Can’t keep a 24 hour gym open 24 hours, they seriously need to fix this or I’m dropping my membership and going somewhere else. Everything is clean and staff is generally nice but it’s constantly packed on days where I can go and because of the hour changes I can’t go 5/7 days of the week. Fix it!
Walking in from out of town in des moines iowa the policy is if you have been fully vaccinated you are not required to wear a mask. Immediately surrounded and asked if i had a mask. I said no and then pointed to the twenty other people who didnt have mask. I told him i dont have one im gonna go work out. Then two males of the staff come out with their hands stretched wide to usher me out like im some kind of livestock. So the two guys basically get face to face with me not letting me walk around i was upset. I tried to cancel my membership since i couldnt work out. But the lady said she couldnt. So I guess the theft of my time and money goes unpunished. When i signed up two years ago there was not a mask mandate. I did not sign anything agreeing i would ever wear a useless piece of cloth.
I work out here a good amount cause it’s close to my apt. I would have given it a higher ranking but:1. Some of the staff that work here are kind of rude. They do not approach any members who look like they need help!2. They rarely restock the paper towels for cleaning unless you request them to! The staff is usually on their phones behind the desk! I guess the plus side is they are being used!3. If you injure yourself at this gym they have no alcohol swabs/ simple first aid kit that all gyms should have which is disappointing! The staff also didn’t seemed to concerned!4. Some of their weights are getting dingy!Might cancel my membership soon and try another one a little further away!For the staff that are here and attentive they are awesome and are the only reason I stay!
I went in to try to set up an account with 0 help from the people at the front as they were unable to answer any questions that I asked. Was told I would owe $40 today when I asked why I was told “because it was today” even though the advertisement says something along the lines of $1 down, $10/month. I didn’t care that much and wanted to proceed with starting a membership, I was told I need to give all my bank information, not just the card I planned to have the money taken from. When I asked why the card info wouldn’t be enough and why I had to provide all of my bank info I was told “because I have too.”
As a guest, I will NOT be buying a membership. As soon as we entered the girl attacked us about not wearing a mask. I will not support a gym or any company that asks you to suffocate yourself so they can collect federal money. The ignorance is astounding. Wear a mask while in the building but take it off while you workout???
Girl working the front desk stopped me for not entering with a mask and told me to leave and wouldnt allow me to go in.. Almost no one wears masks inside the club including the changing rooms and they dont provide masks at the desk. Ive had all my vaccines and carry my card (which she did not ask about) and half the staff wears their masks under their nose. Ridiculous and rude.
Hilliard Ohio location refused access to the fitness facility due to the fact I had the right to choose about wearing a mask October of 2021. The front desk fitness attendant threatened to call local authorities if I refused to wear a mask. I have not used my membership since the experience even though I am current on yearly and monthly fees. I have the right to not freeze my membership, continue to utilized the fitness amenities, and make a choice about wearing a mask. Planet Fitness claims to be a non judgemental zone, but was very hypocritical that morning. I would prefer to NOT be asked about the MASK!!!!
If you dont lift hard-core and maybe just focusing on cardio or you just want a typical/chill workout, this could work for you.. Staff are pretty friendly and attentive, clean for the most part.There could be waiting time on machines but its 24 hours so you could; if you prefer work out with less people.
Great staff, clean equipment, and nice layout. My favorite planet fitness Ive been to in the columbus area and northeast Ohio included. Staff have not been great at other locations but Ive always had good interactions with everyone here. Management at this location is doing a great job in my opinion.
NEVER AGAIN. THE INCOMPETENCY AT THIS PLACE IS OVERWHELMING. DROVE 2 hours to Hilliard in February to cancel my account just for then mmm to not have cancelled it and to have $40 randomly taken out of my account today when I assumed the rude lady cancelled it when I went in to have it cancelled. They have something that said I cancelled to go to another gym yet the account wasn’t cancelled 🧐🧐🧐🧐 They can get it resolved or I’m going to the BBB they are so unprofessional. I truly wish I could give NEGATIVE five stars because that is what they deserve.
