The 4 young men that moved us did an excellent job!!! Jared , the team leader, helped his crew on proper lifting techniques and how to work with bulky furniture. His leadership was impressive. Everyone worked extremely hard under very warm conditions. I would highly recommend this team to anyone that is looking to move. They were awesome!!
I have moved many, many times in my life and these are some of the best movers I have ever worked with. Friendly, professional, efficient, and nothing was missing or damaged in the move.If I move again, I would hope for the same team I had this time. Great experience! Also the quote was very closely aligned with the final bill, so no big unexpected surprise. Would highly recommend. Only thing I would hope for in the fitting is to know the exact time of the move sooner, everything else was great!
Rodney, Tory, and Bryan were a tremendous help in moving my items from an upstairs apartment to an upstairs condo. They were quick, efficient, friendly, and took extra caution in wrapping the furniture. Very impressed and will absolutely reach use them again!

They had to move our house over two days. It was snowing on the first day then they worked until 7pm the second day. They did a great job! Very professional, courteous, and careful with all of our things. I would definitely use them again!

We move every 2-3 years for business and this has been the worst experience so far. Moving is stressful enough but this full service move has been addition stress. The packers didnt break down all the items leaving the movers with more labor and delays. The truck that was dispatched is too small for all of our household items. This left 4 crates unloaded in my basement and garage. I reached out to both Moving coordinators at Hilldrup to no answer( God forbid someone having to work past 1700). The movers were professional except the young lady hiding out in the truck. The packers were fine just not very detailed oriented. The walk thru inspection was not successful which changed my moving schedule from 2 days to 1. I hope none of my items arrive damaged by the way the truck is over packed. Time will tell.
I used Planes as a part of my move to San Antonio. The crew they sent to pack me were professional, courteous and efficient. It was much better than my previous move with another company. I would totally use them again.
Everyone we worked with from person who helped us with our quote, our moving coordinator and our moving team that day were so pleasant and helpful. They made a big busy day very easy.

WAKING NIGHTMARE - ONGOING!! We contracted with Planes Global for our move from Grande Prairie, AB to Redding, CA. They are currently holding everything we own for hostage. We initiated our journey with Rosalia Kaminski who provided our quote. After discussion, we settled on services and price and paid half up front for pickup - $9,233. Then crickets. We emailed and called for weeks and never knew where our stuff was. The only reason we did is because a small moving company out of Sacramento, CA called us and said they had our stuff and when did we want it delivered to Chico? Despite telling them multiple times, in writing and verbally that we were not moving to Chico, but to Redding, Planes Global contracted with a local moving service in Sacramento to deliver our goods and they tell me they never deliver to Redding. We finally got notice from Planes Global that Rosalia was no longer with the company and Marco Vargas was now our moving specialist. We were supposed to have a final price 4-5 days after our stuff left our house. More than a month later, Marco emailed us and said our new revised delivery cost estimate was $37,785. That is more than twice our quote (delta of $19,319). This is solely due to their ineptitude. I have heard about these things happening to other people. I never thought it would happen to me. This company is bait and switch. They extort and they hold for ransom. We have been in discussion with their senior Vice President Brian Loud, who so far has been of no help. He revised our estimate to $33,964.84. Now, I understand our weight was heavier than anticipated even though we did a video walk through with one of their designated people. But, if we calculated our original price per weight, which is what it was supposed to be based on, our final cost would be $1.46/lb or $25, 300.34. So far, the company refuses to honour their original pricing, nor have they taken any responsibility for their mistakes or the incredibly poor customer service my family has experienced. Even if they make this right, I would never use this company.,
The three gentlemen were prompt, professional & very friendly! They were careful with all items, taking extra care to wrap furniture to reduce risk of damage. I was very impressed by the use of technology to barcode each item for secure tracking. A well executed operation! I’m grateful!BJ

