Love this place! they were playing old one direction hits when i walked in, so you know the vibes are immaculate. every time i’ve been in here the employees help me find exactly what i’m looking for. russell is absolutely awesome and was super informative when i was looking for a new pod system and recommended me an awesome juice (not to mention the juice bottle color coordinated with the system i got!). great people, great energy, great selection, and super reasonable prices.
Planet of the vapes is great. Awesome prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean store and Cari is the best. She always knows exactly what I need when I walk in the door I wont go anywhere else.
First, I’d like to say THANK YOU to Kari!! She was so knowledgeable and upbeat, she knew a ton about all the different products and you can tell she cares about what she is doing and that the customer is getting what they need/looking for! I also just want to thank pretty much every employee I’ve encountered thus far in the past 30 days (quit smoking cigarettes 30 days ago with the help of your vaping products)…im always immediately greeted upon arrival in your Parma/ridge road store, every employee has been super helpful and even more super friendly! As someone new to vaping I had a lot of questions coming into the store but Damien (I hoped I spelled that right) was very helpful and found the right product for my needs. In a follow up visit to find pods, the specific ones I was looking for was sold out but Zach, set me up to get notified should new inventory come in. This location not only has an excellent selection of products but excellent employees as well!

I have vaping for years now, and have never been to a vape shop with people that know as much as this place does. I have been there probably a dozen times now and feel like I learn something new each time Im there. They take care of you and make sure to customize your needs to what each person needs. Again great place and I highly recommend them for anyone new to vaping. You wont be disappointed.

Bought an esco bar vape on 2 separate occasions, 2 different flavors and both were defective. One didn’t work at all and the other lasted about 4 hours before flashing and dying. Both times they would not return. Ridiculous since the website mentions a totally different return policy!
So many options and I could spend forever just looking around. The staff is awesome and great to talk to. Would definitely recommend for everything you need.
Wouldnt walk across the street to do business with this place . Had a vape break after 3 weeks. They wouldnt replace it even with a recipt. Salesman took my nuber and said management would call me. They never did. Also they are incredibly over priced.

Clean store , helpful and courteous workers. They always have my juice and coils and if they dont theyll order it for you and call you they are 5 dollars cheaper on my juice than other vape stores around . The only draw back is their location its very hard to get in and out of because of traffic but well worth it ! I highly recommend this vape store for all your vaping needs !
Screw this place seriously Don’t go here there are hundreds of other shops all around Northeast Ohio. Sold me a bunk CBD vape cartridge and I bought an Ooze pen and it barely hold a charge (like I can use it for 30 minutes maybe) and I also bought a charger that broke apart a week later. They wouldn’t make it right and the owner was suppose to call me to discuss the situation… still waiting on that call…
Absolutely the biggest, best selection, and very informative vape shop in Northeast Ohio!!! Their product knowledge is unmatched. Never felt like I was pressured or rushed into buying anything and only was given suggestions. Store is very clean and organized. Definitely recommend it!!!

We stopped by today just to look around at all of the options they had and we were highly impressed by the customer service we received! There were two gentlemen there Brandon was the one who mainly helped us and he was very informative! He was able to answer every question we had without hesitation! I was also highly impressed with the selection of delta eight that was available as well as regular vapes and all the accessories. I live about 40 minutes away from the Parma location and the experience we had today made it well worth the drive! The prices are also comparable to most shops I’ve been to. Thank you again Brandon for all your help and knowledge!! I will definitely be back!

Awful vibes. Ive never seen a head shop with lights this bright before. Ive also never seen a head shop with a huge blue lives matter flag hanging in it!! The sales people were very pushy, made us feel very rushed and uncomfortable like they were trying to get us to leave - they didnt have to work that hard because once we saw the flag we wanted out! Not the kind of place I want to support, there are better friendly vape and head shops on the cleveland area - probably on that street!

Me and my husband came in for the first time and Brandon and Jp were so awesome. They were very welcoming and made it a fun experience . They explained everything very clearly, answered any questions we had very thoroughly and with amazing energy. I didnt get the other guys name on the vape side but he was awesome too. Fair selection. About average prices. Price points reflect the overhead expenses for such a nice location and the new age human resources demand on higher wages. Glad to see so many becoming enriched by the marijuana industry. Thats American entrepreneurship.

