I have nothing but good things to say about Platinum Party bus and especially our driver Steve. I had a bus full of coworkers that have never been to Cleveland, and I depended on Platinum to take us around town. I called and worked with Dawn. It was the best choice I could have made. She answered all of my questions and booking the bus was a breeze. Steve was on time, very professional and took great care of our group the entire day. I highly recommend Platinum for your transportation needs.

SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE. Platinum has customer service figured out. I wish other companies cared as much about customers as they do. Their website is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing me to generate a quote and place a deposit on the spot for our night at Blossom. They called me a week prior to personally verify the details of our evening. A step further, our chauffeur Michelle called to verify details and any specific requests as well. The bus was spotless and pre-conditioned for our arrival so that we were comfortable from the start. She was friendly and assisted with greeting & loading supplies. After our event, Michelle & Platinum extended their gratitude & even offered 10% off for a return trip to Blossom!I wont book a party bus again unless it is from Platinum...did I mention the price was super affordable?!

Platinum Party Bus did a wonderful job shuttling our attendees for our Mega 50th Reunion! The vehicles had plush seats and were air conditioned well for such a hot day. Both our drivers were very professional. I especially appreciated how driver Michelle thoroughly searched her vehicle for an attendee’s bag when they thought they had left it on her bus. Great customer service all around from scheduling day of with Dawn to the communications with our drivers’ contact info to the day of the event.

David was our driver for our wedding and he was professional, friendly, and helped us get everywhere safely and on time with no issues! Ken was amazing! When we booked our wedding we did not know about Pride in the CLE or the Touch A Truck Event happening that would make our shuttle logistics have to shift on the fly. Ken was proactive and navigated everything to keep us on schedule. The shuttle bus was so clean, cool and comfortable. All around incredible experience with Platinum Party Bus!
We used platinum party bus for the Kenny Chesney concert the other week and had a blast!!! The two gentlemen that were our drivers were wonderful! Our driver called me prior to discuss the evening, confirm pickup drop off and go over any concerns. Blossom has a new bus parking fee which surprised all of us, but plantinum was great!!! We just had Rob as our driver for a bachelorette party and he was great! He helped us bring our drinks and stuff on the bus and helped unload it for us. He also made sure to stop at a couple places and take pictures of all of us. Highly recommend!

Turns out, I didnt end of booking. They were full for the date I was looking for however, what a pleasure to deal with. Spent 20 minutes on the phone walking through logistics of my days, recommendations, all while knowing they couldnt even book my event. Our driver was Joseph or (Joeffeur) lolWe had an amazing time celebrating my fiancés 25th birthday! Joe arrived early to give us the option to hang on the party bus before we headed out. He made stops along the way at our request. We had plenty of ice and room to move around! We rented a bus for 20 people and had 15 friends, so I’d say if you want more let room go bigger! Joe was a great communicator the entire time. When it was time to head home, he was right on time and waited for everyone to get back on the bus. I would most defiantly book through Platinum Party Bus again!

We booked Platinum Party Bus for our bridal party on our wedding day. It was a great experience from the minute we got picked up. Our driver, Steve, went above and beyond to make sure that everything went perfectly. He was professional and extremely accommodating. He held umbrellas for the bride and her bridesmaids, took countless photos for us, and stopped the bus literally wherever we wanted. I highly recommend this company. Dawn was very rude on the phone all just because I was a younger customer. Your job is to sell not to turn people away who wanted to business with you. Learn to do better next time. I received a quote and all the info. to rent a 20 passenger bus for my family to meet a cruise in Baltimore. When I called on it, a very rude woman told me you don’t go out of state. I told her you sent me a quote and she said it was withdrawn yet I had no notice of that. She told me very sarcastically I should have known that from your website. I did not see that you don’t go out of state. I read your “About”, scrolled, then clicked on get a quote and put in all the information required, including destination Baltimore. At no time was I prompted you don’t go to Baltimore. Your website is very interesting and thought I would book with you. Got the quote. Called, she snapped at me, then she hung up on me. Not good business!
Had driver Tom for Dave Matthews at blossom. He was an outstanding and friendly driver. Great knowledge of getting through blossom traffic and into concert!
They were very easy to work with and accommodating for our group of 20 going to prom. Dave was very punctual and the group really liked him.
We used Platinum Party Bus for our wedding on 6/19/21 and had a great experience! Video Dave was our driver and he was on time to pick us up, was very communicative, he got us where we needed to be, and made multiple trips to shuttle our guests to and from the hotel. Wow, I could not be more impressed with this service! As a groom with a million things to think about on the day of our wedding, the only thing without any complications was Platinum party bus. Our driver Tom was in constant text-message communication throughout the weekend, and he was flexible and courteous despite hosting a massive wedding party crew with multiple stops around town. After a long night of dancing, our second driver Ken did an amazing job shuttling our wedding guests back to the hotel. I dont plan on getting married again (of course!), but if we have other group transportation needs in Cleveland down the road, Platinum party bus will be our first and last call.

