I must say choices are getting slim but I much more prefer picking & pulling my own parts. At 1/5 th the price of new doesnt hurt either. Ive used pick-n-pull in many states for many years now and I have always had good fortune with their parts. Plus Ive learned a good bit pulling apart a vehicle similar to the one Im working on. Good place to get warranty parts and a mechanical education at the same time.
You need your mask to get in. After that its pretty wide open. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ive been there numerous times, always a good experience except for trying to get the part off you need lol. Lots of cars and parts you can choose from. Im a do it yourself guy and saves lots of money I promise. I always go there when I cant find the parts I need
So a couple months back I went and picked a bumper I took the thing off and went up to the counter the guy starts telling me I have to pay extra for the supports inside I took the hit and wasnt happy, today I went in for a rear door on a jeep on the way in I talked to one guy asked for the price he gave it to me then I told him I do t want to get up to theCounter and start getting nickel & dimed for parts attached to the door, he said its a flat rate for the whole door. At the counter different guy the one who got me on the bumper starts his scam gotta pay extra for the wiper motor inside gotta pay extra for the spare tire bracket he was trying to charge me for the window he claimed was inside the door and didnt want to hear it was still attached to the vehicle finally his manager came out and was not in a good mood kinda rude and got short with me a couple times so i unbolted the spare tire bracket and got my price what a hassle that I saw coming and tried to avoid Ill never go back.
I am only going to give 1 star because of a employee named Glenn is the most disrespectful and rude person. He is always acting like the customer is bothering him and stealing something I have never gave him a reason to be treated like that. Today he went out of his way to make fun of my name even had to tell another employee about it needless to say I will be having a talk with his supervisor about him
This was my first time at any do it yourself parts removal.. I went on Saturday 4-3 and the gentleman at the entrance was very friendly and helpful. I told him my part and he gave me a list of several cars that were my car and others that had parts that were interchangeable with mine..the list had row number, year, make, model, color and there own numbers.. everything is very easy to spot and find..I saw people complain that its muddy or dirty.. Your at a junk yard not the Hyatt what do you expect?? At check out another gentleman was just as friendly and helpful my I paid for my parts and went on my way.. everyone was kind helpful and accommodating i didnt know what to expect but this a bit of a surprise..Ill go to pick-n-pull first from now on..thank you pick-n-pull staff..
I called in advance to make sure they had a part that I needed for my newer Honda and not only did they have it and they had plenty vehicles to choose from to get it out of! They were super friendly and very helpful on the phone as well as in store and very polite. I was so thankful when they said they had this part I had called to a other junk yards closer to my area and none of them had this part! Thats why from now on Ill be shopping at this Pick-n-Pull specifically because they have a wide variety to choose from and most likely have anything and everything youll need for your vehicle old or new!!!Thanks guys! 😁
I scheduled a car pick up 2 days out. I called the next day to confirm. Now here we are, on the scheduled pick up day, and SOMEHOW the truck driver didnt get the pickup order? Ridiculous! I really dont think its too much to ask for a company to be professional and on time.
Wow. This was the second junkyard I went to and should have been the first. I went in, told them what part I needed and they gave me a printed list of vehicles in the lot that could have my part. All the cars are by listed by row. Extremely easy to find. Clean, graveled lot and the cars were on blocks. Friendly, fast service. Wish I could give it six stars.
They have lots of cars and parts, but the employees for the most part are horrible. I’ve been here a few times and every time it feels like they genuinely wish you hadn’t come. Especially Glenn, he is in a massive hurry to get out of there right at 6:00 when they close and he doesn’t care if he’s rude.
Called and got a quote within minutes. They haven’t picked up the car but the lowball end of their quote was higher than I was expecting, and after a few minutes of back and forth it was doubled. Would recommend! Haven’t gotten a better quote yet.UPDATE: It was a truly seamless process and the driver was super professional and let me ask him a bunch of questions about how his sweet af tow truck worked. A+. :]
I called and scheduled an appointment with them and they never came. When I called them they said they saw the appointment but it never went through the system. Whatever that means. I took a day off and they wasted hours of my time. If you live in the west side of Columbus, call Edison Automotive, they came within 20 minutes no appointment needed.