I have been a PF member for about 4-5 years now and I started at this location and now go back here as it’s the best one I’ve ever been to in the greater Columbus area. I never have to wait to use a machine and rarely have to wait on a rack. Never been a big fan of smith machines, but they’re safe and it makes sense for the masses. Not to mention they keep this place very clean and the staff is super friendly and adhering to the current COVID rules and regulations and that’s extremely important. Great place to workout!
This gym has Been the Best. I mean Its big and I always get my full workout in. Best part is that really made me happy is when a day ago i seen the 24hrs went in affect. Cause theres so many Days i miss cause i work or business life. So its hard meeting there time frame.
I went to check in this morning and the older lady said she couldn’t find my account. As a former employee, I provider her all of my information she would need to locate my account and was able to prove I was active through my app. Still, she was unable to find my account which is strange because all other gyms around Columbus have been able to locate my out of state membership just fine. Her excuse was she needed my barcode to look me up which I told her multiple times. She provided no solution and was extremely rude/ verrry clueless about the whole situation. Also her coworker offered her no help. Very disappointed and hope others don’t get this experience. I’d give it zero stars if I could
Planet fitness double charged my bank accounts and I cant even get a refund or close the membership because I need to show up IN PERSON to do that and ONLY the manager can issue a refund or close the membership. This is unheard of. The manager is never there, so I cant get anything done. Their customer service / billing is a joke. Im never using Planet Fitness again
This franchisee is the only one in Columbus to shut down their showers entirely. Stating it’s state regulations...when it’s not.... the other PF locations outside this owner has showers operating just fine.Think of your customers and the convenience you’ve taken from them - many of us have to workout in the morning before work and don’t have an option to run home beforehand..I wouldn’t be writing this review if the rest of the Planet Fitness locations made this decision as well.This owner is the ONLY one to do this.
The staff at this location are polite and helpful. They have social distancing in place and you have to clean off a machine after you use it, which is a perk for germaphobes. Otherwise its a standard gym. Treadmills bikes weight lifting stuff a few rooms dedicated to specific workout plans. It has everything you expect from a gym.
One star rating because of extremely rude staff, lack of communication - you ask the same question to 4 different staff members, get different answers every time. I called in to ask what the steps were to downgrade my membership (didnt make sense for me to pay $25/mo for a black card membership if I cant even use the full services...so I decided to downgrade).Called in on Monday 3/29 @ 6:30pm and spoke with a CSR who never told me their name but told me I had to come in person to downgrade (never mentioned anything about a fee). I come in at 630am on Tuesday 3/30 and was told I had to go online to downgrade - when you check their FAQ section about downgrading a plan, the website literally tells you to come inside for that also but the 2 you reps up front - mind you, never gave me their names, one was a regular employee, the other was a supervisor I presumed - told me to do it online. Website says this: Stop by your club and club staff can downgrade your membershipWas told I had to pay a fee to downgrade when the website never said anyrhing about that??? Neither did the agreement I signed prior to signing up. When I stated that, the lady (who I assumed was a supervisor though Im sure shes probably a basic employee also bevsuse I know supervisors dont arrive this early at PF) responds with, Well didnt you read the whole terms and agreeemner? Pathetic.Whats more icing on the cake? Neither one of them knew how to do a downgrade which is why they kept pushing me online. I could still hear them talking I have no idea to do this and Well, lets find out together!!!1) your training needs to be better2) communication across the bored needs to be better3) expect more from your employees - i get its just a gym, but some of these employees need a big attitude adjustmentWhen I asked for the number for corporate, they told me they didnt have the number.....LOL. Shouldve known that. I plan to call back later when I supervisor is actually here to handle this mess because I am extremely unhappy with how things went today.
