Everything about this store is wrong. From the size of it, to the massive amount of litter in the parking lot, the half broken shower heads that they refuse to replace, to the toilets that are too close to toilet-paper, the size of the showers themselves. What does it for me is the obnoxious door alarm they have on the door that goes off loud as hell in your ear as you walk in and out, that Im told the GM of this store insists on having rather than a less annoying one, even as customer after customer complains about it. That tells me all I need to know about the management of this store, as if the other things werent good indicators also.
If I could give it no stars I would! The most disgusting truck stopi have ever seen! Urine all over the bathroom, no paper, no seat covers, trash everywhere! Go elsewhere! Go anywhere else!
Very small lot, you have to blind side park because the lot is so small. The fuel island entrance gets clogged up because there isnt enough room for trucks to get to each lane.

Someone tried to get 151.00 off pump 6 after our card declined told us to go inside.. thank God capital one messaged my husband after we left. I really hate thiefs... stealing so.eones card numbers however they did it is just wrong. Joke on you jerks
People are awesome here.Three Showers available , but not on the application. Walmart is very close , 10 min walk. Parking is tight, around 15 spots
The store was clean and well-managed my only real complaint was it was so small. There was an overflow of at least eight trucks parked in the parking lot next door. Expansion would definitely be a good idea. Additional services such as laundry would also be appreciated

Not much for parking, most spaces youll have to blind side park, about 15 spaces available just 3 showers but overall a clean friendly place to visit.
Very very small! Only 17 spots NOT 35 like app says! We had to have our tandems back extremely far which made extremely difficult to angle into gas pumps. Another pilot that again should NOT be called a truck stop! Maybe it could be called a truck stop if they would buy the old Kmart next door! Do NOT stop here if you can help it!
This place is easy to see from from the interstate. It is very accessible, easy off, easy on. The pump area was clean and well lit. There were plenty of available pumps and the price was reasonable. The store was tidy and well stocked. The restrooms were clean smelled fresh.
This is a small truck stop so parking is limited & very challenging, you have 2b on your A game to park here but there is a way to make it easier! If you planing to fuel enter from the regular truck entrance but if you wanna park enter from the cars entrance so you can manuever easier otherwise you are going to back into a spot from the blind side which I dont recommend. For food there is a Subway inside the store, there are showers available but dont expect a roomy shower because this place is small, no laundry here sorry! parking floor has seen better days so dont be shock if you see giant cracks, the weight scale works despite its decrepit appearance but is tight so swing wide or youll damage your trailer.
Its always very clean and well-stocked. The employees are very friendly and extremely helpful. Theres not a lot of parking for trucks but there is a Kmart right beside it that has a lot of space to park since it closed. It has a Subway inside and the typical roller hot dogs and what not that every pilot seems to have.
GOOD NEWS!!! YOU WONT HAVE TO RESERVE A SPOT! JUST PARK IN THE RESERVED SPACE & THEY WONT CHASE YOU OFF!!!!!!! My husband reserved a space at 1PM. They had 2 spaces left. We arrived at this Pilot at 12:30 AM & all the reserved spaces were taken. This is not unusual at truck stops, sometimes people park temporarily while they shower, but usually management makes them move. This place, NOPE! You pay the $12.00, and arrive, a man with piercings and the rudest condescending personality will greet you, & say, Oh yes! The manager will be right out to get you a spot & make someone move! Fast forward 20 minutes, NO ONE will come out & when you go back in that same rude a**hole will say, Oh there you are! We just went ahead and refunded your money to your card. ITS 1 AM & we have been waiting here for someone to come out & tell us & not a single person in here could have come out & told us this?? Oh & dont bother asking this same gentleman to get you some chicken. A couple of months ago we asked for some chicken for take out, & he acted like we were inconveniencing him. NEVER AGAIN!
This is a busy place. I usually stop by when I drive down that route for quick gas and coffee.. gas price is cheaper than the other highway gas station in the area..coffee is fresh when ever I tried. Rest rooms are clean👍. They have shower 🚿 as well.
Dont believe the Pilot app. Only 17 truck parking spots and 5 fuel lanes for trucks. 3 showers is the only thing accurate. Smallest shower room Ive ever been in.
We drive a semi & the parking lot is to small. My husband says the mens room needs more stalls & frankly so does the womens. With 20 parking spotss now i know why the parking lot smells the way it does. Store prices are at reasonable. Happy Truckin.