Went in to get a box mod for my dad for Christmas as an alternative to smoking. I have absolutely 0 experience with anything vaping so I naturally asked for help. Gage went through step by step everything I would need to get him, and helped me pick out a mod and coils we thought would fit his needs. Not only that but he helped me put the mod together in store and walked me through it step by step so I could pass the info on to my dad. Was an absolutely incredible experience and I will be back again. Gage was incredibly friendly and will be a huge part of me returning in the future.

Im editing my review, I had an issue where I was sold nic juice when I wanted CBD, and was rushed out the door with no return policy. I was contacted by Marc to have it corrected and after coming in to replace it Jasmine was friendly and kind about the situation. I still feel like you should only go into a store like this if you already know what you want and where it is though, for a first experience it shouldnt have been how it was, but Im glad they will work with you to correct things.

The customer service is top notch they are very friendly. All of their vapes and accessories are usual top of the line. Their juices are usually diverse enough for any flavor and strength you may want. The head shop here is definitely worth going to all of their pieces are quality items and they have a bunch of other product that are definitely worth checking out and testing for yourself. I would 100% recommend visiting this location.

This place is a vapors haven! Theyll have anything, well almost anything your looking for, for a mod or atomizer or complete kit. It seems to me that prices here are really competitive or lower than most other vape shops that Ive been to recently and a much, much bigger selection! So if your in the market for a new mod, kit, atomizer,batteries, chargers, coils or anything else vape related you must check this place out! Update: 5322 I still like going here, theyve had almost everything Ive needed except pods for a Drag Nano 2. But to be fair they dont carry that particular vape anyway. They also have a huge selection of ejuice in nic salt and regular eliquid. Plus they have other vapes for herbs and whatever else can be vaped! If you cant find a vape to suit your needs here youd have to be really picky unless of course you want the Drag Nano 2 or its pods.. lol....
I bought the most gorgeous bong! I figured it was going to be at least $100 but it was only $60! I haven’t owned a bong in so long, this one couldn’t have been more perfect. Even the bottom has a mandala etched into the glass!
Me and my friend drove 2 hour away from Fremont. There was 1 inch of snow here, and as we kept driving the gradually rose to 6-7 inches. Anyways, our intentions were originally not to come to this shop. We bought tickets for the Cavs Vs Nets game. Long story short, the Cavs smoked the Nets 114-107. Me and my friend were hyped, and decided we wanted to smoke some pack of our own. So, we headed down to the Parma shop to get some stuff. There we met Zach and Brandon. They helped us each find our own individualized pieces. Informed us too inspect, and gave us information about each item we purchased. The usual closest shop to us, is the one in Amherst, but this shops size, and quality just blew us away when we came in today! Had also had a fun time chatting with the guy shoveling snow and watching cars get stuck/slide around. Definitely will return when the Cavs smoke the Bucks pack aswell!

I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming hello! Everyone was very helpful! The staff was easy to talk to and even taught me a few things. Usually I walk into these store knowing more than the people that work there but these guys know there s**t! I did buy a torch that stopped working within a few hours of buying it but stuff happens 🤷🏻♂️ Great experience overall the 3-4 times I’ve come in!

OMG! I’ve literally been having technical difficulties trying to login to do this review for the last 3 days! But I still didn’t forget because thats how good of an experience it was so I had to leave a review! It was only my second time ever in a vape shop so I didn’t have much knowledge on their products. Not only was I helped the whole time, but got different perspectives from 3 MVP employees Eli,JP,and Nick! They all gave different insight, and helped me at different times. They obviously know their stuff! I Don’t plan on going to any other vape shop:)
Great selection and nice staff, but unfortunately the staff is not particularly knowledgeable about what they sell. Again, theyre very kind, but they werent of that much help when for example I was trying to buy a replacement battery for my vape pen. I had to go somewhere else where the staff had a bit more expertise in order to find what I needed

My first time in today after driving past this place multiple times in the last couple months. Did not leave disappointed at all. The selection in there is insane, the atmosphere is so nice and I like that they have a little Lounge area, and the staff was all super attentive and very knowledgeable about all of their products. Im also pretty sure that I saw someone from every age range in the 30 to 40 minutes that I was in there. Very inclusive, not overbearing like a lot of places are, and I will absolutely be going back.
My fiancé and I come here often. Nick is always helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they carry. Nick also helped my nana and I find the perfect bowl piece. Helpful to all ages. Love this place

My experience was very well worth it. With going there to find something I need. The worker Dave was really helpful and understanding on what I was looking for. He helped me get the matching trays, bowl, storage and even bud. Would definitely recommend his help in the future.