Ive been going to this gym for 4 years and there have been no complaints until recently this week the employee with dyed blonde hair has walked up to me and loudly and rudely complained about what I was doing. It was humiliating especially because it was in front of everyone. If there were new rules because of Covid I was made unaware. Please tell your clients what the new normal is before publicly shaming them. I wont be coming to this Planet Fitness anymore and I definitely will tell friends not to either.
Hands down the best gym in the area. The price is great, the staff stays out of your way, its clean and not super crowded like gyms in the area. You wont be disappointed.People need to keep in mind that majority of gyms have you set up auto pay for membership and you have to cancel membership in person. Stop being so negative and post something positive.
Its a great gym.super clean, bright, spacious and everyone who works there are super friendly.Its spacious, rarely crowded even during peak times, and Ive never had to wait to use any of the machines.Very reasonable membership fee.(You cant beat $10.00)Parking is plentiful and non-stressful.Most of the equipment seems to be new and in working order.Great trainer and its free. She is super friendly and very professional.Easy check-in.
Its true that you get what you pay for and in the case of Planet Fitness-you get nothing. This gym is NOT beginner friendly as the equipment is not labeled for identification purposes. I couldnt get the leg press machine to work. They dont have a knee extension machine or a hamstring curl machine. Prepare to be ignored if you do go, but my advice is dont waste your time.
The absolute worst service!I moved out of state at the end of February. I went to my home gym and handed over a written statement asking to cancel my membership. I was assured my membership would be canceled at not to worry. Three months later, I received a bank statement and noticed I was still being charged. I immediately called and spoke to the Club Manager Ron and told me he was going to Help me with my issue and asked to send a written statement to cancel. He went ahead and emailed me and send the request. He assured me that once again, it would be canceled. Two months later, I get my account statement and realized I am still being charged. I called back and the New Club Manager Julia stated he was no longer a manger and she couldnt help me, and it was not her fault, that the manager I spoke with forgot to cancel and there was nothing she could do. I have WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE and proof I once again sent the cancellation letter to the Club Manager via email, and she basically said it was irrelevant because he is no longer the manager. At this point, I have been charged for a membership for 11 months that I have NOT used once because I moved out of state and followed the process from the start to avoid being charged. I am paying a fee due to someone NOT DOING their job and forgetting to cancel my membership a total of $330. I called corporate headquarters and was told the exact same thing There is nothing we can do, you have to talk to the Club Manager, the one manager who couldnt help me because it is a me issue. Avoid at all costs visiting this branch, and if you cancel, make sure you get a cancellation statement BEFORE leaving the club to avoid paying $330 to a group of people who obviously CANNOT make a simple cancellation.
This location does not care about you or your families safety during a pandemic. They make you come to the club to cancel your membership or go to the post office to get a certified letter. The actual cancellation involved 1 signature which could be done electronically. The manager was argumentative and was not willing to help a concerned customer. While I enjoyed the circuits, I will never again return even when there is less risk.
I have been a member at this location for 4+ years.Fairly average location compared to most. The staff is friendly but sometimes it takes way too long to repair broken equipment.My major complaint stems from this morning, I roll in for my usual 4:45am workout on 9/16 and I am informed by the front desk that this location will be closing in 5 minutes for renovation and will not open until 9/21 in the morning. Some advance notice any time before this morning would have been nice so I could make alternate plans. If management planned on pissing people off this morning it worked on me. Nothing screams become a member elsewhere like uniformed closures.
Nothing against the actual gym, but their cancellation policy given the COVID pandemic tells how much they really care about their members safety. It’s 2020, I’m sure they could easily allow memberships to be cancelled without a physical visit to the club or a letter sent through certified mail.
Very confrontational manager. Was trying to be polite as I could be about resolving a issue with the guest pass and Zach as he said his name was, kept politely threatening me with final warnings saying my guest was swearing at his staff and causing a scene. I was 5ft away Zach... try again. Canceled my membership immediately. I guess all the horror story videos of Planet Fitness were right. This is not a professional gym.
