I go to the center to see my primary care physician, and the entire experience is always top notch. The building is new, clean, bright and open. The staff are all friendly, helpful, and quick without rushing you. Appointments are easy to schedule, prescription maintenance is hassle free, and I have always felt cared about and appropriately communicated with. So thankful!!
I just joined the Heit center a few months ago. I have nothing but awesome things to say. Clean equipment, friendly staff, and all kinds of different equipment. The front desk workers will know you by name in a short time period. I am very impressed with my experience at the Heit center.
This is an amazing integrated fitness and rehab facility. They have doctors and physical therapists on site helping people through rehabilitation. At least one of the physical therapists has their doctorate. (4 years undergrad + 3 years grad school). Built only 2 years ago, everything is super clean and functional. The staff is unfailingly nice and their educational and experience background are displayed in the big room with most of the fitness equipment. Nearly all of them have at least their in sports medicine of some kind. They offer 50 classes per week which are free with your membership. If you want, you can have your workout logged with a key fob so you can track your progress. The clientele range from amazingly fit humans to people pushing 400 lb. I detect no judgement toward those who havent taken care of themselves. They are working to get better. Other amenities include towel service, sauna & steam room. A area for just hanging out with a gas fireplace
Very clean and friendly environment. Multiple exercise equipment. And pool. Theres also a childrens and Ohio State medical center located upstairs. A nice place for a gym membership or to be seen for general medical reasons
Clean facility but not the gym for you if you like classes but have limited flexibility on when you can attend or work during the day. You have to sign up for morning classes 24 hours in advance. The clsss is full within 1 minute of the sign up being available. If you don’t click the button to sign up fast enough you don’t get in the class. Frustrating issue but management keeps saying it’s a good problem. Good for who? Not the members!
My daughter had some injury from tennis. I am so glad her pediatrician referred us to the sports medicine and physical therapy at Philip Heit center. She is recovering fast and we are planning to make it a routine. Josh is great.

My daughter Samantha gets physical therapy at the Philip Heit Center and the staff that work on her stretches do amazing! and they make her feel comfortable and its helping her balance . Highly recommend!

Great place to workout. There are great personal trainers and staff. Very clean locker rooms and equipment. Never too crowded. There are exercise classes offered.
This particular place I was eating very healthy I had some I think was wedding soup it was delicious good flavorful soup I had a banana and I enjoyed it it was at the hospital actually I was getting a check up on my eyes and I was so surprised to find out they had this delicious food the only thing that start taking the lunch trays out
Dr Heit and his Non Profit, Healthy New Albany, are doing great things for the people of central Ohio. He is an inspiration and role model for the power and good that a person can do if they have the drive and passion to do it. Keep up the great work Phil!
I liked this place a lot because its a very comforting place for me and the people there are really nice.When I had to get my blood work done there, the doctor 👨⚕️ there was really nice.They have an indoor gym, indoor swimming 🏊 pool and a mini hospital in there.(Just to make it clear, *ITS NOT ER, ONLY PLANNED PROCEDURES*)if someone need a hospital immediately dont take them to this place take them to a real hospital.Really good place, really recommend it.
Dr. Klingele, (orthopedics), and his staff are phenomenal! We drove 2+ hours to be seen by him and his team. Definitely worth the trip! Highly highly highly recommend!!!!!!!!!

I am recovering from knee surgery.I go to this facility for physical therapy.Have been quite happy with my therapists.Its clean and has great equipment.Would recommend to anyone looking for a great physical therapy facility.
I work here but need to share that after being in aquatics industry for half of my life that this is the best maintained water in Columbus! Pristine pools...

I have taken many of the exercise classes at the Heit Center and keep going back for more. Each of the instructors I have worked with - Molly, Michelle, Patrice, Pat, Thalia, Christine, Greg and Josh - are motivating, keep the classes challenging, accommodate each person’s ability, and are welcoming. Highly recommend!

2021-12-02This facility is clean, updated, and has a wonderful and friendly staff. My trainer, Zoe, is great to work with and is supportive and knowledgeable. There are great opportunities to join classes and use a variety of machines.

2021-08-03Its a nice place to be. They are following all the COVID protocols as well but I was surprised to see that they dont have a Recycle Bin!!! They have a vending machine and if someone eats or drinks there might also want to recycle the empty metal/glass/plastic containers. Its high time they think about it now. The next time I go there if I notice this improvement Ill definitely give them a five star review.

2021-07-16Saw OSU primàry care Dr Schmidt. Very good doctor.. Nurses are very nice and hot also. Building and New Albany is in sureal. It like a different world. All rich white people buzzing around in their yippee cars and designer jogging cloths smiling their fake smiles. The area is manicured and clean. A refuge away from the harsh conditions Im used to. Madee want to be rich intil i remembered that material wealth in does not bring happiness. But o would be willing yo gove a try for a while.

2019-06-06They had such a great event for families/children with the kindness event. It was so nice to see all of the children so excited about doing something nice for the community and the parents were so proud of their children. The older kids that were volunteers were so sweet and kind and obviously happy to be a part of the special day. They were all so helpful and beaming when someone asked for help. What a great group of kids doing great things! It was a great day and so many people/dogs in need will benefit because of this event. Keep up the good work!!

2019-02-02Very nice and clean facility. I came to the farmers market which was inside the hallways of the facility. Their was maybe 30 food and merchandise vendors. I did expect it to be a bit bigger with more food vendors but what they did have, was great. Maybe with time it’ll be bigger. They had a live band and I sat and listened to them for about an hour, they played acoustic, lively music. I loved the sense of community and happiness at the event. Overall, it was good, just wish their were more vendors.