We rented platinum party bus for our wedding 10/23 and rented a shuttle bus. Doug was early, his shuttle was clean, and he was very professional. We were a group of bigger people and the seating was perfect in comparison to craming in a limo. 10 out of 10, I recommend!

We booked Platinum for various transportation during our wedding weekend and everything was great! Max is super prompt and always available to answer questions. Steve was our party bus driver and was so fun and helpful - he even ran out to give my husband a prop from the bus while we were taking pictures, it was awesome!

James was a fantastic Driver. I have nothing bad to say about our experience. James was my driver for our wedding and we utilized him for going around Downtown Cleveland to take wedding party photos, and then for transporting guests to and from the venue/hotel. He was professional, on time, helped ladies get off the bus, just everything you would expect. He was a huge help to getting around town in the locations we wanted to take photos at. We had to make last minute adjustments based on weather and he knew his routes, he knew downtown Cleveland, and he knew each spot I talked about even if I did not have a specific name or address.I was recommended to Platinum Party Bus and am sure glad I went with Max and his company.Thanks!
We chose Platinum Party Bus for transportation services for my sons wedding last weekend. The quality and timeliness of service was extraordinary. Jerald arrived on time with an amazingly impressive and clean Mercedes sprinter van. He was well dressed, friendly and professional while shuttling the bridal party around town, then later guests to/from the wedding reception. Platinum Party Bus, and Jerald, are highly recommended. We have already contracted them for our daughters wedding, next year.
When I was getting married I knew I wanted to use Platinum Party Bus as our transportation for the day! The process was so simple. Max, the owner was easy to get ahold of, which was nice! On the week of my wedding date, Max called to go over my payment and destinations for the big day. The day before my wedding, my bus driver contacted me to make sure I had his contact information in case anything changed. We had a nice little chat and he also informed me he arrives early so if I had anything to load on the bus it would be done on time! Throughout the day my driver, Raymond was amazing! He really did it all! There was even a point where we needed a bottle opener and he had one, which was a life saver! I would highly recommend this place for any special event you might have and need transportation!

I booked with Platinum Party Bus for my April wedding, which was postponed due to the pandemic. Our plans changed drastically and we don’t need a bus anymore, but Max was so great about our whole situation. He was kind and understanding, and he got back to me so quickly any time I emailed him. We had to cancel, but if I ever need a party bus service, I will DEFINITELY use them! Customer service is very important to me (plus the company has great reviews for the service too)! 👍🏼

After a wonderful experience to Blossom Music Center with Steve and Platinum Party bus this past Thursday August 5th - we received an email that there was an additional charge for $250 for throw up on the bus with the attached picture. I know what youre thinking, wow throw up on a party bus, shocking! But NO ONE threw up on the bus. We had about 13 people on the bus, including our parents and made several trips to remove trash and food from the bus upon arriving back to our house. While making these trips, there was no sign of throw up or any scent whatsoever. Steve didnt say anything about this either. We parted ways and it was great! Then, once we got the email, the customer service experience went downhill. They swear you could smell it and that it was clearly throw up - we were on the bus for 45 minutes back to Cleveland, we would have been so mad if we had to sit there in the smell of throw up, but we were up dancing and singing - having a great time because THERE WAS NO THROW UP ON THIS BUS. An unprofessional money grab and poor customer service. EDIT: after speaking with our wonderful bus driver, Steve, he has confirmed that NO ONE threw up on the bus and that it was in fine conditions when we left it but the company is holding the charge.
We used platinum party bus for our wedding and Rob was our driver. We all had a great time with him driving us around town. The bus was nice and clean. We got the 20 person bus for 14 people of whom, several were 6ft tall or taller and there was plenty of room. I would recommend this company.

