I’m a longtime customer of Plato’s and have always enjoyed their great clothes(incl shoes, coats & purses!) at even better prices! I also really enjoy Evelyn & Vicky-very friendly & offer good customer service- all staff should strive to be more like them!! Overall, definitely recommend checking out for some nice deals in a very organized clean store!
The girls were mostly nice but was rushing me cuz they had 20 min to close. I asked for help woth 1 item specifically that I came for and they were not very helpful. Then walked away. I found things different myself and tried them on and was out the door woth time to spare.
Mel is the best worker here. Definitely is more sophisticated & more professional than the actual owner.. pretty sad. Helped our problem we’ve been dealing with on the spot compared to the owner who couldn’t even help. GUESS WE CAN TELL WHO IS RUNNING THAT PLACE. Thanks Mel!!! 🤩
Great people working in here and the best part is I found some $300.00 jeans for $13.00 ... we call that a come up.
Very bad experience. I brought 50 items all worn 1-3 times that have a retail value new $75+ and my first issue is they wouldn’t take most of the items because they could be selective with items in season. If they knew labels or seasonal styles, they were all purchased within the year and were “in style”. But the worst part was their smug attitude and rude, almost dismissive responses to my questions. STRONGLY WOULD SUGGEST NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION.
I used to absolutely love selling my clothes here like 3-4 years ago when other girls were working and there were different managers. Being able to sell clothes that didn’t fit me or just wasn’t my style anymore made me feel fantastic. I could bring in a basket of clothes that remind you were still in good condition and get $60-$80. Now if I bring in a basket of clothes I’m only offered UNDER $10 for only 2 or 3 clothing items that they’re going to sell for way more money. WHAT A RIP OFF. The new girls are so picky about what they take and the clothes I bring to try and sell look WAY better than the clothes that are up for sell in the store. They also have poor attitudes and don’t seem to know anything about customer service.
I recently took some clothing in to be sold and when I got the clothing back from them that they didn’t want, none of it was folded back up. I took the time to neatly fold and put into a laundry basket as they require and it was all just wadded up and tossed carelessly back in. If you want customers to bring the clothes in neatly folded, then you should take the time to refold the clothing after you look at it!
Was able to find a couple cute cheap outfits for my preteen sons, and even my 4 yr old was able to get a hat. Didnt get to look much for plus, but found one pair of leggings for an emergency. 1 size up wouldve been grand, but Ill take what I can get!
They tried to pay me $4.00 For a real genuine leather Chanel bag. Then they girl freaked out when I said no. They obviously are used to scamming crackheads who steal clothing. I just had come on bad luck, luckily I was able to sell it on ebay for a, fair price. In case the owners, or workers are unaware, a real chanel product is, worth several hundred used if in perfect condition. Truly I think she wanted to take it and resell it online herself, and thought I would be an easy mark. Well Karma happens, have fun with that.
Rude service from beginning to end. As they were reviewing my clothes to sell, I decided to look at sun glasses that were next to the counter. As I looked up, I caught all 3 employees peeking over at me, talking low and smirking going through my clothes. I just ignored them and went back to looking around the store. I was called up quickly and told my items were too outdated, etc. and they seemed to want to make it a point how unwanted my clothes were after I said okay. I thought I could be wrong but I decided to read reviews from other people here and confirmed I was right. I will never come here again, not to sell items and neither to purchase anything.
They have a nice selection for the most part but every time I try to sell clothes that are brands they sell and unworn, they still dont take them. It pisses me off because I see clothes in there that have stains and a lot more worn than anything Ive taken in. I understand that they can only take certain things but Ive always brought things in that are good quality brand clothes. The customer service in there is not so great either. The girls are usually short with me and come off rude. They come off like theyre better than me. Im probably never going to try to sell anything there again nor buy because if I do, Ill probably freak out on one of the girls.It honestly seems like each girl takes what they like. On one occasion I brought in a big bag of nice name brand shirts that were purchased from a department store not even a week before. they didnt take any of them because they were too worn. I took them home and ironed them to take in another day and oddly enough they took most of them. they are inconsistent and I would not recommend going there. If youre trying to get a little extra cash youre better off having a lemonade stand.