Too Long Didnt Read: Their craigslist listings for cars are horrible and no one knows what theyre doing. The Full Story:They had a 2005 Kia Spectra listed on craigslist with around 120k miles. It was represented as Clean inside and out No KNOWN issues. When I arrived at the place to take a look at it the woman working informed us shes on lunch so we waited about 35 minutes before she allowed me to look at the car. The first things I noticed was there was a lot of rust all over the car, paint bubbling up, and both the front and back bumpers were starting to come off (not to bad yet but definitely something you can instantly notice). She tells me and Im paraphrasing here so its not exactly what she said, Yeah theres a lot of rust like I said in the post. She mentioned nothing in the post about rust as you can see from the screenshot Ive provided. She then turns the car on and theres a check engine light. I didnt have my OBD II reader with me because I assumed her post was going to be somewhat truthful so I asked if they had one I could use. She runs to get one and spends a few minutes trying to read it without success. She says the reader is a cheapo that never works so I ask if I could try it. It worked fine and was pretty simple to operate. One button to read the codes. 2 selections in a menu to get to each code readout. The code was a small leak somewhere which I remember thinking probably wouldnt even matter in Ohio because theres no emissions test. The inside of the car was relatively clean but there was a ton of rust on the metal releases (gas/trunk) by the driver side. Looking through the car I noticed a Wal-Mart receipt in the back from a place near Cleveland which I had expected because of all the rust. The last thing that really made me walk away was I asked if we could test drive it and she said they dont allow you to test drive the cars they sell. I cant believe how misrepresented this car was. Youd think a place that buys and sells car parts would know how to list a car or even use an OBD II reader but apparently not. Part of me thinks they did this on purpose but then I remember the old phrase, Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.
No stars staff is rude and slow af!! Plus they r top two of the highest priced junk yards. I give them new stores because not only that youre buying used parts and theyre almost charging for majority of the used parts close to what it would cost you to go buy it in the store anyways
Never have anything your looking for anymore I understand them checking your toolbox but I have a toolbox that has trays were all your tools are fitted into all there own spaces and they can see that when you open the top but they still want to grab your tool box and open all the drawers if I was gonna steal something that small I would just put it in my pocket I wouldnt steal it anyway I have even took and paid for nuts and bolts they are ridiculous anymore next thing will be patting you down
Pretty dissapointed in this place today, have been a customer for years, never had an issue until today. Got off work and got here as fast as I could, because I really needed a starter for my work truck. Got to the door at 4:34 and they wouldnt let me in, the guy said they stop taking customers in at 4:30. Explained what I needed and why I needed in the yard, just needed to be in there for 5 minutes tops. I understand rules are rules, but they arent posted anywhere. All the signs say open till 5. Wasted my time and the trip over there, and couldnt make it to a different yard by the time I left.
Had to pay just to look. Couldnt get do some of the cars because the water around them was ankle-deep. Couldnt give a price until you did the physical labor of pulling the part and bringing it to the office. That would be an awful lot of work only to find out the price is too much. A price range would have been better.
I waited for over 9 hrs for picknpull to pick up my vehicle just to be told I would have to reschedule...Next day I decided to called another salvage yard and within an hour they picked up my vehicle and because of the poor service I recieved from picknpull the other salvage yard gave me $100.00 more!!
Go to woodies or Edison anywhere but here $67 for a throttle body $58 newCan get it at woodies or Edison for $10-$20They charged me $5 for three nuts and a bolt that are 30 years old.Don’t forget the millions they have made charging $1 to get in the doorYou pay to look at no other yard this is the worst salvage yard I’ve ever been to
If you do return remember itll be a store credit, no cash. And theyll give you piece of receipt as credit not a card. Dont take a picture of it, because they dont accept it even very clear picture. So keep that receipt to shop again other than theyll keep your 💰 last forever. Company policy is there answer.
