Order was delivered to wrong address, by the time neighbor figured out it was for me, and I walked to her house to retrieve it, it was cold. Also, didnt realize I had to add tomato sauce when ordering pizza - it was just cheese and sausage and onion on pizza dough. And the Parmigian garlic dipping sauce for the stuffed crust was missing- and I paid extra for that
Ordered pizza New Years Eve. Hadnt ordered from Pizza Hut in over 6 years due to quality but we had a hankering for a pan. Expected delays but somehow the order went to another city and county nearby. They called an HOUR AFTER the order was placed to ask where we were located. Called back again and said our order was undeliverable due to location with no idea what happened. Then 20 minutes later some poor driver called trying to find us with no information that the order had been cancelled as undeliverable. Fortunately the refund was listed in my bank this morning.
Sauce tasted like my cousins cum, tasted good until I put that together and realised I coulda got that flavor for free, waste of money.
Worst Pizza Hut experience of my 40 years. I’ll never order from this location again. I placed an order via the Pizza Hut app on Friday afternoon at 3:55pm for their holiday treat box with 2 pizzas, breadsticks and Cinnabon bites. Came to $38 including the delivery fee of $3.99 and a $5 tip. When the order confirmation came through, I was surprised when it said it wouldn’t be delivered until after 6pm. I was surprised, so I called the store. The lady that answered said that their times were behind because they only had 1 driver. But 4 new drivers had just showed up and she assured me it would be delivered within 30-40 minutes which was perfectly normal and expected. So I kept the order. Come to find out later that night when my wife got home that they’d only delivered the breadsticks and Cinnabon…but still charged my card $38. So I called the store and explained what had happened. Instead of apologizing, the manager Tom, told me that wasn’t possible. Especially if the sticks and Cinnabon came in the same box…he assured me that my card would only be charged roughly $21 dollars…for breadsticks, Cinnabon, $4 delivery and a $5 tip. Never once apologized for their mistake. Never even offered to fix it. Only stuck to his guns and said my card wouldn’t be charged $38…then he hung up on me. Through the entire conversation, I was nothing but kind. Absurd. I’ll never order from or visit this Pizza Hut again in my life
Boneless wings were tasty, but lacked sauce and could have used a small container of it on the side. Pizzas are always good and of high quality--delivery has also been solid and friendly each time. Really appreciate kind and cheerful service!

One of the pizzas I ordered was with barbecue sauce instead of tomato sauce. But instead of it being ON the pizza, it was provided as a dipping sauce and there was NO sauce on the actual pizza. That is NOT the point of offering different sauce options.
I like my wings extra extra extra crispy an lately they have been getting it right. I also order 2 sides of Burn in hot sauce and they have been on top of that too! They are starting to pay attention to detail and it is paying off. I love pizza hut!
Well the pizza tasted okay for the Ohios best. The stuffed crust was lacking cheese on the top. The meatballs were dried out. We both got really sick shortly afterwards and lasted all evening
I live in Akron, Ohio and the options of which Pizza place to buy from is endless. So when I say that this particular HUT has amazing Pizza I mean it. The customer service is always above and beyond.

My cinnamon sticks and bread sticks were overcooked. I was unable to successfully get my cinnamon sticks out of the box without shredding them. The bread sticks were hard and flavorless
I ordered 2 side salads and received one. The freshness seal on the red pepper flakes had been unsealed and there were flakes outside of the seal. The pizza was cool but not cold.
Food was not hot. Barely sauce on the pizza. Wanted pepperoni, got cheese. Bacon on bacon cheese sticks last time was delicious. This time fatty and undercooked.
Super convenient... i ordered on the app and had enough points for boneless wings for me and my dad. We shared a oizza that was hot and delicious and it was ready as soon as we pulled in
I appreciate the fact that my order was delivered earlier than expected, the bread sticks were hard, the Alfredo was slightly dry and funny enough my pizza was cold.
The crust was terrible. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and the crust was extremely doughey. The pizza crust holding the toppings was paper thin! This 3 topping pizza had minimal toppings, and hardly any cheese on the pizza itself. Please stop advertising these deals, if the pizza itself is going to taste terrible!
Normally, the bomb. But we ordered a pizza on super bowl. I know its a busy night. But our entire order was wrong, short of the cookie. We called twice to speak to a manager, once they hung up. The second we waited on hold for 20 min with no response. So disappointed. This was our go to spot.
All the time I order from pizza hut but my order from 1-25-2022,i was not satisfy at all. It was not cook all the way. It was uncooked and feels like i was eating dough.
Done with this location. Our order was 30 minutes late, all of the toppings and cheese were on one side of one of the pizzas. We live 2 minutes from the store and our food was obviously sitting there for a long time because it was barely warm by the time we got it. Over the last 6 months quality has gone from honestly pretty good to absolute cardboard. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the delivery driver was really nice, and in fact the only kind person we dealt with.
Please do not burn my pizza. Also, the stuffed crust pizza was so hard on the bottom, it was hard to chew. The taste was good though.