I am a huge fan of Pilot gas station. They offer best prices and other facilities that make travel so much easier. I found this place not up to the standard. Many of the pumps were down and there was a huge queue to get gas. The staff also didn’t bothered to help customers.
Again this is a truck stop but it has gas for cars convenience store. Thing I like about it prices are usually pretty good on gas prices insider about normal wear anywhere else on the highway. They have good plane bathrooms law to stall said off to worry about one person going in and lock on the door. Most of the time youll find what you need and its a welcome break and rest stop
Very friendly staff and clean store on the inside. Outside can be challenging. Location has very limited space to maneuver. However my overall experience was pleasant. Afternoon manager on February 2nd, 2019 was so very pleasant and helpful. Two thumbs up to her. 👍👍
It is a small pilot. I do have to admit that showers are nice and clean and so are the bathrooms. But what it lacks in size they make up for with their staff. Great place to stop shower and eat something.
Its a very small Truck stop pilot however there is an abandoned mall or shopping center literally right behind it where I saw a massive amount of trucks Im talking dozens and dozens of trucks and trailers so it is very convenient I think they should purchase that property and expand their lot. Showers are available inside there is a Subway also. Ploy is are very good and nice and helpful and kind and thats awesome. Truckers please stop being trashy people and giving us good truckers a badd name because Im sick of yall trashy truckers dumping your garbage in the woods pick up after yourself be an adult stop being a trashy trucker.
I stopped at this pilot many times and have never been treated with disrespect.the employees were always respectful and kind to me.yes, like other pilots it has downfalls, but that wont stop me from coming here.The food is fresh, the coffee is great, they have everything a full fledge pilot offers.
Enough parking for about 10 trucks. Fuel island pretty tight. The staff are wonderfulthough.Edit: If i remember correctly, there is an old Walmart or something next door that is empty. So, you can park there. You just need to be wary of the stores that are still open in that complex.
Stopped here while traveling to get some subway, wasn’t real pleased with the service, the lady didn’t seem to fond of us being here, and wasn’t listening to the order we had stated, so we had to repeat it several times. Another thing that kind of bothered me was she toasted it but never asked if we wanted it toasted, and then proceeded to tell me sorry I wasn’t paying attention, etc. Otherwise the food was decent. Won’t order from here again. Period

This place is a dump. Parking is very limited. Access to the pumps takes your driving skills. Scales are located at the far end of the pumps so if some one is waiting to fuel, you will wait. The guard rail in the place has been hit so many times it looks fake. Staff needs customer service training, at least the ones on days. I was there in the am. Enter at you own risk!
Well, I only stopped here for the Subway that is inside. The woman who was doing my sandwich was having a bad day or something and had no patience, and I wasnt confused or slow in ordering. I worked for Subway myself, so I know the routine. She was lapse-minded and rude. She had forgotten something I had requested almost immediately and got an attitude and me being me had to throw it back. Not like an idiot or an a**hole. Just concise and to-the-point. She was taken aback and promptly replaced by a much nicer girl whom clearly didnt want to work the the moody woman. Other than that, it was satisfactory.
Stopped here on way home from Cincinnati. Had a good selection of cold drinks to choose from. If hungry they had a fairly good selection of hot food in the hot case. Pizza, burgers, fries, mac and cheese, hard boiled eggs, salads and still more. Like said good selection and was all changed. While we was there. Easy access off of highway.
Great employees! Small Pilot though. Only a few spots for trucks, and the showers arent automatic check in. But the place was clean and a good stop!
This place is kind of tricky. You see the signs for a pilot service center off of the major interstate and you think of the nice roomy rest areas that you normally see. However if youre in a car and not a big rig then this is a very difficult station to get in and out of. I would not recommend stopping here if you were pulling a trailer or a boat or otherwise.
No parking. Its sad that theres very little parking for tractor trailer. The new regulations have created a parking nightmare. All truck stops now charge for parking that once was a free. Just another way to screw the hardest workers in the delivery business. Most stores now have signs up no semi trailers and the tow companies are laughing all the way to the bank. We need to boycott.
Conveniently located near the interstate, easy access, but signage is poor and its not clear where to go. No easy option for large RVs, if you pull up to the auto pumps, you can pay at the pump but you have to deal with tight turns getting around cars parked in front of store. If you go to the truck pumps, which is preferrable, you cant pay at the pump and its a long walk to go in to the cashier. And for Gods sake pave your entrance, like driving across the surface of Mars.
Super small truck stop. Traffic backs up frequently onto the road where you cant even get into the truck stop. Parking is very limited also. I didnt even go inside the building. I just got my fuel and left.
This pilot is ok if you just stopping for a break. Its small and not enough parking so get there early. Maybe 30 spots if that. Small store and they have 3 showers here. There is a small shopping center next door which says no parking but you will see people park there anyway. In the shopping center is a burger king a dollar tree and a taco bell as well as little ceasars pizza. Only stopped here cause I am waiting for a load from Colgate which is close by. The parking lot is gross with piss bottles and trash. Thats a typical truck stop these days.