I moved from the Toronto area to San Diego in the middle of the Covid pandemic and I honestly cant say enough great things about the people at Planes Moving and Storage and those who they contract to work for them. From the very first call to discuss a quote to the very last box that was delivered safely to my house and everything in between, this was FABULOUS service.Chris Jenkins called me to discuss the initial logistics and give me a quote. He was amazing - he even figured out a way to affordably move my 20-foot long VERY fragile outrigger canoe without it costing more than the boat is worth. And the best part? It arrived in one piece without even a scratch or scrape!Rosalia Kaminski walked me through the whole process prior to the move, including ALL the paperwork involved in a cross-border move, and was super patient with all my questions and concerns. She checked in frequently with updates and reassured me along the way.Leah Peetz at Reindeer Auto handled the transport of my car and she, too, was wonderful and patient, making sure I had all the right paperwork to import my car to the US properly.Not only were those three contact people amazing, but the teams of movers who came to pack my things in Canada, as well as those who unloaded my things in San Diego were absolutely incredible. They were polite, careful, patient, and even fun (which is much appreciated on a stressful moving day!).Moving isnt on anyones list of fun things to do during a pandemic, but the people at Planes Moving and Storage certainly made it easier and took great care of everything. I had an absolutely great move with Planes; the crew was very nice and all of my things were in great condition after I moved.
We were moving and needed to have it happen fast and without issues or surprises. Our realtor (Dan Weber) recommended Planes Moving and storage.This is where a great experience started. Virtual agent tours your house with you (Brian). He covered options and gave a very accurate estimate. This was followed by getting the dates set for packing, shipping, and delivery. It was so easy and no surprises.So, if that wasn’t enough, the day of packing, the team (Rodney, Mitch, Shawn) we’re on time and ready for action. They carefully packed the house up at a great pace, that I asked them this question “do you thing you can finish packing, drive 100 miles to our next house, and unpack……today?” They did some checking and five minutes later they said “YES!!!!”It was an amazing experience and my wife and I are so thrilled with the overall service of Planes Moving and Storage….and blown away with the team work and actions of Rodney, Mitch, Shawn.Sincerely, the Wyatt’s

The entire crew (6) were friendly and professional. Hard working crew and never complained and were patient while I crossed off the box numbers and looked at the inventory description to tell them where the boxes went. Very gentle with my items and lined all my carpet and tile prior to bringing items into my home. I had fairly large delivery (9500 lbs) and most items went downstairs. No property damage.
The movers assigned to us showed great care and hustle moving us. We had one guy of the three not able to make it but the guys picked up the slack like champs and took it in stride. The customer service team did a great job with their handling of the bill. I appreciate when a company works this hard to do right by the customer when there are bumps in the agreement. Would use them again.
Fantastic local move of a 1-bedroom apartment. They wrapped the furniture and boxed the tv. Moved quickly and did a great job. Couldn’t have gone any better.
Highly recommend working with Planes for your next move. They were very responsive leading up to our move and showed up at the promised time. Our team of movers were great - it was a very hot and humid day and they worked hard and did a great job. We had just gotten the floors refinished and they made sure to put down protective mats and move and place all items with care.
Rained all day but these guys got the job done. Estimated time to complete the job was within 15 minutes of completion! Very happy with the team.

I used Planes Moving to pack and move my personal belongings from the US to UK. Their team was very professional and on top of the job the entire time. Ours was a difficult move. Lots of big pieces having to go in small places. Jace, Jaxen and Jacob handled each issue. They were protective of our furniture and our home.

Planes did a great job for my move from OH to SC! Susan did a great job of estimating, Meagan was a great moving coordinator, and Devin and Brandon took wonderful care of my things when packing up. At every step, Planes had excellent communication protocols. They had timely touchbase e-mails or texts at various points, and they fulfilled every commitment on time and very professionally. Eta: the moving crew was great. Even the coordinators were good BUT double check your contract and get anything in writing. I was basically charged twice for travel time. They claim to charge only 1 hour total for travel time no matter how long it takes for them to get to destinations but they also charged me for the time the guys were in the truck traveling to final location (which happened to be 50 minutes). Ive got it all in writing via texts/emails what I was supposed to have been charged but since I signed the contract they supposedly couldnt do anything. Its been a month and Im still upset about it. So not sure Id use this company again only because of the some what shady way they handled that.AJ, Andrew, and Jameson were amazing!! Efficient, professional, personable, and very much customer service oriented. Prices were the best around for us and we will definitely recommend them and hire them in the future. My pack-up/pick-up team were efficient and professional, lead by Jake and the Twins. They were attentive to the sensitivity of our family heirlooms when packing and responsive to our inquiries on explaining the paperwork. I would select them again.