Most products they carrie could possibly be found elsewhere but there pricing there employees and the knowledge all there employees have is 2nd to none. Today was my first time visiting and I have to say it was a really pleasant visit. They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Bought a vape device from this place on Friday, the device didnt work with the cartridges that I have. I attempted to return the device on Sunday. The girl at the store told me there was a no return policy. I read through the return policy on the sheet by the register and on my recipt. No where on either does it state that they cannot be returned. Dont trust this place the girl knew it didnt say that anywhere. Will definitely be filling a report with the attorney general.
Wow! 100% impressed. Stopped in just a bit ago with a bunch of questions and David helped me today. He was so knowledgeable, had answers for everything and more! I came in to simply observe to produce a review. The employees were very respectful, EXCEPT the manager himself.. shocking, I know. I caught myself in a conversation with 2 customers for about 30 minutes of the 35 minutes I was there. We were talking about cars, and then just so suddenly the manager told ME.. ONLY ME that I have 2 minutes tops to leave before he quote.. “call the Parma police”. At first me and both the customers I spoke too gave him a confused looked, and the manager apologized too one customers saying “I’m sorry about that, I’ll have him leave now” and the customer assured him that I was not bothering him whatsoever. I also replied saying “I’m not sure how or why you feel that way but I guess I will still leave. Before I leave though,!may I use the restroom?” He told me “No.” and I walked out honestly confused and upset. I was going to start coming to this location regardless where I live due to its massive selection, but now I refuse because of the troubled manager. I’m not sure if you were having a tough day or what, but please make sure to remember overall not too treat anyone else like that because last time I checked, multiple people told me that place is a very nice hangout.. and what was I doing? Observing / hanging out. If I was bothering someone, trust me, I wouldn’t stop myself before you stepped in the way you did.

I just recently quit smoking and decided to take up vaping as an alternative. so i walked into this store knowing absolutely nothing! Ray greeted me as soon as i walked in the door. he took his time went over several different products and explained them in detail. i love my product and the customer service was outstanding i will defiantly be back!

I had a really great experience at Planet of the Vapes! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly and very helpful staff. The young woman patiently listened and answered all my questions and recommended what would work best for me with each question I had. She actually listed and took the time to help me find what would fit my needs the best. After purchasing my items I then walked over to the other side where there was a young man helping my son, he greeted me and asked if there was anything he could help me with, all the while being asked questions, can I see this, how much is this ect. Yet still making sure I knew he was there to help. I did end up buying a few things and he was there to help. The only bad thing about the whole experience is I cant remember their names to thank them properly. Thank you Planet Of The Vapes! You have made me a customer for life!

They are certainly raising The bar of professionalism at planets of the Vape.
Its was an absolutely great experience.The staff was very helpful and VERY friendly, and most importantly, they knew about all the products I questioned. They didnt pressure me to buy anything or upgrade anything. They showed me how to assemble and care for ly products I purchased. The gave many details into the vap I purchased. I will be back frequently if I decide to continue to vape. My.new vape and juice came to $63. They offer many different coils in many different varieties.

