with the tender box, we asked for all cajun fries for the sides. I also asked if they could please make the fries fresh. We paid just under $20.00, and the fries were very old and stale. Again I understand business, so I politely went back thru the drive-thru and spoke with a lady who stated she would give us fresh fries. Ok Great!!!! I dont mind waiting. We decided that we would park in the parking lot while we ate and low and behold, she gave us a batch of fresh fries mixed in with the old fries. I could not believe it. We patiently waited, and patiently came back thru the drive thru and I even thanked them twice for the customer service, and this is what I got in return. I later found out the chicken was just as old as the fries. I dont think anyone deserves this type of customer service, especially when given a 2nd chance to do the right thing and you still choose to offer bad service.
Im from Florida up visiting with my mom for Thanksgiving holiday and was bragging about popeyes infamous chicken sandwich and we decided to visit this location this evening. WOW! What a major disappoinment. Due to covid the drive thru was the only option which would have been fine but...the menu board was not lit nor did the speaker work. While waiting in line my mom advised me that it wasnt working last time she was either which was in June.... really??? You would think a large chain like popeyes would find that unacceptable. However it is what it is, that wasnt even the most disappointing thing. Since speaker was not working we had to order at the window. There were originally 5 cars ahead of us in line, one then left due to long wait time Im assuming. Since we were waiting so long I started thinking maybe they are cooking to order. We literally stayed in line for a hour. Once we got to the window and tried to place a order we were advised no fries...uhggg okay well choose something else. I chose red beans and rice and mom got the cajun rice. My grandson was with us and wanted the surf and turf. No wicked shrimp....whaaat??? Ok hell get popcorn. At the time a little disappointed but still happy we finally got something to eat. Were home now and about to finally eat our awaited sandwiches...since we were waiting an hour to order one would assume that the food would be fresh and hot. Unfortunately that was not what happened. My mom didnt get her spicy chicken and needles to say neither sandwich was fresh or hot. My red beans and rice fortunately was flavorful but obviously had been sitting for quite some time due to the crunch and chew of the rice. My poor grandson with his popcorn shrimp...oh my goodness that had really been sitting as it was extremely crunchy and when the coating was peeled off the shrimp it was barely recognizable and dried up something terrible. I love Popeyes and cant believe something like this even came out of the restaurant. The staff was nice but not much of one. I would think a large chain like Popeyes would uphold to certain standards and make sure that things were in working order. I can only imagine the stress that these employees have to endure with something as simple as a speaker and menu board not working. Why would this franchise/owner have them work in these conditions for so long?? Sooo disappointed Popeyes I really hope you step it up soon.
I was in line and ordered my meal. I could not understand my total so I asked for clarification. The person at the window didnt turn off their mic so I heard her talking about me to her manager and swearing. I told her I could hear her and she told me to pull up. I couldnt due to the line and she whatevered me. I pulled right out of line and refuse to ever go back.

