First off I was picking up my pizza, 9:50pm and they already had the doors locked No one in sight. I repeatedly knocked and No One answered. I sat in the parking lot and for about the next 10 minutes and repeatedly called them to let them know I was there but No One answered the phone. Finally another car pulled in and parked near the building, thinking it was maybe a delivery, eventually he went in and a women came out said it would be awhile because they were behind because of a drink employee earlier. Then when I finally did get my pizza it was made wrong. Wrong crust and cold. Horrible experience.
Nothing really - was my first time at this pizza hut - and my first time at pizza hut in 7 years. so... i am not going to strongly agree right off the bat, first time out. It could have been a fluke. Let me visit a few time and see how it goes. Then i can really recommend or not. My order was great and service was great.
I arrived to pick up my pizza. Waited after confirming I was there. No one came out, so went inside only to be told it would be another half hour because they havent started my order. I left to come back in a half hour. In my way back to pick up my pizza, a half hour later was given a call that they were looking for me in the parking lot and could not locate my car.
I ordered two things of wings. Both were supposed to have medium sauce but one had parmesan garlic and the other was barbecue. When my husband called the store to let them know this happened and that we order from there frequently, the staff was very kind and took care of the problem.
Service lacking here. Ordered online for curbside pickup and waited half an hour after I arrived and still had to go inside to get my order. Really like how they have a sign on the door that says No Mask No Service. But everyone I seen go in, didnt wear a mask. The employee that gave my order had their mask hanging by one ear, not even covering their face. Pointless if the employee(s) arent going to wear their masks the proper way.
This is usually where I come when I order Pizza Hut . I had never had a issue but the other day, I ordered a veggie supreme & the cheese had a weird after taste like it wasn’t fresh. I called to speak to the manager to advise my issue. She tried to rush me off the phone & argue with me about her cheese comes in fresh every 2 days . I don’t have the time to call to make up falsehoods . She asked me rudely “ do you want me to make a report?” I said sure , she rudely explained it would go to the district manager. I asked if I needed to bring the uneaten pizza back as I felt she didn’t believe me . She declined . I asked for a credit she said she would put it in the system . She was so nasty & rude I will never order there again
The delivery person left the pizzas in the foyer without ringing my apartment doorbell. by the time I decided to go downstairs and check to see if the pizzas were left,,. I was furious to them there on the floor for anyone to pick up,,, and the pizzas were stone cold.
The best pizza and wings ever. The staff is nice and very helpful. This is my usual go to pizza place. Pizza hut is my favorite pizza. I love the crust. So airy and delicious. I swear the make the perfect combination for everything they use. I would def recommend this location too.
Placed an order online for delivery & afterwards I realized how long the wait was going to be, which wasnt good due to having kids that needed to get to bed for school. So I called to see if I could switch my order from delivery to pickup & from then on had the BEST service I have EVER had from Pizza Hut! Kristen, the one who answered the phone & handled the fixing of my order (a mistake on my part) was absolutely AMAZING. I will start ordering from here more often just because of her. She was understanding, very friendly & patient with me (even with screaming children in the background on my end) & made sure my order was correct & made to my liking before I walked out the door!! I have had issues with this location in the past so I am glad to see they have a great employee who goes above & beyond working there now!
The cinnamon and cheesesticks are nothing like they used to be. The cinnamon sticks rarely have any good coating on them. The cheesesticks used to be a lot better and were a real order all by themselves. Also, the pizza hut app got my order wrong, but not showing the correct toppings. I knew the order would be an issue because it would not show up correctly on the picture portion of the app, but the written description was right. Still the order came out wrong.
I ordered 115.00 order at 4:30 for a 6:30 pick up. Showed up at 6:45 the line to the road so I called at 7:00 and was told my order wasnt even started. I had people at my house that had to leave at 9:00 so I had to cancel my order and try to find something quick for dinner.
Wanted to try Pizza Hut again for the first time in about 15 years to see if their crust still tasted like cardboard. Google says they are open until midnight but when I called a recording came on saying they were closed. Come on Pizza Hut why is your recording saying you are closed at 7:00 on a Saturday!? Was actually kind of excited to see if anything has changed, but Papa John’s will get my money tonight instead.
