Nice environment and convenient location. Extremely affordable. Most gyms business model relys on the subscription model and the fact that 80% of members come less than once a week. PF has a great business model in this regard. Once the New Years Resolution crowd breaks continuity, the numbers become very comfortable. Only criticism is the amount of HazMat spraying of the machines with the non absorbent paper towels that leave the machines saturated. Chernobyl didnt spray this much after the nuclear plant melt down!
This place used to be great.It seems as though the customer service has quickly gone downhill.The early morning staff have a lack of manners and communication skills and absolutely no professionalism.When you walk in and out, they don’t greet you. When you walk to the counter for assistance, they continue on their cell phones and respond only by saying, “What’s up?” (Happened more than once)I understand good employees are hard to find but please either train them on better customer service skills or hire someone else.That kind of communication should not be unacceptable.
I do not know whats going on there but I had read other peoples posts that they had posted about the situation and I think personally if your customers are having this much problems and issues that maybe another supervisor or somebody else more than one person should start looking into it to fix the issue so that your writing scores are a lot more better because nobody wants to have negativity or negative behavior towards them nor do they want to be hung up on and as a business I think that you should be more professional about it and look into every aspect of the details and every situation and take care of your customers first because without them you wouldnt have a business but thats just my opinion and Im not being rude about it Im just giving some advice on what I would do differently so that you can please your customers they come first
My gym! Love It. There are a few people that work there that are OutStanding! They know me by name and always make me feel Welcome! They know who they are!! They are Awesome!!! Top of the line equipment. The workers keep Everything very very clean and always disinfecting everything! Showers in the locker room are amazing!!! You can tan and get a full body massage here. Very affordable. Judgement free Zone is enforced. Which gives eveyone a great. Atmosphere to work out in!!
I went in planet fitness to cancel my pass, an employee supposedly canceled it for me. I been charged twice since. I went back in and canceled it again. They said it would take 7-10 business days to see if I can get a refund. It’s past the 10 days so I did not get my money back. I shouldn’t have to pay for one of your employees mistakes. Very unprofessional.
This is a great gym. They have every type of equipment you could want, all in good working order. Staff is great, with very little turnover. They are courteous and responsive and they make sure there is never any waiting at the front desk. You have a question about a piece of equipment and they are right there to help. This facility is sparkling clean clean clean, the gym area as well as the restrooms and showers. Im so glad I joined.
Very Clean! Well maintained equipment. Nice tanning beds to. For the most part the staff is great very friendly. The reason I gave 4 stars was because there have been two employees that were very short and rude when we checked in they acted like it was an inconvenience to answer questions about the different tanning beds. Overall it’s a nice place!
I like coming here. Great equipment, good atmosphere.. But, the only thing I have a problem with is one of their staff members. Her name is Erin. She has an attitude that gives to people. She ignores people and treats them poorly. Id recommend staying away from such a toxic person
I chose to cancel on day 4 after signing up online. Mostly due to the no privacy practice they seem to have globally. This is the 3rd payment they have taken from my account and I Never Used the facility at all. I have since found this is common practice with them. Buyer beware!
Ive been coming here for 7 months now and never once had a bad experience. The staff is friendly. They always welcome you and say goodbye on your way out. If they are out and about on the gym floor, it is not uncommon for them to say hi to you. The facility is always clean. If I go to the gym in the morning before work, its never busy. If I go after work, its a little more busy, but you can still get your workout in without any waiting. The showers/locker rooms are always very clean and well kept. Ive used tanning once and it was just as clean and available as everything else. The massaging lounges and chairs are clean and feel amazing after a hard workout. I honestly cant say anything negative about this location. I do wish Planet Fitness had dead lifting, bench pressing and squat racks, but for this I go to another gym.
Came to the site to see when they plan to reopen, decided to read through some reviews. Hard to believe some of the negative comments Ive seen. Have been a member for a little over a year now. I really cant say enough good stuff about this place. The staff really work hard at keeping this place clean, it shows, and I have tried to compliment as many as I can personally for doing so. And this was before the big pandemic. Patrons are for the most part cognizant of wiping down their machines. Patrons and staff both have been very considerate and polite. Hope the vibe doesnt change when they reopen because of restrictions.