As others have said, I was surprised by how little they bought from me (2 Free People items out of two very large bags). They told me the clothes were outdated, and they take styles from the past year. Looking around the store for 5-10 min, I wasnt terribly impressed with their selection and thought the items I brought in were of better quality (not necessarily less worn but better brands, possibly more timeless?). I guess Im just getting old and dont know what the kids like these days! Considering the target demographic, I was surprised they didnt accept several very lightly worn Hollister pieces. Im fortunate I live close by, so I didnt waste that much time or gas (as has been the case with some others on here). I think you could get more money by selling on Ebay or Facebook Marketplace, although these options probably require more work. One thing I will say is that the staff were perfectly nice. They werent rude or condescending when they told me why they didnt accept my items.
This location has VERY poor management.I picked out a winter jacket with a 50% off sticker on it... (it’s the end of APRIL. Almost all of the winter clothing has a 50% sticker on it.)The manager, Olivia, was extremely rude to me. In a nasty tone, she told me that the sticker did not belong there and asked if I wanted it or not. I said sure, I’ll take it.. but how she should honor the shelf price for next time.. (In the past, I have worked in retail for 12 years.)She then began to accuse me of placing the sticker on the tag. She was screaming in the store, “Do you want me to watch the cameras? Really do you? Do you?” I said, “sure I have nothing to hide”... and she refused.I left and called her supervisor the following day. After explaining the situation, he replied with, “well what do you want me to do about it?”As a business owner, you should know exactly what to do when one of you incompetent managers are accusing a customer of stealing and threatening them.I will never shop at this location again. I am very disappointed in the service.This is not how humans should be treating one another. It’s very sad.
Before I came into the store , I called and asked what do you guys buy from customers. So when I came in I filled out the paper and told it would take 20-25 minutes which I had no problem with. My only problem was that my girlfriend noticed that it took 15 minutes for the workers to even look at the clothes let along not even look at all the clothes. She told me she couldn’t take any of them but my girlfriend watched her look at 3 items. Her reasoning was that all the clothes were outdated but funny thing is I looked at your bad reviews and went to the mall and brought brand new stuff with the tags just to see if your reviews were true and guess what the internet didn’t lie. You guys need new workers who will actually look at every item instead of trying to get out of doing work so they can go home.
Can’t shop here. I have received gift cards from my friends to come here over $70, but every time I come in the gift card machine is down. I don’t understand how it can be down. I have been trying for 6 months now. The first time I came it I picked out $40 worth of stuff and had to put it all back because they couldn’t take the cards. Waste of time and money. I also hear the girls working talk about some very upsetting things and also make fun of other girls. Over all very upset about my experiences here, and always feeling like I’m getting judged by the workers.
Every time I go in to this location I buy something. Not even just because I like the stuff they have but the workers just make me feel like I have to they’re so nice and helpful. I always enjoy spending time in the store cause of the clothes and experience. 10/10 will continue to shop here!
Bought a pair of shoes not knowing they were in authentic. Took them to a professional authenticator and they were said to be not real. Called back with in 30-60 minutes and asked if I could come up and return them and they said no. So platos is selling fake items and not making it right when they do. Wouldn’t recommend this store. TjMaxx and marshals are cheaper for brand new clothing items. They really up charge anything slightly nice and ask a fortune. When they give you absolute bare minimum for anything you bring in. Wouldn’t go here again myself after this experience
Walked in at 715 aware that they close at 8 so I tried to be fast. Finally got a good selection of pants to try on and was told I couldnt try any items on after 745 because they close at 8.... I had 5 pairs of pants to try on and wouldve purchased all that fit. I walked right out because whose going to buy clothes they cant try on?!? Also would like to state that no one greeted me inside nor informed me of this policy for the 20 plus mins I was shopping. Wont be returning
