It’s too bad I can not give a -1. Called to use a credit we have and it was a nightmare. The person answering the phone could not speak English, and had not idea how to help. Put me on hold for 30 minutes and never returned. I hung up. This is the second time this has happened.
I remember why its been close to 10 years since I ordered this pizza for starters it was 35 minutes past the time the online tracker said it was delivered the pizza was cold hard as a rock and tasted like it was reheated on a oven the garlic parmesan wings were coated in jelly like with cream and the bowl was smashed. I waited a hour and a half when it said it would be 40 to 50 minutes. I will not ever get it again.
I placed an order online for delivery to paid with cash. I got an email conforming my purchase and so I waited for nearly 3 hours after I placed my order. Wondering what was taking so long I called the store. I asked about my order then was told that my order was cancelled because my payment method was cash and they were not accepting it...even thought the site still accepted it. The employee said she attempted to call me to inform me yet my phone has no record of any calls from this location. This experience was horrible and I well not be ordering from pizza hut again.
Food was late. When I called the store, they told me they were not accepting any delivery orders that day. They then put me on hold for an extended period to wait for a manager to refund. I eventually hung up, then ordered from another pizza place. Both orders were delivered. Pizza hut was over an hour late. Extremely bad service.
I know that this Pizza Hut, like many others, is very short staffed. If I request delivery on a weekend night, it is a 2 hour time frame. But I am really happy they have a drive through window. That changes the time from 2 hrs to15 min. They are always very pleasant and helpful at that location (Rt 161, by the Continent), I am grateful that they are there.
Ordered at 241pm for a 5pm delivery. Order arrived a little after 530pm. Pizza and wings were not hot but ok...we liked the Detroit Pizza. Ordered and paid for ranch dressing but that was not delivered. I am sure I indicated touchless delivery, yet the driver rang the doorbell and tried to hand the pizza to me. All in all not a great experience.
**Editing yet again to add that 3 weeks later, I still have yet to receive any contact whatsoever. Nothing from the store, nothing from the emails I have sent, and of course, still no refund. $42 spent on food that never arrived and Pizza Hut has just decided to keep it with zero attempt at resolution.****2nd edit: emailed a week ago per their request. STILL no response, STILL no refund****Editing to add update: 1 month later and still no resolution. Cannot get anyone to respond via phone OR email, still no refund for the food we paid for and was never delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I will continue to update until I receive resolution.**Ordered 2 hours ago, some random dude showed up with food we didn’t order, said he would be back with the correct food, never received food, store refuses to answer the phone, corporate says they can’t help.
There were only 2cars ahead of me at the pickup window and I had to wait 25 minutes. Once I got to the window I found out that they were out of the cinnamon sticks that I ordered. They said that they tried to call but I did not get any calls. These were supposed to be free for my birthday so I guess that I lost them. EDIT: They dont seem to care much about my problems since they never responded back to me after I sent more informaton. Because of this I have dropped them from 3 stars to 2.
Order was not delivered completely. When I contacted driver he was not sure what he was doing. When I called the store I was told they closed at 8 and was hung up on by the team member. This was all on an order placed hours ago and no resolution at all. Worst experience with Pizza Hut and would strongly urge anyone staying at this hotel to order from anywhere else.
I was a little disappointed but the food did taste good like usual. Why? I ordered a pepperoni personal pan w extra cheese ($4.75)... what I got resembled one that had basic cheese ($4.50)... dont get me wrong the food quality was awesome... I just had a taste for some extra cheese...I will definitely be ordering from here again...
I absolutely LOVE the food here, but one time I went through the drive-thru and got an eight-piece wing and we only got five full wings and three little nubs the size of an eraser. They also never give us our sauces that we paid for and are always very rude depending on what time we go! one last thing they never put the crust flavor on and the toppings are often wrong! I would highly recommend Pizza hut just not this one, as I only go to this one because it is down the street from my house!
First it took like 2 hours to get, but when I ordered it did say that... second I ask then to be cut in squares because I have small children... they made the squares so big I had to cut them in half and some of them three times... and some wasnt even cut all the thru..
Nice if the order was 100% correct but to much messing around to go back and wait for a new pizza.Changed from 2* to 1* because they replied asking for my contact info which I gave them thinking it was for them to resolve the poor experience.......nope, they have done nothing at all and not replied. Total FailHut
Order a pizza online, said delivery time was an hour, hour came and went, checked my email said 2.5hrs. Called the store and was on hold for over 20 min before being disconnected. So I drove to the store, young girl at the desk was very short and rude to me, rolling her eyes and huffing. Told me my delivery was on its way, I drove ALL the way back home for my pizza to take another 20 minutes. The driver was polite but I will NEVER order from them again.
While visiting from out of town we must have been invisible at Pizza Hut. Two different nights we walked in because it was close to the hotel and wanted a quick meal. The lady behind the counter looked in our direction and walked in the back. Never to be seen again. We got tired of standing there waiting and left. Both nights.
Absolutely horrid. Ordered nearly 3 hours ago with a delivery time of 36 mins. No delivery made yet. Called the store and was abruptly hung up on 4 times as well as answered and “transferred to the store” yet sat listening to nothing but recordings for 45 mins. This place is disgraceful and they haven’t delivered nor reversed the charge. If I could give it a 0 rating I would.
I had two guys take my order for delivery one of them hung up then the other takes my order just to tell me their drivers are not making deliveries any more for the night. I ordered 2 hours before closing and youre only one mile away from my home. Caused me almost 15 minutes on phone I dont appreciate you waisting my time
I ordered a pizza for carryout that was supposed to be ready at 8:35pm. I walked in the store and paid and sat until 9pm with nobody telling me anything about my order. It appears to be sitting in the heating tray and one of the associates is walking around in the back smoking their vape. This is the most poorly run pizza hut Ive ever been to. I would rate no stars if I could. Managment needs to step up and correct this. 10/10 will not be back to this location. At 9:05, after they had closed and locked up they finally acknowledged me and pulled my pizza out of the tray, while laughing about it.
I ordered 36 wings and two orders of cinnabons for $52.79. (Carryout) I arrived at the location to pick up in the drive thru and handed the cashier a $50 and 3 ones. He handed me my money back and said he couldnt accept anything larger than a $50? I gave him a $50.... so he said my manager wont let me accept anything larger than a $50. I told him that is a $50 and they refused the transaction. Wasted time and money. I called customer service and waited on hold for a half hour and no answer. Terrible location and service all the way around. Do not do business with pizza hut I went to Roosters and paid the same amount for 50 wings, that were better quality and the service was awesome.