Planes picked up our house-load of furniture and safely stored it for 4 months. When our new home was ready, they brought it back to us in good condition and placed it where we wanted it. The 4 young men, assigned to our move, were polite, friendly, competent and hard working. I would use Planes Moving and Storage again, and I would recommend them to anyone considering a move.

Tim, Markeith, and Brett were professional, and fun. They put together my beds quickly and the whole thing only took four and half hours, despite having to move my stuff into an apartment with an elevator. I had terrible issues with a prior moving company so they definitely restored my faith in movers. Highly suggest ☺️
Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with Planes Moving & Storage. The movers showed up an hour late and complained the entire time they were here. I even heard them several time talking badly about my things. They showed up as a four man crew but only two of them worked while the other two slacked off. I didn’t feel like my stuff was in good hands with them and I don’t have high hopes of getting it back in the same condition or at all for that matter.Very unprofessional, this was a government move so I couldn’t pick the movers but if I was paying for the move I would have just told them to leave.Do not hire Planes Moving & Storage, there are better companies out there.

The crew was really professional, responsive and really good at what they do. Definitely one of the packers I’ve seeing throughout all my different moves during my military career.
After the video chat with them to determine the number and size of the trucks we needed from our move, it was decided that 2 full size trucks were needed. The movers showed up with one full size truck and a smaller truck. Because not having 2 full size trucks, not all our items were able to fit, causing additional trip and time that would have been prevented if two full size trucks made available as originally established.Additionally, the movers ran out of protective material (or decided not to use it), which caused the damage to our furniture.Needless to say, we were disappointed with their service. We picked them because of the good Google ratings, and were willing to accept some incidental damage, but not to the extent and magnitude that was made.

We have had horrible experiences with movers in the past, however this move was excellent from beginning to end. The Planes estimate was done virtually via video chat, easily scheduled and very accurate. The movers were on-time, professional, courteous, and considerate. Though we are still unpacking, there was NO major damage to our furniture or the new house. Overall, I would highly recommend Planes, especially the West Chester, Ohio location.
The crew was very professional, punctual, personable, efficient and cognizant of customer needs. Our crew was Cole (lead), Ovie, Chris, Carol, and Noah. They load up all the items the packers previously packed including all the heavy furniture. They were courteous, clean, no profanity, and engaged in good natured banter with each other. Packing can be stressful but not with this crew! They finished in half the anticipated time and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this crew.
Our move from Cincinnati to Naples was a nightmare. Our furniture did not arrive on the same day, our other items came 5 days later. Almost all of our furniture was damaged, including our new home and there were multiple missing items. Christina Weiss in the claim dept. was rude, not professional, and was not compassionate at all. I called the owner Mr Planes and left two messages and he never returned them. So I guess if the owner doesn’t care then why should the employees. I would not recommend this company at all!
The team that packed my house up and loaded the truck were amazing. They were very efficient and took great care with everything they moved and inventoried. I would highly recommend this company and this particular team to anyone that is in the market for great movers.
Professional. Polite. Pleasant. Cooperative. These words are not often used when interacting with movers, and with this team they are all true. They worked hard to pack up the memories of a lifetime for my client, who is moving into memory care in another state. They handled her belongings with the same dignity that they would use to treat one of their own family members. It was a pleasure to work with them.
Scott and his crew Miguel, Raul, and Kevin did an excellent job. They were careful, thorough, neat and clean. All of them worked very hard but were pleasant and enjoyable to be with. They all tried to accommodate our wishes. We have never had a better move. Working with Planes Moving and Storage was also easy and comfortable throughout. It is a very professional organization. I hired planes to move my big furniture on a Friday (my husband also had his wisdom teeth taken out that day). As they were walking around they say one of the workers found a bed bug in my daughters dresser. No picture, no come here and look at it, just oh well we cant move you now. I went and inspected everything, all dressers and beds after they took off and found nothing.