Management is the weak link at this location. The efforts regarding cleaning, sanitation, and amenities at this club are superior. Unfortunately the scheduling process with tanning, massage etc. Fail due to management. A simple process demolished by rude and unprofessional kids hired to manage the facility. I will be shopping for alternative facilities, managed more professionally.
Its clean and most of the staff is friendly. The trainer I worked with is great. I just wish they would enforce the no loitering policy in the 30 minute workout area. EVERY time I try to go in there people are sitting around on the equipment on their phones or just sitting. They have tables in the front for those who want to just hang out.
Great gym but should go back to 24 hours to make it less crowded. Every time I used to go itd be only a few people now its always packed and with covid going on thats the worst thing for everyone. Used to work out 5 days a week now its so busy all the time I got twice a week debating switching gyms
Considering the price to amenities, PF is a bargain. I dont understand why more people dont sign up for memberships. After 3 years there, I havent upgraded to a black card, but I am curious. Staff is always available if you need help. My only complaint is that they need to enforce emphasis on new members wiping down equipment after use. Other than that, it is a very welcoming surrounding.
I have been a member for 4 years. In all that time I have had a mostly positive experience at planet fitness. But today that all changed. Today out of nowhere I was banned. I was banned because I dont believe in cleaning equipment. They dont pay me to clean equipment. I pay them to allow me to come and exercise. They have employees that they pay whom should be doing all the cleaning.Without any notice at all I was banned. I came in to work out a few days ago and I had not been in the gym for 5 minutes and yet 4 people complained that I hadnt cleaned any equipment. Well Im sorry if I just dont feel like I am responsible for that.I am very annoyed that I was treated this way and will glady never return. Gonna set up my own personal gym.
I have no problems with this gym other than the new hours. I come workout every single day and have for almost 2 years. But now I am unable to come in at all because of the new hours. I don’t understand why you would open back up then go right back to restricted hours. The sole reason I joined this gym was the 24/7 access (as it says on the front of the door) I don’t see how this doesn’t void any contract signed by planet fitness. If it’s not open to normal hours next week I’ll never pay another dollar to this company
Truck drivers with semis welcome too huge parking lot and very easy way in and out without not disturbing nobody . Very well equipped and this is one of the few with so much room inside and showers very clean locker room very nice and with a lot of room too . Id really like to visit this one again ....Personnel very nice too and friendly! ! !
This was a 5 star place. I haven’t seen the manager their in the last couple months or so. He did an outstanding job! He was very professional.Not sure who runs the gym now. The staff acts miserable. I’ve had several occasions where they have been confrontational. People are there to workout, tan or use the hydro bed. No one wants confrontational staff when they are there to workout.The gym offers a lot for the price. Need the old manager back! Or someone who can run the place. I hate posting a bad review, but this place has lost it in the last couple months.
Middletown Planet Fitness great gym,clean,friendly staff really like the gym. But BEWARE your problems will start when you try to cancel!!! Its easy they say yeah right. Should have read the reviews better. Lots of complaints from people that tried to cancel. I had three people on my account had to cancel for a while with every intention of going back when life calmed down but the next month I get charged! Caused a chain reaction of fees and charges from my bank. $130.00 later the manager says nothing I can do bout it. He was just rude about it just didnt care. So I go to my bank and they said they have problems with Planet Fitness like this all the time. They recommend do not join that gym if you ever plan to get out. They have people in all the time trying to get them out of their accounts. READ YOUR REVIEWS!!! Wish I had read better. They are gonna get their money out of you for Canceling believe all the people who have tried!!! VERY disappointed!!!
My husband and I went into planet fitness today to join and decided not to after the initial talk with your front end staff. They were completely unwelcoming, never said hi, what can I do for you or what brings you in today. The female staff just stood there looking completely miserable and annoyed even. If this is what your staff is like then maybe you should hire better professionals. According to other reviews this seems to be a problem at this location.
Not clean or kept up well, empty shower bottles, chewing gum, and other garbage laying all over the locker room. The staff is extremely rude and will kick you out if you make any noise while exercising, or wear clothing that doesnt meet their guidelines. This place is more like a cult rather than a gym, youll be much happier spending a few dollars more and going to a gym that has integrity, and respect for their members.
