The food here is outstanding!! This is a return visit, and both times, my meals (chicken once, gyro the other) were absolutely delicious!!! The portions are generous, and a good value. I dont know if it would be a great place for a big group, but if youre just heading out with a few friends and/or family, you owe it to your tastebuds to try out this place!
AMAZING food! Even though our kid 11Yr old loves their food - She is very pick! She likes it simple Rice, tomatoes and chicken gyro (kids portion). My husband and I just ask them to load everything!!! One of the best Healthy and Yammy food in Dublin! And now we can get it deliveried! Thank you.
Always one of my favorite places to eat. Ive taken so many of my friends here... and never a disappointment! Today, they even gave me extra add-ons at no charge.Highly recommend swinging by and supporting this local business!BIG portions too! -so I basically get two meals out of a salad or rice bowl like the one in the photo below. To go orders are pretty filling too!Favorites: gyro meat, falafel, rice bowls, warm pitas. They make it so easy to order online too (UberEats, Google, Grubhub, Amazon, etc...)
Its always a treat whenever our office orders Pita Int for lunch. Ive never been inside the store; we always get Pita Int delivered, so this review doesnt include anything regarding within the restaurant.Their website is easy to maneuver and their descriptions are straight forward and to the point what youre ordering. I used to treat Pita Int similarly to Chipotle where I would order a Rice bowl. If youre doing the same, you are missing out on their amazing Hummus bowl. Its just $0.50 more, but it makes a huge difference in flavor. I always get Gyro (my favorite), but my coworkers have told me the Chicken Shawarma and the Falafel are both delicious as well. You gotta get all the toppings and Tzatziki sauce. You also get a complimentary side of pita bread to go with your bowl, which isnt mentioned on the website so thats always a nice surprise. The bowl portions are huge, but it feels healthy because its mainly vegetables except for the protein! Think of it like a giant salad that just happens to have gyro in it!
Tried this place for the first time yesterday. I got a beef/lamb gyro and the Pita Int. salad.First of all, the portions were so big! It was a lot of food. Good value for the price. Most importantly, the food was delicious and very fresh. The salad was fresh chopped veggies with a tangy and tasty lemon herb dressing. I’ve never wanted to eat raw vegetables so much in my life! The gyro was also great, topped with plentiful fresh veggies and lots of yummy sauce. There was so much meat on the gyro as well and it was a regular size.I loved the food and my food was ready quickly. I will definitely return!!
This place feeds to people so well, and you leave with leftovers. I adore going here, the service is amazing because the workers are so fun and sweet. And the food is just awesome, I find myself always wanting to get the same thing I got last time because it was so good. Don’t skip out on dessert either, they’re small portions or wise because you’ll want to try one of each! Me and my dad absolutely love this place!
Great food, quick and friendly service. I think there might be a restaurant on the other side of the wall? Ive only experienced the fast food side. There is seating. Ive never had trouble getting a seat. The vibe isnt relaxing but its comfortable enough to grab a quick and truly delicious bite.
We were looking for a place to get a good, classic Greek meal and this place was perfect! The food was great -- fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked and seasoned meat, and the tazhiki was awesome. The service and atmosphere were made for a nice meal. Family friendly as well. We will be back for sure!
I have this restaurant 5 stars about a year ago. Unfortunately I have to downgrade my rating now because they have changed their system. They switched from an assembly line Chipotle style to a sit down and order restaurant. It used to take me 5 minutes to order pay and get my food. Now it takes about 10-20. Service was not great. Before I could go refill my drink, now the waiter never thought about giving me a refill. Every table around me eventually had to ask. If no one asked, no one would have gotten their check. The check process took about 15 more minutes. Im just upset because I used to come here for a quick great meal, and now Im not coming back. Get rid of the air down style. It is obvious you just want a tip. Not worth it.
Absolutely love this place! My wife and I are regulars! We are there so often, they know our drinks and our appetizer. Our appetizer go to is the most delicious hummus on the planet! Food is awesome! They offer 3 types of seasoned chicken and the gyro meat is always hot, juicy, and tender. The service and food are both outstanding. If you like Mediterranean, you have to give this place a try!
One of our most favorite spots in town! Its kind if our hidden gem we always say! The food is absolutely amazing and there is never a wait. Super fresh, quality food with really great, fast service! I love the garlic spread that comes with the chicken kabob plate along with everything else I have ever ordered. This place is a great options for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans! Also... the best fries if you can imagine so get yourself an extra order of those as a side to try!
Great place to eat. Lines do get a little long during lunch time, but to me its worth the wait. The line does move somewhat fast, so its usually not too long of a wait.I got the chicken shawarma pita and a side of fries. They piled all kinds of chicken shawarma greatness onto the pita and it was very tender and delicious. The fries were battered and had extra crunchy bits attached and are now one of my favorite fries. They have plenty of options to choose from, such as rice, salad, pita or hummus to start with. From there, its a build your own type of experience. The restaurant and restroom were both very clean and the employees were perfectly friendly, even considering the large amount of people waiting durning during lunch rush.Easily one of my favorite restaurants that Ive been to lately and I will definitely be returning sooner than later.
The the humus and babaganoush are very good but like many places there is not enough pita. Order extra pita. The main dishes are flavorful. The only issue for some may be that the main course menu is fairly limited. What they need to do is figure out of they are a fast casual place or a sit down restaurant. It is kind of both and makes the dining experience a little awkward.
Pita Int. is my favorite place for Mediterranean food! We have been going here ever since it opened at least once a month. The food always tastes fresh, great portions for price, and the service is swift and wonderful. I’m not sure if this is family owned and run but they are professional, kind and welcoming every time. Their hummus and falafel are our go to apps. I recommend it to all Mediterranean food fans. They are a small shop and work hard to deliver great food and service!