If you are African American, DO NOT chose this location. They question the authenticity of your clothing even with receipts handy. They will lowball all of your clothing as well. What they had on the racks weren’t even comparable to what we brought in. They blame it on the “system”. But it is obviously not that. A friend of mine went in traded in similar items that I had today and had no problem getting substantial profit from what they had. Disgusted. Distasteful and disrespected. But then again, what else would you expect from most of the simple minded people of Cleveland, Ohio.
Visited 2/19/20...my experience for me was positive. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Was then really surprised when at 7:52 a customer (the only customer in the store besides me and my daughter) asked to use a dressing room and was told “Sorry, they are closed for the night.” The customer assured the employee she’s aware they want to get out of there and she’d be quick - - they again said no.EXTREMELY poor business and customer service.
If you plan on selling, don’t expect them to buy hardly anything. Brought two containers of NICE clothing (Hollister, American Eagle, Ana) including two COACH purses. They accepted only a pair of leggings for a $1.80. Shoot, I felt half the clothes I brought in were nicer than the apparel they were selling in-store.
I went in today to see if I could find some decent jeans without paying mall prices. I was quite happy with the conditions and brand names they had to offer. I was able to get seven for all mankind, AE & some hollister all for $13-$15 a piece!Staff was super friendly and helpful, they were busy checking in new items or adding things to the racks but still took time to check in with me.My only complaint is that the racks were TOO stuffed with clothing that it was difficult to see what they had to offer without taking each item off the rack to check it and then put it back.I really liked how they had certain racks dedicated to popular items, brands or themes, these were easy to browse through and not over stuffed.The shirts and tank selection seemed to have a lot of older or outdated items but I wasnt in the market for those so perhaps they just werent my personal taste.I definitely plan to continue shopping at this location, hopefully there inventory is updated a bit by my next visit ;)
Always the best experience at Platos Closet in North Olmsted! I have been coming here for years, and truly love coming in to sell and also buy clothing! The customer service is top notch, the girls are always happy and so pleasant to work with! I would highly recommend Platos Closet in North Olmsted :) Thanks for the many years of amazing deals!
They have really great name brand clothing. A lot of choices too.The only problem i have is their customers. Mostly young skinny girls go there and they are clueless and rude. The isles are small and they never get out of the way, ever. But it is worth the aggrivation to get such great clothes. I got a pink dressy Gap shirt that was only $4. You just can not get a better deal. Just go early in the morning!
Went in here a couple years ago & sold a couple bags of shirts for around $20. I wasnt expecting them to even buy that much because some of the shirts were just plain Aeropostale shirts that everyone used to wear in middle school. Anyways, my mother & I went to the store recently with multiple bags of name-brand items (Express, H&M, Charlotte Russe, American Eagle, Reebok, Abercrombie & Fitch, Buckle, etc.) that either had tags still on them or were worn only a handful of times. The 3 girls behind the desk were very rude & short with me & never made eye contact once. They ended up buying 3 items from me for a measly $5.75. I had one tank top from Express that had a tag on it that said $24.50! I asked the girl why they were only taking 3 items & she said the rest were too old. I completely disagree with that for most of the items were bought within the last year or so. I will say that they have good clothes there, my mother & I spent over a hundred dollars even though we were treated poorly by the girls at the counter & were disgusted with strange stains on the clothes & around the store. I would strongly recommend new workers who know good clothes & who arent inconsiderate jerks who gossip about costumers in front of other costumers (2 of the girls were rolling their eyes at a family that was attempting to buy clothes but only spoke broken English). Also hire a cleaning crew. I looked through my clothes when I got home & I am just as shocked as I was when they offered me $5.75 because there are good clothes in the bag with tags still on them- never worn! Ridiculous rip off of a store.

