I saw Ellen Platts ad in the Business Journal. I had been thinking about getting a local agent for all my insurance needs, so I called to check it out. Kristy has been great, quick to respond and follow-up, she found better rates for all my needs, and has initiative that I dont see in too many people. My experience has been 5 out of 5. Thank you Platt Insurance.
Platt Insurance is the best around. They are not the kind of agency that is concerned with selling you products you dont need, nor do they just quote you some skeleton policy with worthless coverage just to be the cheapest rate option. They are honest, informative, reasonably priced, always available, and most importantly they are an advocate for you in the time of making a claim. I had disaster strike my home while my family and I were away, and Ellie and her team made sure that my house was put back together like nothing ever happened. They went above and beyond the repairs and upgrades I wasnt aware I needed. They could have saved money on the claim, by keeping it quite. But they put my family and myself first over saving the company money. I will tell anyone who will listen to me, go see Ellie and her team. They will take good care of you.
Our agent Elizabeth Chappell is an exceptional representative of the Platt Insurance Team. We are very happy that she was able to find us a Medicare Supplement which will save us more money than our previous policy. She has gone out of her way to meet with us and listen to our health concerns and find us a policy that fits us. We decided to change to Platt Insurance specifically because we wanted Liz to be our agent.
Liz Chappell who is a licensed Medicare Agent, met with my husband and I to help us choose a supplement insurance plan. She was so organized and made this a comfortable experience. We had no knowledge about this and she explained it all to us in a very thorough way and we were able to choose a plan that was best for us.
Platt insurance has very responsive agents. I have dealt with Connie the most and she goes the extra mile to make sure all my requests are taken care of in a timely manner. I have recommended her to others knowing she will take care of them.
Connie is always super helpful, responds quickly and takes the time to explain any issues or new opportunities. The Platt Insurance team is professional and easy to trust.
Ive been with Nationwide and I got numerous quotes and Kevin was so helpful with all the discounts that I was eligible for on my auto insurance plus the bundle with my mortgage too. It was nice to talk to him promptly and also email back and forth as well. Definitely made the process simplified for me!!!

2020-07-24I have used Nationwide and Platt insurance for years. They have always been there for me and my family whenever we needed them. Today we went in to talk to Kate in the Warren office to do a policy review and see if we could lower our insurance premiums without adversely effecting our coverage. In twenty minutes Kate helped us tweak our policy saving us hundreds of dollars in annual premiums. She made it so easy. She is the best.

2021-07-09I do not shop around for the best price because of Rosalie Vancamp. She evaluates what coverages I need; her attitude is one size does NOT fit all.