Now management must have known the night before or at least before opening that morning.You would think they would have posted a sign by the drive through saving people the trouble of sitting in line just to hear they are out of a product.I asked the employee why a sign was not posted , her reply was they were short staffed. This leads me to believe this resturaunts problem is purely management.This is the sevond time this had happened to us and we drove over 20 miles just to eat there.This resturaunt is a disgrace and its managements fault
Wish I could give a -0 for this place. They need to fire what workers and management remain. First time ever going to a popeyes. Not only did they not have half their menu but both the person on the speaker com and at drive thru window were rude. They were so rude I didnt finish the transaction and drove off.
If I could give it zero stars I would! They never have any product every time I go they are closing early or refusing customers. I waited in line for 20 min and the car at the speaker never had their order taken no cars in front of him . The guy at the speaker yelled and asked if anyone was going to take his order and you could hear them laughing. Its a shame because they are the only Popeyes around and in a great location .
We arrived at 3:09 pm with 4 cars in front of us. We finally placed our order at 4:04 pm. It took 5 minutes for us to place the order after being put in hold 3 times. The cashier was pleasant, but the wait times are ridiculous. By the time we placed our order there we 8 cars in line. Several car pulled out of line, I believe because of the long wait. This is the send time we’ve visited this location and the wait times have not improved.
Ordered online through their website at 7:30pm. Arrived 5 minutes later and line was out to the street. It took 50 minutes to go through the drive through and get our food. Lights to the building were shut off and it was dark out. There is something wrong here with management to let a fast food chain be THIS bad.
Ordered delivery through their app. They estimated the arrival time for about an hour. I was tracking the order the whole time as they said they were arriving. The order never showed up after over and hour and I could not contact the courier or Popeyes. Tried calling Popeyes several times and they would not pick their phone up. I contacted Popeyes via their feedback link and requested a refund. They issued a partial refund with a simple, “We’re sorry”. Terrible customer service. It’s almost like they’re running a scam.
They wont even answer the drive thru speaker, the phone, supposed to be open, drive thru line is down the street with customers but they wont take anyones orders. It is busy lunch time and if there is something wrong inside, someone could already come out and tell all these waiting customers so were not just sitting here. Popeyes has great food but every single location is horrible with customer service.
We got to Popeyes at about 7 pm sat in line for over an hour got up to the drive-thru they were not very friendly. We ordered our food then waited another 20 minutes in the drive-thru got up to the window and they say its going to be another 5-minute wait and pull us up. sooo then we sat here for another 15 minutes its now 8:40 and then brought our food out gave us the wrong food no apology and now were waiting on our food again. but I can tell you that we will never be coming back to this place ever again highly disappointed we we highly disappointed.
Very bad experience.. I tried to ask some question about the food.. instead answers they start screaming at me.. was only the drive-thru open.. when a arrived to the window and ask them the manager name. Refuse to give to me. I called it the headquarter the lady who answered the phone was very nice and very understanding.. and by the way I own two restaurant in Cleveland.. I would never treat anybody like that.. usually when we go to a restaurant is for comfort not for war
I love the chicken sandwich, but most everything else is average. I would have given four stars, but they keep running out of chicken. How does a chicken place run out of chicken?? Also, please add sweet potato fries to your menu, especially when you have the catfish!