Due to non-utilization of many of the amenities such as the beds and tanning equipment, I downgraded to a White membership. I was charged a downgrade penality of $7.98. regardless of any response I might receive from the owner, I completely disagree with this unnecessary charge as it is simply a vehicle the owner may use to further line his bank account. This aside, the facility is clean and has a friendly staff.
I cancelled my black card because I moved into an apartment complex that had a free gym. No issues there. But make sure you read your contract before cancelling or you could be stuck with paying an annual fee for a year of membership that you just cancelled! Very disappointed in the general manager, Jeff for not taking care of his customer(me). He lost any possibility of me re-joining in the future. All so he could keep $41.93...great customer service Jeff.
They need to be consistent. I forgot my mask and I asked if they had a spare and of course they didnt. I asked if I really needed one since the ban has been lifted they said yes since your walking around but not while on the machines. I see so many people when I am there with out a mask on walking around and your telling me I can come in because I forgot mine. ABSOLUTLY REDICULOUS! Especially since masks are now not required if you are fully vaccinated which I am and can show proof. GET WITH IT PF! I have been a long time member and I am about ready to go to LA Fitness!
Facility isnt bad but dont sign up for a membership or a year special they may be having unless you feel like being robbed. Membership was supposed to be up 5 months ago and I just found out that theyve still been charging my account. Theres no refunds for the time that you havent used either. So, thanks for stealing a couple hundred dollars from me. Really appreciate it .
Nice planet fitness as far as the equipment. I signed up online And when I walked in the guy who greeted me was very nice, at the end of me an my buddies workout, we tanned, I was in bed 7 and he went into bed 6 and I don’t know if they were never cleaned or if who ever cleaned them missed the 7 different lotion spots on it. Either way, they were too dirty. I hate to be this guy, but I’ve worked at a planet fitness before and there’s nothing more discusting than when someone has caked lotion all over the bed and you have to scrub to get it off.
I’m writing this for my mother who does not use social media:I went to planet fitness, liked what I saw, and sat down to sign up. I was refused to pay a year in advanced, that they only accept monthly payments, when I countered with using my credit card, that was refused as well. I was told the only way I can sign up is to give them unfettered access to my checking account (which is tied to my savings account) and I told them absolutely not. I left and ultimately decided to use LA Fitness who happily accepted my prepayment and signed up for 18 months. I fail to see the downside for planet fitness for refusing a customer to prepay for services not yet rendered.
Cons/Problem: WARNING you will not be notified before your annual dues is auto drafted from you bank account!!! Customer Service will not refund!!! Customer Service will not help you!!! No one explained this before starting membership!!! But, Its in your contract folks. Would have renewed if properly notified. Now canceling. Sad, because I never had a problem here before. I just want everyone to be aware of the poor business practice against Planet Fitness customers.Solution: Send a no-reply email to your customers a few days before the auto draft.~Customer is always right, isnt that a joke!
I don’t like that the gym closes at 9 pm instead of being opened 24hr or at least closes at 12 am. Because of this time issue, the gym is being kinda crowded. I have tried to go afternoon or after 2 pm or 4 pm or 6 pm and the gym still has more people in weight lifting area than before. I wish they are opened after 9pm because that time usually have less people.
HORRIBLE management. Every time I stopped in there the employees were goofing around like children and the managers were never helpful when I had questions. I eventually decided to cancel my membership, however a month later they still charged me. After the manager Jeff Rawlins assured me a refund was in process, he dodged my calls for 2 weeks and I never received one. Ended up just taking the loss and will never consider planet fitness again. 😡
I went in tonight to try and sign my son up for a membership, im already a black card member and brought my daughter. I was told that they werent really signing people up right now, that their system wasnt working and they were short staffed. I said what am I supposed to do with my extra person and I was told I could come back tomorrow. I asked for a manager and was told by Zach that there was no supervisor now they trust him to do his job. He was more then willing to help the gentlemen standing there and then told my daughter who has been there with me multiple times that she wasnt old enough that she has to be 13 when shes 15. He totally disregarded me and kept helping others while I asked for a manger whom he said he doesnt know what he works with or when they will be in.