They absolutely won’t pick up the phone for you. I hung up after being on hold for 20 minutes.Called back same day 15 minutes before close and they purposely picked up and hung up before even speaking to me.Not sure about their inventory rating but 0/5 customer service.
Pulling your own used parts saves money. Pretty big selection of cars that changes frequently so if they dont have a car you need today they might tomorrow. Offers cars for sale that can be rebuilt. All gravel lot, bring your own tools, wheel barrows available if you need a lot of parts. Half-price days are awesome.
I sold my old car to them and they made it so easy!! Everyone I spoke to was professional friendly and helpful. From the person who gave me a quote to the gentleman who came and picked up my car. I highly recommend them to anyone trying to get their old car off their hands!
I walked in and came back out in less than 5 minutes and my car got broken into and these people cant even give me a discount on a used door and were very disrespectful on the phone. They dont care to let some bums just sit in their parking lot, breaking into peoples nice cars all day. They even told me it happens two times a day. Get some security for your parking lot. At least do something about these south side crack headed bums sitting in your parking lot just waiting to steal somebodys stuff. Disgusting. Dont come here unless you want your car broken into.
The junkyard itself is pretty good. Its laid out nicely and has plenty of cars. I will say that most cars are pretty trashed and picked, which shouldnt be too surprising, but I mean some are really bad. I looked for some bucket seats, and every cars seats I looked at were pretty moldy and torn up. Aside from that, its worth looking for a part you might really need. I saved 56 bucks on a wiper motor. My biggest problem was the staff. They werent helpful, and if anything, I would describe them as dull and completely unfriendly. It doesnt matter once youre out in the yard and away from the jerks, but even a couple minutes of contact with an employee is enough to nearly ruin the experience. My advice is go ahead and go to Pick-n-Pull, but theres a chance you wont find your part; and most importantly ignore the staffs nasty attitudes. Just pay the entry fee and get away from them asap...
This place is a good source for the parts that I need. The prices are for the most part reasonable. They usually have a good selection of makes and models, as well. Perhaps the people rating w/ low stars have no business at a junkyard? I havent had any issues over the years.
Today was good day at the yard. Good selection . Was able to get most parts on my list . Workers were very friendly. Alot better than in the past. Prices seemed to have went up though. My parts were about $80 more than expected . Beware of parking lot thiefs . My car has been broken into, and a friend had his cat. converter cut off in lot. Parked only few spaces from food cart . Nobody saw anything ????
Would not let me go look for what I needed the girl just kept telling me they didnt have it, I told her it was universal across almost all nissans she said it would tell her if it was universal. The part I needed would be on any nissan any year any model she still wouldnt let me go look for it. Thats ok I found what I needed and more at another junk yard.
Wow this place sucks? Tried charging me over full price for a brand new part that was a junkyard part that I pulled off. And wouldnt give me a better price after telling me that the car I was looking for was out there printed out a list and everything spent 45 minutes looking for a car that is not on the lot. Very poor service definitely will not be going back. It seems like they are broke and they need money for the prices they are charging for their parts junkyard parts. Hope you guys can get it together. But I will never be back
Good for parts but, This is a place where you will have everything stolen out of your car. 600$ worth of stereo and auto parts were just stolen out of my truck. Asked for help from the office and they really didnt care. Make sure you have somebody to watch your stuff. Considering the other reports on here, it makes me wonder if the people running the place are in with the thieves.
I love the concept of recycling all of the vehicles that have been wrecked. It is pretty organized for the most part. The prices are listed but sometimes the wording of the part name is not consistent with industry / common names so be sure to ask for clarification at the beginning. Or you could spend 2 hours wrenching off a part, getting those rusted bolts to finally break free, haul it to the check out only to find it is twice as much as was listed on the sheet because the part name you looked at on check-in really was talking about the plastic shield for that part you pulled. 😂 Jokes on me I guess.