I have been sitting in line for 30 minutes and 8 people have left the line. The staff is terrible and unprofessional and slow. They dont have anything ready and are walking around confused. The lady whom took my order was rude and they kept sliding their masks off. The food is so expensive. This job is not that complicated but you guys sure make it seem that way. Worst experience ever! Replace all of them asap you are paying them too much.
Pulled in the drive thru because I only saw 3 cars thinking I wouldn’t wait that long. Boy was I wrong. Waited 15 minutes at the speaker before I heard a word. I would have been better off waiting in the line Chik fil a that was wrapped around the building. I wish I could give -5 stars.
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I can only blame myself for not leaving with the amount of red flags from the moment I walked in with my husband. Horrible staff, horrible food, dirty everything. Was told would be about an hour and 40 min for sandwiches, thats fine we went for chicken tenders. The amount of grease that dripped from the rubbery so called chicken tender was unfathomable! The sides were small and tasteless, couldnt even get a lid for our cups! Needless to say, shant be going back here, ever!
Pulled in line @ 8:58pm. Three cars ahead of us to order. We ordered a 9 piece bundle split 50/50 (asked i for four spicy and give mild),with mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, biscuits and two blueberry lemon pies. Finally made it to window to pay @ 9:29. Food was never handed to us until 9:45pm. When we were ready to drive away, Brandon asked us if we indeed ordered the none piece bundle. In getting the food home, there wasnt any spicy chicken, the lid on the mashed potatoes was cracked and the gravy leaked all into the bag, and the pieces of chicken were very small. We were so excited when we saw the location, but with customer service as it was, long wait time, and such small chicken pieces, it is doubtful well be back.
I love the food but the service at this location is very inconsistent. Ive been here approximately 20 times since theyve opened and Ive never seen the same employee twice. The turnaround rate is way too high and it shows. Most of the time the staff has been friendly, but Ive had a few people be rude and on several occassions they had trouble running the cash register appropriately. Ive waited anywhere from 3 to 25 minutes for my food, which doesnt bother me but Ive watched 3 or 4 people walk out of the place due to the wait. With better training and a better work atmosphere these issues would likely be resolved.
I have been in line over 50+ mins and still havent ordered! There were only 6 cars before me. It is like this EVERYTIME I come to this location. It ALWAYS TAKES AT LEAST 45 mins to get what you need or even just to order then another 20-30 to get the food!!! Just insane! I have been sitting at the menu board for 10 mins now waiting on someone to take my order! Oh and you cant call inside because the number shown says disconnected when you try..smh
Popeyes has surprisingly good chicken. This was my first visit and unfortunately I came when they rereleased their chicken sandwich. The ordering process didnt take long, but getting my food did. I think I was the only one who didnt order the sandwich. I was with my family and ordered a family meal. With an online coupon from Popeyes website, we got 14 tenders, 2 sides and four biscuits for under $20.
If it were not for the exceptional lady in the drive through and the kitchen guy who came out to talk to us I would have figured put how to give Popeyes NO stars for their performance this evening. We ordered the $37.99 16 piece chicken box that comes with 3 sides and 8 biscuits and were told that there would be an 8 minute wait and would we pull forward since they had a food order for the car behind us. We moved and then the wait started. An outer minutes later the gentleman from the kitchen came out and said that they were making a huge party order and that our order would be up in 8 more minutes.We waited and watched the inside customers increase from a couple people to a full house all while waiting for our order. 47 minutes from the time the order was placed until the same guy out with a huge bag and while making a genuine apology handed it to me. We looked and there were no biscuits in the bag...i went inside to find a madhouse of people waiting in line so I went back to the drive through lane and finally got back to the window. The drive through lady was also very appologetic and got the biscuits for us. By the time we got home the sides were cool and then we counted the chicken and found we were 1 piece short in our order. I will not return to this particular Popeyes nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.
Out of three of the first four things I tried to order, and Im not talking about the chicken sandwich! Not only are they out of things 2 hours before they close, but theyre unfriendly in letting you know about it! Very poorly run location, but the being out of things on the menu seems to be a trend at any Popeyes that you go to. Customer service is iffy at most Popeyes locations as well. Too bad. The food is excellent!
Popeyes spicy chicken tenders and cajun fries with ranch is basically my favorite meal ever. HOWEVER, the service here is horrible. I typed out a long detailed review of how bad it was each of the three separate times I have been here in the last week, but the review disappeared. So now Im just saying, these employees do not seem to care about customer service and do not pay attention or work with a sense of urgency.
Great service, the new chicken sandwich is making for high demand. Staff has done a great job, even when some of the other customers are not giving them benefit of the doubt. Management and the crew did great today through all the mess. Hope this makes it to them because they are doing great.
Ordered my food and pulled up to the drive thru window. I saw that no masks were being used at all. Didnt even stay i left and got chick fil a instead. Which as always chick fil a always is amazing. Besides Popeyes at this location is run down and dirty. Ill never go back.
Drove there to get Rippin Chicken and Shrimp.They were out of Rippin Chicken.I ordered Cajon Shrimp.They said were out.Ordered regular Shrimp.Nope, They were out.They offered popcorn shrimp.Forget it.I think the employees just milk the clock.Music was so loud I could hear it outside the building.