Ordered a pizza 90 minutes ago but the app says they are still making my pizza. I called the store and waited on hold for 22 minutes before they even took my call. When they finally answered they said my pizza was made but because they only have 2 drivers it would be an additional 30 minutes before delivery so I’m assuming I’m getting a cold pizza. I will not order from Pizza Hut again.
This Pizza Hut is only a mile away and takes an hour and a half to deliver me a pizza. All competitors are much quicker. I would be happy if at least my pizza was hot but no thats to much to ask for. My delivery driver had no comment as to why it took so long or why the pizza was cold. Can we have a new Pizza Hut in my neighborhood with good managers? Manger that know how to hire better drivers.
This is a pizza hut in Columbus Ohio .Person answering phone stated they were not running any specials , also said they do Not do senior discounts did not offer any options and previous staff always had been accomodating.The person at drive thru pick up was not wearing a mask or gloves ....also took my card whereas previous visit the card reader was extended out for me to swipe or insertNot following safe guidelines!!Do not feel comfortable returning .
Walked in at the same time as another guy.We stood and talked for several minutes while staff was obviously aware of us being there.Once the worker came over he was very polite and professional and took care of us right away.Food was good and the place was clean. Would recommend.
Walked into the restaurant. There was one other couple seated. We waited and waited to be greeted and seated. We watched the employees standing in the kitchen within full view of the counter, chatting. We looked at the carryout menu for a little while; then, we left without any employee ever even acknowledging us.
I ordered a pizza at 7:30pm on a Friday night, it was supposed to arrive at 8:50, it never arrived, no one called me or sent me an email, I called them and no one picked up the phone, then I submitted a complaint and they offered me a code for a free pizza but the store by my house won’t accept it, I usually have to wait an hour + for delivery, if they don’t have drivers then they should remove the “delivery” option.
Ordered a stuffed crust with extra sauce, got it without cheese, so they didnt put extra sauce and the pizza almost bubbled up. Looked very poorly done, then corporate told me I had to basically take it up with the place I bought it.. this experience is the second time and will be the last time I ever order from pizza hut.
Unless they improve their pizza, I imagine it will be like a lot like KFC and no, they didnt turn KFC around. KFC revenues have gone from 3.5 Billion in 2014 to 2.49 Billion in 2019.Marketing might temporarily mask bad product, but in the end, bad product quality will tell.
Worst store ever. They pick and choose where and when they want to take order delivery to. I will never order from this store no more. They hung up on me twice. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. My orders have always been over 50.00 plus. Too bad on their loss of funds.
This location is a hot mess. Every freaking time we order there is always an excuse. Delivery driver not there, delivery driver emergency, no delivery driver. Why does pizza hut advertise delivery when it never happens.And on the exception you might get it the delivery people will forget huge amounts of your freaking order, like wth. Seriously, needs new management.
Have been getting food from this location for years!Downloaded the app and received free pizza, using my Rewards perks.Kool, right!Then on April 25, 2019 I spent $23.45- food & delivery- to have a burnt (have pictures) pizza and lemon pepper chicken nuggets (boneless wings)- ordered bone-in delivered to my apartment! Then I gave the delivery driver a $5 tip!!!He//, I even paid extra for a flavored crust!This type of service is ABSURD!!!Tired and hungry, I literally HAD to eat two slices of the pizza and gave my dogs the nuggets!Wasnt able to reach out to the store because by the time I received the pizza, the location was closed!NEVER in my 50+ years have I EVER received a pizza like that from Pizza Hut!Ive been to several locations around the city & in my hometown, where Pizza Hut is the only pizza shop in town- NEVER has this happened!Pizza didnt look or taste like a Pizza Hut product!Very disappointing, because now I have the Rewards perk for the free pizza & skeptical about using it...One last try Pizza Hut, Im going to try with my Rewards perk, before you lose this loyal Customer!Will update...UPDATE: Went back (weeks later), because my Grands wanted Pizza Hut.Food was a lot better! I ordered the dinner box with fries, and wings. Now the fries and wings were fine but my pizza which was supposed to have extra marinara sauce on it had some other kind of sauce that tastes like ranch. So I looked at my online receipt and it shows that the sauce they gave me is not the sauce I paid extra for it was an complete was.
Horrible disgusting food and even worse staff. I sat at the pick up window for 10 minutes without being helped even though a guy made eye contact with me 4 times finally a young lady helped me and I asked who the guy was and she said a manager NEVER GO TO THIS PIZZA HUT!!!
In the PAST:This was our favorite restaurant and HAS been AMAZING! I sure miss Shana and our other favorite servers. Last week, though, this restaurant was absolutely filthy. Dining area and restrooms. Broken hand soap dispenser. I could maybe understand, but the restaurant was EMPTY. We had the snarkiest and snottiest server Ive ever had, our pizza was served with hairs in it, and so we paid for drinks and just left. Not going back. Golden Corral has more selection, better service, and snark-free servers.
The pizza is delicious but they clearly dont believe in picking up the phone. The last time I ordered and paid online it took almost two hours to get my order. They had been closed for 45 minutes before the delivery guy even got here and they wouldnt pick up when I called which was at least 10 times. I literally live across the street. I can see them from my window. The service is AWFUL!! They need a new staff immediately. Ive never been so enraged in my life.
I placed an in app order w/ this pizza hut and they somehow got my order mixed up w/ another card and address. I had been waiting an hour and then some for my order to find out when I contacted them that it had been canceled, because it was mixed up w/ another persons account . Yet I checked out as a guest . I have absolutely no idea how this couldve happened, but it was a big inconvenience .
ZERO STARS!!!HORRIBLE!!!! AVOID!I promise you will just have Abbas experience and ruin your day/night from this place!!!!This place does not know the definition of customer service or quality food!- They MESSED up our order completely!- They said they would fix it by sending us our correct order.- 2 hours later and no body shows up!- When we called in to follow up they said they FORGOT ABOUT OUT ORDER!!!- The guy (Michael) was SO RUDE! He was SO DISRESPECTFUL!!!-When I asked to speak to the manager he changed his voice and impersonated the manager! When I called him out on it he REFUSED to give me the store manager and then hung up on me!- If it was possible to give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE!
Pizzas were good it was the slow service I didnt care for . Ordered 10 pizzas on line for a 6: PM meeting and confirmed by phone arrived at 5:45 and they said the order just came in on the computer. The pizzas were paid for and I didnt get them until 6:40 this was the Pizza Hut on Cleveland Ave.
Im sitting in the lobby waiting for my food and I was looking through the food window to the kitchen and I saw the manager take a puff of his vapor pen twice right next to where the food is prepared. I have 2 kids and find it disgusting that this just happened. Will not be returning. The only upside is the young lady that helped me was so sweet and came out with a smile.