I just want gas. Is that too much to ask? It took 45 seconds at the pump, which in gas pump time is about twice as long as it should, to get the gas coming out. Pilot reward? ZIP Code? OK I understand that one, then some weird beeping, then a strange delay. Work on your customer experience
Too small, and were traveling by car!. Also they were power washing the lot and had the very loud gas run power washer sitting next to a pump. You know, where they post to shut your engine off. Plus girl at counter was too busy texting to take care of waiting customer...me!Terrible place to stop. Pilot corporate needs to visit this place.
This stop was great and we called ahead on our trip one of the staff members went out his way to make sure my family shower experience was like if we were taking one at our home.. I forgot his name but drives a camo truck.... He was older then us but he made us fill like family.
Most employees dont wear masks or only wear them below the chin. Super spreader of virus with travelers and truckers from all over passing through. Dont go in if you are high risk or are near high risk people.
Smaller pilot a compact fuel stop difficult to get in and out due to traffic and how the fuel island is set up. Staff seemed to be friendly and helpful. Soda fountain is absolutely awful recommend purchasing bottled soda.
Taylor was so wonderful! She helped us beyond what we expected. It’s great to see people care about others. What a nice reflection on Pilot, to have hired the best!
No parking .. Maybe 12 spots. Tight to get in. I had a conflict with a fellow driver. He wasnt ready. Overall the staff help finish the issue scale is very tight turn right to park nowhere but to u turn an park at island. Good luck
The people who work here are pleasant. The truck fuel island is abysmal. No space to pull up after fueling, and no room to wait for a pump to open except out on the busy highway. Only way around the pumps is over the scale, but if someone parks on them youre screwed.Maybe Pilot will tear it down and rebuild better. Theres an empty K-mart next door where trucks park since the store has about 10 spots.Dont go here if you can make it futher.
The store was fine but the girls bathroom was gross. There was cleaning supplies out everywhere and dirty towels on the floor. The bathroom stalls were dirty also.
I never have issues with the staff but the location of this store is awful. One of the tightest lots, only about 10 truck spaces, a real pain to get out of because there isnt a light and traffic can stack up because of the on ramp.
Good luck getting in off of the road. Should have parking in fuel islands. No showers or bathrooms right now...nothing says I spent money on a broken down/bad location like this Pilot, travel center my but

Pilot app says 35 parking spaces. Maybe 10 at best. Very small bathrooms the app says they don’t have showers at this location. They have coffee😀.
Small place but a ton of parking next store, drive past pilot to next driveway and there is a abandoned Kmart with tons of parking.. pull in youll see for semis been doing it for years by Burger King

I absolutely love the pilot traveling centers around here. They have almost everything you could ever need when youre on the road oh, which makes it wonderful when you have no idea what city or town youre in. Usually theres a smiling face at the register that can point you to the area in which you need.
Use to fill up here when I was driving over the road. Staff is nice. Parking area has a lot to be desired. Also got my 2nd blue parrot headset here.
Always clean. Bathrooms are clean and full of supplies. Food is good. Youre always greeted by friendly employees.

First time at a tractor pull, dirt track is our thing. Enjoyed it and can definitely appreciate the work the racers and track folks do each time to get ready.

Nice people but the showers are WAY to small. Im not a big guy either so I can only imagine the trouble a larger person would have in them.
This is one of the smallest truck stops in the nation, good service and right off the highway easy on and off but no truck parking mainly at night, if parking here I suggest making it by at the most 4 or 5 pm

Small location for semi for fuel and parking, but the staff is very great and they are not responsible for the size of store. Subway is there as well.