My husband and I recently contracted with Planes for our recent move. It was the best money we ever spent. From start to finish, we received excellent service. The crew that did the move were efficient but very careful (we have a lot of antiques). What really stood out was the great attitude of the crew. They worked all day and were very upbeat, professional, courteous and friendly. Planes really made the move stress free.

Packing team finished a 2 day pack in one day. Team lead (Zach) and team got everything packed and secured in one day. Team was friendly, respectful and no issues with packing items.Loading the truck, the team (Zach was team lead) made great use of their time. Load needed 2 trucks but second truck didn’t get here till late. Down time was used to stage furniture upstairs in the area around the back door and wrap furniture. Team was again respectful, friendly and took care of items.
The crew arrived as expected with an advanced confirmation of timing. They professionally handled and robustly wrapped and packed our precious items. The next day I was provided with good pictures showing the storage in crates providing me with confidence that our belongings will arrive safely at their destination in Canada. The entire crew sent above and beyond in their efforts to move me from my home to an apartment downtown Cincinnati. I could not have managed the process without the sales person, moving coordinator and the packing/moving crew. Their energy level and professionalism saved me from one of the hardest days. We recently moved with Planes. Everyone was friendly, professional and our move went very smoothly. The move was much faster than originally anticipated and we even received a refund as the cost of the move was based on man hours to complete the job. The movers were quick, efficient, and very careful with our personal belongings. We have very heavy/big furniture and there was no damage at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving.
Planes Moving and Storage were amazing! Not only did they move my father-in-law, but also helped unpack his belongings and even hung pictures! I was responsible for an international move from a young family and nothing was prepared from the homeowners, but the team from planes did an amazing job!!! It seems as if everything that was removed from the big crates were damaged. The boxes had holes in them, crushed, or dressers with holes in the back or scrapped as if it was not respected when removed from its main packaging to be delivered.
Team did a great job wrapping my furniture for the move. They took care when taking my large cabinet apart and with the reassembly at the final location. None of my furniture was damaged.Team wore masks the entire time which was appreciated.Only negative item is that the team showed up one man short, so the move took a good bit longer than expected. However the overall cost was the same.There was a little damage with the floors at the final destination however the team has been very responsive to take care of it.
Would highly recommend Planes. Not only was their pricing much more reasonable than other companies, but they were very helpful and responsive to all the Questions we had leading up to our move. They were about 15 min earlier than the hour time frame window we were given, which was awesome! The movers were very nice and hardworking, you could tell they weren’t trying to take advantage of you and worked at a nice pace. Even with our grumpy neighbors, they kept their cool and were very professional! Everything was in the same condition as prior to the move and was in the rooms and places we wanted! AJ and the crew of workers were efficient, friendly, courteous and hard working, not to mention very strong. They answered all our questions and concerns and were patient when bringing furniture in and waiting for us to tell them where it was to go. They worked hard on getting the beds and desk unit assembled and used boxes and pads to protect the floors and padding to protect all the furniture.We had one piece of furniture that had some damage and they told my husband right away. AJ helped my husband try to fix the leg when we got to the new location and hopefully will help move it to where it will go.A small patch of the hardwood stain and finish came up when the tape holding the protective floor covering was removed. Again they told my husband right away.We were pleased with all the guys and their efforts.
Planes Moving & Storage was excellent. They delivered my boxes on time, were efficient, and courteous. In addition, they asked me if I would like them to wear masks, which I appreciated (which they then wore). I found the movers to be detail-oriented and communicative, which was much appreciated, as the loading site needed mindfulness with parking and elevator usage. I would use them again, and highly recommend.
Im an active duty military member so Im no stranger to moving. Ive moved several times and dealt with all kinds of moving companies. I can confidently say this company was excellent and exactly what I needed after a very negative experience with a different company.The crew notified me when they were on their way, arrived early, and were professional for the entire event. Planes Moving & Storage were great to deal with for our move. Cole and his crew were very professional, polite and considerate of all our moving needs. Most importantly they handled our possessions and move into our newly built house with great care. It was a very rainy day when we moved, they took precautionary measure to ensure our newly painted walls were not damaged and our new hardwood floors and carpet were protected. Cole and his “Wolf Pack” crew were efficient and finished our move very close to the estimated time in our quote. They were great to deal with and I would highly recommend Planes for any moving needs.