Representation and organization is out of this world. Workers are very knowledgeable with any concerns you have concerning vapes or cbd. I have been to vape stores all over the country (travel a lot for work) and this is my favorite so far! Its even better that it is in my home town. Excellent selection of juices and devices, plenty of coils in stock, and friendly service. I was also surprised to see the cool bags/backpacks they are offering. Due to recent events testing juices is impossible but the descriptions given by Ray where great and I felt less intimidated about trying a new juice (I am very picky about juice so not being able to test is a pain). Be aware of their policies!!! I’m so upset. I bought a defective product and no one told me to try it out before I left the store because you can’t return if there’s issues!!!! Even with a receipt that proves I just purchased it just the day before!! You all should definitely make that clear to people! Do better!
This is an amazing store and the staff is so friendly and helpful, if you go there ask for David, he really knows his stuff. He helped me find everything that I wanted, and things that I didn’t even know I needed for my vape anddd got me a cover! I didn’t even know they made these! and even on the way out showed me a whole different side of the store with all kinds of smoking apparatuses, and edibles and all kinds of cool stuff😜😜
Im from out of state and this is My First time purchasing a vape and the young man who helped me was great! very knowledgeable of products and informative, he walked me thru on how to use, talked about the differences between vapes, he took his time with me and I didnt feel hurried to pick a flavor :)I really wish I got his name!!Great Guy!!

I usually go to the one on west 130th as it’s less than a mile from where I live. They told me to check out this specific location due to higher selection and much bigger and better inside generally. Customer service experience was very positive, Dave was very eager to assist me and very informative and answered my questions which sparked a great conversation. Also shout out to Nick. Couldn’t find a reason to complain if I tried. Every POTV employee I’ve dealt with, regardless of location, at least in my experience has been flawless. Genuine people who you can tell not only care about the sale, but the individual. resourceful, knowledgeable people who are passionate about their jobs and aren’t there just to collect a paycheck and go home.Any smoker/stoner/enthusiasts one stop shop. They have just about everything and then some. Haven’t needed something that they didn’t have or could find.

Dave, one of the staff, was very knowledgeable and helpful in understanding the product available and their specific use. The store is new and very organized, spacious and clean. Staff was attentive and patient while explaining terminology and providing a variety of choices without creating confusion.
Great place! Usually go to West 130th ! This location is brand new. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They even clean your device free of charge! My last visit was great. The people who work here are super knowledgeable and friendly.

Very rude customer service.Matt the owner did a good job making it right but the store needs to a better job at making people aware of the policy and law of being able to return stuff to the store before people buy products from them especially since the receipt you get says that you have 30 days to return stuff.
Larry and david are amazing. Very informative. Spent plenty of time with us to make sure we knew the diffrence between products. Showed us other products we may be intersted in. Even go as far to remember some of our last purchase. Very friendly staff and well stocked and clean store. I love the special attention both were willing to give. 5 plus stars all around

Truly love this store. Ive been to dozens of vape shops all over. From Ohio to myrtle Beach and everywhere in between and this is hands down my favorite location. The staff is amazing. The selection is incredible (only at 40% stocked I believe). And the location couldnt be better. Way to go potv for breathing life into that old music store. Warms my heart to see a successful business move into parma. I cant speak highly enough about this place. I really cannot.

Wouldnt show the product before cashing it out, wouldnt refund it while we were in store at the counter when they finally let us see it after clearly asking for specific tanks and accessories. Never again. Guy was rude too

I usually go into the Cleveland shop to get my juice and coils, but I was on my way home after work and stopped into the Parma shop to get what I needed. Mike was very knowledgeable about whats the best coil for me and lex hooked it up with an incredible juice. Will be back if Im back in the dirty P

I use to love going to planet in Parma but then I saw two of the workers there acting real unprofessional. I think the guys name was Nick and the girl had long brown hair. They just made me super uncomfortable I won’t be going back to planet Parma, I believe work relationships should be frown upon.

I didn’t even know planet was open till I drove past. Definitely the best vape store I’ve been to in awhile. Biggest in the state. David is a great employee as well, helped me find the exact kind of juice that I needed. They will forsure be seeing me again very soon.
I love the parma store, they have a huge selection of vapes and smokables and theyre employees are very nice and are great at finding what you didnt even know you wanted, and if it being down the street from my work I find myself in here almost daily, I definitely recommend coming in to check it out if you havent already, and if you dont vape or smoke you can play giant connect four in there hangout area.

2022-06-16I have been a customer for around 2 years now and everytime I walk in I get nothing but the Family experience. Any problems I have, they seek out the best option to solve it, and if Im running a budget, they get it done within that for me. Kari and Jasmine in particular have been my go-to morning crew. If you want the best experience with the most professionalism, then a visit in the AM for either of these two isnt a bad thing to move time around for.
