This place got me help for both of my pregnancies, and now I have 2 beautiful children. Years later I suffered a bartholins gland reoccuring cyst and they reffered me to Dr Schwartz, a wonderful Dr who could actually help, they also made sure my insurance would cover it as medically necessary due to quality of life. I highly recommend this location. I enjoy the amount of education you receive on services, your body and sexual health. I enjoyed that they were supportive and friendly...and that everything was up to me. Not one time was I pressured, or made to feel awkward. I totally support planned parenthood- they save moms like me!
So I have been a Labor & Delivery nurse for 20+ years. This is my 2nd time bringing a family friend here. Both times the patient requested that I be present in the exam room with her because she was extremely nervous. Both times the pt was refused this request. I will not bring anyone back here ever again. Extremely unprofessional and not pt friendly.
Whoever answers the phone could use a refresher in customer service. However the staff is extremely nice and helpful when I’m there. The wait time is ridiculously long so just be prepared to wait but otherwise I definitely prefer this location.
Ive been to this location 3 times now and never had a bad experience. Everything was explained to me so that I could pick the best BC method, the staff is friendly and helpful. Wait times are a little long but that comes with every doctors office. I highly recommend this location!
What a ridiculous place to get a pregnancy test administered. I dont have the luxury of a babysitter so I brought my well behaved 4 yr old son with me (with his LeapPad) for a quick verification of my pregnancy. I was told my son was NOT allowed back in the exam rooms or even past the front desk. The office manager told me that my son would have to wait in the waiting room. I obviously had no one with me at the time so I walked out. I wasnt there to be examed or to have an abortion. I cannot imagine why my son wasnt allowed to go back there with me for a simple test. Its ludicrous to think that a center, who gets governmental funding, would put such a hardship on Women. I was told (with an obnoxious grin) that I could run over to LifeStages downtown if I felt like it. Lol Ladies!! If you need a pregnancy test (for free btw) call the Womens Center of Miami Valley. They have locations on Burkhardt Ave in Dayton as well as Kettering and others. Dont go to Planned Parenthood!! Find a more caring and reputable place!!
They locked me out and told me I was 10 min late...no, I was on time..I was just not allowed in until a few minutes later..had to wait to get checked in. Even with an appointment, I have to wait a long time. And was told theres others in front of me... well, you were ten minutes late no...yall wouldnt let me in. Now the staff lets others jump the line..really?
They were extremely kind.

2022-03-04Just started going here as I moved and live in Indiana so it’s the closest to where I live. Initially went to get prescribed birth control again. Ended up doing an STI check. Came back today to get my birth control shot again. Got my shot, the receptionist was so sweet and patient, the nurses, gynecologist and everything was so sweet and patient. You will have a wait time, but that’s a given. It’s a place a lot of people use and anymore are short staffed. I’m happy with the way they did the shot, the way they went over everything and explained everything. Made me feel respected, cared for, and not embarrassed about anything. Would definitely recommend 😊

2022-02-19Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Hiccup with my scheduled time, but they fixed it promptly. I went for an IUD and it went great! Not something Id do for funsies, but the staff definitely made it more pleasant!

2021-10-01This location is horrible. They do not value their patient’s time. Every time I come here, they are running 30 or more minutes late. One time I waited 50 minutes and just ended up leaving because they had no idea how much longer it would be. My daughter has gone through the same thing here. We have never had this problem at any other location. They forget they work for us, not the other way around. If I am 15 minutes late, they cancel my appointment but we can sit for an hour or more in the waiting room? No thank you. We will be going somewhere else from now on.

2021-06-02The in-person staff are some of the nicest and attentive medical professionals I have interacted with. They are always welcoming, thorough, and willing to accommodate my needs. That said, I have observed the opposite of the phone staff. Every person I have spoken to over the phone for this location has been irritable and frustrated from the get go, getting annoyed over simple technical glitches & having to accommodate hearing impaired patients.

2022-03-18I went for a check up im 49years i have not seen a doctor in years they did not check me sent. A none OBGYN and telling me what they think wrong with me yes i went for a reason and a wellness check

2021-09-13If 0 was an option that’s what they’d be receiving.More times than not I’ve waited well over an hour to be brought back. The staff does not communicate with you in the waiting room, or apologize for the wait. I do not understand the point of filling out paperwork online to save time per their request. Just to wait a minimum of an hour, after booking an appointment weeks in advanced, and the first appointment of the day to avoid the wait.Ridiculous.

2020-11-10I came to this location for a Liletta IUD insert in November 2020 and have zero complaints. Front desk staff was accommodating and attentive, every employee in the back was professional, polite and patient, and I was walked through every step of the procedure with care and attention. I highly recommend this location and it’s staff members.

2021-06-09I highly recommend this location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The NP Gwynne is also really nice and she took extra time to make sure I could get the birth control I wanted. The wait time wasnt bad at all either.

2018-09-06I have been coming to this center for my depo shot and annual exams for 16 years starting out when I wasnt working and didnt have health insurance. The nursing staff are excellent. Ive been through a handful of nurse practitioners over the years until they got a permanent resident. Every method/option for birth control was presented and thoroughly explained. Any questions or issues I have had have always been taken care of. They really are great people. Though I have health insurance now, I still come here for most of my gyn issues. I highly recommend them!

2021-07-20I assume this location must be used to broken and battered souls walking through the door because on arrival the office staff made obvious and rude attempts to separate my wife and I whom are expecting and have been happily married 7 years. For a place that is supposed to help people, they absolutely trashed that mantra by acting the way they did.