There is now way to cancel!!The only way to do it is in person at this exact location. I moved states before knowing this, and they said the only way to cancel otherwise is to send in a letter. First off, this the 21st century, why is there no way to cancel online or even over the phone?!?Regardless, I sent in a physical letter a few months ago requesting my cancellation. I sent the letter before moving to Slovenia in Europe thinking that I was done. But recently I found out the money is still being pulled from my account.I tried emailing them twice about this and both times I got a generic response telling me to call or come in person. You know the only two things I can’t do.
Most times I’ve come are good but this lady with really short brown hair that works nights is a rude and mean. She refused to give me and my husband towels so we can wipe of the Machines after each use. Last time I checked it’s a rule to wipe the equipment after each use. So we had to use paper towels, that is not ecological. Planet Fitness is hurting the environment by having their members use all those paper towels. We pay good money to come here and that’s bull to have all that unnecessary waste.
The commercial says its not a lug head (steroid induced) place.. thats a lie! Its a meat market! Im not young and just had a baby. Everyone there was so into themselves . I felt uneasy, insecure, and weirded out. The fact that a dude followed me out to my car. (Scary) Im never going back. I will pay more. Be judged less. Feel safe
My husband has been going to PF for about 2 yrs and myself about 6 months. We usually get to go to the gym together on the weekends... we were there on a Sunday morning and was told the owner was there. Of course we thought what difference does it make. As we were working out a man walks behind my husband whos working out at the cables with a mirror in front of him, and takes his picture and then walks away! No words were exchanged with him or my husband... it was very strange. A few minutes later a staff member comes up to my husband and tells him that the owner said he either needs to change his shirt or he has to leave. Hes wearing a cut off tshirt... hes worn the shirt there many times over the 2 years hes been going there and no one has ever said anything... the staff member said the shirt is cut too close to your nipples... (even though they werent showing). My husband says Im not wearing your shirt and tell the owner to come talk to me if theres an issue... so couple minutes go by and here comes the owner-THE MAN THAT TOOK HIS PICTURE! How unprofessional for his picture to have been taken without his permission and by the damn owner! Also if he had a problem with it to begin with he should have stopped and said something and not snapped a damn picture!!! The owner wasnt even in uniform either... Id like to know where in any company policy that it states that employees can take pictures of people working out at the gym?!?! Absolutely unprofessional of the owner and there will be a complaint filed with corporate... other staff members at this location are always nice to us but the owner is beyond ridiculous!!!
This place is the worst. I have been trying to cancel this membership for literally months, Ive emailed them and even though they took note of the fact that I wanted to cancel my membership, they wont. Ive moved away and I cant just go back to that gym to cancel my membership. The fact that I have to send them a letter in the mail, when theyve already gotten my phone calls and emails countless times, is disgusting. They are acknowledging the fact that I want to cancel it and then ignoring my requests, and still charging me. This is the worst Ive ever seen a business run and I just cant get over the fact that they literally acknowledge that I want to cancel it, and just wont do it. now I have outrageous charges for a gym that Ive never been to and the staff are insanely rude about it.
Honestly poor management and poor communication. Pretty much exactly what you could and would expect from any company placed in Middletown Ohio. The problem seems to be the people and not the brand. I changed my home gym to a new location for that same reason and I have little to no problems now. I promise you the professionalism is worth the drive to anywhere else.
Twice this week I have been into tan on my lunch break and had issues. First time the bed would not start. Today I scanned in was never called to tan. Others were called back that scanned in after me. I asked them to check and was told I never scanned in. I know I confirmed my time when I scanned in. They gym on the other hand is great.
Tried to cancel my membership a month before moving. The guy that worked there said they have gyms all over and I insisted. Afterwards he canceled it, or so I thought. Tried to go in there today to get a refund but despite being able to see that I didnt use the gym since the day I said and for almost an entire month, she said there was nothing she could do.Very bad customer service.
Wyatt is a good guy. Rachel is awesome. Erika is horrible. As long as Wyatt and Rachel are here this place will be great. Erica doesn’t want to work here and you can tell. It would be an awesome if Erika would be human towards other people. But the other people here make this place home
Dont join! They have you sign a contract , take out monthly fees then take out another yearly fee. I paid all my fees on time then canceled after the year, they still took 41 dollars in yearly fees out of my account so I called to ask when I would get that money returned to me since the fees were for the year coming. I was told it was too late, they would not return my money ?? Who withdraws a yearly fee after you are no longer a member then refuses to return the money? Do not let these people attach the automatic withdrawal to your account or you will regret it.