Some team members were very professional while others less so. Team left behind garbage, mud on our carpets, and a number of items that were boxed and/or available to be moved. Team damaged walls at the new house, some furniture, and some items appear to be missing. Items were carefully boxed and labeled ahead of the movers and labels were largely ignored, e.g. a number of boxes labeled for bedrooms on the second floor where taken to the storage room in the basement. Overall, we were moved, but the amount of work left behind to move remaining boxes, cleanup messes, and relocate furniture and boxes that weren’t placed properly make the cost a poor value.

They broke an armoir leg and would not repair due to a clause in their Bill of Lading, which by then it is too late to do anything. They hired a company to crate some things, this company uncrated but left pieces on beds instead of reassembling them. They were supposed to unpack heavy items that were barrel packed, and they did not. They claimed a second armoir was broken and left it blocking access to other aress , there was nothing wrong with it. I would definitely look elsewhere. Moving is stressful, but even more so with this group.
The gentleman moving us were great. Polite, professional, asked questions, worked efficiently, patient, and never once looked like they wanted to roll their eyes when I had a request. Joe was an incredible team leader and he had a wonderful team. The whole experience working with Planes was easy from the initial phone call, to the virtual assessment of our furniture needing moved, to the coordinator of the move and then to the gentlemen showing up to make it all happen. Had to move our stuff out of our townhouse after the tornado ripped through the neighborhood and needed it done very quickly. They were able to fit us in within a few days and were so extremely helpful and understanding, great point of contact to help with all of the move details. The actual team of guys moving us were great too. They were so nice and helped us pack some of the stuff up so I didnt have to be as involved and could worry about all of the other things. Cannot recommend them enough.

I was referred to Planes Moving & Storage from my realtor. I’ve never used a moving company before, but am really glad I did. They made my move easy and quick. It rained the whole time, but they took such good care of my items, keep them from getting wet, and even took the time to keep my floors from getting dirty, which I thought was really going beyond just moving. My moving crew from Planes was fantastic. They worked well together as a team, had all our furniture loaded very quickly, and took care to cover and pad all furniture items to prevent scratching or damage. They even offered to take more items than were originally on our list. When they arrived at our new home, they were able to navigate the steep driveway without any difficulty at all. They were very meticulous in laying down floor protection to prevent damage. They even moved some items around for us in the house that we were not able to move ourselves. All the men were very nice and polite, and the crew leader / Foreman Joe was outstanding, very knowledgeable and professional. Truly a very professional job well done!
Johnny and his entire team were AMAZING! Arrived on time, were totally ambitious and friendly the whole day, which was a long one! They were respectful of every box, bag, and piece of furniture in our house. I honestly cannot say enough great things about them and 100% recommend them for anyone embarking on a move which can be stressful but they removed that immediately!

Planes Moving did a local move for us of 1 room of furniture. We are very pleased with the whole process. Contact person at their office was professional and thorough in explanation, contacts and follow up. Crew arrived on time and worked quickly and carefully at loading and unloading. They were friendly and professional in all aspects of the move. Due to the pandemic they wore face masks the whole time.

They took very good care of our belongings and the move went well overall. Unfortunately there was a lot of time spent standing around and talking. Just be aware of this when using a moving company that bills by the hour. It cost us about 1 to 1-1/2 hours of time, which equates to $$$. I would use them again, but would set higher expectations when they arrive. I started walking by where they were congregating and talking. Each time I did, they stopped talking and went back to work.