This has all the makings of a good gym. Its a shame management doesnt care, and this filters down to the glorified janitors and greeters hiding behind the counter. Have a question about something when the trainer isnt there? Forget it! the rest of the staff may not even know the names of the machines. Have a problem and want the general manager to give you a call to discuss it? Forget it! Messages are either not passed along or are ignored. Want to go above the unresponsive managers head? Forget that too. They wont even tell you how to communicate with the owner. Ive read great reviews of other PFs around the country, so this must be a local issue. Its been three months, and Im still waiting for the manager to respond by phone to my message. If youre working out on the cable towers, BEWARE . They are more concerned about not losing their carabiners than they are the clients well being. The wire ties they use are not finished off properly, and will tear you to shreds. Today I was told that the General manager doesnt wont respond to messages. Guess she doesnt care. Im looking for a good gym.
Staff was super positive and motivational, well stocked with merchandise, I bought a towel, the whole facility was clean, they didnt have those wretched auto flush toilets. Showers were good I can never seem to find one with enough pressure though. The one thing holding back 5 stars was no stand up Tanner.
Be prepared unlike any other gym Ive ever been in when youre year membership is up it doesnt cancel automatically if you do not go in personally and cancel they will charge you month after month after month I just found this out and they will not give refunds theyve charged me 3 months after my membership was up to me thats fraudulent and I will never give anyone a good review that robs the customer and I will never be a customer again Absolutely ridiculous and not the way you should do business and this is coming from a business owner. If you wanna give me my money back I would be happy to take this review down but if not is like in see other reviews Im not the only one it will just stay here on your page
The facilities are okay, but trying to cancel my membership was a hassle. They would not cancel it over the phone. I shouldnt have to come into the facility to cancel my membership. Its an extra trip, time, and gas money. This policy is outdated and does not endear me to rejoin the gym once my time frees up again.
Been to a few PF gyms in Columbus and this one is certainly a very large one. Extra machines to go around, clean and well maintained. Only thing I thought was an issue was there arent plentiful water fountains so definitely dont forget your water bottle or youre doing a long walk to get a drink.
The absolute worst customer service from the “manager” Veronica. This young lady is rude, disrespectful and clearly lacks any amount of customer service training or communication skills. Beware folks and watch your checking account closely.... they like to keep charging you after you cancel and they are pretty convinced that somehow that is the customers fault.
The employees dont do anything. They stand there and are very loud. They constantly curse and have awful work ethic. The General Manager doesnt know how to manage a staff whatsoever. She always has an attitude. Bottom line: they need an entirely new staff aside from a few good employees. All of the girls that work there are very nice and do a good job though.
Very clean facilities, friendly staff, and open 24 hours, and TREMENDOUSLY AFFORDABLE. The only downside to this chain is that while they tout the judgement free idealogy, you really cant go all out with your workout unless you want to set off the lunk alarm and be asked to leave. PF defines a lunk as someone who grunts while lifting weights, slams the weights, wears any type of clothing that suggests they are big into fitness (muscle shirts etc) and drink out of gallon water jugs. The premise is understood and appreciated by fat kids like myself, but as someone who is trying to lose a drastic amount of weight, going hard and all out is the only option and I feel generally discouraged from doing that here.
I originally signed up and picked this as my location and when I went there to pick up the card. The employees were very rude. And when I first walked in they gave me a look, especially this bigger woman (I don’t know her name). And when I asked for the free tshirts, she had an attitude. I quickly decided that I can’t go to this location because of how rude some of the employees are. Although there’s a sign outside saying “this is judgement free zone” I felt judged. And the fact that the employees were so unfriendly, I can’t go there anymore. I decided to go to the one in consumer square. And the staff are great there unlike the ones here at this location!