I have went in several times to have an employee be rude and down right disrespectful, I understand they have other jobs but when I ask a 5 minute question and get the biggest attitude makes me never want to do business with you again. And not to mention Ive seen employees sell weed out in your lot. It was a lightskinned younger kid. My kids come with me and if you can let that happen on the property I wonder what else is done. This employee is also stealing parts just thought it should be brought to your attention...... once again.......
This was the worst junk yard i have ever been to. They are so disrespectful and rude especially the lady that checks people in. The staff seem to be un-trained. Would recommend everyone to stop shopping there. Bought a tire that was damaged inside from the PRE INSPECTED tire shelf, so i wasnt able to mount on my car. Took back and stood for 40min before being told there were no more 17 tires. They game me a store credit even know they where in the wrong. Instead of refunding me my cash. And I was still charged a dallor to get in. SMH. Never Again.
Great prices. Upon entering you have to sign in, they inform you of availability of vehicles you are looking for parts for. They give you aisle and description of vehicles youre looking for & other vehicles that interchange, based on the parts needed. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would definitely suggest this establishment to anyone pulling their own parts.
This is a great place for cheap used auto parts. They charge an admission fee of about 1 or 2 dollars. There is a part locater tool on the website but it is not always accurate. Most of the vehicles are elevated so its usually pretty easy to pull most parts. They also have wheel barrows to help you carry your parts.
I give this place 2 stars. One for the friendly lady who works the front desk, and answers the phone. The other for the man and his sister who towed my vehicle away. I sold my vehicle to this place in August. I received a random check, from the BMV, to prove I have financial responsibility on the same vehicle in in October. The proof of sale that I need is the check stub I was given at the time the vehicle was towed away. Unfortunately that check stub is long gone. I called the office to see if I could be helped and got nowhere. The representative repeatedly said I shouldve kept my check stub. I completely understand and take responsibility for this, but I dont have it and I needed help. I asked if there was anything at all she could provide that would prove I sold them my vehicle. She answered Not that I can get to. She was irritated, although I wasnt rude to her. There is absolutely no way Im going to believe there wasnt anything she could provide me. I wouldve paid, and waited as long as I needed because I know this wouldve been an inconvenience to the person working on this. I would have never received the random check if PickNPull would’ve flipped the title over into their names. This means I’m still, technically financially responsible for the vehicle. This has definitely ruined the otherwise good experience I had with them. So just a warning, if you sell your vehicle to them, just be prepared to not be helped if you happen to need it later on.
Great place to go and get the parts you need. But some things are very over priced, getting them to pick a vehicle up is always a big pain, and almost everyone there is extremely rude and disrespectful. They are not people persons. If you dont like people dont have a job that interacts with them and stop and think that maybe your the idiot instead of the customers. I worked on cars professionally and they treat me like Im a idiot and dont know what Im talking about.
Called in for the first time to try and sell my car and had the opportunity to speak with the most wonderful individual. The wonderful individual picked up the phone and I barely heard what he was saying. I relayed to him that I could not understand what he said because it sounded like he was mumbling. In an instant, with a clear voice, the gentleman replied, just because you cannot understand me doesnt mean I am mumbled, then proceeded to hang up on me.Hard to recommend a company that has employees hanging up on you for something so insignificant. Good luck.
I love this place. Its a junkyard, so its a little different and when is cold outside youre going to be cold, but you can come in and find a hard to find or otherwise expensive part and pull it yourself and BAM! you have yourself what you need for so little money. Youre a treasure Hunter. The people are friendly and helpful. If you are a bit of a mechanic, this is a great place.