Cant really judge it yet. Im seeing online that there are MANY problems with the MONEYS/fees that get taken out. Then I call my bank to ask questions about giving my info out to planet fitness and I was told not to do it. They had just got off the phone with a last that was charged 700.00 total. They kept taking annual fees and other hidden charges that she was never informed about. Was also informed by my bank that they deal with 4 or more customers a week that are being up charged by planet fitness.Ive walked thru your facility twice now. I was told you offer a year membership for the 10.00 a month including the cost of annual fee but not the 20.00 a month membership. Why is that? You can have my debit card info but to ask for my routing # is not necessary if you staff is doing there jobs correctly. That would/could mean youre taking to much money out of my acct..Please contact me. Id like a membership and Ill pay cash for the 1 year 20.00 a month plus tax with the 39.00 1 time annual fee included.Thanks Kris Elam
This is an excellent facility, but the staff are very insensitive to the point of being rude. This morning as I checked in one of the staff told mehave a god workout old man. I really enjoy this gym and pro.pre it to all my friends, but think who ever runs this business needs to have classes teaching the staff how to be polite.
Unprofessional ...nasty baseboards and floors are gross in tanning rooms -dust and hair move around on floor and thick dust on baseboards -tanning lotion on walls !!!! Manager needs to grow up and not play ball with the towel and the towel Trash can ... speaking of the dirty towel trash can ...you have to stand over it to sign up to tan or for red light or to even look at the lotions its Just gross.... Body fluids is not what I want to stand by!I have been going there for quite awhile and In the past 6 months something has really changed-- the girls locker room is also trashed most of the time with towels and people leaving their things in the lockers. I guess initially you set a standard for me which was amazing and now that the standard has dropped, I am beyond disappointed.
Ive been a member at a number of gyms over the past 10 years and this one is by far the cleanest one Ive ever been to. I would love to see some actual squat racks, and benches for bench press. Having ONLY Smith machines is limiting. Also, TVs on the cardio machines are 50/50 whether or not they work. Other than that, the maintenance and selection of equipment has been top notch. Finally, you wont find a gym this cheap anywhere else. Especially one thats open 24 hours a day!
Seriously people... DO NOT give these people your credit card info. They have over charged me, and continuously billed me even though I personally went into the branch and spoke with management and they assured me it would not happen again. I havent even been in a planet fitness for over a year and they wont stop charging me. I DONT even live in Ohio anymore. I came here to warn everyone else on my way to see an attorney. If you give them your credit info expect to be taken advantage of.
Don’t give them your banking information because you will never be able to cancel I’ve been trying to cancel since July 2017 And it is now April 2018 and I’m still getting 20 something dollars withdrawn from my account after going in multiple times talking to every manager there as in even trying to get a hold of the district manager at one point they had me sign paperwork that I thought was cancellation paperwork later to find out they don’t do cancellation paperwork and they only do it through email but somehow every time I send the email they never receive it I asked if there was any way for me to get her ready find and they literally said sorry not my problem
I posted a complaint about this club so all the consumers who work out and new potential customers know about How this club owner named Mike treats his customers.. I have been a member with Planet Fitness for almost 6 yrs at Newport KY location and moved to Middletown Ohio.There were several things that never had been issues in the past one that I never had to ask that the music be turned down except for at this location. First of all I am an intelligent woman who knows how a customer should be spoken to and treated this Owner obviously has no regards to dealing with the public. Its really weird I posted a complaint on this website a few months back and it somehow was taken off their site they have the means to do that I guess so no one could read just How badly this owner Treats his customers.First please read all the customer complaints on consumer affairs on how customers are treated at all the gyms across the states its quite obvious that the company condones this type of behavior and treatment with in their clubs due to the fact its a franchise and anyone can own a club people skills or not. Whatever you do be aware that if you post a complaint and he reads it or you will be targeted and your membership possibly cancelled for your amendment rights in speaking how you feel.Yesterday when I went to workout I politely asked Dalton the club manager if he could please turn down the music in which he was accomidating and he did about an hour or so later I had noticed the music was extremely loud again and saw that the Owner was there so when I went to ask if he could please turn down the music his response was no it is at a reasonable level and that its not a funeral parlor and that he is tired of my complaining.. He new that I complained numerous times on the subject and that is when I decided to post my frustrations on social media because there was never any resolution even though he had said come to him directly if ever there was a problem ,yet nothing ever got resolved All I know is just about everybody in the club has a headset on what does that tell you that people listen to the music they enjoy so why was the music so loud in the first place unless its for the staff..This man is so unreasonable and could care less about the customer and because its his club and thats the way he wants it paying customer or not you do not matter..I truly beleive whole heartily this was out of retaliation when he said he is going to cancel my membership because I supposedly was pointing my finger at him when I was speaking ,I actually talk with my hands.He then told me that if I did not leave he would call the police first of all I was certainly no threat secondly this man should not be dealing with the public period. There were several other complaints about how this man conducts buisness and treats his customers.I told him to go ahead cancel my membership because no owner of a buisness will ever talk or treat me how this man felt fit to do so. I will post this experience in this club on every social media website I come across and every person I come in contact with will know about this experience at this club. If Planet Fitness CEOs care about their name and their reputation then they should listen to all the negative reviews and complaints made by the people who give them their job!