Never really liked this store. Clothes are dirty and poor quality. I feel like they never purchase any of my clothes even though they are in MUCH better quality than the ones in the store. Also, the ceiling was dripping in the middle of the store and there was nothing there to catch the water. Dont plan on returning here.
The girls were extremely rude and at first helpful but by the end of it, they were snarky and just had bad attitudes. I was still trying to joke and smile but when I was grabbing my stuff one of the girls said and 15$ at that rate was still too much to give to her then they tried to be nice by asking if I needed help with the door, she made me so mad I almost just left my things in front of the doorway of how bad the customer service was, Ive been in customer service for 8 years never have I ever treated a customer so ruthless like that! Simply appalled I will NEVER show my face in there again.
First, lots of clothes here. I found a lot of things and I never find anything at Goodwill. Also, the workers were super awesome. One woman forgot to add our clothing that they had bought from us. She realized it after we left and called us although it was only $3. They were so concerned about us that they mailed us a $3 check! Haha. We told them it wasnt necessary but they are just -that- honest. I love them. They really went above and beyond.
I arrived at Platos Closet with two bags of name brand clothes. A lot of them had tags on them. I had checked the website to make sure I could drop them off, or if I needed to make an appointment. The website said, NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED and that it closed at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. So I loaded my car up, and arrived at 8:20 p.m. The girl at the counter said that they stop buying clothes at 8:00 p.m. i explained that it took me 30 minutes to drive there, and that it did not say that on their website. She said there was nothing she could do. I understand that this was out of her control, but Im upset that there is nothing they could do to fix this. This was a waste of my time. I will not give them any of my business in the future.
Great place to shop at but if u want money back dont I came in with a lot name brand clothes that I havent put on nothing they only gave me 5 bucks for 5 items it was such a rip off all of the clothes I gave them were washed and everything never go again
I love shopping here! The staff is so helpful and always greets me and has the sweetest tones with customers! Their new renovation makes the store look so much bigger and full of merchandise! I would recommend shopping here!
I have gone there before and had good luck buying clothes, but when i went back to sell them clothes and they took nothing and they where rude about it. The clothes where in good condition, some I even bought there. And I know that there where clothes on the rack that where not in good shape and they where for sale. Bring all clothes in a laundry basket because they do not like it if there in a bag.
I gave two stars because the staff is friendly other than that I would have given it no stars its just crazy how picky they are I understand trust me why they are and the kind of quality they want to be sold in their store but for example they literally have no jewelry theres nothing up there I took a box of jewelry costume but still cool and a pair of Tom boots and leather and it wouldnt take any of it and it was all stuff that if I looked out on their floor I would see things the same style I just dont get it the Strongsville store is not like that and they are full merchandise maybe its the management at the North Olmsted Im not sure but I dont think Ill go there anymore
I brought in 2 BRAND NEW pairs of american eagle jeans that my mom paid $50 each for. They were my brother’s and he grew out of them before he could even wear them. They only offered me $5 each for them. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Do not try to sell your clothes here if they’re still in great condition because they will absolutely rip you off!!
If I could give it zero stars I would. The clothes they do buy back are out of style, out of date, and not even “name brand”. Who wants to buy used forever21 when you can buy it brand new for a few bucks more? I brought in gently used and brand new names like Guess, Nike, Michael Kors, Underarmour and a ton of express pieces and they offered little to nothing for my stuff. Save your time and sell your stuff on eBay or another app because this place is essentially worthless. Not to mention when you ask why you aren’t getting anything for your stuff, they say it’s “out of date”. My entire box of over 20 articles of shoes and clothing was more up-to-date than their store, not to mention their cheesy purse wall. 🤷🏼♀️
I would give zero stars if it were an option! The girls here are without a doubt the rudest girls Ive ever encountered, they make it very uncomfortable, you dont the feeling youre not good enough to be there and your brand new clothes even with tags on dont seem to please these ladies. The thing that put it over the top, for me, was overhearing two employees making reaally cruell & nasty remarks about a customer who was actually still shopping in the store. I was in complete disbelief at the awful language one of the girls repeatedly used, it she was talking very low to the other emploee but no matter, very unprofessional! I waited and waited as I watched the staff ignore customers of all ages attempting to ask for help to get their bags from behind the register. Its really a hazard to make customers climb over the huge mess of totes and baskets thrown around and piled very high. I also ended up having to politely ask for help to get through all the cluttered mess to collect my clothes they didnt take, the two girls behind the register looked at each other, ignored me, turned away from me and pretended to fold some jeans while they whispered to one another. At the end of this awful experience I ended up paying more in gas to get here, wasted 30 minutes somewhere Ill never go again, witnessed some really horrible customer service, and ignored by the staff. Ill be selling my things elsewhere from now on. The girls that work here seem to be thw biggest problem. From what Ive seen and heard for myself, I just dont think its very good for business. With all the reviews above me it seems like theres a pattern here, and nothing being done about it.