I was responsible for arranging transportation for 24 adults to a ballgame and then dinner. Honestly, I picked Platinum somewhat randomly from their website. I have been very impressed with their professional conduct. Allen arrived early and the bus was sparkling clean and very comfortable. Rain resulted in a cancelled baseball game and we changed our day. Allen was able to offer suggestions and very flexible to accomodate us. We ended up at the Rock Hall and then out for Ice Cream. We had a large bridal party and Platinum accommodated our needs with a brand new, spotless party bus. We had a great experience. The bus had a fantastic sound system and plenty of space for our guests and our drinks. The planning leading up to the event was also effortless. Our chauffeur reached out to us a few days prior just to introduce himself, which was very thoughtful. He was respectful of our timeline and got us where we needed to be safely and on time.

We used Platinum Party Bus to take photos during the day for our wedding on October 18th. Dawn was a very attentive driver who arrived on time and was patient in waiting for us even though we didnt get on the bus for an hour. She was also very courteous to our guests and made sure that they felt comfortable and safe. The riding experience was really nice as they had iceboxes and glasses for us to use, plus there was plenty of room for all 20 people we brought on the bus. We got everywhere we needed to go easily even in rush hour downtown Cleveland traffic! I would definitely recommend Platinum Party Bus to anyone.
Platinum Party Bus was super easy to work with - they call you when your payments are due so you dont have to remember (anyone else get Bride Brain?) and they are super nice and polite.James was an AMAZING driver. He navigated downtown quickly, knew exactly where to park, and helped me get in and out of the bus (which is a struggle in the wedding dress!)They also didnt nickle and dime us - we needed the bus for a shorter time frame than most and the price was still reasonable!

Wow! Wayne was wonderful! He was prompt and personable! We had a few day of changes and he was more than willing and flexible. One tiny suggestion- that after every client delete Bluetooth pair history. That was the only snafu, the Bluetooth compatibility bank was full so we had to delete previous to be able to have a space to connect to.Will definitely keep in mind for future parties!