Wonderful move-in event today completed a transfer of household goods from a large 2 story condo in Boquete, Panama to a retirement facility in West Chester, Ohio. The Planes coordinator, Laura Calvo Pina, was superb! Arrangements with a local firm in Panama worked very well. After shipment via container to the Planes warehouse it was necessary to deliver the furnishings into an apartment and the balance into a local storage facility. Despite the heavy rain today, both were successfully conducted. The team lead by Andrew worked well together and displayed the care and thoughtfulness that one would ask for. Unpacking is never an easy task, but they made it appear that way. The patience they demonstrated as last minute location was changed on two items was most appreciated. Frankly, the amount of protective wrapping material was amazing! Every scrap was removed. Special care was taken to protect the carpet in the apartment by using two runners as coverage. I would certainly recommend Planes in future- and suggest asking for Andrew’s team!
EXCELLENT SERVICE! IMPECCABLE! We had Planes move us twice. Both times the crews were very professional and courteous. They called before they came. They were right on time. They moved our large, expensive furniture and all other items with painstaking care. They treated our things as if they were their own. The crew has excellent communication skills with each other when moving heavy furniture. It was a wonderful experience. Moving can be so stressful but each member of the team was so polite and they were happy to do the job and it showed. I would ONLY USE PLANES in the future. I gave 5 stars but Id give 10 stars if I could!

This company made it easy to schedule our short local move. They charge way to much money and I would it recommend this company. There is a Plans movers across the road from us and this group sent a 3 man crew from Cincinnati just to add more cost. Workers were ok but took breaks/ rest time to run up the hours. I was in a pinch and need a hand and in my view was taken vantage of.
I just helped my brother move/downsize shortly after the death of his beloved wife, which required sorting through years of family memories. Planes Moving & Storage provided outstanding moving services and support! I consider this a complicated move since roughly half of the house contents remained behind for sale/donation. We did our best to label/separate items to be moved, but I admit it was confusing! The Planes crew - Jacob, Jeff, Jerod and William - did an amazing job keeping things straight and only had to be told once! They were skilled, helpful and FAST workers, pleasant, experienced and totally reliable! During our career with P&G, my husband and I moved 6 times in 6 years, including “temporary” and an international move, so I can say with experience that the Planes crew was among the best I have ever worked with!
Update—11 months later, I used the same company to pack my things up for my next adventure. Different crew with the same great work ethic and attitude! The crew arrived within the window assigned, called with an update, and got straight to work. My things were packed quickly and safely. For now, things will remain in storage. Another update for the unpacking portion at a later date.These guys worked safely, quickly, with a lot of sweat equity—all with a smile on their face. Professional throughout as well as paid attention to detail. They also made sure I had everything placed exactly where I needed it. I would highly recommend!
James and Andrew from Planes did an outstanding job moving our belongings. With two staircases just to get in the door, a winding staircase to reach the second floor, and a lot of heavy furniture, Ill be the first to admit our move was a tall ask.But these guys knocked it out of the park. Professional, generally a positive experience. However, for a local move from a 3-bedroom house to another 3-bedroom house, with a quick stop at a 10x10 storage unit in between, I was quoted 3 movers for 8 hours. It wound up taking nearly twice as along over two days and almost twice the cost. I did underestimate the number of boxes we had when scheduling the move. But its not like I was quoted for a 3-bedroom house move and they showed up to a 5-bedroom. Furniture disassembly, move and reassembly seemed to take the most time, and I had accurately characterized these pieces (beds, dressers, bookcases, etc.). The movers worked hard... its not like they were being slow. In retrospect I suppose I just should have known there was no way 3 movers would get this done in 8 hours. But how am I really supposed to know this? Im not a moving expert. Nevertheless, it took this long. I would overestimate the amount of things you have to move and if youre offered 3 movers, ask for 4-5.
This was a wonderful service to use for moving my stuff across the country! 4 people came with 2 trucks, all just to move my 1 bedroom apartment. The entire crew did a wonderful job, led by James. They were on time, efficient, focused and fast! If youre moving across the country like me, I would highly recommend using this service.

