I ordered a Stuffed Crust Supreme pizza with extra cheese, extra sauce and I requested it be baked well done. The pizza barely had ANY sauce on it (typical of Pizza Huts normal amount of sauce), and the pizza was under cooked.Additionally there were several employees at the store, a couple of them were standing around talking while one was taking pizzas out of the oven and cutting them. The one employee who was cutting the pizzas had to finish all of the pizzas coming out of the oven before he could come to the counter and get me my order which was ready for pickup before I arrived. So for almost five minutes at least two employees just stood around talking while my food and I aged.

I order from here pretty regularly but this past Saturday was a mess. Online order was for 6pm. Didnt leave there till around 630, and there were several others standing in that tiny, no chair lobby with the same issue.The food, however, was great once I finally got home. Theyve not let me down in that respect. Im not taking any stars away from one experience. I order probably two Saturdays a month, so I have full confidence in them.

Ordered delivery from the Amelia location. When the order arrived, it was missing a pizza. I tried calling and was in the automated system for 7 minutes. I hung up and called back using option 1 for a new order. Had a customer service representative with a thick accent and was hard to understand. They put me on hold for another 8 minutes. By this time Im really not thrilled. The location is only minutes from my house so I drove there to get the situation taken care of.Long story short, I wont be ordering from Pizza Hut anymore because this was the 4th time its happened from this location.The only positive thing was the woman that corrected the problem. I didnt get her name and I should have but she said she was the manager that just took over for the evening. She was very nice and professional.

I would give them no stars if that was possible! This is the second time I have ordered pizza and waited over 2 hours to get the order!!!! Tonight I waited 3 hours! and it is still not here. I called the store. You cant reach anyone. I called the call center 4 times. All they can do is transfer you back to the store. Worst experience of my life! I know why no one orders pizza hut anymore. Ill never buy again. I gave you a second chance and you all failed.

30 minutes to deliver 1.8 miles away. $60 for 2 pizzas and wings that needed to be put in a microwave to be edible. Positive note, it was cut, normally I have to cut it myself.

Ordered pizza an hour and a half ago it’s been out for delivery for over an hour now, no one answers the phone to even see what’s going on. Will never order from here again and recommend using one of the 10 other pizza chains in the area. We can’t even cancel it because no one answers the phone.. wonder if they will ever come, we don’t even want it at this point.

Pizza Huts GF pizza. Full disclosure: Im comparing to Donatos GF pizza. Which is fantastic. The Hut uses Udis crust. So this pizza can be made at home with better ingredients, sans the sauce. So while it is edible, it really is no better than some frozen GF pizzas that are available. Donatos is a solid 5-stars, while this is 3-stars for the GF pizza. Id rate the normal pizza at 4.

Have everything I ordered correct. The only problem I had was I got the cheap .50 cent icing when I paid for the .99 cent Cinnabon icing this is not the first time this has happened. I will probably not get delivery again so I can check before I leave the store

I called and made an order for delivery by phone, gave my phone number, name, order, and card information to prepay with a delivery tip. All totaled to $35.00 hours later still no food so I called and they said they had 3 online orders for an Anita under my phone number. Ok, gave them my correct order, there was clearly a glitch. No big deal. They requested my card information again but I pulled up my banking app while on the phone and see a transaction had already been posted to my account for $43 which was more than the amount of my order. I tried to explain this and the associate kept speaking over me in an attempt to not let me speak, getting rude every time I tried to explain and yelling at me saying “I only work here, call my manager in the morning” then hanging up on me!! I have called corporate, filed a complaint and requested a refund.. $43 dollars later for my family to still be unfed, disrespected and hung up on. NEVER EVER AGAIN..