You can join online but you can’t cancel online. It’s 2018, you can’t tell me you don’t have the capability to make it so your members can cancel online. It’s just another “gotcha” clause for them to enstate for the purpose of greed. I’m sure the response is “we do it so we can get your feedback on why you are leaving to make sure we can make things right... blah” nope. You can accomplish all that through a form.Remove the gotcha gimmicks please. :).This location is great, and the staff is good.The ab room is a total waste of space that nobody uses.
Never keen on companies that let me do EVERYTHING in the world on mobile login EXCEPT cancel my membership. For that I have to physically go into their location and sign or send a notarized letter in...Its a $10/month gym membership, Im not buying a house....Cmon MAN!
Very clean gym, profesional staff.Ive been to all of them in Columbus, this is by far the best.Extras that not all locations have are expanded legs and abs, 3 stair stepers and a little more than a standard PF square footage. Never seen a machine down for more than a few days. All thier equipment works 👍If you live in Hillard or SW Columbus check this location out.LA. Fit (current member as well) may have the glammer and glitz on outside but its extreamly dirty and and run down on the inside.Clintonville good location for Campus kids but is need of some renovations, 2012 one was done but, not much thought or money put into it. Actualy liked better before renovations.Only location that has paper towels in locker room.Really small locker room (also no privite changing rooms) and seems a little hotter in this one always for some reason. Parking can also be at a premium if the thirft store next door is having a sale.Reynoldsburg every time I go thier is not hot water? Must be a weird East side thing.Front desk, .... Well could use some improvement on co worker shop talkWorthington its ok a little smaller sq footage though. Typically not too busy. More late 20s 30 somethings in this one mostly due to the overpriced housing in that area and people that enjoy traffic all the time.Marion newer really nice not typically too busy. Hope they meet thier goals.Wilson - West Broad. Very strange people in this one, in parking lot mainly like all kinds of suspicious people. Not thier fault though. Lower ratted staff in this one too. From the area I understand though.One by Osu airport. Had a supper awesome trainer at this one (Nate) that left.Overall an above average location. Big mix of age groups.Riverside and 161 unfortunately closed this use to be my favorite before they built Roberts Road. Supper awesome staff and nearly as clean as Roberts Rd.Ps please keep the hot water on. We can bring our own soap.Thanks PF. Making the world a better place.
A very well-equipped facility with the most friendly and helpful staff Ive ever encountered in a gym. The in-house trainer is super friendly and knowledgeable, too - although, with the exception of the free weights, most of the equipment has basic instructions, so you can safely develop an exercise program on your own if youre fairly introverted like me. Best of all, all body types are warmly welcome! The only reason the score is not perfect is that it can take a while for broken equipment to be repaired; not a biggie, as there is so much gear to choose from.
I was told over the phone last year that my account would be closed. I went online today to restart my membership and it says I owe close to $200 (entire cost of black card membership for a year). Today when I called to ask what was going on with my account, I was told the only way to cancel was to come into the store.Not happy....

2022-06-10I love Planet Fitness! My first time at this location on Robert’s Road, I was greeted by Mary! She is a great ambassador for PF! Her knowledge of this place, plus her friendly, kind personality is why I chose this location! Wonderful customer service skills! Paul, the trainer, is very energetic and helpful. Kendall is pleasant always! Never too busy to answer questions. Jesus is a great employee. The only reason I could not give this location a 5 is the lack of knowledge concerning the Total Body Enhancement Systems! There should absolutely be at least one employee there on each shift who is adequately trained to show members how to use this valuable and helpful equipment. I mean not just be told to read the instructions and start pushing buttons until your feet begin shaking and the brightest lights come on! I do not see this as any of the employees fault! This is the owner/manager’s job to see that all employees are properly trained! The place is CLEAN always and I believe the Staff all deserve a Raise!