This used to be one of the best places to get used auto parts reasonable prices and the staff was nice when you came in, not anymore after my last visit there a couple days ago I will never go back there again. The prices when you look on the pricing sheet looks great until you go to check out. By the time they add in the environmentalfee and now a 12 month extended warranty and its not optional and it should be. anywhere else that offers one it is optional not here and at 30% of the price of the part it is a joke. by the time I drove there and paid to get in and all the other fees and stuff I could have went to the auto parts store and got it for the same price new. And not have to take it off the car myself. and the staff is very rude and treated me like I was a dumb a__. Myself I will never go back again and would not recommend it to anyone.
Its a salvage yard. What Im getting at is inventory is sketchy sometimes things are listed there that arent or vice versa. Its an unpaved lot so you will get dirty and if youre not careful you can get hurt or worse real quick, as the cars are set on the most stable platforms. All I visit often and I get what I need most times.
Seemed nice on the phone when she first picked up, but as I was speaking to her she kept getting more and more rude. When I was on the phone with her discussing what my questions were, she started to speak to some customers who came inside and completely ignored me. Then to make it worse, she hung up on me as I was speaking to her to see if she still had my attention. Completely rude service, I hope all staff isnt this rude there because to be ignored for someone else when you were speaking first and to be hung up on while trying to get assistance because clearly someone else walked in while I was already on the phone is completely unprofessional. I have had enough with rude service and nobody caring about the customer. Well, this is now one customer that is for sure going to spread the word that customer service is rude and very unprofessional.
Terrible service, made a deal signed title over, never picked it up and they held on to it said they call and never did, just to extort and renegotiate their own quote while hanging up on you when you call them. For not going less then 100 dollars for a 200 dollar quote which is well below scrap price in the first place for any vehicle.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else theyre rude with unethical business practices at 2716 Groveport Rd, Columbus, OH 43207
Horrible the new girl have made all the staff who was great quit and the uncle Toms she have under her is spineless. She deplorable and anyone who would give her authority only to see all the staff have quit who was their before her and didnt take note something is wrong here is just as incompetent and deplorable too!I will shop at other scrap yards where the prices are the same and FREE to get in where they atlease respect me and act like why want my business!
Went here the other day to get a mirror for my car. I was really impressed..this place is organized. They print you out a receipt when you arrive before entering the yard. 1$ a person entering the yard. But back to the receipt.. The print you a receipt which tells you where everyone one of the line model of your car is. Ok now to where i became amazed. They have all there cars in rows and numbered. Now look at you receipt it will tell you where each like model is. So its so easy to find the cars you need. Very clean and easy to walk through . its as easy as walking through a parking lot..you can join a rewards club woth email and they offer deals and let you know. I would reccomend this junk yard to anyone. I was impressed. Oh and its not muddy ..they have a good amount of gravel down.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE!! I tried selling them my car, like their commercials say they do...They said I had to email a copy of my title over cause it had a lien that I had paid off. So I did and they denied it saying that there was a signature in the wrong place from the bank. So I sent a copy to the bank and the dmv....guess what its all ok by both! What an enormous waste of my time. Dont waste yours.
Got all the way on...HUGE selection of cars...caught the half of everything sale got a lot of really nice items for the Jag, Durango, Taurus and Honda for dirt cheap...will be going back wish theyd have to 50% off sale more often and get rid of the unprofessional broad/ staff. with they anounce over a loud speaker the time the place closes. The lady with the mic that was supposed to be announcing the amount of time left before the place was to close...kept laughing over the mic wad you couldnt understand what she was saying.
This is a no hassle place even if they tell you that there is not a vehicle out there that subjected to have the part that you do need for your vehicle they never deter you from actually going back pain a little dollar and being able to walk around and see if there is something Universal that might fit your vehicle they do not pressure you into buying anyting they do take Parts back that they know for sure did not work due to something because of the car and sit down and theyre junkyard for too long or maybe its just a defect awesome people to work with highly suggest that you do not sell your car to a place like this though because in return they fix them and they selling for thousands of dollars
This place keeps getting worse. The cars are alway picked before they come to the yard so any good parts are gone they day they are listed to be on the lot. The cars are always filled with the broken trash parts from surrounding cars which makes it imposible to retrieve good interior parts if you could find a clean part. They are very rough with the cars they place. Most exterior parta are ruined by employees that have no buisness running the machinery. So if by the end of your trip you actually found your part and it was acceptable enough to pull you go to pay and realise the people you are paying are equiped to charge you more than you seen in the parts pricing sheet. It has always been this way but its geeting alot worse. Good thing there are new alternatives locally.