Michelle our driver was amazing! We went on a winery tour through Geneva and she had a list of places she recommended and they all turned out super fun! She was so nice and always ready for us. She was even early to pick us up. The bus was clean and everything we could have wanted! I was able to plug in my phone and play my own music which was a plus. We cannot thank Platinum Party Bus Enough! We used them to transport our wedding party to and from pictures and from the church to the venue. They showed up early to pick us up. The new bus models are amazing, super clean and have an amazing sound system. Hey were ready with two built in coolers of ice and we were able to drop off any alcohol earlier on the week. They had everything cold when we arrived on the bus. The driver was very friendly and professional. The entire wedding party was so impressed and had such a fun time. He was very informative and helpful during our initial stages of planning. I hired Platinum Party Bus during Christmas time for a gathering with friends. We really enjoyed our experience with the company. The bus was updated and the communication for payment and also with the bus driver, Dawn, was great. Everything worked out well, but I would say to get a bus that fits more than your expected number of people. We had thought we would have some extra space but once everyone was on the bus, it didnt quite fit as we had planned. It didnt stop us from having a good time. I first want to start out by saying Platinum Party Bus had some amazing reviews. In fact, I would say 95% were 4-5 star reviews. This was NO where near the case for me. I was in search for a bus rental service for my sisters 30th birthday party. I was pointed in the direction of this company from one of their own drivers (who by the way was SUPER nice and very helpful). I requested a quote from Platinum Party Bus for a specific time frame. This quote was given to me that same day which was perfect! I was 100% going to go with this company (mostly because of the RAVE reviews). What I should have done was listened to the other 10 or so negative reviews because thats exactly what happened to me. Before I went ahead and booked with the company, I had some questions about rules and regulations. Questions like Was water included? (because it is with every other rental service I looked into), and whether or not there would be ice (And by the way $15.00 for ICE is pretty extreme. I would gladly by my own at $4.00). The answers I received were short, not helpful, and I felt like I was burdening the vendor. I asked these same exact questions to the other rental companies and they were extremely friendly and more than willing to answer ALL of my questions when I asked them. I didnt have to ask twice. When I received my quote for the time slot I had given to them I was ready to book. I just had to talk with a couple people to make sure this is what they wanted to do (Not to mention it was also pretty late into the night, so we obviously had to wait until the next day to chat about it). The next day I get a quote for something totally different...time frame, size of the passenger bus, and of course price. No explanation as to why it was something totally different so I gave Mr. Max a call and to no surprise I was told everything they had was booked. And I think what put the cherry on top was when he very rudely insulted my wedding season knowledge, even though my husband is a wedding DJ and I am a photo booth operator. So yes, I do understand its wedding season and I also know weddings are getting canceled left and right (and some even re-booked). So of course things change, but I guess maybe Max should have communicated that better. I would never recommend this company to anyone, Im sorry. I should have known the owner of this company was a very rude person after reading all of his responses to the complaints. Instead of bashing those customers (extremely unprofessional might I say), work on your flaws, communicate to your customers better, and find out why they were angry. I would have gladly taken a different size party bus for the time frame I was looking for, even if Id be paying more, but instead, the vendor brushed me off (I knew there was another one available, I looked into it). Please anyone looking into this company, just know what your paying for, communicate as clearly as possible, and expect there is the possibility of being treated like just another paying customer.
I worked on getting prices and availability with a few places and while I could’ve saved I few bucks, I am convinced I would not have had the same level of service. This is a first class outfit. I worked with Max and our driver was Jackie. Both were extremely pleasant and easy to work with. The bus was extremely nice and very clean. Jackie was very communicative and extremely pleasant and professional.I traveled with many children and our driver Jackie was extremely nice to them and even sent me a text letting me know some of the kids wandered back to the bus to hang out.It was an excellent experience and I can say, with 100% certainty, that I would (and will) use Platinum again in the future.

Max was super responsive - getting a quote and booking our transportation was quick and painless. Our driver Tom was amazing! He called to introduce himself and share contact info before the event, and on the day of he arrived early to pick us up, and took the wedding party around town for pictures as well as shuttling guests to and from the hotel. When the reception was cut short by a power outage, Tom was there right away to help get guests back to the hotel. The bus itself was great too - fun lighting, coolers with ice, and audio hookup. First of all let me just say that I will never book with another party bus company again if it isn’t PLATINUM PARTY BUS! Max is the most helpful person ever when it comes to communication and just making sure everything was together. The level of professionalism is amazing! Now let me talk about my driver STEVE.. Steve was BEYOND HELPFUL! He was amazing and so polite! The bus was so beautiful, clean and neat and that’s how I wanted to leave it. I had no problem cleaning up afterwards and taking care of the bus like it was my own. I really felt welcomed and it’s overwhelming because it was a dream come true. These guys deserve more than 5 stars. Someone in the reviews mentioned only getting one bag of ice but honestly that’s all that’s needed!! Our bus stayed cold with AC so the ice was still there all night believe it or not! There’s a trash on the bus so it’s easy to dispose of everything needed. One last thing, Steve was there whenever I called him to pick us up! No waiting for long periods of time. He was there!! If you book with another company you’re silly! I highly recommend this company! I will definitely be booking again in the future!