2022-02-05Waited 35 minutes in a four-car line. Got home, they forgot the stuffed crust, and worse this pizza is completely leathery and dry, like they made it yesterday and warmed it up for me today. Wow awful. Cannot eat.

2022-07-24So having been a loyal patron of Pizza Hut for a long time I will no longer be ordering from this establishment ever again. After placing an order online and being charged for the order, we waited over two and a half hours for the delivery. After trying to call the store and customer service line several times, being disconnected over three times, and put on hold when we finally got through for over 10 minutes and then disconnected, are order arrived, even though Doordash said that they were on our way to our door over 40 minutes ago. As if that was not bad enough, the pizza was completely cold, and we were missing half of our order. The driver claim that they had picked the pizza up only 10 or 15 minutes ago, and its only about a 7 minute drive to our house, but thats beside the point, they were handed half an order and a Frozen pizza. The worst part about it is the customer service is absolutely horrible because you cant get through to anybody, you are constantly rerouted in the pointless telephone menus back to the beginning, and no one ever answers. This is the case when you call the store directly or the generic Pizza Hut number. This is not the first time this has happened, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but we are done. Do not order from this store- if you do go pick it up yourself so that you can verify that what you are getting is fresh and correct, and if you want to eat within the next 3 hours. No need to reply with the generic we want to make it right response, I have read the reviews and will be sending you an email with all the information required. In the meantime you might want to figure out where the breakdown is instead of trying to repair with excuses.