They have some good vegetarian options.I like their falafels but they should really come up with new dips and sauces. Their pita and hummus is also good. Value for money. I like the staff, they are very friendly.Turkish tea is amazing and a must try if you like tea. Not great when it comes to desserts as they have very less and basic options like plain baklava. I like this place as a quick bite kinda place.
We found this local restaurant accidently because all surrounding restaurants were on a wait and we were hungry. What a fortunate accident! Extremely friendly and attentive staff, reasonable prices, fast service and delicious. Now one of our favorites and even our kids enjoy the unique Mediterranean food. A hidden gem in Dublin, authentic and so tasty.
The staff there is very friendly. I had came to their restaurant back when it was Cafe Ephesus, and they are taking a new step by making it a Pita Inn. Its a fast-food style restaurant, but in a formal restaurant setting. The food is very fresh and their baklava is amazing. Price is reasonable, between $7-10 for your main meal and a few extra bucks for sides. Would highly recommend giving Pita Inn a try!
Easily one of the best Mediterranean restos in the city. It gets a lot of love from the locals for a reason. Try the hummus!! Its a must. There is a small but comfortable seating area, or you can order to-go/carryout. You can easily eat healthy without even realizing it. Thats the beauty of good Mediterranean food. Flavorful and light.
My sister and I were heading to another restaurant in the area and spotted this and I ask her if she was OK if we had lunch there instead of our original destination? So glad we did, the food was amazing so fresh and some of the best Mediterranean I have had in this area. We will definitely return.
I LOVE this place! I moved to the area from a city that contained a lot of delicious family owned Syrian restaurants. Because of which, Im really picky about hummus. Let me tell you, this place has delicious hummus that is served with fresh pita bread. Its the closest Ive gotten to the tastes of home, and Im so happy. I also really enjoy the chicken shawarma pita with garlic sauce. Pita Int. is definitely going to be a regular dining location for me!
Great food. Bread was perfect, sundried tomato oil was yummy. Service was absolutely terrible. Waitress spoke to us once. Barely acknowledged our table while fawning over another. Cook had to bring us our drinks and food because of her ineptitude. If they hire a different waiter, Id go back. As is, get your get your food to go!
Went here to eat for dinner on a Sunday evening. This was my first time eating here and it will be my last. I would have given it 1 star but the server we got was attentive and helpful. The food lacked taste but the main complaint was with the appearance of my gyro sandwich. At the bottom of the sandwich it looked like red dye on my gyro meat. When I asked the server he didnt know so he asked the cooks. One of the cooks said it was paprika. Paprika is a spice that is more brownish/orange than anything. So, who knows what that was on my gyro meat.
They used to be good but it seems they have taken business for granted and stopped treating customer with respect. The flavor is not the same anymore and there is no body around if you need anything once the food is served. It seems you have to pay extra to make their waitress wear some smile on her face. It feels like she doesn’t like customer coming to their restaurant. Pathetic experience. Will never visit again.
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. When they reopened (under new management) we were ecstatic. Unfortunately though, we noticed they charged us an additional $15.00 on our credit card. By looking at the math you could tell they fudged the tip to be $15.00 more than what we gave. BEWARE!!! I am so sad about this because as I said this used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but I will not go back and risk being overcharged again.
Bummed out that this is no longer a Turkish restaurant. Its called Mediterranean cuisine but has more Lebanese influences than Greek/Turkish. Wish they had changed the name to reflect that. Food was good but more reminiscent of Aladdins than what I was expecting. The gyro and shawarma was so tender and flavorful. Also A+ service.
Service was poor despite only having 1 other table seated. Food was terrible compared to other Mediterranean places in the area. Almost all of the vegetarian options were deep fried!!!! No healthy options in sight. So much garlic in some of the sauces that it burned. We wont be back.
This restaurant is a neat and clean place to dine in which wouldnt surprise since it falls under Dublin. The staff was very friendly. The waiter never left us un attended and everytime we needed anything he was rite there! Just the fact that for the price that i paid, i would expect more food on my table. Plus the rice were just the typical white rice that you get served at any local chinese restaurant. No issues with the nationality of rice, its just the price in question that i am casting my shadow over, is it really worth 13 bucks for 5 chunks of delicious food? I dont know i am confused but like i said food tasted good but the portion did not allign with its price tag!
Great food fresh Mediterranean reasonably priced. Definitely check this one. Ill skip on the rotisserie beef/lamb but other shewarma sandwich was great... also the ayran yogurt a sour salty yogurt milk is good ( depends on your taste buds) very neatly maintained place for now 4 1/2*s may be bumped in future
This is my favorite Gyro place in CBUS. The schwarma is also good, and their sides are amazing, but a single gyro is more than enough for one person. These arent your mall-style, over-Americanized versions, but theyre also familiar enough that even my kids have no problems eating across the menu. If youre looking for something different from the standard burgers/chicken/burrito nights, give this place a try. Get the gyro on pita with tzatziki sauce and whatever veg you like, and youll be back for more.
One of the best food in Columbus, very authentic very well prepared. Hummus was smooth and creamy yet not very garlicky which made it excatFlafel was very fresh , crispy from the outside and soft and green from the insideThis authentic restaurant reminds me of food back in Jerusalem,
Ive been to Pita Inn twice now and both times everything was on point! Delicious and fresh tasting. In fact I look forward to ordering to go tonight!Only issue (if you even consider this an actual issue) is you have to talk REALLY LOUD. Between the high glass blocking the ingredients and their ventilation fans you find yourself repeating what you just said. I ordered banana pepper and he put purple cabbage on my gyro lol.