Everyone I dealt with at Planes was great, from Jeniffer helping me set up the various moves, to management assisting with certain requests, to the excellent movers and even accounting after the fact. The moves went flawlessly without any damage, and the movers were on time, diligent and courteous of where we wanted everything. I highly recommend Planes for any move.
I love this company!! Joe helped me with setting up the move and providing me with rates for different days. The guys showed up early, and knocked out the move from my Apartment to my house in exactly 1.5hrs. They were professional, and very careful with my things. I recommend them to everyone now. Planes did a great job coordinating and completing our move. We hired them for moving services only, they arrived on time, were polite, professional, and efficient. They provided floor protection, plus blankets and pads for furniture protection. We had a few very minor dings that Planes quickly offered to address, but they were so minor, I declined. This was a temporary move for use while our next home is under construction -- I will definitely use Planes again.

Movers were extremely courteous and careful with my belongings. Not all wore masks while inside my apartment, but I was able to stay 6 feet away most of the time. Handled all issues with street traffic and took a very careful inventory. Would highly recommend!
The guys were great, quick at handling the problem of getting our boat off the truck and into our garage...not as easy as it sounds, but they did an amazing job! 20 years of stuff packed up over a 5 day for a Trans-Pacific trip from Indiana to Hawaii during the COVID-19 pandemic. This company was very professional and on time each day involved. They were super-accommodating working around us as they packed and we continued to telework and conduct meetings on our PC’s. They were very responsive to our requests to pack the mattresses last and leave the Wi-Fi up and running until the last day. With a young crew and a couple of experienced supervisors, the entire team was extremely respectful, wore their masks, and took great care with our household items as they packed them. Would definitely use again!

2022-03-07The team did a great job with the move of my furniture from Dayton to Louisville. My grandfather clock came through the move wonderfully - the team took such great care to protect it, and I am so grateful. They made sure each item was wrapped in blankets, and added extra protection anyplace that looked vulnerable. They were efficient, polite, and super helpful. They communicated to let me know when to expect them on each end of the move, so I wasnt left hanging. Highly recommend!!

The whole crew was very nice, efficient, and professional. After all the time packing, it was such a relief to leave the rest to these guys. They treated all our items with care and made sure our day was seamless, which was especially important since we had a flight to catch later in the day. 2022-01-26This was our 4th move with Planes. We were very happy once again with the experience. The crew (Rodney, Alex, Bryan, Devin & Torrey) were AWESOME! They were friendly, professional, efficient and hard working, but at the same time had some fun while getting the job done and made the day seem less stressful. They even helped us decide on furniture layout. I would highly recommend Planes if you have an upcoming move.

2022-02-14I’m active duty military and have moved around quite a bit and dealt with many different moving companies. I can easily say Planes moving is by far the best moving company that has packed and moved my house. The employees they send out are extremely professional, friendly and have gone out of their way to take care of my stuff. Jake and his boys today were efficient and extremely courteous today. I will definitely be letting the military know to keep using planes moving.

2022-04-14My parents had used planes in the past with good experiences. They decided to use them once again for a long distance move to Florida. Jeff L was excellent, but unfortunately thats where the good ended. They did not deliver in the provided 7 day window which was agreed upon in the contract. This caused quite a bit of stress with the living situation. On the day of the delivery they said to expect delivery at 8am. Driver showed up late. He did not have any help to unload. Attempted unloading items by himself and causing damage to the home. They did not get help until much later in the day. A brand new couch was completely dirty, and many other broken items. The customer service at Planes was the most disappointing part. Absolutely nothing was offered from Nick (supposedly a boss) for all the trouble. Only $125 late arrival compensation from United. NOTHING from Planes. Nick was absolutely terrible to deal with. Im not sure what has happened, but I would try to look elsewhere if looking for a better moving experience!

2022-04-14I’ve had a great experience while working with the various staff and teams at Planes! All my mundane and repetitive questions were answered sincerely and they have always been happy to answer any sudden worries I have! (Believe me, I’ve called my Coordinator at 7pm and she’ll answer me 😆).The moving team were on time and we’re so kind and fast! It wasn’t easy working around my dog but they did a fantastic job!Thanks so much to everyone at Planes for making our move as smooth as possible!