I canceled my membership last Saturday, May 11th. Signed the paperwork and was told by the man behind the counter that I would not be charged going forward and my last day of membership would be May 17th.I checked my bank account today and found I now have a $21.35 charge from Planet Fitness that I was not expecting so I contacted the Middletown club only to be told I had to cancel by the 10th to not be charged for another month. This is ridiculous, especially since I will not even be able to use it due my current schedule. When I first decided to cancel it was only going to be temporary but now I definitely will not be back and will not recommend this company to anyone.
I have the black card membership where I get to work out and tan. Well I went to go tan and the bed I wanted was a three hour WAIT! So I went to one bed lower and it was a two hour wait. So I sat in the lobby for two hours till it was time for me to tan. I called today to see since I have to wait two hours for a bed if I can come in early and sign for a bed and come in at a later time for a bed I signed up for. I was told Im not allowed to do that. They expect me to WAIT THREE HOURS for a bed?! That is ridiculous!
DO NOT UPGRADE TO BLACK MEMBERSHIP UNLESS YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU WANT IT FOREVER. You will be charged the full amount of a new membership to downgrade back to a normal level (in my case, this is $39). Don’t get me wrong, Planet Fitness is a great gym. They have clean facilities with plenty of exercise equipment choices and their friendly policies make even the most novice of gym-goers feel comfortable. However, their business practices leave something to be desired. When I decided to upgrade, thinking I would use other gyms while travelling for work, I specifically asked about downgrading back down to a regular membership in case I didn’t use the Black level as much as I hoped. I was told that it was no obligations; it would be free and easy to go back. Not so. When I went in to my home gym to downgrade, I was told it would be $39 to go back to a regular membership. I won’t bore you with the details of the conversations, phone calls, and trips to other gyms I’ve made (and there’s more to come) but this is still not resolved. This is an egregious example of poor business practices and intentionally misleading consumers.
My husband and I used to be members of the Centerville location, but this one is much nicer! The layout is in a U shape so a big gym feels smaller and everyone isnt just staring at each other. They also have a whole new zone called planet fitness 360, and its this gigantic adult jungle jim basically. Its got the ropes you swing up and down, weighted balls you throw against an angled trampoline, and monkey bars! Really love that. They also have stair climber machines which were not at the other location. I also love the showers - they have the rain shower heads up on the ceiling. Would definitely recommend this gym! Especially for the self conscious individual.
Very Racist Franchise ,I Am an American Muslim And It’s Clearly shown on My face (Because Of The Beard). And I went in There a couple of times as Black Card Membership ,And a lady in there started yelling in front of everyone that I Owe a balance !!! Her specific words were (Aye yo yo ,you owe a balance on your account). I was Like I spoke to the manager that I was out the country,and he said ok ,don’t worry about it,She replies well you can’t enter today. So I called the main store and they Refuted her and told me your account is Active.Call her back and She was Like Oh well ;You should Pay.I’m like are you serious? Is It The Beard ? The color of my Skin or what Is It exActly?I will be suing soon enough....