Called at 6:45 and asked what time they stopped buying and the girl on the phone told me 8:00 after I thought it was 7:00. I packed up all the things I wanted to sell and came in and was greeted with a “sorry we stop buying at 7:00.” I told the girl what time I was told on the phone and she said “well no one here told you that”. I checked and asked the girl what the phone number at this location was so I knew I called the right store and she didn’t know the number so we went to the call log on my phone and called the same number I called before and their phone rang.... The staff is young and rude. After agreeing to look through my items the girl went and made remarks to her co-workers. Own up to the mistake of saying the wrong time, don’t make your customer pay for it. Sorry not sorry.
We were turned away for bringing items in plastic bags instead of boxes. We were told they dont accept clothes in plastic bags for, sanitary reasons, which makes no sense to me. We then left and took our items to the Strongsville location with no problems. Dont go to this location.
After going to the North Olmsted location with clothes and shoes I was told after five ish minutes to just take everything to the Strongsville location absolutely do not recommend coming to this store .
The girls are rude, they make you feel like a criminal as soon as you walk thru the door. Dont have any pets because theyll hate you even more. The girls are so prissy and stuck up theyll run in the back office and cry lies to the hobbit owner about you and ban you from the store for no reason at all. I know I experienced it first hand, they judge you by the way you look when you walk in. Ive taken numerous things there and they act like they are doing me a favor by buying the items, or Im forcing them to buy the items. Anyways all the girls there are delusional and need mental help and the one girl you got too really watch for us skinny and frail with dark curly hair! Shes the fussiest of them all shell lie and cry to the hobbit owner about you just to get you banned from the store. She gets her way 100% of the time because she runs to the office to give him blow and gos and hes gullible enough to go for it. Wont even let the customer explain themselves. Never ever go here , try other platos Ive had great interaction at them or try Avalon exchange also good place BUT NEVER PLATOS CLOSET in North Olmsted! Report them to Better Business Bureau immediately.
I would never go here again! The service was very rude. They didnt even really look at my clothes that I was selling and gave me some lame excuse as to why they were not taking them. The clothes were in perfectly good condition, never worn, not even a year old and bought from some of the popular stores in the mall and they still wouldnt take them. This store is terrible.
I brought in a brand new pair of lucky brand Jeans, and she told me they had a stain on them. I never even worn these Jeans, they were a gift in the wrong size. This place is bogus.
I would rather give my stuff to Good Will then ever come back here. Watch when they go through your items as I had a couple things stolen from the girls. They must assume most people dont count the items they bring...I did I would recommend everyone do the same or they will rip you off.
So frustrated with this place. I checked their Facebook page and happened to see another user complain that they only accept clothes up to an hour before close.I went on Sunday at 4:30 (Facebook says they close at 6) and was told they dont accept clothes beyond 4 p.m. on Sundays. This was not made clear. I was also told to come back the next day, as if I dont have a job or anything.So annoyed I drove all the way to North Olmsted for nothing. Just going to sell my clothes to Avalon instead.
Rude staff explained I needed a bag or container in order to sell my 2 nicely-folded items. Was told I could go to Aldis to get a plastic bag, otherwise there would be no way for them to manage their inventory. Zero stars.
I tryed selling 12 items and they offered 25 .50 and when i asked about one of the items and how much theyre offering they said 8.00 so i asked how about without that item. The woman said 20 and this isnt the first time ive gotten weird prices and i feel like they honestly play people out of theyre money because 25.50 minus 8.00 is not 20 so how did the item that was 8 turn out too be 5? And she also didnt wanna give a explanation instead kept showing the recipt on what she was offering but it doesnt make sense and didnt want too give any explanation and the workers seem so judgemental too its not a comfortable enviroment and theyre customer service is horrible too
My daughter and I absolutely love going to this location! They have a better selection and prices than any other location we have visited. On top of that the staff at the north Olmsted location is always friendly and super helpful! I tell all my friends and bring new people to shop all the time!
I brought in clothes to sell, they took my information and when I asked if they could give me a call after they decided I was told no, if I leave my clothes and do not come back before they closed that I would be forefitting my clothes to them for nothing. I waited in the store for about a half hour before I asked if they had a chance to look at my stuff and they had already looked through it and never called my name.
The merch here is precisely okay. Overall not bad but took a long time to find clothing. Racks are packed so much you can barely shift hangers enough to see anything.
Very rude as soon as i came in. Was trying to sell some clothes. They didnt even look at any of them at all. I got called up right away after five minutes and all they said they are old. First of all they were old looked like grandmas working there think you need an update on the old people there.