I ordered a 12pc bone in wing, an 8pc bone out wing, a large pizza, and brownie. I only recieved 8 bone in wings not 12, 33% missing but charged for 12. In my opinion, 14.99 for 8 wing pieces (equaling 4 whole wings) is outrageous. I called the store (after searching for the phone number since it is not on the receipt) and was put on hold for a supervisor. After 15 minutes, my food was getting cold so I hung up. There is no way this tiny take out and delivery only store is so busy a supervisor can not address a customers concern. Obviously I was being ignored by the supervisor, or was just placed on hold by the employee without any notification to the supervisor as to avoid perhaps a reprimand for messing up the order. Either way, this store is very inconsistent with order accuracy and food quality. Since I dont have anywhere near the same problems with other Pizza Huts, I will go out on a limb and say the management and personnel at this location is lacking in professionalism. Also DONT blame Covid-19 for this stuff, Im sick of Covid-19 being the go to excuse for poor service and poor quality. Own up to errors and take a customers complaint like an adult.
I used to order here all the time and they have messed up many times - in which I would call and complain. The last time I called there, the kid had no idea what he was talking about and the staff in the back was so loud (laughing) I had to keep asking what he was saying. I wrote customer service and they had the manager or whatever email me, saying hes sorry for the misunderstanding. Im sorry? What misunderstanding? I guess employees will follow in the footsteps of their management, which is clearly poor.
We ordered from the Doubletree in Newark Ohio. Pizza hut wanted our address. The hotel room doesnt have an address in the room. And the girl waiting on us was unable to look up the address or just deliver to the Doubletree in her own home town. After my wife tried to order, I decided I would try to order. The person taking our order still couldnt just deliver to the DoubleTree. They needed an address. I told them its in your own hometown and your very close to the DoubleTree, but she still wouldnt take our order because we didnt have an address. I asked her if she had a computer. She said yes but wasnt able to use the computer to look up the address. I asked her if they delivered Pizza hut to DoubleTree before. She said yes. But she still needed an address. We decided not to order from Pizza hut. This Pizza hut needs to retrain and rethink how theyre doing things.
They messed up my order by not cooking one if my items, but they fixed it immediately and gave me future store credit for the inconvenience. The cashier was friendly and the manager was very nice about the issue. It is nice to have your stuff fixed without feeling like they are put out by having to deal with you. It is still a much better store than the one on 79 even though there is no inside seating due to the friendlier staff that at least seem to care if your order is done right. I usually dont have any problems at this location.
The guy at the counter by name of Anthony provided the worst customer service Ive encountered. I came to the counter and he asked for my name. I told him I need to make an order of personal pants pizza. He rolled his eyes like he was bothered. I asked him if the order is 50% off and if I can have points on it. He was frustrated and went to get the manager. The manager said they do not give out points for the order. I told her that other location gave me points. It took forever to wait for the order. I came up to the counter and asked if the pizza was ready. Anthony grabbed the pizza out of the warm box. I told him he should have called out to me when the pizza was ready. I sat on the bench the entire time and he neglected to tell me. He made an excuse. Yeah right. The receipt he gave looked likevit has been stepped on. Worst place bad customer service. Never got to this place again!!!
Ordered 1 stuffed crust and wings tonight for some friends being over. Food was over 30 minutes passed then delivery time given when ordered from the website. Called in and spoke with someone who said the driver was just leaving on the way to us. When asked if there was any money off or something that could compensate the super late time, we couldnt be given a straight answer we asked to speak to a manager. The manager answered introducing himself as the manager and not giving his name. He was very short and didnt give any answers as to why it was almost 2 hours after we ordered and then driver had just left after we finally called in. The reason given was my phone # was entered wrong and even though he remembered delivering to us before and the food was paid for they werent sure what to do to verify the order, meanwhile I had received an email confirming the order and giving me the delivery time, granted my phone saves my info to enter on sites and added a 1 to the area code and entering my number incorrectly so I understand that problem. 20 minutes later when the food shows up, now almost an hour late. The driver was rude, assuming he knew the conversation that was had with the manager. Due to the fact the food was so late and the lack of customer service we had we did not tip. A few hours later we came out the throw trash away and noticed papers in our driveway. The driver crumbled the receipt and threw the papers and other trash in the driveway as he left. If there was a lower rating I could give I would. Not ordering again for worry that our food would be messed with since they obviously remember who they deliver to. Will be using other Pizza huts from now on.
