More of a 4.5 stars. Probably the most authentic Pho I have had in Cleveland so far. Its good, but $7 for extra meat was a rip off. It was not much extra at all. Also, I was expecting some ngò gai (culantro) as seen in some peoples photos but they didnt have it.
A new Pho place popped up on my radar screen so I had to try it out for lunch.The rare beef Pho was great and was served at the perfect temperature for a quick lunch. The spring rolls were tasty too. Convenient location with parking that I will have to remember when looking to get Pho to-go on the way home from downtown.
As a Vietnamese person who has tried the several disappointing bland pho restaurants in Cleveland that are somehow getting high Google reviews, Pho Lees is one of (if not) the best - flavorful, the quality, the taste - everything meets my expectations of what an authentic pho restaurant should offer. This is now my go-to pho restaurant whenever I visit Cleveland. This is a mom and pop shop that might be considered a hole in the wall so don’t expect Michelin star service.
Eehhh, every time I go back over the years, the less impressed I am. I dont think they even try anymore. The last time we went, the server wasnt around--we basically had to do all of the work, the bubble tea was tasting worse than ever, not sure if they changed to powder, the pho toppings were scarce and a bit dated, and the pho itself...eeehhh. Theres a ton of places now to get noodle bowls in Cleveland, and Lee hasnt done nothing to upgrade the menu, improve over the years, zilch, this place is more hype than anything now...
We stopped by coming Dallas going to Niagra falls. The Pho was good and our waitress very friendly. The owner was a mice guy too. I hope the business does good.
Food was fine but customer service needs work. I ordered online and went to pick it up - stood waiting at the podium and one of the servers comes walking out of the kitchen. She looked annoyed to start off with so that was a red flag for me. I told her I was picking up my food - instead of politely speaking to me or handing me my food, she basically snapped at me and aggressively pointed behind her to the table where other take out orders were instead of just approaching me like a decent human being. How was I supposed to know that I was allowed to go back there and just pick it up myself? There was no sign saying that? And then when I tried to look at which order was mine, she was pretty much breathing down my back and hounding me and kept asking “is it yours? Is it yours?” You’re the employee… you should be the one checking instead of having your customer look through other orders, especially when there’s no sense of direction. Very disappointed with the customer service and whoever this waitress was, this happened on Sunday, 8/14 around 1pm - so this person should definitely be spoken to
AMAZING!!!! if you want authentic Viet meal then go here! i will only be coming here for Viet food from now on, this place made me realize how bland other viet places are in Cleveland. amazing food and fast service
Easily the best pho in Cleveland, flavor profile on point and done properly. Absolutely delicious.
Very basic Vietnamese place with a concise menu. The rolls were fresh with good flavor, but came out about 15 minutes after our pho. Ive been to over 20 Vietnamese restaurants and this was one of the most disappointing pho broths Ive had. It tasted fine, but it had practically no beef flavor and lacked the wonderful aromas of cloves, ginger, anise, etc that make pho, pho.Service was fine, atmosphere was ok aside from their children running around, and parking is very convenient since its situated outside of what is essentially an Asian mall.

The BEST PHO in Cleveland area and very Authentic!!! We have searched everywhere for a restaurant serving similar pho flavors as the authentic restaurants on the east and west coasts. Pho Lee, seems to have that authentic taste combined with huge servings size and cheap prices. Definitely our favorite so far in the Cleveland and surrounding areas.
We came in while in Cleveland for a few days. Absolutely awesome. Good food, great service. It’s good to see a family owned place still thriving and serving great food!
I had the house special soup. It had rare meat, brisket, flank, tendons, tripe, etc... It was delicious.
Was not worth the 15.99 Pho jumbo with everything. Hardly any meat and one meatball. Will not be going back.

Wow great broth, and super tender beef. Had the rare beef pho and Char Siu (sliced pork) Banh Mi sandwich 🤭 lotsa food, it was all delicious.. absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, busy place its buzzing! Had a blast, California style! loved it

Best bowl of Pho in Cleveland. Broth is beefy and clear. Great cuts of meat. Also great selection of the spring and summer rolls, as well as the bahn mih. Have been going to Superior Pho for a while. Not anymore.