2022-04-29I ordered a pizza from this Pizza Hut today, and most of the time when I order chicken mushroom and black olive most other pizza places skimp on the black olive. With this order it was almost entirely covered in Black Olive and I loved it. And I called the management of the Pizza Hut and told them that whoever made my pizza didnt incredible job. I believe in giving praise to people who do good work, and this Pizza Hut does good work.

2022-05-02Apparently pizza hut is no longer in the pizza delivery business. Waited 3 hours and never got food, but the delivery is through Doordash now so the store has zero accountability for ensuring that the food is delivered. Sad because weve been loyal customers for a long time and now looks like they are going out of business. Wont be going back.

2022-06-01Yesterday night, I ordered a pan tossed cheese pizza and bread stick with continents and a drink. I am highly upset and disappointed!! 😠😓 I received a hand tossed cheese bread pizza NO PIZZA SAUCE on my pizza at all. Im so sad.... this never happened to me at any location usually 161 is great at what they do but its been these last couple weeks they havent been their best ! Again 🤦🏾♀️ Im Soo upset n highly disappointed. I will post pictures later

2022-06-29Went through tonight and got a medium pie from the drive through. Usually I get off doordash, pizza has been good consistently from this location and driving there tonight the staff is also very nice.

2022-03-15My main issue is the absolute waste of time it is trying to order for delivery. I’m not here to review about quality, it’s Pizza Hut, you know what you’re ordering most of the time. But my god this specific store needs to stop advertising for delivery when it CLEARLY doesn’t. Covid and lack of people willing to work for the terrible wages that makes a delivery driver is understandable. Saying the store delivers though when it does not needs to be reported.Maybe I just picked the perfect times to ask for delivery when your understaffed store couldn’t do it. Fool me some 10 times in the past year? I don’t review stuff normally, but my god just say delivery doesn’t exist for this store.