There is no way it cost $30 for a large pizza and bread sticks. (Small quoteorder Wasi dmight add) a different price over the phone.was $20 and some odd cense. Of course there is no way to contact you when the pizza was delivered at 12:13am. Nice to know we were ripped off. Pizza didnt even have extra cheese on it. Thieves!!!
Im a little over 17 weeks pregnant and really wanted wings and ended up ordering wings and pizza, we didnt get our wings first but they ended up making new and delivering them and I ate 2 and ended up getting sick 30 min later amd now have a gi stomach virus bc of their food.(Ive had the virus for 2 days now)
First my order went as normal I went online I picked my items and I went to pick them up and pay. I handed the cashier my money and was going to receive $1. 78. What happened next made me laugh the cashier pulled out $1 and counted one then he pulled out $0. 25 and counted 25 pulled out another $0. 25 and said 50 pulled out $0. 10 and said 60 pulled out another $0. 10 and said 70 pulled out $0. 05 and said 75 then he pulled out 3 pennies and said $1. 78, I chuckled, it wasnt really that big of a deal I marked it up to just a long day. Then they allowed me to walk out without my soda so I had to go back and a different cashier greeted me. I told her I paid for my food and a two liter but did not receive my two liter. I told her what kind I ordered and she said that they didnt carry it. I said that it was fine and asked if I could have a different kind, which she asked me how I was going to pay for it. I asked her if she really wanted me to pay for my drink yet again. the dumbfounded stare I received after that question was the same in the previous cashiers eyes when I chuckled. So after saying I wasnt going to pay for my drink again she told me straight-faced that she had no idea how to help me. After I quick talk with the manager it was agreed upon that I would take a different soda of equal price and be on my way. if youre having a bad day go here you were guaranteed to be given a rich and fulfilling laugh at somebody that probably should stay away from drugs and stay in school.
They usually do i wonderful job!!!We ordered pasta which was barely even warm with cheese sticks,ended up getting a personal cheese pizza instead.We got mt dew instead of the pepsi i ordered..i didnt get my sauce either!! At least my mans wings were right and my personal pizza.thanks
What can I say at your standard Pizza Hut with only exception being....but when I order over the phone they try to charge me $30 for a $10 pizza and when I tell them about the coupon they say oh yeah its like that all the time overcharge you unless you know about a special.so make sure you know if theres a coupon before you call them because they will not tell you
I bought two cheese pizzas and both of them was not cooked all the way and it was doughy there was just sauce on the pizzas there wasnt any cheese the crust wasnt cooked all the way it was super doughy. And then I never got my $23 back I been contacting the company and they havent gotten back to me Im very disappointed
Bad location. Used to order weekly from the Hebron Road location, it is unavailable at the moment, so decide to order pick up from here. Ordered curbside 25-35 minutes wait. Arrived at location Approximately 25 minutes after ordering. Put on hold never gotten back to.. waited..called again..told a few more minutes..waited another 20 minutes..called put on hold never gotten back to. Called again..hung up on instantly. Waited 5 more minutes..called..hung up on again. Total of 45 minutes in the parking lot..all while watching the teenage boys they fill the place with stand there, beside the phone talking and laughing, after putting customers on hold. Decided to go inside even though I ordered curbside.. my pizza was cold it had been sitting in there waiting for so long.. because these punk kids refuse to do there job. Not happy.. wont ever order from this location again.