The best noodle joint in the Midwest. Hands down. There are many excellent noodles to choose from, each one deserves its own restaurant. You will be extremely happy upon your first visit. You will be hooked and frequent Pho Lees guaranteed! I go all the time, am addicted!!
The pho here is different. I cant put my finger on it, but it is certainly delicious! We got take out and it was well packed, good flavors and plenty of basil. It ranks onboard with all my fav pho spots in town!It can be tricky to find. This plaza is on E 38th on the east side of the street. The building sits back from the street. Go up the stairs. Theres a grocery on the left. Turn right and its on the left side of the hall.
My boyfriend and I love this place! We go a few times a month for pho. I usually order p7 or the seafood soup on the weekend menu and the summer rolls!

2022-07-02Decent pho. Located in Asia plaza center building. Ingredients were very fresh, we also liked how theres sanitizer and siracha/hoisin sauce, tissue box and silverware holder on each table.The reason for 4 star was that the broth was slightly more salty&greasy than Id like it to be. Also I ordered pho with rare beef and lean brisket. Rare beef was great, tender and juicy, but lean brisket was not exactly 100% lean, but more like 50% pure lean meat with 50% pure fat on each slice, which was difficult to eat.

2022-07-13This place was great. Pork chop was just amazing. The place was a little tricky to find. It’s inside an Asian mall. Make a right after you enter the facility. I look forward to returning to try out their pho.

2022-08-03Forgot to take the picture before I ate but let me tell you… for all those picky Vietnamese food eaters like me, this is the place to go if you lazy to cook at home. I’ve been to all the Vietnamese restaurants here in Cleveland but never came back a second time, I could cook much better. This place will be my go to place when I’m in Cleveland. Bun Bo hue is absolutely delicious! Packed with flavor and all the meats that’s supposed to be in the bowl. Pho is awesome too!

2022-03-14Best Pho in East side!Chili oil sriracha and hoisin at every table! Good proportions! Egg rolls a bit burn. But had good flavor. Owner was nice. Highly recommend to anyone!

2022-08-04After trying several Vietnamese restaurants around Cleveland, I think I might have found my favorite one here.I ordered their bún bò Huế and cà phê sữa đá. I find that the coffee here is nothing compared to the real Vietnamese coffee in Vietnam, but that’s okay. Their bún bò Huế was delicious compared to the other places. First of all, the broth was flavorful, I almost finished the whole bowl of broth! They have almost all of the meat(except for the blood gelatin), plenty of noodles, and the right types of veggies. I have to say that this is the first 5* I have given to a Vietnamese restaurant in Cleveland. I will definitely come back to try their other meals!

2022-03-03The pho tai was pretty good! It was ready within 5 minutes. I was impressed. You get a decent amount of bean sprouts and mint with your order too. I went on a weekday evening so it wasn’t crowded. There’s hand sanitizer and utensils at each table. This is located in Asian Town Center on the first floor to your right.

2022-07-31Stop by here for quick lunch. The hũ tiếu bò kho was very good but i am disappointed theres no yellow noodles. Overall Ill come back again, if ever around Cleveland.

2022-05-21Our family was looking for a pho restaurant after moving to Cleveland. We had been to the Asia Plaza before for the market but that was as far as we ventured. Today we decided to try the pho restaurant just down the hallway. We were absolutely not disappointed. The broth, which is the heart of any pho, was flavorful and delicious. I didnt do it the disrespect of putting any condiments in it at all. The noodles were just the right chewiness and the meat was abundant. They should be proud of what they do here. Well be back very soon!

2022-05-26Me and my boyfriend went here yesterday and this is by far the best pho I’ve tried. I had the chicken pho and it was extremely flavorful! I could drink the broth! I used to usually go to superior pho but sorry to say this tastes way better and they have condiments on the table such as chili oil. Also service was great! If you’re on the fence about trying this place do your tastebuds a favor and go try their food immediately!