Very tight spot otherwise small parking is steps away from the building, which is good in cold days. Kmart and walmart are stone throw away. Fair customer service.
I visited this center while i was returning to my home state (D.C) from a family vacation @ columbus ohio.This center is Clean,fully shelved,lots of variety, friendly customer service,ample parking spot.i defintely will wish to visit again if i ever get another chance.
Small parking lot as is had crew working blocked me in spot 2 hrs when they left a scissor lift in front of my truck and went to lunch figured Id take shower oh there down figured Id get a hotdog dry we are out definitely waste of time plus u will get stuck in fuel line at least 45 mins

Very tight place. Not a good spot to stop for shower. Dirty and staff very ignorant to pay attention for cleaning. After request for cleanup they took 35 minutes to delay meand was not satisfactory even after that.

Absolutely NO PARKING...Barely enough room as a FUEL SPOT. THATS WHAT THEY SHOULD CALL IT. A FUEL SPOT. NOT A TRUCK STOP. IF YOU DONT HAVE OVER 40 MINUTES ON YOUR CLOCK JUST KEEP ON GOING... IT WILL TAKE HALF THAT JUST TO DRIVE THROUGH WITHOUT GETTING FUEL.
Small gas station, hard to maneuver and generally dirty. No mens bathroom when I stopped in and the port-o-lets were disgusting.

This is barely a truck stop. Maybe 25 truck spots in close proximity of each other. The truck stop should of been a mom and pop shop. This is a small location and I dont remember seeing a tire shop here.
This pilot ,not truckers friendly it should just be a gas station,drivers stay away very difficult to get in no space to turnaround showers ,bathroom electronics dont work,REAL DUMP,you will loose hours here trying to get into fuel isle.

Gas was 2.43 a gallon. Lowest we found on our trip . Friendly service . Easy access to the main highway.

The pilot phone app. says they have 35 parking places they do not. they have maybe 15 its mostly blindside backing its ridiculously tight and its almost impossible to get in and out of the fuel island . avoid this place if possible.

Parking lot way to small should buy the abandon lots next door to increase size as this place never has parking and is hard to get into gas pumps and scale, people are very nice but unfortunately the bathrooms didnt work when I went here:(
They kicked me out of this truck stop after being broken down. We had to push our car down the street to the next gas station. This has to be the worst truck stop ever...the manager wasnt even there to talk to. Makes me never want to support them again and i hope no one else does.

Two pumps available waited about 20 minutes just to get into the fuel island only to be rushed out after getting said fuel when I was going to park there for my 10-hour break.

Day staff take a lesson from night staff.... you dont argue with drivers over refills and if trucks are blocking drivers and fix your lot...

2021-12-19Very small. Dont park here if youre running in late. Very small parking. To avoid blind siding, turn it around and aim. Takes skill to park. Not a go to place. I have a live 30 miles away so it works.

2017-09-26Limited parking and it fills up fast. However its tight so you dont have to put up with RVs takinh truck spots. Not much inside but not horrible. The building is older and shows it. Trucks make sure to take the second entrance (further from the interstate) or youll be wrong way on a one way.

2019-11-24Not impressed, at all. Staff fighting amongst themselves. 2 urinals, 2 toilets. Very small truck stop with a backwards layout for parking. Only food is Subway. Emergency stop only for big trucks. IMO.Trucks camping out at the fuel islands.

2019-07-12Extremely awkward lot for semis.Womens bathroom is in dire need of cleaning. The toilet is extremely rude and obnoxious flushing constantly. Water droplets flying up out the toilet bowl at me and landing on the toilet seat contaminating it and me.Staff was very nice.

2021-09-04VERY NICE to stop at. I went inside to use the mens room and was stopped by a stockey male employee. He offered to let me use their Handicapped Shower. He unlocked the door and assisted me into the shower room. It had a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. There were bars in all the right places. A wonderful experience.

2021-06-08People complain about this place a lot and its total bs what they say. Yes it only has 15 truck parking spots, it is cramped, and they do have showers! Overall this place has some of its perks and its amazing, the people are absolutely nice and I respect them. I come in here a daily.

2021-07-29Your shower or bathroom doesn’t work. This is equivalent to a rest area with no building in a dirt road. If you don’t have a dire need for gas, not much here unless you want a Subway. The signs on the door going in saying it’s not working are old looking…