Seriously just had the worst pizza.. no sauce and we paid extra for the cheesy bites crust and there was almost no cheese in it.. we called back and the manager told us she would make a new one and we could pick it up in 15 mins. Upon getting there to pick it up the manager had a very bad attitude and insisted that we were lying... very poor customer service. Really dissappointed
One extra star is because I like Pizza Hut in general. The actual store gets one star for raising prices crazy high. So delivery is now $3.45 and extra cheese is $1.65. Have you bumped your head? That alone is well over $5.00 (not sure what else you raised prices on) $5 in fees is AN ENTIRE meal. And do not tell me gas prices theyre the lowest in 20 years. I havent seen gas prices like this since I was in my early 20s (yes Im old) I would NEVER pay those extra fees not in a million years. Yall have lost my business
Manager named kathy provided very terrible service and was very rude. Aswell as I was told 15 min pickup but when I showed up on time it wasnt ready and I waited an extra 20 mins and was on lunch break and got back late. Kathy the manager had been yelling at the employees and belittling them in the kitchen. Food was great but because of those actions I will not be returning.
I went away from pizza hut becouse there pizza got dry without sauce and litterally turned into a brick if you had leftovers. I came back and for a brief moment it had sauce again and was great but that was a brief moment. Im done i dont care if there 2 bucks. Bye bye pizza hut...
Called before they closed by at least 20 minutes. They answered and left the phone hanging having employee chatter be heard telling them to not take any orders and to not answer the phone. Instead of hanging up or saying they were done for the night they just left the phone on the line without so much as a hello. Leaving me to listen to their dumb words.
No sauce with pizza called about it told it would be sent waited 30 minutes I live 3 minutes away called in manager did nothing to compensate me for time or cold pizza stating I wasnt charged for sauce and they were out wont be ordering again poor customer service was a weekly patron no more
I ordered online and 5 min after my order is placed they call saying they have no dough and it will be 45 min for dough plus more for my food then my dad ask if it was taken off my card they said 3-5 days to get it back and they played dumb an so we called Corp and they played dumb food is good but they need to get it together

2022-03-15Best pizza in town that delivers. Consistent pizza & never had any issues that the manager hasn’t fixed. Prices are steady (better than paying $20 for 1 pizza like other places that don’t taste as good). If I wanted gourmet pizza, I’d get off my butt and go get it myself lol so this Pizza Hut is my go to 😎

2022-06-23Ive always had good experience with the App and this local store. Wonderful friendly service, great quality food, and fast delivery. My delivery guy was wonderful tonight. I wish I had gotten his name and been able to tip better. He upgraded my 2 20oz Dr Peppers to a 2Ltr because they only had 1 20oz. Thank you again sweetie. 💗

2022-05-17They did excellent on delivery time, but they smashed the pizza and burnt the breadsticks. I dont like my breadsticks too be a dark coffee color. The driver crammed the entire order into 1 bag, including the cold drinks. Everything but the drinks were smashed. Putting cold drinks on top of bread and pizza to the point it folded the pizza box.. but I did actually get everything I ordered, so 2 stars and they both go to the inside.

2022-03-20Some lady ancered the phone and was very rude. She told me to order on line and put some app on my phone to do it. So inconvrnt and she should of been nice about it. Never buying pizza hut again. Pappa Johns is better and they are nice to people.

2022-01-07It took 2 hours from the initial order to get our pizza. After the pizza failed to arrive by the estimated time in the tracker, we had to call the local site only to find out that the subbed out our delivery to door dash? We received no updates in the tracker, no emails or notifications to tell us they pizza would be late. Upon receipt 2 hours after order we had to reheat the pizza ourselves to consume a hot pizza. Really disappointing!

2021-10-29Ordered 2 Detroit style pizzas for pick up. Waited 25 minutes to go get it and as I was walking in the door my cell phone rang and it was them to tell me they all they had was thin crust available, no Detroit, no pan, no hand tossed...The staff and manager were friendly and did quickly apologize and she told them to credit our account and make me up the thin crust versions of the pizzas we ordered.Those were enough to feed us for the night but I have concerns about whether we got credited for a future order or if my credit card was still charged.If I ended up still paying full price while having to wait the extra time for a product I didnt even order without being comped I am not going to be happy.If it turns out that I was comped then thats fair and I will return to update my review.