Not bad, but i still prefer the one in Cuyahoga Falls because its a much bigger store that sells cooler clothes at a more reasonable price and the selection to chose from is much larger.
Went in yesterday for my daughter. Very unorganized and the girls on the floor were so rude. Maybe if you hired more mature people it would be a better place to go. It seems that the main complaint is the customer service in which this store severely lacks! Never again will we go in there.

When i bring in thing to have recycled, the requirements seem to change all the time. No plastic bags and need to be free of hair od most kinds like dog hair.

The girls working were very rude. I took in two huge bags and they called me up not even 10 minutes later. There was no way they went through both of my bags. They were very short and not helpful at all. I would not recommend going there at all.

I just wasted 4 hrs of my life loading clothing and driving to Platos Closet to be turned away because the clothing wasnt in a box. Their poor customer service should have mentioned that when I called.
The wait to sell your clothes is never shorter than 45 minutes, and they never buy anything older than 2 months out of stores. Yet, tell me why half the clothes they sell are horrible.

Horrible brought in new true religion jeans never worn no marks no holes and a pair of express shirts and jeans total they gave me $14.75 when the first pair of jeans are over 200$ alone wow worst experience there unfair and only pays max 50$ for clothes anyways no matter what they are dont go here or bring ur stuff better off donating or even puttin online then going here also i came home and a shirt that my husband bought insaint martin for 300$ wasnt in my box i just realized hope they didnt keep it for them selfs as i heard some of the girls talking about guess ill find out today if not they owe me 300$ for i didnt sellnthem any of ltems and yet they kept one item from giving it back to me well it took three days of people saying they will call me back when they didnt and he offered me ten dollars for the shirt they took by mistake wow shows how rude and apologetically they are towards there mistake i will never be back to this store ever i rather burn and donate then attempt to get cash for any of my items again
Every time I go to Plato’s Closet in North Olmsted, it’s alway an amazing experience. Vicki and Evelyn are amazing. I highly recommend this location.