Much cheaper than buying a new part.Their yard can be a bit disorganized at times, but their parts interchange system will spit out a paper with the location of the vehicles you are looking for, even if 2 of the same vehicles are across the lot from each other.$1 to get in, but well worth it. Lot has free wheelbarrow and engine lift use, and has a wash sink for when you get really down and dirty. The vehicles are on stands, but be careful and always doublecheck to ensure safety.
I have had no problems with pick n pull. Except one time where i went there for the second time getting the same part window crank arm and bar one time i was charged 12 then they told me next time to pay like 30 i explained to them this is the second one i have bought here and told them what i paid last time and there was no problem giving it to me for that price. Plus you know what junk yard can you go to where you can actually bring your wife and kid too cause not a mud bath. So yes can be more expensive then most junk yards. Also they have every thing organized by Categories. Which is great dont have to search 2 hard. I have not run across any one with a bad attitude yet but i could see where ya would get that from they like to rush people in and out. and as far as theft out side i have personaly not had any problems yet. Also yes you do have to drive through the ghetto to get there but there is a back way to if you want to avoid going through the ghetto.
Called ahead to be sure they had 3parts available. Paid $1. Each. Good clean walking--- no mud. But, did NoT have the parts I needed. Free user of wheelbarrow to haul part. NoT much good because they didnt have any of the parts I drove there for. Did buy a vehicle tho!Couldnt drive that far to go home empty hsnded ☆
Worst location ever, very high pricing. Inconsistent inventory. Outdated cars. Strange employees; especially the older guy with white curly long hair is very mean... he tells the item codes and prices however he wishes... if hes having a bad hair day, youre screwed... avoid!!!
This place is pretty straight forward-1) Pay $1 at front desk, if theres anyone asking for $1. If not, just go right on through. The people that they have there working seriously dont seem like they care either way half of the time.2) Go and walk, with your tools, through the yard (probably around 10 or more acres) and get whatever part you can find. (the front desk will tell you if a vehicle matching the part youre looking for is there, even print you out receipt)3) Come back through to front desk and pay for anything that you didnt stick in your pocket and is too large to conceal on your body (this is an unwritten rule). Do not try to stick a body panel in your big winter coat or a headlight assembly in your pants- they will bust you!My only gripe is they they dont have opera playing on speakers surrounding the perimeter. that would help out a lot.
We sold a vehicle to them at the beginning of the year and I called today to see of they had a copy of a receipt or any record of the transaction for our insurance records. The man that answered the phone was unpleasant to say the least. It has been three months since the transaction was made and he informed me that they dont keep records for anything that long! Not a huge deal because im sure a copy of our receipt is hiding somewhere at home, but he acted as if i were a complete fool for thinking that they would have any kind of sales documentation on record! It will suck to be them if an audit is in their near future...
Most people who go to junkyard are gearheads and car junkies but within the last 2 weeks my 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix shifter cable went out and I found the same model in a 2004 Buick Regal within 15 minutes, and also found a multifunction switch and electrical connector, and headlight assembly fix up my friends 97 dodge Intrepid (2 trips totaled 1 hour 15 min). The people behind the counter are at least somewhat helpful and nice, I went in thinking the turn signal assembly would be $12.99 and was surprised when the cahier rang up the assembly and a steering wheel cover for $8.63! Whoo hoo! They were able to easily hand someone a slip of paper with the location of the cars people were looking for, and really some of the people in the yard were really nice and some people asked for my advice and we were able to pop off a tire for them in 2 minutes. Be kind to your fellow pickers! Most people who know their cars and have popped their hood in the last 2 weeks, would love to save massive amounts of money on car parts, but be weary of buying large parts like motors or trannys because the return policy is in-store credit only.