Nothing.wrong with the order but I think PH was better years ago. The sauce was disappointing. 1st time for stuffed crust nothing like the pics. Hawaiian Teriyaki wing sauce had a harsh finish. Not BW3!

Ive given this Pizza Hut entirely too many chances to get a simple order correct. I guess extra sauce is too difficult for these people to handle. Luckily I didnt ask for anything crazy like pepperoni otherwise I wouldnt have received my order at all. I ordered online but, called and asked very nicely for extra sauce. I guess they thought it was funny and appropriate to not put any sauce on the pizza at all. I will never again spend my hard earned cash at this particular restaurant and would suggest if you want Pizza Hut you try another location. Good luck!
The restaurant itself is fine. The service is good and the staff is helpful and friendly. However, it seems that you have changed your pizza sauce (it was very sweet) and I did not care for that.
The pizza and boneless chicken wings were very delicious and the order was ready when promised. The cashier was very personable and I felt like a valued customer.
Really disappointing with the quality of food we got last night. Its really hard to mess up pizza and boneless wings. Pizza was dry and most of the wings were the size of a nickel. There is a least 20 pizza places within 10 mins of our house so no need to put up with below average food. Only bright spot was delivery person was friendly.
We order from here quite frequently, but sunday nights we always seemed to get burned! Once we ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and get a regular cheese pizza (and they almost didnt give us our side salad, we had to ask while in the drive through.) The second bad experience was far worse. We ordered contactless delivery (we order this about once a week) usually with no problems. However after over an hour we called to check order status and they insisted it was delivered. They had already called to confirm our address once before, and what they had was correct; they then told us it was out for delivery. We had checked both porches as well as our neighbors. Thankfully, they did refund our money. Weirdly, after we had called and received our refund the same guy called back to say he spoke to the driver again, and the driver admitted that he placed it on the porch across the street. The guy on the phone said they would still process the refund, but that it might be still be there. He apologized several times, but like.... wit? No offer to just replace it instead of refund which also would have been fine. In any case we usually have no problems with this place. Except on sunday evening I guess?? Buyer Beware? 🙃🙃🙃

I ordered delivery , the product was cold despite bringing in right in. Delivery was conducted ( I believe) by an outside party despite me ordering from your app. Two pizzas 11.00 each costs 35.00 , so disappointed it was cold
The ordering was easy. The food was great and the delivery driver was very nice!
The Detroit pepperoni pizza the sauce was a marinara overload and the pepperoni was extremely too spicy. The Tuscany Alfredo pasta was dry with not enough sauce and the breadsticks were hard and came without any sauce.
I wish there was a zero star option....this establishment is garbage. Ill have pizza hut for lunch at work(different city) and its pretty good, every time I order from the Cuyahoga Falls location its terrible. Delivery times are ridiculous, always tastes dry with no flavor, minimal toppings......and not to mention that it upsets my stomach EVERY single time.
Well first they gave me the wrong order, one of the employees had to run out to stop me. Then when I thought I received the correct order 1 pizza and 8 hot wings it turns out to be 1 pizza and french fries.
My order was delivered fresh, hot and in a timely manner. I highly recommend for a quick, quality meal.
I would like to say I LOVE Pizza Hut!!!So I wanted to open my order with a joke, so I said “ Dominos, how may I help you?”Lady freaked out on me, saying she would call the cops if I called again, so now I can’t call to speak to the manager. I could slam this Pizza Hut, but honestly, I cant blame them. They are RIDICULOUSLY busy. If your pizza is late, dont blame the employees. Compared to other pizza joints in the area, this place runs like a well oiled machine. Fun fact: You are not the only person that wanted Pizza Hut pizza at prime time on a weekend, and you are not any more special than the 20 other customers that also decided to order at the same exact time as you. That said, their pans are disgusting, and covered in a black, caked on sludge that is impossible to clean (if you see little black specks on your crust, thats what that is), and last November one of the managers locked their employees outside with two armed robbers. The place is like a tiny hell.
This location BARELY puts any seasoning on their bread sticks. The last 5 orders Ive received have lacked any flavor/seasoning. Im done even ordering them anymore. Which sucks because they used to be good.

I understand that orders can sometimes be wrong but this has happened several times in a row. When I called in to talk to somebody they hung up on me before I could get more than one word out. I get that working fast food is stressful but being rude to the customer over the phone is not okay.
Was not the taste I was looking forward to that I have gotten in the past from Pizza Hut. Very greasy, first slice I ate of the pepperoni and bacon slice made my stomach very queasy.
Not sure about these other reviews, but on a Super Bowl Sunday at 3pm my order beat the estimated time by 5 minutes? Im on the outlying edge of their delivery area so things were a bit on the cool side as the bag the drive came with wasnt much more than a grocery bag and couldnt be thermally insulated much at all. Overall the food was good though, standard PH fair so not ultra-fresh but Ive had far worse from other locations in the past.Gave instructions to get to me, driver followed them just fine and the transaction part was smooth. Maybe online orderings the key?Their building is a qwickie-mart style made for delivery and pickup, not for anything close to a sit-down so theres little distraction. Just tons of stoplights everywhere to slow up things, but as I said this time it was super fast!! As the new strip mall gets in there theyll be front and center at the streets edge so hopefully the increased traffic wont slow them up.Ill order again from here, not a ton of decent delivery places around at all as most of the good stuffs pickup.