The staff was very rude.. trying to push everyone out before they closed at 6:00 on a Sunday. They were talking under their breath about customers, shaking their heads and rolling their eyes. Will NOT be returning to this location.

Im at the store now on a Sunday the 18 of August and the three girls at the counter are socializing with each other instead of doing their job

Only thing i didnt think was fare i had stamp cards filled out and they wouldnt take them because they went digital which i believe its unfare when I spent lots of money to get them filled out.
Im really sad how this place turned out. Its all cheap, knock off items that seems like they buy in bulk.

2022-05-17Morning staff is amazing, kind and actually buys a lot of my items. I haven’t had a problem with any of the girls or managers working here. Only one time did I leave with everything. And that was because they had more than could handle. Every other time though I have made most of if not all the money I needed. Thank you for many great experiences! Whenever I’m in Ohio from now on I’ll stop by and say hi!

2022-04-15This store compared to the others in the cle metro area, is eh at best. They buy and sell a lot of closeouts type clothing from cookie cutter stores and online shops, and thats not why I come to Platos. Some may, thats fine but to me it lessens the shine of finding a used clothing piece. Its turning the world of up cycling and reusing into a way for fast fashion to keep pumping out plastic clothing without scrupulous attention to their actions. Food for thought for those reading.

2022-04-29I just took a whole basket of clothes in and they only went through like five items at the top. Told me all my clothes were too old/winter clothes. On my way out a lady yelled at me and said If you have shorts bring them in! When actually my basket was full of shorts/skirts. This places sucks and so does their clothes selection. Every time im in there i hear employees taking bad about other employees... do not give this place your business.

2022-01-22Very upsetting to read these reviews to leave the exact same review that was left by another disappointed individual not even 5 hours ago. I walked in and greeted the girl but got no response back besides fill out this sheet and sign for her to turn away from me and not even look at me. Waited about 25 minutes then went back to the desk to let them know I was leaving to the store next door, she claimed they werent taking anything due to selective choosing which I completely accept but I watched the whole time and didnt even look through my clothes. They were all still neatly folded in order . The original wait time was 45 minutes so if I had not went up to the desk who knows how long I wouldve been waiting. Terrible customer service and work ethics. Strongsville is a wonderful place instead

2021-12-16Went to sell completely brand new Nike shoes never ever worn. 2 months old and only taken out to look at the shoe colors. PAID $140 and OFFERED $20. That was so crazy to me. I just ended up keeping them. I dont know how much newer or up to date they could have been. This store always advertises New or gently used, but what would you have offered if they were 2 days old LOL?? $23 maybe?? Im sure you would have re sold these for at least $60. Wont be visiting again to sell ANY ITEMS, EVER.

2022-03-08I’ve been coming to this location since they had “stamp cards” I’ve watched it go completely downhill.The things the buyer is buying in, isn’t good inventory.The selection at this location, is very out dated. I suggest hiring and training employees how to buy.I’d rather shop at other Plato’s closet locations, strongsville and Sandusky. You guys should take notes from these location on what’s trendy.I came in the other night and watched the employee play around on their phones and go through inventory instead of putting it on the sales floor they were asking each other who wanted to go first to try on in the dressing room.

2021-10-18Ive come here a handful of times, and they always have cute clothes that are well-organized. Im taking off a star because the past two times that Ive been here, an older man (who Im assuming is the owner) has been in the store aggressively barking off orders to the two women behind the desk. From forcing them to drop what they were doing to add specific sweaters to the front of the store, to talking to them about what price he thinks things can sell for, it made me feel really uncomfortable as a customer. Its a shame because the women working are super nice and professional!

2021-03-09Have been coming here since I was in my early teens, Im now in my late twenties. Love the two managers that work in the morning. I am really into fashion and can pretty much gauge what they will or wont take. I am infamous for only wearing things once and donating or selling to Platos but I dont have unrealistic expectations as to what I am going to get for my USED CLOTHES. Good store, and good selection.-Long time shopper