I had to find a part for my truck I looked Through a few trucks and found what I needed the people who work here are very nice and helpful they told me right where to govt find the vehicle I was looking for even printed me off a paper thats has the info on the trucks. I will be back prices are Awesome especially if doing work yourself.
I went here to get a basic headlight bulb for my car. ($1.00) I also had my 14 year old son with me. I wasnt aware of the $1.00 entry charge as told by one of the most rude cashiers I have ever encountered her name by the way is Kalie. After telling us about anyone 16 and younger cannot enter the yard my son waited in the waiting area after this cashier who was at least 10 years younger than I am gave attitude with her responses to my questions and gave my son and I some of the nastiest looks ever imaginable! It was to the point that I had to ask my son very loudly is it a damn issue!?!?! And he was confused. I found the bulb and got out of there, the little girl Kalie needs customer service training really fast, or boxing training because she almost got smacked. Smh
Can’t even get a refund for tires told the employee what car I had and what tires I need. Took to a tire shop found out they Sold me the wrong size even though it was marked for my size on the tag and can’t even get a refund better to get tires at Walmart but it’s a great place to pull your own parts
Whats with the counter people having an attitude??? There is zero customer service here and a youre an idiot screw you attitude. I have a fleet of trucks that another junkyard will get my business. Its not my fault you counter peoole dont like your job. I left this place pissed off as to how I was treated. Its ridiculous to be treated this way, this place needs to be out of business!
I paid a mechanic to fix my totaled vehicle late 2014. When I went to title my vehicle I realized he never gave me the receipts for the parts he bought from the junk yard. Almost a year later, the female manager went the distance for me to help find a receipt for some parts, and help me find a solution for the other parts. Though the process was exhaustive, she did everything within her power to help me title my vehicle I had spent so much money on.
These people are assho;es on the phone, and act like you are making money off them, not the other way around. Some of their prices are reasonable, but their employees bring their issues to work with them. There are other places close by that treat you like a customer instead of a nuisance.
Awful! When to get Hatch pumps for a cherokee and what trying to get charged $15 for the set. When you can buy brand new pumps for $20. The cashier said well then buy new and walked away. Woodys down the road is a much better place to pull parts. Got pumps and a light for $12. I would not pull part from pick n pull unless you absolutely have to. I dont want to even give pick n pull 1 star but I have to.
I really dont care for the staff. The guys have attitudes & the ladys are nasty; they never wear any panties. I guess they figure why do they need them in a salvage yard. no class at all. & they bf/husbands work there right along side of them. The cars tend to be ok. Prices seem a bit high considering theyre going to crush majority of it unsold. Just be sure u check your toolbox for parts on the way in. Otherwise they will forget to check then act like u stole whatever is in your box on the way out.
Racist cashier hates white people, every time I get the big black chick to ring me up I get charged for more than I got and overcharged but my black friends go in and get the exact same thing they spend 30 less than I did we did this just to make sure and even they say she is racists against whites. Basically blacks go for it whites Stear clear till we get a petition to get her fired.
Ghetto!! People will break in your car while youre in the yard trying to get a part. Then when you go to the counter to pay, Laquesha from the block will be rude. Youve been warned...enter at your own risk there folks...if youre looking to buy some weed though..hit them up! SMH
Pick-n-Pull has reimagined the old school wrecking yard, and it works. Tell them what youre looking for at the front counter, and theyll find that part by computer, then give you a printout of exactly where to find it in the vast yard. No more easter egg hunts, where you spend hours and still go home with no easter eggs. Its the only way to go - recommended.