Make sure the food isnt raw and at least some what warm. And dont take 35 min to deliver to someplace that is only 3.3 miles away. Ill NEVER EVER EAT HERE OR ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.

I enjoy this place as it has probably the best chain pizza around. I do opt for Romeos when at home but Pizza Hut has a dining are as Romeos does not. I absolutely recommend the Meat Lovers Pan Pizza 😋 it is soooo good
The service ia horribe. The so called manager Isabella talked to me rudely. And hung up on me. This was all over a big pizza box. I really could have had a hot pocket for all this!! She needs to be fired! The poor customer service skills are below proverty level.

Hit or miss shop. Ive had a couple bad expierence. One night after ordering online the webpage told me delivery was 2 hrs, and they were so busy I couldnt get them to answer the phone to tell them to cancel.
Luigis isnt fancy, it isnt authentic Tuscan or anything like that BUT if you are hungry and looking for Italian American style food in Akron you have found the place. Salad and with LOTS of cheese, good pasta and pizza.

My husband ordered they said it would be 30 minuts went to pick up pizza then he was told it would be 7 more minuts then 7minuts latter it would be longer 10 more minuts well then they told him it still wasent ready would you mind pulling up and waitting so we can wait on other waitting in line at tje drive thru my husband told them you just lost a custommer he left with out getting his money back but you know what the whole time not once did they offer his money back he sent an replie about his visit to them not once did they call him to even make it right so much for coster service

2022-07-15I need to say a HUGE thank you to the manager Nathan at the State Road location. He went way above and beyond to rectify a HUGE mistake pizza hut made on my order and was so kind and understanding about the whole situation. 2022-06-06I e had so many bad experiences with Pizza Hut in munroe falls and Hudson when I moved recently I ordered from this location and it was spot on! Pizza was cooked perfectly, toppings evenly distributed. The wings were actually sauced unlike other locations. Definitely worth getting pizza here from now on.

2022-09-19Not the first time but more like the 4th,maybe because I used points. Thought that was the point of having them. Still pretty simple order to fill. 1 large 2 topping,and 1 large any made it a meat lovers Xtra sauce and the crazy part you pay an Xtra dollar to get the original crust they started out with. X tra sause doesnt mean no sause. I mean none. My experience with this store has just gotten really bad. Do they not train? Do they not read directions? It wasnt a complicated order. Not busy,pre order pretty simple,but not what I paid for. If you want to give me bad pizza because I used my points then you shouldnt let me earn them.

The staff here was also very helpful and patient to answer questions we had regarding our online order which was really appreciated. The service is always really fast teach time we eat here. I would recommend stopping by....

2021-11-02This place did it right! Completely correct order. Special request fulfilled. I havent ordered Pizza Hut in forever because the pan pizza crust started to arrive mushy instead of crispy. Even when I asked for longer bake/well done, they were still total sponges. I just got my well done pizza perfectly made. PLEASE keep this up!

2022-04-23I reviewed this store a couple of years ago and gave it a bad review. We ordered from them recently and have been ordering probably weekly now for family night. This Pizza Hut is now so incredible. The food gets to us every time hot, fresh, fast, and delicious. The drivers are very polite and professional. And if you need anything from the store, they answer their phone right away and are so kind and helpful. Excellent service across the board.

2018-03-29Pizza is good. Delivery kids are morons. The drive thru is about 7ft wide with maybe 10ft to make a 90 degree turn. They always park their delivery cars right at the end of the drive thru. Left turn only. I had to run over the curb to get out.#pizzahutUpdate 3/28/18 - still blocking the no parking lane.

2021-12-24On 12/22/21 I ordered and was charged for a pizza that was never delivered. On 12/23/21 I ordered a pizza online to be set up for delivery at 8:15pm, and received a text at 7:18pm that the pizza was out for delivery. I was not home at the time, so the pizza sat outside for almost an hour. The pizza was also made incorrectly and was burnt. I asked for thin crust pizza, light cheese with a side of sauce. Instead, I got a burnt pizza with normal cheese and no side of sauce. But the kicker was it was rock hard cold since it sat outside in 35 degree weather for almost an hour. I truly am not usually one to complain, but this has been 2 highly disappointing experiences back to back.

2022-03-02We ordered curbside but no one came out, we waited for awhile and then went through the drive thru and got our order which was ready and waiting. Didnt get a notification to come through the drive thru. Food was good though! Reminds me of childhood.