Literally horrible. The lady at the window got our order wrong, no big deal. But she didnt even wanna listen to us when we was trying to tell her our correct order. She said she they ran out of paper so we couldnt get a receipt . haha i was soo baffled . it took a manager to come take her off the window an then i couldnt even get my biscuit . she tried to charge me another dollar. Oh after waiting 30 mins.... Ya never again. Ps. Id give half a star if i could figure out how to. Lol
Food is good but staffing and training is poor. Lobby was closed as they didnt have enough staff so my online order turned into me waiting in que in the drive thru. No napkins or forks put in bags for mashed potatoes plus the other food. When they opened the window they just looked at me....no hello, no what was your order...just staring at me? That was weird.
Waited an hour and 15 mins in the drive thru. They did not appear to know what was going on. This is the second time this has happened. I dont care how good the food is, no customer service, trash overfilled both times. Staff was rude. Will never go back again and will contact corporate. I wish I could give zero stars. This place needs to get it together!
This places barely functions. Half of the time they dont have items ready and they dont even give you an option to wait for it. The last time I went they didnt have the drive through speaker working and it took forever to get through the line. Im surprised they keep this store open. But the chicken is really good, never had a bad meal its just everything else about this place.
Absolute worst customer service ever. Ordered a 10 piece spicy meal with 2 sides, both fried, and 5 biscuits. Had to pull out of line and wait for fresh food. Two other cars were also pulled out of line behind me. They both got their food ahead of me. Then a crew member comes out to ask what exactly my order even was. After waiting for 30 minutes I finally received my order. No apology for the wait at all. Not even a smile or a farewell. I have half a mind to post the whole ordeal on Facebook.
Had no problem last time i came here. Been a couple years wont be returning. Customer service was horrible. Read the order back to me twice and still got it wrong. No chicken was ready. Saw other customers waiting forever but two woman walked up and got immediate help. Would not recommend this popeyes to anyone. Staff shouldnt be arguing over who has next break with a lobby full of waiting customers. Beat the rush then break. Not a hard concept.
Where do I begin....... hesitant to call the people there workers cause the dont actually work. Food is subpar at best, drive thru takes 2.5 hours on a good day. My best advice would be to shut down this establishment. If the Browns were a fast food, Popeyes in North Olmsted would be the equivalent
I’ve Ubered from this location probably 6-7 times. Started out awesome and has steadily declined from there. The last 3-4x we’ve ordered, we’ve ordered chicken sandwiches and each time they have either not included chicken sandwiches in our order or cancel our order completely right before the driver arrives. Undependable and a waste of time. Called manager and he was not any help.Maybe try another location.
Worth the relatively short wait at lunchtime in their drive-thru. Their chicken sandwich is THE BEST, as I read in a comparison with other fast food chicken sandwiches. Thick, juicy, flavorful breast meat on a toasted brioche bun. Choice or regular sauce or spicy. Try it, you wont be disappointed!
Had to wait 25 minutes on a Monday night at 7:00. Cashier was yelling at co-worker over her headset through the drive thru. Tried to order a plain chicken sandwich, but was told they dont do special orders. Once at window only got a very smug/ghetto $6.11 which was the only thing she said to me. But the sandwich was good, but I wont be back.
Absolute horrible service. Second time this happened. The first time was a 40 minute wait for two dinners. Second visit was ordered ahead. They have the lobby closed. A young man tells us he will go in to get our order. He disappeared never to be seen. We had to get in the drive thru line. An hour wait to pick up a paid for order. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! This should be a Minus 5 score!
Only the drive through is open, and it moves EXTREMELY slowly. It took me 25 minutes. I ordered while mentioning my coupon (survey on the back of the receipt). When I finally got to the window, the employee and manager made up their own rules about the coupon, tried making up some BS (because they think I cant read the coupon itself?), told me I couldnt use it, then rudely shut the window on me and walked away. So I left after wasting a half hour. Maybe I shouldve waited there until they got back?This used to be the best Popeyes in the area (still not great, but pretty good). Something has changed the past few months and its been run into the ground. Looking at recent reviews, I can see Im not alone in this experience.
Googled hours, supposedly opened till 10pm. Drove over arrived 9 pm, when workers saw us get out of car, they hurried to lock all doors. I guess they need an hour to clean up and 9 to 10 is clean up time or social media time. Watched multiple folks drive through the drive thru, guess it closed at 9 also. My question is why list open till 10 when it is not true.I Love Popeyes chicken but this facility needs to get it together. From every visit I have made it just seems as though they could care less, wonder if the proprietor knows or better yet cares.
Best chain chicken that Ive eaten2-4-18Food was good as usual. Last few times Ive gone in the drink machine was not making ice, dispensing warm beverages and flavor mixture is set wrong and doesnt taste like anything but flavored water. 90% of the tables were dirty and floor slippery. Dont know what the issue is but I hope they fix this stuff. The staff were friendly and helpful in getting drinks from behind the counter .Still dont taste right but better than the lobby
Waited an hour and a half for door dash to deliver. Even though food was ready, they would not come out and give to the driver. Made him wait in the same line as those that havent placed an order yet. Nothing against door dash, this is all on Popeyes. Will never go back.
Wish I could give zero stars, ordered online for pickup, had to wait in line for 45min to get my pickup at drive thru window. pulled up to window and was told it would be another 20-30min wait. Whats the point of ordering online for a specific pickup time when it takes an extra hour to get it. Worst customer service in North Olmsted!