Good Place for Parts... But you better make sure you have you cars and trucks& Trailers are lock on while in the yard.. We come out of the yard to watch our trailer and tools drive away... Went Back in to tell them and they were not to interested in helping..I will not go back!!.. I think its being cased.
Ive been going here for years and watched it slowly go down hill until it has got to the point where i wont be coming back. The staff is full of trash, parts are over priced an now they raise the entry fee to $2 on top of their over priced parts on junk cars? Pass...I can find parts online for cheaper with out the inconvenience.
I didnt even make it past the cashier with an enormous chip on her shoulder. She was asked a question which required a yes or no response like Do you have an 02 and an 03 on the lot. Instead of answering yes or no, she decided to tell my husband and I that those parts wouldnt work for the 04. She has no idea why Im asking nor should I have to explain myself. I reiterated the question and she still could not answer yes or no, but did tell us not to push her buttons. She point blank asked if we wanted the parts that she said would work for the 04. We opted not to give this company any of our money. I have no desire to EVER be treated like that again and I wish the company would better vet their employees.
Went to the junk yard to get a 14inch steel rim for an eclipse. I called and was told they had that size rim in stock. After I got to the place I was given a list of all the vehicles that would work and 2 out of 12 were in the location listed but no 14 in rims after I was told they had them
Horrible business I was quoted 180$ for my car they printed my check for only 155$, then they lost it, and then I was told that because they lost it they had to cancel it which would take 24 to 48 hours, So after I had been waiting all day for someone to do my pick up they ended up with all these mistakes and errors and excuses and I ended up being out of a full day damn near for nothing

2020-09-22Always buying parts. Decent place. 3 month ago bought set of 4 tire and returned it. Got $176 store credit on receipt not on a card. I have a nice and clear picture of it on my phone. And I cant use it. Because of the company policy. Even I print it. Still I cant use it. It has to be the receipt itself. Speak with the manager ( Jonio) still the company policy. Keep your return credit receipt safe you can because of the company policy.

2022-03-22Good prices but fluctuating hours. Website says they close at 6 but they really close at 5:30 so they can leave by 6 if there closing time were updated to 5:30 then their employees would probably close at 5. Just very inconvenient when your running late and need to get in and out

2022-04-28I am looking for help(and I hate to ask this lol) if anyone can help me. I am not from the area but Im looking for a bumper off of a car here. I was wondering if anyone can check when they are over there at the yard. If anyone has skills on removal or install I would be willing to pay also for that help. I can be reached at 215-77nine fivefive79.

2021-11-03Went in today for a few parts, prices were great and the staff were very nice and helpful. I ended up going in a few different times today and had a different cashier each time (which was everyone I saw up front) so their names are on the receipts: Mitchell, Glenn, and Johnie are awesome. Didnt see the guy I used to see in there a lot back when I needed parts more frequently (older guy, possibly Irish heritage) but every time he was there he was really nice too. 10/10 staff, 10/10 prices, 10/10 inventory (found parts in good shape that I thought I was going to have to order new online)Years ago I picked up an El Camino for an incredible price from them that was in really good shape too, so its definitely worth taking a look at their used cars as well. They probably wont be perfect, but if youre at Pick n Pull then theyll be something you can make very nice with a little work.

2022-03-01They close at an arbitrary time of their choosing. NOT FIVE PM. was turned away at the door at 4:25. Wasted four hour round trip for nothing.

2021-11-14My experience with this place has been awkward. I like the yard just not the people or the prices. Thid is the highest priced yard that I know of in Columbus. I can go to 2 other yards that has the same if not a better selection of parts Ive needed that is much cheaper. The good thing about here is the setup of the yard. They have the cars up off the ground and keep the rows neat and theyrenumbered. But to me thats the only thing good here.

2022-07-03People ruin alot of parts for others while taking off theirs 🤦🏾 Take off parts and just mess them up on purpose or leave them laying in the ground.

2022-03-14Hard to find what your looking for. Most of the cars are heavily picked through. But the prices are very reasonable