2022-05-23I am an over the road trucker, and part of the reason I joined planet fitness is how many locations they have across the US. Basically no matter what city I’m in there’s a Planet Fitness for me to go exercise and stay healthy. There is usually plenty of parking for me to park my truck (without a trailer) so I can get a quick workout in then leave. Unfortunately, upon calling this location, I was informed that I am not allowed to park there…. Even though I have no trailer and won’t be taking up much space… and won’t even be there that long. There is no valid reason to not let a “truck” park there… without a trailer I am really no larger than a Yukon XL…. So what are they not allowed to park there either?! I am a paying black card member and am very disappointed that I have no way to get to this location without paying for alternate transportation or parking somewhere possibly near by. Hopefully this isn’t a trend across all planet fitness locations… Otherwise I will be canceling my membership. For the time being, I will permanently avoid this particular one.

2022-05-21Great find! Lots of cardio and strength equipment. Much larger than it looks from the outside! Never crowded when I’ve been there (after 6 pm weekdays). Public areas look very clean (though I’ll give the women’s locker room 4 - 4.5 stars though - maybe getting missed due to lack of female staff?). Great hours and easy check-in with the app.

2022-05-29This place is so packed anymore since they limited their hours. The draw for PF was the 24 hour schedule. I tried to go today and it was not even worth it with how crowded it was. The app also DOES not work. Look at reviews everyone says the same.

2022-05-05CRITICAL ! Injury due to front desk attendants neglect-I came here to come tanning, the attendant at the front desk asked me how long I wanted to tan, I told him 4 minutes. I go to the bed and lay in there and it feels like a lot of time has passed by, so I hop out and check the time and it turns out he has put me in there for the full 11 minutes, and I only hopped out at the 10 minute mark. You can’t see the time when you’re in there because it is so bright. I burned extremely bad to the point I have blisters. This happened on Wednesday May the 4th at around 9:30 pm. Please don’t go here for tanning or anything else I got severe skin trauma and damage from just that one experience tanning there and the attendants mistake with the time

2022-06-03They dont pay their staff enough to keep all their shifts staffed, and now its temporarily not 24/7. They should be having corporate or managers cover the shifts. If they dont rectify this I will be canceling my membership and dropping the rating.Clean facility and the staff that they have managed to keep are friendly. I would recommend going at odd hours of the night to avoid crowds, but thats currently not an option with no foreseeable changes. 🤡Edit: They have managed to staff it to they point that they are 24/5. An improvement although still not what one would hope for. Something of note that they may have edited is them responding to reviews about wanting it to go back to 24/7 and them acting like it was never an expectation, or something they did. Kinda scummy and incredibly dumb of them to reply with. They have since changed their tune to those reviews.

2022-06-26Use to be 24/7. Still says it on the door. When I signed up it was 24/7 and I’m still paying the same price. Crunch fitness down the road had longer hours.

2022-01-07Was kicked out for not playing their mask games, all three of the staff at the counter intentionally wanted to cause a fight. I scanned in and started walking down the row of ellipticals and they yell at me to come back. They say I must wear a mask to enter. I tell them I dont have one with me. For some odd reason they wont provide one but tell me I can go get one from the businesses next door, but Im not allowed in.... Yet I was already at the equipment. I ask if a gator would be ok and the manager says yes, I pull my coat up, no bueno anymore. They say its about health but I said the elliptical is my form of health and point out everyone all over not wearing them. They say its a corporate policy – ITS NOT! They almost wouldnt let me cancel because I didnt have a mask on. I even pointed out to the one manager that her mask was below her nose and she says because Im talking. LOL I canceled after the 10 minute encounter and made sure to leave my side of the story on the form. What a joke location, I know other locations are great.
