I have been using Mr. Jeff Post’s management services to manage 3 units (a single family and a duplex) in the Cincinnati area. We have had a very favorable experience—rates are fare, he and his crew find tenants quickly (there is a low vacancy rate), he is personally involved with major decisions/repairs and gives me a call to discuss, and most of all, he is quite trustworthy. If I could clone him to manage my properties in another state, I would!

This week be out sixth year staying with Deb. we love her condos and she always has the best locations featuring the best views of the gulf.she absolutely makes it easy to stay at one of her to notch vacation rentals!