2021-07-04We stopped by for dinner this evening after a long drive into town based on the reviews of the folks who raved about the flavor. :) We were so happy we did. :)The place was spotless and so clean. All the staff were helpful. The owner spoke to every guest and was very attentive. The food was delicious. The fries and tenders on the kids’ menu were very, very well-done: crunchy and crispy. The pita and hummus were excellent. I got the Pita Int chicken and it was excellent as well. The rice was very flavorful. The veggies and lettuce were so fresh. The experience was very, very good and we will gladly go back if we are in the area again.

2019-11-21I dont know why I havent left a review sooner, but I cant say enough positive things about this place. Went in for a busy lunch today, and even with about 8 people in front of me they really moved people through pretty quickly. All of the staff is helpful and has always been kind to me (and I go quite often). The food here is just so good... There arent many places where I legitimately get excited about eating a salad, but Pita Int is definitely one of them! Their gyro meat is some of the best Ive had, and the french fries are just out of this world. Gotta have balance right?

2019-09-06This is a great place to go for a quick lunch break. They keep it simple with the bowl/salad fixings, but they make them very well. The proteins have good flavor and spice, and they give you very generous portions (I love that I dont have to ask for double protein here). Im a fan of their tahini sauce as well; it has a hint of citrus to it that stands out. They dont have the unique toppings of a place like Brassica, but Id still highly recommend Pita Int. for a hearty, tasty, and satisfying meal.

2022-02-22Our favorite Mediterranean restaurant in central Ohio with the best hummus I’ve ever had. We have a mix of dietary needs and this place serves them all, with especially good vegan options. Humus, grape leaves, spicy feta, and falafel are worth the visit. We have been coming here for years, but the extraordinary effort they put in to resolve an order mixup tonight will keep us coming back. Great food, better people.

2022-03-09Never fails- always delicious and friendly service. Im not sure if COVID caused the changes, but it is no longer a sit down and serve, made to order restaurant. Now, you select your options from the menu, and they dish it out from a premade buffet line. On the bright side, the ingredients do still taste fresh, and you receive your order quicker this way.

2017-10-12Update:This place used to be Cafe Ephesus. It has changed to Pita Int. Food was delicious, quiet, not too busy, nice local place to eat and very reasonably priced.Ive been there more than a dozen times and the food and service is always very good. Highly recommend for Mediterranean food. Their shish kebabs are one of the best.

2018-12-14Outstanding flavors (By the way, is the rice magic?). Comfortable, despite its narrow strip mall location. Friendly staff provide patient, personal service. The food here is clearly fresh and clean. Its obvious that great care is being taken to provide the best possible experience. While this was our first visit, it will NOT be our last visit. See you soon, Pita Int.