2021-11-30I have ordered 2 popcorn shrimp, the portion of each is too small, they gave the shrimp in a tiny coleslaw box instead of the regular rectangular box. The amount of shrimp was too small and also they didn’t give any cocktail sauce. I regularly eat popcorn shrimp but today I totally disappointed with their service.

2021-11-28Disappointed!!🥴 If done right the food is great! They just can’t get it together up there. I will never get food from there again. Popeyes needs to take some pointers from Chick-fil-A. Sorry just being honest!

2022-08-01Drive through was incredibly slow despite not being particularly busy. Seemed like they were literally cashing everyone out one at a time. Luckily we werent in a hurry, but dont go here if you are. Had to wait after ordering for 2 chicken sandwiches and sides, and they were telling everyone they didnt have white meat in mild, so clearly the store wasnt prepared for the minimal demand they had. On the positive side, the food was quite good.

2022-06-30The line in the drive thru was moderately long. It appeared they were doing one car at a time. The whole purchase took 25 minutes. Wanted Cole slaw as there are no other vegetable choices. Girl apologized they were out, she stated they had been out of Cole slaw for 2 days. This is the second time Ive come here and they have been out of Cole slaw. The order was correct and the chicken and potatoes and gravy were tasty. Staff was nice. Doing the best they could.

2022-03-19Sorriest place in North Olmsted. Waited 25 minutes in drive through, they did not have enough chicken for 10-piece SPECIAL theyre promoting. They didnt tell us this at the speaker, instead they told us AFTER we paid. Had to substitute a different item. After all that- Did not get all my order of $30! Live 30 minutes away, so called as SOON as I opened my bag and discovered items were missing. Called, line busy....Posting this 2 HOURS later, line STILL busy - The phone HAS to be off the hook. They will be closing soon and I just wanted to let someone know this happened so that I may receive a credit or coupon or SOMETHING! Gas is TOO high to be going back when I have no other errands in that area today. And to top it off, our LARGE side was HALF full- so we paid the large price for a SMALL. This is the worse restaurant I have EVER been to in North Olmsted. This city is pretty upscale when it comes to their facilities and quality of service. Totally disappointed with this POPEYES. It has really put a scar on the brand.

2022-05-21Arrived at the store around 5:30pm. The drive thru was closed and the sign directed the customer to the lobby to place the order. But the doors were locked. Then an employee (with a drink in her hand) came out and said they were closed for about 30 minutes due to an incident. This is not the first time encountering issues with this Popeyes. And I dont eat fast food a lot. I like the food, but this location is terrible. They really need new management. Im never going back there again.

2022-06-26It was horrible. 15 minute wait in drive though, girl did not take our order right,Over 20 minutes (in a downpour) to get our order. Then she told us is was $12 for a coupon of $4.49 each for 2. The when we showed her our coupon she still got it wrong and said it came to $24. My husband was so angry he threw the coupon on the ground and left. To make matters even worse trying to talk during the downpour got the inside of our van wet. This is the second time we went here and there wont be a third!Horrible horrible horribleOne one star because there was no 0

2022-05-01WAITED 40 minutes for a 2pc with one side. Then get all the way home and find out that they gave me spicy chicken instead of the mild chicken that I ordered. YOU CANT JUST GIVE PEOPLE WHAT YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM. WHY ASK IF YOU WANT MILD OR SPICY CHICKEN IF YOU CANT GET IT RIGHT! I CANT EAT SPICY FOOD. FROM NOW ON IM DRIVING TO CLEVELAND ON CLARK AVE TO GET MY CHICKEN THEY GOT IT TOGETHER THERE.

2022-07-16I did a mobile order...When I got here it wasnt ready!!! I had to wait 28 mins!!! Whats the point of a mobile or if its not ready??? People that came in the drive thru was finished before me. Thats crazy!!! They forgot my red beans n rice so I had to get out my car and go inside to get it. Only good thing is my chicken was hot and the lady was nice!

2022-06-19If I could go 0 I would. Food is ok, service is TERRIBLE. I have never seen a slower bunch of inept, spoiled, uncaring staff in my life. The manager just told one of the employees cooking chicken dont let him overpower you on orders...take your time they can wait its been 30 min already. The kitchen looks like a ghost town.