To start, I blindly found Platinum Party Bus on Google. Living three hours away from where I would need the bus meant I was going to have to trust whoever I hired immensely. Max reached out to me and being a groom I gave him what I thought was the correct information for our reservation. Max was quick with a quote and I made our deposit. I received confirmation emails with detailed information through the whole process. I was later given the correct information from my bride and reached back out to Max, he was flexible to work with and assured me everything would be taken care of. About a week out Max touched base with me to make sure everything was still good to go and informed me that our driver would be reaching out to us soon. Jerry, our driver reached out to us a couple days before, he sent over an email with his photo and info. We went over the plan with him to make sure everyone was on the same page. Jerry arrived on time to pick up the bride and bridesmaids and the girls actually beat us to the photo shoot. The luxury bus was new, clean, and everything we expected. Jerry was awesome and ultra attentive. He even ran a quick errand for us to grab ice and drinks during our photos. It was hot, we forgot drinks, and our second photographer was a few months pregnant... he definitely saved the day. Cant say enough great things about Jerry, he helped our big day go off with out a hitch. Planning a wedding far from home was difficult but Max, Jerry, and Im sure other members of the team made sure my decision to use Platinum Party Bus was the right one.
Ordered bus to accommodate 24 of us for a night of birthday celebration. The bus was clean and felt new. We brought Champagne and the bus was equipped with glasses and Bluetooth capabilities to play music. Our driver, Don, was very professional and accommodating. Great night out!

I would highly recommend Platinum Party Bus to anyone who is looking for one. Even if its for a night out or for a wedding. We used them for our wedding and it was exceptional. Dawn was our driver and she was nothing but polite and professional. She was on time and helped us shuttle guests from the hotel to the reception since our hotel didnt have a shuttle. A short storm hit and knocked down power lines, blocking the road and she handled it like the professional she is.Then after the reception, we had extra time left on the rental, so she let us pack the party bus up with gifts and drove to my house so we could unload the gifts that night.They are also extremely affordable for the service and class they provide.5 stars isnt enough. I will definitely use Platinum again and tell all my friend to use them.

We had rented platinum party bus for a bachelorette party for 14 rowdy women! Our driver (rob) went above and beyond and was so extremely patient and professional! The bus itself was stunning and we had the absolute best time! We will be booking again soon!

We used Platinum Party Bus for a group 30th birthday outing and couldn’t have been happier with the service! We had the 12-14 passenger Platinum Sprinter which was the perfect size for our 9 partygoers, a cooler, snacks, and all our other junk. The bus was clean and roomy with nice lighting and had plenty of space for standing up and moving around. The provided ice, plenty of cup holders, and aux cord for blasting our music helped make the night easy and fun. We can’t say enough good things about our chauffeur, Don. He was a blast, had a great sense of humor, answered his cell promptly to shuttle us around from bar to bar, and was so easy to work with. We traveled around from Ohio City to the flats (with a detour to see the Christmas lights at public square) to Lakewood to Broadview Heights, until we were dropped off for the night in Parma Heights. Everything was timed very well, we were comfortable as could be, and Don was so friendly and flexible. As we were searching for which company to go with for our event, the positive reviews and prices from you guys seemed like the best fit, and they were! We are so glad we went with Platinum Party Bus and would happily do business again with you guys in the future. Thanks for giving us a great and memorable night!
We used Platinum Party bus for the Taylor Swift concert and had a great experience! They had a Taylor Swift movie playing on the bus when we boarded and the girls had a blast singing/dancing! Our driver Donald was amazing! He got us there quickly and dropped us off right at the gate! We will definitely use them again!
This was a great experience! Ended up renting the bus for my 24th birthday and the whole experience was smooth. I booked the bus in January and the week before my event in March they sent out a reminder that the owner would call to finalize everything the week of. He ended up calling confirmed the locations and then told me driver would be contacting me as well. The driver sent two emails to ensure I had his number and everything was good to go. When I texted my driver Jim he was very fast to respond. Can’t wait to use them again for my next adventures!

Ken was our chauffeur and he was very professional, prompt, and willing to make any adjustments we needed! 2022-02-07I used Platinum Party Bus for my husbands surprise 60th birthday. We did a brewery tour and our driver, Ray, who couldnt have done a better job is he tried. He was extremely accommodating and flexible with destinations and timing. Ray called us the day before to talk about our plans and make arrangements to get our supplies on the bus and decorate before picking up my husband and our guests. The bus was beautiful and Ray kept track of cleaning it all up. We were able to completely relax, have fun, and celebrate. Thank you Platinum and Ray for creating the perfect scenario for a ton of fun!

Our driver Rob went above and beyond for us in terms of locations, confirming inspo photo locations, and even lent us his wedding band when my now-husband forgot his for photos.