One of the best Planet fitness ive tried ! Clean. Friendly staff. Great showers.Just one thing. ...im a black card member and a truck driver. I was issued a parking warning violation. I was at the far end of the parking. I stayed an hour and a half. The warning was issued by the mall security. I got plenty of planet fitness stickers in my windows to show im there for the gym. That is a sad situation because planet fitness pay a rent for the place and all his customers should have access to the parking. First time ever it happens and ive visited many locations located in malls
Was at the gym on the night of the 29th of August when after my 3rd set a assistant manager named Heather walked up to me and told me I had to leave or find another shirt to wear due to my nipples showing when I am exercising. She was very unprofessional maybe if she spent more time training her stay instead of in the back room the other staff members would know what this companys dress code policy is.#goarmy
I like the gym, but this 1 Star is for the tanning. They don’t call for you when it is ready and they have absolutely no system of knowing when the bed is clean. I get why it is $20 for the gym and tanning. Everybody is too lazy to get it together and do their job. It isn’t hard.
I was highly upset on how they advertise their special sign up monthly fees. What they dont tell you is the extra fees and monthly cost will actually be until after the fact of signing up. I call this false advertisement. Majority of the staff cant even answer simple questions concerning the membership without a manager on duty.

The new gym in town, a chain gym that has one goal and only one goal, that is to put the local mom & pop gyms who have been the backbone the exercise world in town for years out of business my giving cut-rate prices. They make minimum profits as they put the other gyms out of business, thus increasing their profits through volume numbers of members. At some point you will wait in line for your turn to use a piece of equipment so losing your target pulse.

2022-07-05Usually I’m pretty happy with this gym not so much this morning. I work out before work supposed to be open 24 hours today Tuesday July 5th even google says they are open but when I showed up at 430 am me and others were locked out with no one there to let us in. Need to get this staff issue under control I left after 5am knowing it would not be opening up due to staff not being there. Maybe PF should consider key cards to us loyal members that show up to use what we pay for but cannot.

2022-03-12I want to make it clear that I never had a problem with the staff or anything about this particular gym. Im rating low because at a company level PF is god awful to deal with. Unless you plan to be a member for the rest of your life with no pauses for when life happens, pick a different fitness company. Even by gym standards, cancelling or pausing membership is ridiculously difficult. And when you do manage to cancel, surprise, youll still probably get charged. Im apparently still going to get charged for another month I wont use because the charge is already pending a whole week before the actual bill date(if this was mentioned anywhere, it was well hidden). No offer of refund for this charge either, just waiving the late fee Ill get from my debit card inevitably being overcharged. Then Im expected to make another trip to pay for this month of membership I never asked for whenever I can pull a spare $25 out of my broke college student heinie. I would be calling the billing department number about this IF IT EXISTED. All customer service routes seem to lead right back to the local club, AKA people who have no power over billing that Id rather not continue pestering pointlessly.

2022-04-16I liked the friendly welcome, great equipment, it was clean but there are no chairs in the dressing rooms, no hooks to hang towels or clothes on. I didnt want to put my bag and things on the floor, fortunately there was one room with a bench and I snagged that one.

2022-04-30Been a member since they opened. Every unhappy to hear about them changing there hours. Other than that it is not a bad gym . Would like to see a little more maintenance done on the machines , and a little less worry about dusting them .

2022-04-14Facilities and staff are awesome, that being said they just posted new hours and advise black card members to go to another PF that is still open 24/7, PF middletown will now be open 24 hours for 3 days, even though sign posted in bathroom says 24/5, I visit this gym Monday- Friday before I go to work typically checking in at 3am, never has it been empty or 1 or 2 people and around 4am to 4:30am it begins to be a packed house. Now you want me and all these people to drive out of our way with the cost gas is? We signed a membership for 24/7 and chose Middletown as our home facility! your policy clearly states 10 visits at another location will add a $5 franchise charge! This is poor business for customers that stayed with you and supported you thru the pandemic with closures and modified hours you still collected the membership fees and this is how you show good customer service?

2022-04-16I’ve been a member here since prO ably right round when this location opened. They recently compressed their hours which will certainly make the gym more crowded when it is open. Probably my last month with them.

2022-05-30When the Middletown Planet Fitness is attached to an abandoned building, when you have to navigate massive potholes in the parking lot, and when armed guards are required to remain parked outside so that gym goers arent assaulted or their car broken into, it might be time to pick a different Planet Fitness. (Note: Planet Fitness as a company is great - I just cant recommend this location.)
